IT evolution and the e-business has emerged as a new economic activity and beyond the time and space limitations. But the enterprises located in GangWon-Do area have been too inactive in their willingness and readiness to adopt e-business models and processes owing to the lack of the directions of e-business, the insufficient network infrastructures and capitals, etc. In this circumstance, as part of this research, this papers have conducted a survey on the e-business and information conditions and status among the enterprises located in GangWon-Do Chuncheon area. In conclusions, this study on the informatization of the enterprises and e-business enlarge strategies for building competition of local enterprises located in GangWon-Do Chuncheon area.

Managing of local government public service business is innovation strategy of local government public service business using choice and competition principle. Managing strategy of local government public service business is new paradigm for innovating public service business and role structure of government. It is important to understand properly substance and characteristics of local government public service business. Accordingly, the purpose of this study find bottleneck of local government public service business and take out improvement plan and suggest policy plan of Seo Gu District Office in Gwang Ju City in the future.

The commercial buildings greening can generate multiple benefits to achieve a sustainable building and business environment. However, a comprehensive systematic review of commercial buildings greening across multiple disciplines has yet to be reported. This study conducted a systematic analysis of 39 literature on commercial building greening from Web of Science over the past 19 years and utilized CiteSpace to visualize the academic evolution and trends in this field. Key findings were: 1) The number of publications in the past five years has increased, indicating that commercial building greening research has received widespread attention. 2) The large number of publications means that the research field of commercial building greening is relatively broad. 3) The study of commercial building greening has become a global participation and cooperation research topic. The top cooperating countries mainly come from the United States and Europe, while the differences in cooperation between institutions in developing countries are less significant. 4) The greening of commercial buildings is more related to research on behavioral activities. 5) The research on commercial building greening has developed from architecture and plants to interdisciplinary fields, including psychology, economics, and management. 6) The cost of commercial buildings greening is generally an obstacle to installation. This study provides specific references for stakeholders and plays a crucial role in determining the evolution of commercial building greening research and predicting future research needs and opportunities.

In order to improve the sustainability and smart construction, it is discussed arguably that developing and applying consistent "standard model" to plan business, design, construct and operate a building is considered to be one of the effective and efficient approach. The scope of this article is to examine, from the international developer's perspective, the "standard model" approach of a hotel brand to building projects in the UK, and also to explore potential role of project team to mitigate any local difference at the project level. These projects are developed by the same developer adopting the same business plan, design and operation to each project. In order to clarify the actual and likely difference in construction results, reference is also made to those building projects located in other geographical markets including Japan, Germany and USA, and focus is given on the analysis of its programme and cost. Principle findings are that there exists geographical difference especially in environmental and planning system, and that major local difference is found at least in the programme at the design stage. In contrast, the difference in the building cost itself may not be necessarily considered major if currency exchange rate being taken into account appropriately. It is also observed that there were cases where any difference in the programme was mitigated by taking different approach to procuring and defining roles of management and professional team at the project level. In conclusion, from the international developer's perspective, the geographical difference of the "construction system" surrounding building projects can typically lead to major prolongation of programme, however, these different construction results could be mitigated at least to a certain extent by introducing appropriate changes to the role of project team.

This study researched the effect of initial expenses for food service business and shop characteristics on the motive of starting business through questionnaires(from April to May, 2008). The results are as follows. First, for the hypothesis, 'the motive of starting business depends on its initial expenses', the significance probability of good commercial area was .015 and that of retirement was .020, showing statistically significant difference. F values were 2,889 and 2.734 each, which showed significant difference by 0.001. Second, for the hypothesis, 'the motive of starting business depends on shop characteristics', the significance probability of the accomplishment desire, the future stability and the retirement were .011, .009, and .025 each, showing statistically significant difference. F values were 2,616, 3.034 and 3.177 each, showing significant difference by .001. Lastly, initial expenses for business and shop characteristics showed significant difference according to the demographical variables on the motive of starting business. This study shows the problem of starting business with no extra funds. It is important to reflect the opinions of founders about the commercial building lease protection law for them to concentrate on business. The founders should research for menu and systems and be aware of the tendency of the industry for sure.

It is important to choose and develop right business model in the process of implementing the ubiquitous service concept. In particular, it is also required to build a method which can assist in establishing a business model in a competitive perspective to differentiate business strategy. However, we could not find the existing studies which tried to develop business model including methods on how to differentiate business strategy in a competitive environment. In this study, we propose an ontology for repository of ubiquitous business model and address on how to apply the proposed business model repository to real ubiquitous industry. We also built a repository of unlicensed wireless device industry to check the applicability of proposed ubiquitous business model ontology and to show the various examples. We expect that building the business model repository contributes to reduce the redundancy and inefficiency for industry as well as to increase likelihood of business success for an individual company.

With the spread of Internet, e-business using Internet technology is being actively developed and operated. Currently, on behalf of the international e-business framework, International standard such as ebXML and Web Service is being advanced. We are able to publish and search business information through ebXML and Web Service and then actual trading between partners is accomplished. By the way, it is Registry that play an important part in e-business. Registry is an e-business infrastructure for enabling building, deploying, and the discovery of business Information. We can do e-business through Registries dynamically and share the resources. Representatives of Registry are ebXML and UDDI used as an international standard. We will meet with some problems when using Registries. ebXML Is focused on B2B collaborations and Web Service Is focused on application integrations. So we must use ebXML and Web Service characteristically, and sometimes use all at need. ebXML and Web Service contain business information by Registry specific way. So When using the services offered by ebXML and Web Service, we should access each Registry by using Registry specific tools. This thesis intended to integrate business information from ebXML Registry and UDDI Registry to accomplish e-business conveniently This thesis defined the common data model as well as integrated query language for integrated access to ebXML and Web Service along with design and implementation of the system.

최근 국내 건설 분야에서 BIM의 활용이 늘어나고 있는 추세이지만 도면을 포함하는 BIM 설계가 아닌 주로 내 외부 시각화와 같은 단순 활용에 그치고 있다. 이에 대한 원인으로 여러 연구에서 BIM 설계에 필요한 라이브러리의 부족과 경제적인 문제를 지적하고 있다. 즉, 경제적으로 영세한 대다수의 국내 설계사무소 입장에서는 필요한 BIM 라이브러리를 직접 제작하여 사용하기 위한 비용과 인력 투자가 힘들어 BIM 설계 활성화에 부정적 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 라이브러리를 경제적이며 쉽고 빠르게 공급받을 수 있다면 BIM 설계가 보다 적극적으로 이루어 질 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 건축자재선정업무와 BIM 라이브러리를 고찰하여 경제적이며 쉽고 빠르게 BIM 라이브러리 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 BIM 라이브러리 비즈니스 모델과 고려요소들을 제시하였다. 제시한 비즈니스 모델은 국내에서 절대적으로 부족한 BIM 라이브러리 공급자를 늘려 적은 비용과 노력으로 효과적인 BIM설계가 가능하도록 할 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 비즈니스 모델을 반영한 서비스가 이루어진다면 설계, 시공, 유지관리 단계에서 일관된 정보공유가 가능한 통합데이터베이스가 구축될 것이다. 구축된 데이터베이스를 이용하면 건축물의 생애주기 동안 자재 및 설비 정보의 변화를 모니터링할 수 있기 때문에 자재 및 설비의 개량은 물론 효과적인 설계와 유지관리를 위한 실적데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social capital on the economic performance of Korean Business Residents in Japan and global competitiveness of Korea, and to find out social capital is the antecedent factor of these two variables. To serve the purpose of this study, we conducted the extensive survey on 153 Korean Business Residents in Japan in diverse industries. From the result, we identified that the economic performance becomes higher as the level of social capital increase, and the Korean Business Residents which has good performance affect the global competitiveness of Korea.

Business process(workflow) analysis has been recognized as a core step to building information systems. However, most analysts have recognized that deriving consistent business process artifacts even in a simple business domain is very difficult, since most analysis methods give the designers narrative and/or diagrammatic tools that do not support rigorous analysis rules. This often generates inconsistent analysis results, leading to create useless information systems and resulting in tremendous budget wastes. To overcome this weakness, this paper presents a declarative business process modeling method called contract-collaboration net(cc-net), which is not only somewhat formal but also useful to the practitioners. A case study on bank domain is presented to illustrate our approach.
