This paper presents very low bit rate speech coder, ZFE-CELP(ZINC Function Excitation-Code Excited Linear Prediction). The ZFE-CELP speech codec is based on a ZINC function and CELP modeling of the excitation signal respectively according to the frame characteristic such as a voiced speech and an unvoiced speech. And this paper suggest strategies to improve the speech quality of the very low bit rate speech coder.

시공간 데이터베이스는 실세계에 존재하는 다양한 유형의 객체에 대한 공간 관리와 이력정보를 동시에 제공함으로써 사용자에게 시공간 데이터에 대한 저장 및 질의 수단을 제공한다. 질의 연산 중 집계 연산은 특정한 조건을 만족하는 데이터에 대하여 계산을 수행한 결과 값을 반환하는 연산으로, 다양한 분야에서 데이터의 분석을 위해 사용된다. 그러나 기존의 집계에 대한 연구는 시간 또는 공간에만 편중되어 시간과 공간 제약을 모두 가진 실세계의 응용에 직접 적용할 수 없다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 실세계 응용들의 분석을 위한 시공간 집계함수를 제안하고, 실제 응용에서의 분석을 위한 질의 예를 보인다. 제안된 시공간 집계함수에 의해 사용자는 응용시스템에 따른 시공간데이터 분석을 위해 간략하고 편리한 질의 할 수 있다.

최근 DDOS 공격이 활발해짐에 따라 많은 사이트에서 검색 페이지에 노출되지 않도록 웹봇을 차단한 경우가 생기게 되었다. 하지만 이는 사이트 사용자나 사이트 측 모두에게 악영향을 미치므로 웹 사이트의 웹봇 접근성을 평가하는 프로그램을 제작하게 되었다. 본 프로그램은 Robots.txt를 분석하거나 Robots 메타 태크 등을 분석하여 웹 사이트의 웹봇 접근성을 평가하는 프로그램이다. 이 프로그램으로 평가한 결과를 피드백의 근거로 삼아 더 나은 검색 결과를 기대할 수 있다.

Based on Regional Industry Development Plan in 2014, machinery part industry and medical instrument industry has been designated as core industries of Chung-buk area. Machinery part industry plays an important role in economic growth of chung-buk area and it has been faced with signigicant changes - such as SMART factory and IoT(Internet of things). Also, medical instrument industry with 3D printing technology grows rapidly in Chung-buk area. It is believed that medical instrument could be next cash-cow items for Chung-buk area. In this paper, we survey, analyze and summarize the current machinery part industry and medical instrument industry focused on Chunk-buk Area.

This paper is to study the inverted pendulum system of cart type by using the method of PID control. This system is that inverted pendulum maintain a constant balance from unstable state by moving a cart. It is controlled via the PID controller. PID controller is proposed to maintain a constant balance for nonlinear system such as the inverted pendulum system so PID control is widely used in the industrial field because of superior control performance, easy implementation and relatively simple structure. To design this system, it consist of Encorder and DC motor. Encorder is used to read the angle of the pendulum and DC motor is used to change the angle. We can verify results of experiment through the Matlab simulator via the inverted pendulum system of cart type.

Fault of under ground power cable occurs usually from the water tree such as the vented tree, the bow tree and the water-rich halo. The water tree penetrates to the polyethylene cable insulations. Sometimes, the water tree also diffuses to mother cable in the substation. In this paper, instead of replacement of the faulty cable, we tried to cure an electrical power cable degraded by the water trees with silicon injection method. And measured the results with the isothermal relaxation current analysis method. After cable cure, Chonil line was improved from 2.27 to 1.96 in a phase, from 2.148 to 2.020 in b phase, and from badness to 2.192 in c phase. And Keumam line was also improved from 2.419 to 1.920 in a phase, from 2.301 to 2.000 in b phase, and from badness to 1.957 in c phase.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of soil improver on the population density and composition of microarthropods in the upland which cultivated pepper consecutively. We have treated soil improver sucf as zeolite, compost, ca, sio2 , and integrated improvement i. e. treated zeolite, compost, ca, and deep cultivate ; 20 cm. We sampled soil to collect soil microarthropods from a week to 15 months after treament at each site by soil-corer and extracted 48 hours in berlese- tullgren funnel. We have classified 16 families, 35 species diversity index of soil microarthropods are highe in the integrated improver and compost site than those found in any other sites. We suggest that soil improvement effrcts of integrated improved site are influenced by compost.

저지들은 캐나다 방문당시 복부 팽만감을 주소로 그곳 병원을 림프관평활근 종증을 진단받고 귀국 후 본 병원에서 매달 Depo provera를 근주하고 매달 폐기능 검사등을 실시하여 추적관찰하고 있는 폐와 후복강에 발생한 림프관평활근종증의 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
