경주 광명동유적 건물지의 성격에 대하여 (Study on the character of architecture remains in Gwangmyeong-dong site, Geongju)

  • It was identified by the excavation that architecture remains were confirmed buddhist temple consist of ruins of main building of a temple, auditorium site, ruins of stone pagoda, embankment, pedestrian Facilities and drainage etc. in the Gwangmyeong-dong site. The site has been held temple arrangement with 1 main building of a temple, twin Pagodas from the Unified Silla period to Goryeo dynasty. The temple constructed after that was destroyed the architecture in the Unified Silla period. It seems that aristocrat or royalty power of within group of the nearby remains of city which was constructed in the Unified Silla period build and visit the temple. Considering there are excavations, it assumes that the temple had been constructed during the last days of the Unified Silla, was closed up during the mid-Goryeo Dynasty.

아파트 옥외공간의 조경 변천에 관한 연구 - 법규와 법조문의 변화를 중심으로 - (The History of Transformation of Outdoor Landscape in Apartment Complex - Focused on the Enactment and Revision of laws and Regulations -)

  • This research traces the history of legislative matters regarding the enactment and revision of laws and regulations related to the outdoor landscape in apartment complex. The years before 1976 can be classified as 'a period of darkness' for the landscape in apartment complex due to absence of landscape legislation. From the year of 1977 when the landscape planting and mere necessities were carried out according to the local administration's building standard to the year of 1990 can be classified as 'a period of quickening'. The year of after 1991 when the enactment of the code#32 called "the green space in site" in the "Korea Building Code" and the "Korea Housing Standard & Regulation" was made, and various construction regulations and provisions were revised in order to improve the scantiness of the apartment complex and its environment should be called 'a period of development'.

  • Tilt-up construction is the method that the wall structures are fabricated horizontally on site and placed at specified location using heavy lifting equipment. Tilt-up method generally has several advantages, such as of productivity improvement, labor savings, shortened the construction period the and cost savings. In this study, Tilt-up method is used for wall construction of detached house. Result shores the substantial improvement on construction period. The use of Tilt-up method led construction period reduction of 20%.

  • In accordance with recent changes in construction trends, interest in introducing the OSC, such as the Precast Concrete, is increasing in apartment buildings. In domestic studies, studies on the prediction of the construction period of PC apartment buildings through simulation have been conducted, but there is no study on the comparison of the construction period according to the actual construction of Precast Concrete(PC) and Reinforced Concrete(RC). Therefore, this study seeks to grasp the technology of the current PC construction method and to secure the original technology of project management through comparison of the absolute time of frame construction for PC and RC buildings composed of the same plane.

스마트시티 공간의 변화 분석: 지구, 가로, 건물, 시설의 융합 변화 (An Analysis on the Change of Smart City Space: Convergence Change of District, Street, Building and Facility)

  • 본 스마트시티의 개발초점은 점차 물리적 개발측면에서 공간적 개발측면으로 변화하고 있다. 공간적 개발의 주요적용 기술로는 환경기술(ET), 정보기술(ET), 그리고 환경기술과 정보기술이 융합된 환경 정보기술(ET+IT)이 있다. 그러나 스마트시티에 공간융합이 3가지의 기술들에 의해 변화 한다는 것은 아직까지 불투명하다. 따라서 본 연구는 스마트시티 공간(지구, 가로, 건물, 시설)의 융합 변화를 3가지 기술들을 통해 구체적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 주요연구 내용은 스마트시티에 융합된 환경기술, 정보기술, 환경 정보기술과 4개의 공간 사이의 융합 분포비율을 시기별(시기 1 : 1972~1999, 시기 2 : 2000~2009, 시기 3 : 2010~2017)로 파악하는 것이다. 그에 따라 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트시티 1기의 공간 적용개수와 융합 분포비율 합계는 지구(53개/43.0%)-건물(36개/29.1%)-가로(22개/17.9%)-시설(12개/10.0%) 순으로 높았다. 둘째, 스마트시티 2기의 공간 적용개수와 융합 분포비율 합계는 지구(223개/32.4%)-건물(197개/28.6%)-가로(195개/28.3%)-시설(74개/14.8%) 순으로 높았다. 셋째, 3기에는 4개의 공간 위계 중, 지구(467개/33%)가 가장 높았다. 그러나 1기, 2기와 다른 점은 가로(384개/27.4%)가 건물(361개/25.8%)보다 높았으며, 그 뒤로 시설(188개/13.4%)의 융합되고 있다. 넷째, 스마트시티는 1기와 2기 모두 적용개수와 융합비율에서 지구-건물-가로-시설 순으로 높은 결과 값이 나왔으나, 개수평균에서는 건물-가로-지구-시설 순으로 높았다. 3기에는 적용개수와 융합비율이 지구-가로-건물-시설 순으로 높았으며, 개수평균은 1,2기와 동일하였다. 결과적으로 스마트시티 공간(지구, 가로, 건물, 시설)은 초창기에 도시의 거시적 공간(항만, 공원, 녹지, 유원지, 공공공지, 수도전기, 열 공급시설, 하천, 궤도, 운하)의 개발을 통해 변화 되었다. 이후 지구 공간중심 개발과 스마트시티를 구축하는 중요한 건물(내부, 외부, 사이)공간에 다양한 디바이스/기술이 융합되어 시민유입을 목표로 변화하게 되었다. 건물공간은 계속해서 진화하고 있으며, 향후 스마트시티 공간은 완료된 건물과 건물을 연결하는 가로 공간으로 활성화 될 것이라 예상된다.

경년변화에 따른 우리나라 서중 콘크리트 적용기간의 변천 (Variation of the Period of Hot Weather Concrete with Elapse of Age in Korea)

  • This paper is to investigate the change of the period of hot weather concrete with elapse of age based on climate data. Climate data for 30 years and 5 years are used respectively. Determination of the period of hot weather concreting on architectural execution in Korea according to the specifications of AIJ, KSCE, and ACI are discussed. According to the research, the period of hot weather concreting with each specification in most regions lasts over 35 days. Compared with the period of cold weather concreting in hillside and inland area, coastal areas have shorter period in the same latitude. The period of hot weather concreting tends to decrease with high latitude. As expected, with the elapse of age, the period of hot weather concrete exhibited to decrease, especially, big city like Seoul, Busan etc had remarkably increased period by as much as a week. This is due to the global warming and industrialization effect with the elapse of age.

한국불교 전통사찰의 건축물공부(建築物公簿)에 관한 연구 -범어사 건축물대장을 중심으로- (A Study on the Official Building Register of Korean Traditional Temple - Focused on the Official Building Register of Beomeo-sa -)

  • This thesis is to analyze the origin and transformation of the official building registers of Korean traditional temples, and also to suggest the amendment of their wrong archives. Especially, this study is to examine these subjects focused on Beomeo-sa which has maintained fine registers. The results are as follow; 1. In Chosun Dynasty, the Ip-an had been used, and in the period of Daehan-Empire, the Ga-gei had been used as each official registers for the common buildings. The other hand, the lists of properties and the legal registers had been used as official registers for the temple buildings between 1911 and 1962. 2. The current official building registers have been firstly recorded under in 1962. At that time, the current official registers have been also recorded for the Buddhist temple buildings. 3. Most of the official building registers of Buddhist temples are incomplete. Especially, these have usually the indistinct building names and wrong building areas. These were mainly caused by direct copying of the old registers recorded in 1956, the period of Buddhist confusion. Furthermore, the registers have been poorly operated by monks and offices. 4. Therefore, the registers has to be corrected as follow; The omitted buildings have to be added and the duplicated buildings have to be removed in the summary heading registers. The indistinct building names recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual proper building names. The wrong building areas recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual measurement building areas.

비구조요소의 내진설계를 위한 등가정적 층가속도 평가 (Evaluation of Equivalent-Static Floor Acceleration for Seismic Design of Non-Structural Elements)

  • In this paper, the ASCE 7 equivalent static approach for seismic design of non-structural elements is critically evaluated based on the measured floor acceleration data, theory of structural dynamics, and linear/nonlinear dynamic analysis of three-dimensional building models. The analysis of this study on the up-to-date database of the instrumented buildings in California clearly reveals that the measured database does not well corroborate the magnitude and the profile of the floor acceleration as proposed by ASCE 7. The basic flaws in the equivalent static approach are illustrated using elementary structural dynamics. Based on the linear and nonlinear dynamic analyses of three-dimensional case study buildings, it is shown that the magnitude and distribution of the PFA (peak floor acceleration) can significantly be affected by the supporting structural characteristics such as fundamental period, higher modes, structural nonlinearity, and torsional irregularity. In general, the equivalent static approach yields more conservative acceleration demand as building period becomes longer, and the PFA distribution in long-period buildings tend to become constant along the building height due to the higher mode effect. Structural nonlinearity was generally shown to reduce floor acceleration because of its period-lengthening effect. Torsional floor amplification as high as 250% was observed in the building model of significant torsional irregularity, indicating the need for inclusion of the torsional amplification to the equivalent static approach when building torsion is severe. All these results lead to the conclusion that, if permitted, dynamic methods which can account for supporting structural characteristics, should be preferred for rational seismic design of non-structural elements.

Effect of poorly-compacted backfill around embedded foundations on building seismic response

  • Many building foundations are embedded, however it is not easy to compact the backfill around the foundation especially for the deeply embedded ones. The soil condition around the embedded foundation may affect the seismic response of a building due to the weak contact between the soil and the foundation. In this paper, the response accelerations in the short-period range and at the period of 1 second (in the long-period range) for a seismic design spectrum specified in the IBC design code were compared considering perfect and poor backfills to investigate the effect of backfill compaction around the embedded foundation. An in-house finite-element software (P3DASS) which has the capability of horizontal pseudo-3D seismic analysis with linear soil layers was used to perform the seismic analyses of the structure-soil system with an embedded foundation. Seismic analyses were carried out with 7 bedrock earthquake records provided by the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER), scaling the peak ground accelerations to 0.1 g. The results indicate that the poor backfill is not detrimental to the seismic response of a building, if the foundation is not embedded deeply in the soft soil. However, it is necessary to perform the seismic analysis for the structure-soil system embedded deeply in the soft soil to check the seismic resonance due to the soft soil layer beneath the foundation, and to compact the backfill as well as possible.

원자력 발전소 RCB 외벽 거푸집 1단 타설 높이별 시공성 분석 (Analysis of Construction RCB Exterior Wall Formwork Placing High on Nuclear Power Plant)

  • It is very important to reduce the construction duration of the Reactor Containment Building (RCB) when considering the more than 50 months on average from concrete placement to completion. The purpose of this study attempts to evaluate the single-stage workability of the system given a change in the height of the setting of RCB exterior wall formwork to be used in nuclear power plant construction. As a result of this study, it is possible height of 3.5m~4m uses formwork when analyzing the construction period and material costs an increase in formwork by concrete lateral pressure, to ensure the workability of the RCB exterior wall formwork. Through this study, I want to provide as basic data for the improvement of workability and RCB shortening the construction period.
