패션브랜드 숍매니저로의 성장과정에 관한 근거이론 연구 (A Grounded Theory Study on the Growth Process as a Fashion Brand Manager)

  • This study presents a conceptual framework for the growth process as a manager based on data gathered from the sales experiences and careers of fashion brand managers. The study participants were seven managers with over 15 years of sales experience in a women's clothing brand in Gwangju. Data were collected through in-depth interviews from January 2018 to September 2018 and analyzed using open coding, axis coding, and selective coding according to Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory method. The study results are as follows. First, this study found six categories and 17 sub-categories based on the shop manager's sales experiences and careers. Second, we found the central job category as well as categories with causality, interaction, moderating and outcome relationships. Third, we developed a paradigm model that links the main phenomena, causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, action/interaction strategies, and consequence categories. Fourth, the process of growing as a fashion brand manager was described by an integrated story.

테이크아웃 커피전문점 브랜드 개성이 고객만족 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Take-out Coffee Shop Brand Personality on Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty)

  • This study identified the brand personality of domestic take-out coffee shops and examined its effects on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The research subjects were college students in Busan who visited a coffee house. Overall, four major empirical results were obtained. First, five factors of brand personality were identified: "energy", "competence", "familiarity", "reliability", and "sophistication". Second, all brand personality factors had significant effects on customer satisfaction, but "familiarity" (${\beta}$=0.429) and "reliability" (${\beta}$=0.381) appeared to have the greatest effects. Third, brand personality factors had significant effects on brand loyalty, with"reliability" (${\beta}$=0.447) appearing to have the greatest effect on brand loyalty. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer brand loyalty. These results show that brand personality can be an important means of marketing differentiation in an intense competitive coffee market atmosphereto increase customer satisfaction and build brand equity.

커피 전문점 이용자의 일반적 특성, 선택 속성, 커피 음용 행동 및 긍정적 감정 간 관계 (The Relationships among Characteristics of Customers, Choice Attributes, Positive Emotion Associated with Coffee-Drinking Behavior -Focusing on Specialty Coffee Shop Customers-)

  • This study explored choice attributes in specially coffee shops and examined the relations between choice attributes and positive emotions customers felt in specially coffee shops. The study also attempted to find differences in choice attributes and positive emotions according to general characteristics of customers and coffee-drinking behavior. Measured items were derived from preliminary interviews and a literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to customers in Seoul who had visited a specially coffee shop in the last 3 months. The derived factors of choice attributes were 'taste of coffee and atmosphere', 'brand', 'price benefit', 'pleasant space', and 'coffee itself. Among those, the two factors 'taste of coffee and atmosphere', and 'brand' had a statistically significant influence on positive emotions of customers. This implies that specially coffee shop customers have primarily emotional rather than utilitarian motivations. Therefore, to better satisfy customers' desires, more effort is needed to improve the physical environment in coffee shops. Female and younger customers showed higher perception of price benefits than others did. The perception of price benefits and pleasant space mainly varied by the location of coffee-drinking and frequency of visiting specially coffee shops. Further differences in positive emotion according to general characteristics and behaviors of having coffee also discussed.

헤어숍 브랜드신뢰가 충성행동에 미치는 영향과 브랜드 인지정도의 조절효과 (The Effect of Hair Shop Brand Trust on Loyalty Behavior and the Moderating Effect of Brand Awareness)

  • 본 연구는 미용업체에 대한 브랜드 신뢰가 소비자 충성행동으로 이어지는 관계에 관한 연구로 브랜드신뢰의 중요성을 알아보고 브랜드 인지정도의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 설문대상은 헤어미용서비스 이용경험이 있는 소비자이며, 2019년 12월 15일부터 2019년 12월 30일까지 자기기입식 설문을 진행하였다. 총 288부의 응답데이터가 분석에 사용되었으며, SPSS 21.0 통계패키지프로그램을 활용하였다. 헤어숍 브랜드 신뢰는 전문성, 호의성, 정직성으로 구분하였으며, 분석결과 전문성은 경제적 충성행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 정직성은 경제적 충성행동과 사회적 충성행동에 유의한 영향관계를 보였다. 호의성은 영향관계가 나타나지 않았다. 브랜드 인지정도의 조절효과를 검증해 본 결과 전문성과 정직성은 사회적 충성행동 간의 영향관계에서 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 빠르게 변화하는 경쟁 환경 속에서 헤어숍의 브랜드 신뢰와 고객의 관계를 안정적으로 구축하기 위한 효과적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

커피전문점 종사원의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 브랜드 이미지, 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Influence of Coffee Shop Employee Non-verbal Communication on the Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 커피전문점을 방문하는 고객이 인지하는 종사원의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 브랜드 이미지 및 고객만족도에 미치는 영향력을 고찰하였다. 실증연구를 위해 확보된 317개의 표본을 바탕으로 연구모형의 신뢰성, 적합성 등을 검토하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 총 3개의 가설을 검증하였으며 모형의 적합도는 ${\chi}^2=434.380$(p<0.001), df=178, CMIN/DF=2.440, GFI=0.886, AGFI=0.852, NFI=0.900, CFI=0.938, RMSEA=0.068으로 조사되었다. 연구결과, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 하위 차원인 신체언어(${\beta}=.311$), 의사언어(${\beta}=.242$), 신체적 외형(${\beta}=.382$), 공간적 행위(${\beta}=.481$)는 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었으며, 브랜드 이미지(${\beta}=.217$)는 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 비언어적 커뮤니케이션은 브랜드 이미지에 영향을 미치며, 결과적으로 고객만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 고객만족도와의 인과관계에서 브랜드 이미지는 부분적으로 매개역할을 하는 것으로 조사되었다.

구매심리의 단계와 가중치에 따른 VMD 감성평가 -의류브랜드를 중심으로- (Evaluation of VMD Sensibility according to Purchasing Psychological Steps and Weights)

  • 본 연구에서는 판매매장별 구매심리에 따른 디스플레이 항목 에 대한 전문가 평가와 매장 방문 고객을 대상으로 한 반응 설문조사를 병행하여 실제 판매환경에서의 VMD에 대한 통합적 분석을 행하고, 브랜드 감성과의 일치성, 브랜드 감성 형성 요인 등을 조사하여 판매 매장별로 비교하였다. 그 결과, 거리숍이 백화점내 매장보다 고객의 시선을 사로잡고 구매자극력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시각적 만족과 매장 방문 만족도는 고객의 구매의지와 비례관계에 있었으며 전문가에 의한 감성평가와 고객의 제품구매의지는 상관이 있었다 구매심리단계별 VMD 요소의 부족한 점과 이행이 잘 되는 점을 상호보완하면 각 판매 환경에서 VMD로 인한 즐거운 쇼핑문화를 이룩하고 또한 구매효과도 증진시킬 수 있을 것이다. 고객반응을 바탕으로 한 소비자 조사를 통하여 매장 VMD 효과를 분석하고 상품구매 욕구와의 연관성을 이끌어냄으로써 소비자 조사 결과가 유용한 방법이다. VMD가 이뤄지는 곳은 실제 판매환경인 매장이므로 VMD의 효과와 고객반응에 대한 조사는 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

20~30대 여성 소비자들의 화장품 브랜드 개성 지각이 선호에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Perceived Cosmetic Brand Personality on the Preference of Women Consumer in 20~30's)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine effects of perceived cosmetic brand personality on the preference of women consumer in 20~30's who started applying adult makeup and were sensitive to cosmetics and makeup techniques to provide domestic cosmetic brands with unique personality marketing resources. A questionnaire developed by researchers was used and 538 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Data was analyzed by SPSS PC(Ver. 16.0). Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and muliti regression analysis were done. The findings of this study were; Domestic cosmetic brands' personality factors were aesthetics, performance, interest, competency, and boldness. In case of Isaknox, women consumers in 20-30's preferred it when they perceived its aesthetics, performance, and competency. They preferred Lacvert when they perceived its aesthetics and interest, while they preferred The Face Shop when they perceived its aesthetics, performance, and competency. They preferred domestic cosmetic brand was Hera most, followed by Laneige, Isaknox, Lacvert, and The Face Shop in a descending order. Also they preferred Laneige when they perceived its competency and Hera when they perceived its aesthetics and interest.

Convergence of Consumer Hygiene Awareness on Coffee Smell, Price, and Shops, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchases

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to determine consumers' awareness of hygiene and the perceived risks in the service areas of coffee shops and diners, or simply coffee shops. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature review was conducted on related publications, essays, and periodicals to find correlations among the variables. We developed a research model and hypothesis, and conducted empirical research for statistical data analysis. Results - The results satisfied adequacy standards, with GFI=0.926, AGFI=0.901, RMR=0.020, NFI=0.941, X2=403.197, and p-value=0.120. The results also displayed satisfied adequacy standards for the moderating effects of shop types, with GFI=0.998 (≥0.9 desirable), AGFI=0.998 (≥0.9 desirable), RMR=0.004 (≤0.05 desirable), NFI=0.999 (≥0.9 desirable), X2=1.572, and p-value=0.814 (≥0.05 desirable). Conclusions - A higher consumer hygienic awareness results in a better brand image. Moreover, greater perceived risk results in a worse brand image. Perceived risk is a vital determinant of brand image and it deeply influences customers' decisions to visit. Therefore, perceived risk is a vital determinant of forming a brand image and must be incorporated when devising strategies.

A Study on the Private Consumption Value of Franchise Companies: A Comparison of Foreign and Domestic Brand Consumers

  • Purpose - The relationship between personal consumption value and brand trust and brand attitude, brand trust and brand attitude, and brand loyalty was analyzed at a time when customers visiting domestic and foreign brands with mutual competition recognized the coffee shop as a new cultural space. Research design, data, and methodology - To examine these research models, samples were collected from 348 peoples who visited Coffee Franchise Companies during March to April, 2019. Results - The results of the study showed that Most of the assumptions about consumers' personal consumption values and brand trust, brand attitude and brand loyalty were adopted. This shows that there is a positive and organic relationship between these variables. Conclusions - Consumers' personal consumption values are found to have a positive impact on brand trust and brand attitudes. This means that the more positive an individual's consumption value is, the more confidence and likability a brand has. Brand trust has been shown to have a positive impact on brand attitudes. Brand attitudes and brand trust also have a positive impact on brand loyalty. This means efficient management of brand trust and brand attitudes in chain service companies is necessary.

  • Show window display is a technique of arranging goods for sales promotion, namely, motivating and inducing customers to purchase products. It is not simply exhibiting articles but a technical expression of values retained in exhibited articles and an integrated visual art comprehending color, lighting effect, the customers' angle of vision, differentiation from neighboring stores, harmony with properties, assistive roles of relevant goods, and entire messages provided by these elements. Show window display plays the role of a medium that expresses brand images and attracts consumers. Through the medium, the company's brand image is recognized and the recognition determines the trend of brand sales. Brand images planted to consumers seldom change, and wrong recognition affects not only the brand image but also the company image. The present study purposed to suggest show window display employing brand images different from traditional show window display, to examine the effects of brand images on consumers' intention to purchase, and to propose display design.
