가공열처리에 의한 Alloy 600 재료의 결정립계특성 변화와 입계부식 및 1차측 응력부식균열 거동 (Grain Boundary Character Changes and IGA/PWSCC Behavior of Alloy 600 Material by Thermomechanical Treatment)

  • 가공열처리에 의한 결정립계조절 개념을 이용하여 Alloy 600 재료의 결정립계특성과 부식특성을 조사하였다. 가공열 처리에 따른 결정립계특성 변화를 EBSP로 분석하였으며, 결정립계특성 변화가 입계부식 및 응력부식균열 거동에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 가공열처리 반복에 따른 각 단계에서의 CSL 입계의 분율 변화가 두드러지지는 않았으나, 상용재료에 비하여 CSL 분율이 약 10% 이상 향상된 결과를 얻었다. 결정립계특성 변화에 따라 입계부식 저항성이 현저하게 증가하였으나, 1차측 응력부식균열 특성에 있어서는 가공열처리를 반복할수록 파단시간과 최대하중이 감소하고 평균 균열성장속도가 증가하였으며 2차 균열이 억제되는 결과를 얻었다. 결정립계의 \`fine tuning\` 기구가 이러한 부식거동변화에 작용한 것으로 해석할 수 있었다.

임의의 경계조건을 갖는 철근 콘크리트 사판의 해석 (An Analysis of the R/C Skew-Plates With Arbitrary Boundary Conditions)

  • This study was carried out to investigate mechanical characteristics of the uniformly loaded skew-plate at 4 kinds of boundary condition : i) all edges are clamped (BC-1) , ii) all edges are simply supported (BC- 2), iii) two opposite edges are clamped and the other two edges are free (BC-3), and iv )two opposite edges are simply supported and the other two edges are free (BC-4). Various skew angles, 0$^{\circ}$, 10$^{\circ}$, 15$^{\circ}$, 30$^{\circ}$, 40: 45: and 60, of the plate were tested for the above boundary conditions. Resutts obtained from the study are summarized as follows ; 1.The lateral displacement at the center of a skew- plate was decreased as the skewangle increased at all of the boundary conditions. The decrements of the conditions of BC-3 and BC-4 were considerable. And, difference of the displacement between the boundary conditions was decreased as the skew-angle was increased. 2. X-moments (to the Y-axis) at the center of a skew- plate and the minimum principal moments were shown as a similar pattern of change with respect to the skew-angle variation between BC-i and BC-2 and between BC-3 and BC-4, and the pattern of change at the conditions of BC-3 and BC-4 were shown higher rates than those for the conditions of BC-i and BC-2 3.Y-moments (to the X- axis) at the center of a skew-plate and the maximum principal moment were decreased as the skew-angle increased in a similar pattern at all of the boundary conditions. 4.X-moments at the obtuse angle side of a skew-plate were shown as a parabolic pattern of change (frist increased after then decreased) as the skew-angle increased, and a skew-angle resulting the maximum absolute moment was depended on the boundary conditions. 5.Y-moments at the obtuse angle side of a skew-plate were affected by the skewangle much more at the boundary condtions of BC-2 and BC-4 than at the conditions of BC-i and BC-3. 6.Maximum principal moments at the obtuse angle side of a skew-plate at the skew angle of 40$^{\circ}$- 45$^{\circ}$ were resulted almost the same value at all of the boundary conditions .

유통경로 내 조직간 영역초월행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Interorganizational Boundary Spanning Behaviors between Buyers and Sellers)

  • 최근 영역초월행동에 관한 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 여기서 영역초월행동은 종업원들이 사전에 정해진 역할을 넘어서 추가적으로 수행하는 행동을 의미하는데, 영역초월행동은 고객의 만족과 서비스 품질지각, 그리고 호의적인 구전활동을 강화하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 영역초월행동이 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대할 수 있는 기업 간 거래관계, 특히 유통경로 구성원간 관계에서 영역초월행동에 관한 연구는 국내는 물론 해외에서도 매우 부족한 실정이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존에 서비스 분야에서 주로 다루어졌던 영역초월행동을 유통경로 조직간 관계에서 다루었다. 특히, 본 연구는 다양한 유통경로의 조직패턴, 즉, 기업형, 계약형, 그리고 전통형 유통경로별로 영역초월행동이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는 지도 탐험적으로 살펴보았다. 자동차 대리점 200점, 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점 120점, 산업자재 소매점 104점, 총 420개의 소매점을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과 판매자의 의사소통의 질, 공정성, 마케팅 프로그램의 일관성이 구매자의 관계만족과 조직결속을 통해 영역초월행동을 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 영역초월행동은 수직적 통합수준이 높은 계약형과 기업형 경로구조에서 더 활발하게 나타났다.

인산화 전분 ER 유체의 트라이볼로지 특성 (Tribological Characteristics of Phosphorated Starch Based Electrorheological Fluid)

  • This experimental study presents tribological characteristics under boundary lubrication contacts associated with electrorheolocal (ER) fluid. ER fluid is prepared by using phosphorated starch particles and silicone oil. Experimental apparatus of tribological tester is designed and constructed to evaluate tribological characteristics of pin specimens. Wear tests under boundary lubrication of ER fluid are experimentally performed under consideration of several operational factors such as normal load, sliding distance, sliding speed and specimen materials: steel, copper and aluminum. After wear test, microscopic surface changes of the worn pin specimens are analyzed in order to investigate measured wear characteristics by using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) as well as surface profilometer. In addition, the chemical wear characteristics are investigated by using energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Moreover, friction coefficient measurements under different materials of pin specimens are conducted for the tribological investigations. In order to verify the effect of starch phosphate particles in ER fluid, the wear test results with ER fluid are compared with test results with only silicone oil. The results clearly present that the phosphorated starch based ER fluid shows the stabilized wear as well as friction characteristics after run-in operations, but the wear rate under ER fluid is increased.

스월 인젝터의 동특성에 대한 수치해석 연구 (Dynamic Characteristics Simulation for a Simplex Swirl Injector)

  • 스월 인젝터의 비선형 동적특성을 모사할 수 있는 수치해석 모델을 개발하여 인젝터내의 정적/동적 특성을 분석하였다. Boundary Element Methods (BEMs)을 적용한 수치모델은 유체 경계면 산출에 매우 유리한 장점이 있어 표면의 불안정성 해석에 유용하게 적용되어 왔다. 이전의 연구 결과에서는 스월효과를 고려할 수 있도록 확장된 수치모델을 이용하여 인젝터의 형상을 고려한 정적특성을 보여주었다. 본 논문에서는 유입 흐름에 교란이 발생했을 때 인젝터의 각 구성요소에서의 동적응답을 분석하였고, 이론적 결과와 비교하여 수치모델에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 수치해석 결과는 입력류에서의 교란이 각 인젝터 구성품을 지나면서 감쇠/증폭되고 위상차를 만들게 되는 과정을 잘 모사하고 있다. 개발된 수치모델은 인젝터의 다양한 설계변수들이 유동특성에 미치는 효과 분석과 이론적 모델로는 예측이 어려운 비선형 영역에서의 동적 응답특성 분석에 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this paper, static and oscillatory instability of nanopipes conveying fluid and modelled as a thin-walled beam is investigated. Effects of boundary conditions and non-classical transverse shear and rotary inertia are incorporated in this study. The governing equations and the three different boundary conditions are derived through Hamilton's principle. Numerical analysis is performed by using extend Galerkin method which enables us to obtain more exact solutions compared with conventional Galerkin method. Variations of critical flow velocity for different boundary conditions of carbon nanopipes are investigated and pertinent conclusion is outlined.

  • In metal forming, there are problems with recurrent geometric characteristics without explicitly prescibed boundary conditions. In such problems, so-called recurrent boundary conditions must be introduced. In this paper, as a practical application of the proposed method, the precision cold forging of a helical gear has been simulated by a three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method and compared with the experiment. The application of recurrent boundary conditions to helical gear forging analysis is proved to be effective and valid. the elastic stress analysis of the die for helical gear forging has been calculated by using the nodal force at the final stage obtained from the rigid-plastic finite element analysis. In order to obtain more precise gear products, the elastic analysis of the die after release of punch and the elastic spring-back analysis of product after ejection have been performed, and the final dimension of the computational product has been in good agreement with that of the experimental product.

  • A new approach to analyze the multi-domain acoustic system divided and enclosed by flexible structures is presented in this paper. The boundary element formulation of the Helmholtz integral equation is used for the internal fields and the finite element formulation for the structures surrounding the fields. We developed a numerical analysis program for the structural-acoustic coupling problems of the multi-domain system, in which boundary conditions such as the continuity of normal particle velocity and sound pressure in the structural interfaces between Field 1 and Field 2 are not needed. The validity of the numerical analysis program is verified by comparing the numerical results with the experimental ones. Example problems are included to investigate the characteristics of the coupled multi-domain system.

  • The boundary layer is a very important characteristic of a liquid-vapor interface since it governs the heat and mass transfer phenomena across an interface. However, the thickness of a boundary layer is generally micro- or nano-sized, which requires highly accurate measurement devices and, consequently, costs the related experiments very high and time-consuming. Due to these size dependent limitations, the experiments related with a nano-scaled size have suffered from the errors and the reliability of the obtained data. This study is performed to grasp the characteristics of a liquid-vapor interface, by using a molecular dynamics method. The simulation results were compared with other studies if possible. Although other studies reported that there existed a temperature discontinuity over an interface when the system was reduced to micro- or nano-sized, we confirmed that there was no such a temperature discontinuity.

  • This paper presents a new method with time-varying boundary layer and input gain, variated by Fuzzy Logic Control(FLC) by means of the system state in Sliding Mode Control (SMC). In addition to the time-varying boundary layer, the time-varying range of the fuzzy membership function has an effect on not only chattering reduction but also fast response characteristics. On the basis of SMC with time-varying boundary and FLC with time-varying input and output range, a computer simulation for inverted pendulum results in elimination of the chattering phenomenon and fast response.
