A mathematical model of electro-thermoelasticity subjected to memory-dependent derivative (MDD) heat conduction law is applied to a one-dimensional problem of a thermoelectric spherical cavity exposed to a warm stun that is an element of time in the presence of a uniform magnetic field. Utilizing Laplace transform as an instrument, the issue has been fathomed logically within the changed space. Numerical inversion of the Laplace transform is carried for the considered distributions and represented graphically. Some comparisons are shown in the figures to estimate the effects of MDD parameters and thermoelectric properties on the behavior of all considered fields.

A novel method of Skin lesion segmentation based on the combination of Texture and Neural Network is proposed in this paper. This paper combines the textures of different pixels in the skin images in order to increase the performance of lesion segmentation. For segmenting skin lesions, a two-step process is done. First, automatic border detection is performed to separate the lesion from the background skin. This begins by identifying the features that represent the lesion border clearly by the process of Texture analysis. In the second step, the obtained features are given as input towards the Recurrent Echo state neural networks in order to obtain the segmented skin lesion region. The proposed algorithm is trained and tested for 862 skin lesion images in order to evaluate the accuracy of segmentation. Overall accuracy of the proposed method is compared with existing algorithms. An average accuracy of 98.8% for segmenting skin lesion images has been obtained.

We performed a spatially resolved spectroscopic study of the thermal composite supernova remnant 3C 391 by the Chandra observation. Broad- and narrow-band X-ray images show a southeast-northwest elongated morphology and unveil a highly clumpy structure of the remnant. The spectral analysis for. the small-scale features indicates normal metal abundance and uniform temperature for the interior gas. The properties of the hot gas are largely in agreement with the cloudlet evaporation model as a main mechanism for the 'thermal composite' X-ray appearance, though radiative rim and thermal conduction may also be effective. An unresolved X-ray source, with a power-law spectrum, is observed on the northwest border. The equivalent width images reveal a faint finger-like protrusion in Si and S lines out of the southwest radio border.

Recently, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) have become increasingly popular in the last few decades, and overseas' M&A are particularly increasing to sharpen corporate competitiveness on a global scale. Previous studies showed that one of the main reasons attributes to failures of mergers was the lack of attention to merging information systems. In recent years, both academy and industry have more focused on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and the integration of information systems (IS) between two companies is one of the critical success factors of corporate. This paper focused on Post-Merger IT (Information Technology) Integration Methodology of Cross-Border M&A. We followed a single-site qualitative case study method in order to investigate the type of phenomenon in M&A's natural setting. Moreover, we examined a typical energy and power company case in order-based industry, so that other industry players may have different results to determine post-merger IT integration method and scope.

For the Korean language, on acoustics, it creates a different form of phonetic value not a phoneme by its own peculiar property. Therefore, the construction of extended recognition system for understanding Korean language should be created with a study of the Korean rule-based system, before it can be used as post-processing of the Korean recognition system. In this paper, text-based Korean rule-based system featuring Korean peculiar vocal sound changing rule is constructed. and based on the text-based phonetic value result of the system constructed, a preliminary phonetic value segmentation border points with non-uniform blocks are extracted in Korean isolated word speech. Through the way of merge and recognition of the non-uniform blocks between the extracted border points, recognition possibility of Korean voice as the form of the phonetic vale has been investigated.

The West African Power Pool is currently developing the regional electricity market for its member states. As the basic design for the cross-border power trading system for the West African Power Pool, the step-by-step evolution, the Baseline System and the Fullscale System, is estimated. Along with the interconnection project between member countries, the various functions from the data acquisition and processing by the Baseline System to the interchange trading by the Fullscale System will be implemented gradually.

A histochemical and ultrastructural study on the stomach epithelium of a land snail Nesiohelix samarangae was carried out during the period of June 1996 to May 1997. The stomach epithelium is simple columnar dpithelium and is consisted of three types of columnar cells, Type 1 cell which is majority in number has a brush border with microvilli on the free surface of the cell and contains numerous secretory granules supposed to be neutral mucopolysaccharide. Type 2 cell, elongated conical in shape. is rarely found in the dpithelium. This cell also has a brush border with microvilli on its free surface and contains well developed rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi bodies, and secretory granules in various electron densities. This cell seems to produce both of acid and neutral mucopolysaccharides. Type 3 cell, which is morphologically similar to the Type 1 cell, has microvili and cilia on the free surface and exists in group only in the limited regions of the stomach.

Post-clipping intraparenchymal hemorrhage of the contralateral hemisphere is a very unusual phenomenon in a patient with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, unless there is an underlying condition. We report a complicated case of 47-year-old man, who underwent uneventful clipping of ruptured aneurysm and experienced vasospasm two weeks later. Vasospasm was treated by intra-arterial nimodipine and systemic hyperdynamic therapy. One week thereafter, he became unconscious due to intraparenchymal hemorrhage on the anterior border-zone of contalateral hemisphere, but intraoperative and pathologic findings failed to disclose any vascular anomaly. We suggest that the anti-spastic regimens cause local hemodynamic redistribution through the vasodilatory effect and in turn, resulted in such an unexpected bleeding.

In this study an attempt has been made to throw some light on the problem of the mandibular third molar on measurement made from 302 orthopantomograms of patients at the age of 8 to 20 years. The following conclusions were drawn on the basis of the present study. 1. The amount of growth from the lower first molar to the anterior border of the ramus from 8 years to 14 years was 7.9mm in the male and 7.5mm in the female. The growth from 15years 20 years was 4.5mm in the male and 2.6mm in the female. 2. The growth from the lower first molar to the posterior border of the ramus from 8 years to 14 years was 10mm in the male and 9.8mm in the female. The growth occurred after that was 5.8mm in the male and 2.0mm in the female. 3. The difference between A and C measurements for the various age groups remained fairly constant in the male and female.

The ever-expanding Chinese economy has affected the Korean economy in many respects. So many companies, including most of major groups, has increased their economic collaborative businesses in China. Due to the sandwich situation of the economic competitiveness, many Korean companies has been seeking for the lower production costs in China, while other high-tech companies also for the prospective markets in China. Nonetheless all the Korean FDIs in China have been seriously connected with its global supply chain management. In order to promote this kind of collaboration across the border, the 4PL kind of tasks are needed. The study suggests these tasks in terms of 3 categories of Pre-Feasibility/ Business Planning, Cultural Localization, and Networking Economies/ Relationship Management. Most of all, the collaboration across the border may promote the final vision of the FTA in the Far-east Asian countries.
