Variety methods are applied to estimating the value of a public library. This study explored the methods valuing of a public library focused on the consumer surplus and contingent valuation and measured the direct economic value of a public library by using these methods. 84% of the respondents are perceived that public library impact their life. And the users indicated that they are willing to pay 8,720 won per month to use a public library and 1,470 won to borrow a book from the library. Given reasonable assumptions about the cost of service, users place a value on the use of a public library is 1/3 times, the borrowing a book from the library is 3 times.

Korea's inspection of cadastral surveying value is carrying out based on cadastral law, and has to enter in cadaster after government office's final inspection of cadastral surveying of land alteration according to the request of land owner or the state. Therefore, government office has to inspect the value of surveying before arranging cadastral book, and has to confirm whether the surveying error is whithin the range of allowing one. If it is, a govenment office has to arrange the cadastral book according to resulting Value. This study investigates and analizes annual land alteration of Sungnam city and analizes the situation of government office's cadastral surving value, the number of inspectors, and equipments. As a result, this study shows the problem and provides effective basic materials, increases the efficacy of the state's cadastral surveying inspection, and minimiges land dispute.

However, when we take a look at domestic condition we come to know that Korean juvenile publishing has been occupied mostly by the studying book. ${\ulcorner}$Uirimchwaryo(醫林撮要)${\lrcorner}$ is a medical book that takes a model of written in the middle of Chosun dynasty. In the contents side, it seems to unite a korea medicine with the Geum-Won Dynasty(金元時代) in ancient china. we can think much of the value that it combines theory with experience, choosing the merits of ${\ulcorner}$Uibangyuchwi(醫方類聚)${\lrcorner}$ which were the masterpieces of the first half of Chosun Dynasty and it increased a practical use to choose easily prescription in the clinic. This book which was proofread and published by imperial physician Yang Yaesoo(楊禮壽, ? ${\sim}$ 1597) is not exist. In this condition, existing print type is added by scholars only after ${\ulcorner}$Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)${\lrcorner}$ was compiled. When the academic conference was held in last year, I introduced a chosun printed book in japan's possession, moreover I survey more documents. I will investigate and arrange a few old printed books that are handed down to Chosun and Japan. In addition, I will present Korea and foreign researching results, trend about ${\ulcorner}$Uirimchwaryo${\lrcorner}$ which is finished lately and researching materials about translating into current korean language. We can evaluate the value and effect of ${\ulcorner}$Uirimchwaryo${\lrcorner}$ in Chosun dynasty of medical history.

The purpose of this paper is to examine a financial distress premium in the emerging market. A risk-return trade-off of negative book equity (NBE) and distress firms is empirically analyzed using data from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This research employs Ohlson's (1980) bankruptcy model as a measurement of distress risk. The results indicate that distress firms outperform solvent firms in the Thai market and deny distress anomaly often found in the developed market. Fama-Frech (1993) three-factor model and Carhart (1997) four-factor model verify the existence of a distress premium in the Thai capital market. Risk-seeking investors demand greater compensation for bearing risks of distress firms' going concern. This paper provides fresh evidence that default risk is a significant explanatory factor in pricing stocks in the emerging market. Also, this study sheds light on the role of NBE firms in asset pricing. Most studies eliminate NBE firms from their sample. However, NBE firms yield superior average cross-sectional returns, albeit with higher volatility. Investors are rewarded with distress risks associated with NBE firms. The outperformance of NBE firms is statistically significant when compared to the overall market. The NBE premium disappears when factoring size, value, and momentum in time-series analysis.

The study is based on Tong Kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok that Hong, Man-Jong, a writer of the later Cho-Sun dynasty, wrote in the style of chronicle in 1705. Tong kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok, different from the former history book, described briefly the whole history in the autonomous view from king Tan-Kun to king sun-Jong, the Cho-sun dynasty. There for the author appraises the sense and value of Tong kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok, by surveying the publishing background, bibliographic analysis, descriptive method, and cited book on Tong kuk Yuk Tae Chong Mok.

This study attempts to empirically investigate if relative momentum strategy is effective in the Korean stock market. The sample of the study is comprised of companies which are traded in both Kospi and Kosdaq stock markets in Korea for the period between 2001~2014. The study observes that the momentum strategy buying past winner stocks and selling past loser stocks is negatively correlated with the value strategy buying value stocks with high book to market ratio and selling glamour stocks with low book to market ratio. And each strategy is alternatively effective from period to period. The study demonstrates that the momentum strategy is effective when both strategies which are negatively correlated are treated as one system by estimating Fama and French's[1] 3 factor regression model.

The purposes of this research are to analyze information contents of net book value and earnings. If investors use Net book value and earnings to their investment strategies, These informations are positively to be correlated with future corporate value. Research methodologies applied are theoretical and empirical ones. Results of the study are as follows: First, as investors form their investment portfolios, PBR and ROE are good indicator in finding out undervalued and overvalued corporation. Second, present earnings are differently reflected in future stock prices. Price-earnings correlation of undervalued corporations are higher than that of overvalued ones. Results of this study imply that Investors can utilize net book value and earnings to their investment strategies.

A book review expands readers' choice of resources by providing them with the contents and bibliographic data of various books. It also functions as a reader support service designed to enrich their reading experiences. In particular, in the field of children's reading, literary devices are used to convey knowledge and information to children. Therefore, a review for a children's book should help children follow a book with further readings so that they can expand their literary imagination through comparative reading. In light of the above, this study looks into the case of a children's story entitled Little Red Riding Hood to identify the points that should be addressed in the "Literature Comparison" section of a book review in order to suggest further readings to readers. First, the review should provide an objective description of the content of Little Red Riding Hood. Second, it should explain the literary value of the reviewed book and the discourse that surrounds it so as to analyze its unique features that separate it from other literary works. Third, the review should provide bibliographic information on other works that use narrative structures adapted from those of Little Red Riding Hood. Fourth, it should broaden readers' choice and access by introducing, if any, works adapted from Little Red Riding Hood into other media.
