열처리 본딩 기술을 이용한 Al6061/Al6061 및 Al6061/Sus304의 기계적 및 전기적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Electrical and Mechanical Characteristics of Al6061/Al6061 and Al6061/Sus304 by Using Thermal Bonding Technology)

  • Al6061 and Sus304 materials are bonded by using thermal bonding technology. Al6061, Sus304 and thermal bonded Al6061/Al6061 and Al6061/Sus304 materials are characterized by using mechanical and electrical measurement. Especially the experimental characteristic data of thermal bonded Al6061/Al6061 and Al6061/Sus304 are not well known until today. We have investigated on Al6061, Sus304 and thermal bonded material. The thermal bonded material Al6061/Al6061 and Al6061/Sus304 can be used for the LCD frame and the other electrical products. For the future, we expect that the more various experiments should be needed to carry out for the data accumulation in the bonded new materials.

Adsorption Configuration of Serine on Ge(100): Competition between the Hydroxymethyl and Carboxyl groups of Serine During the Adsorption Reaction

  • We investigated the adsorption structures of serine on a Ge(100) surface by core-level photoemission spectroscopy (CLPES) in conjunction with density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The adsorption energies calculated using DFT methods suggested that four of six adsorption structures were plausible. These structures were the "O-H dissociated-N dative bonded structure", the "O-H dissociation bonded structure", the "Om-H dissociated-N dative bonded structure", and the "Om-H dissociation bonded structure" (where Om indicates the hydroxymethyl oxygen). These structures are equally likely, according to the adsorption energies alone. The core-level C 1s, N 1s, and O 1s CLPES spectra confirmed that the carboxyl oxygen competed more strongly with the hydroxymethyl oxygen during the adsorption reaction, thereby favoring formation of the "O-H dissociated-N dative bonded" and "O-H dissociation bonded" structures at 0.30 ML and 0.60 ML, respectively. The experimental results were corroborated theoretically by calculating the reaction pathways leading to the two adsorption geometries. The reaction pathways indicated that the "O-H dissociated-N dative bonded structure" is the major product of serine adsorption on Ge(100) due to comparably stable adsorption energy.

  • This paper focuses on the premature failure of RC beams bonded with FRP. A number of failure modes for RC beams bonded with FRP have been observed in numerous experimental studies during past decade. Particularly, Rip-off failure and Debonding failure were majority failure modes in RC beams bonded with FRP. Rip-off failure occurred at the plate end due to high interfacial shear and normal stresses however Debonding failure was caused by the yielding of reinforcing bar and the increasing of shear deformation in shear span. On the basis of premature failure mechanism in RC beams bonded with FRP, Basic strengthening length and Premature failure criteria were derived

Bonded expander 형태에 따른 facemask의 치료 효과 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of Facemask Therapy with Two Types of Bonded Expander)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 3급 부정교합 환자에서 facemask 치료 시 bonded expander의 치아 피개 정도에 따라 facemask의 치료 효과를 비교하고, 구강 내 장치로서의 고정원 소실 정도를 평가하는 것이다. 초기 혼합치열기에 facemask 치료를 받은 18명의 환자를 대상으로, bonded expander의 피개 범위에 따라 제1군(4개 치아 피개, 9명)과 제2군(3개 치아 피개, 9명)으로 분류하였다. 치료 전과 후 측모두부방사선사진을 촬영하여 계측치를 비교하였다. Facemask 치료 후 두 군 모두 상악 전방이동 및 하악 후하방 회전의 골격적 효과가 관찰되었고, 두 군간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 고정원 소실로서 두 군 모두 상악 구치의 근심이동이 관찰되었고, 제2군이 제1군에 비해 유의하게 큰 근심이동이 관찰되었다. 결론적으로 bonded expander의 치아 피개 범위에 따라 골격적 치료 효과에는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 고정원으로서의 소실 정도에는 차이가 있었다.

Metal bracket과 ceramic bracket의 전단 결합 강도와 debonding 상태에 관한 연구 (A STUDY OF THE SHEAR BOND STRENGTH OF METAL BRACKETS AND CERAMIC BRACKETS AND THE CONDITION AFTER DEBONDING)

  • Metal brackets and ceramic brackets were bonded to natural teeth, porcelain crowns and gold crowns After stored in artificial saliva solution for 72 hours at $37^{\circ}C$, the shear bond strengths were measured by Instron and compared with them, the bonding sites and bracket bases were examined by scanning electron microscope and light optical stereomicroscope. The results were as follows: 1. The shear bond strengths of the group which metal brackets were bonded to natural teeth and the groups which ceramic brackets were bonded to natural teeth and porcelain crowns were comparable to each other, the shear bond strength of the group which metal brackets were bonded to gold crowns was significantly low. 2. The bond failed predominantly at the bracket base/adhesive interface with the bulk of adhesive remaining on enamel in the group which metal brackets were bonded to natural teeth. 3. The bond failed consistently at the crown/adhesive interface with all of adhesive remaining on the bracket babes in the group which metal brackets were bonded to gold crowns. 4. The bond failed at the enamel or crown/adhesive interface with the bulk of adhesive remaining on the bracket bases in the groups which cramic brackets were bonded to natural teeth and porcelain crowns. 5. The shear bond strengths of the groups which ceramic brackets were bonded to porcelain crowns were not affected by etching time.

해상 운송인의 운송물 인도시점과 오인도(誤引渡)에 따른 손해배상책임에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Time of Delivery of Goods and Liability for Mis-delivery in terms of an Ocean Carrier)

  • This study reviews the judgements by the Korean Supreme Court on the time of delivery of goods, as it depends on which bonded place the goods are kept for the purpose of the customs clearance. Thereafter, this study analyzes the Ocean Carrier's liability, when the cargoes are mis-delivered without the presentation of bill of lading in relation to the specific bonded place such as an independent bonded warehouse or a self-use bonded warehouse. Furthermore, considering that voyage charter is a kind of marine transport, this study also reviews whether or not the Court's judgements, which has been developed in respect of the carriage of affreightment, could be applied to voyage charter in respect of the time of delivery goods and the Ocean Carrier's liability for mis-delivery. Lastly, in the case that the substantial importer takes the goods from the independent bonded warehouse without the presentation of bill of lading after the customs clearance, it is noted that the Court has made the Ocean Carrier liable for the mis-delivery through the application of theory of double deposit contract. The position of the Court would be understandable in terms of the protection for the bona-fide holder of bill of lading, but this study reviews the limitation of liability as the device for the protection of the Ocean Carrier, considering the situation where the Ocean Carrier is somewhat unreasonably sacrificed under the bonded system provided for the convenience of substantial importer.

일방향 복합재료 Single Lap접합 조인트의 파손 모드 및 강도 I. 실험 (Failure Mode and Strength of Unidirectional Composite Single Lap Bonded Joints I. Experiments)

  • 본 연구에서는 몇 가지 접합 방법에 따라 일방향 복합재료 단일 겹치기 접합 조인트의 파손 과정, 모드 및 강도를 실험적으로 평가하였다 접합 방법으로는 접착제 없는 동시성형, 접착제를 사용한 동시성형 및 이차 접합의 세 가지를 고려하였다 또한 이차 접합 조인트에서 몇 가지 파라미터의 영향도 살펴보았다. 접착제 없는 동시성형 시편은 가장 우수한 조인트 강도를 나타내었다. 이차접합 조인트에서는 접착제 층의 점진적인 파손이 발생하였다. 접착제의 재료 및 접합 강도가 상대적으로 강한 필름 접착제의 동시성형 조인트는 갑작스런 층간분리 파손이 발생하였으며 이차 접합 조인트보다 더 낮은 파손 강도를 나타내었다. 이차 집합 조인트에서 층간분리 파손이 발생하지 않은 것은 접착제 층에서의 균열 진전 및 점진적 파손이 층간분리 파손을 방지한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 복합재료 접합 조인트의 파손 강도는 접착제의 재료 강도 또는 접착 성능과 항상 비례하지 않으며 이것은 복합재료가 층간 분리 파손에 약하기 때문이다.

포스트텐션 콘크리트 포장의 Gap Slab 설계 방안 (Design Methodology of Gap Slab for Post-Tensioned Prestressed Concrete Pavement)

  • 본 연구는 포스트텐션 콘크리트 포장(PTCP: Post-Tensioned Concrete Pavement) 공법의 Gap Slab 설계 방안을 구축하기 위하여 수행되었다. Gap Slab은 특징에 따라 Unbonded, Half Bonded, Bonded 방식으로 구분하여 고려하였다. 먼저 각 Gap Slab 방식에 따라 환경하중이 작용할 때 슬래브의 컬링에 의해 발생하는 인장응력을 산정하였으며, 차륜하중에 의한 응력은 단축과 복축 하중을 모두 고려하여 산정하였다. 환경 및 차륜하중에 의해 발생하는 혼합 최대 인장응력을 구하여 허용인장응력과의 비교를 통하여 Gap Slab에 도입하는 긴장량을 산정하는 방법을 제시하였다. Unbonded 방식은 Gap Slab 만을 고려하여 응력 분포를 분석함으로써 긴장량을 설계할 수 있으나, Half Bonded 및 Bonded 방식은 PTCP의 전체 슬래브의 거동을 분석함으로써 적절한 설계가 가능하며 이에 대한 방법론을 제시하였다.

일방향응고 Ni기 초내열합금 천이액상화산접합부의 미세조직에 미치는 모재와 삽입금속 분말 혼합비의 영향 (The Mixing Ratio Effect of Insert Metal Powder and Insert Brazing Powder on Microstructure of the Region Brazed on DS Ni Base Super Alloy)

  • The mixing ratio effect of the GTD-111(base metal) powder and the GNI-3 (Ni-l4Cr-9.5Co-3.5Al-2.5B) powder on TLP(Transient Liquid Phase) bonding phenomena and mechanism was investigated. At the mixing ratio of the base metal powder under $50wt\%$, the base metal powders fully melted at the initial time and a large amount of the base metal near the bonded interlayer was dissolved by liquid inter metal. Liquid insert metal was eliminated by isothermal solidification which was controlled by the diffusion of B into the base metal. The solid phases in the bonded interlayer grew epitaxially from the base metal near the bonded interlayer inward the insert metal during the isothermal solidification. The number of grain boundaries farmed at the bonded interlayer corresponded with those of base metal. At the mixing ratio above $60wt\%$, the base metal powder melted only at the surface of the powder and the amount of the base metal dissolution was also less at the initial time. Nuclear of solids firmed not only from the base metal near the bonded interlayer but also from the remained base metal powder in the bonded interlayer. Finally, the polycrystal in the bonded interlayer was formed when the isothermal solidification finished. When the isothermal solidification was finished, the contents of the elements in the boned interlayer were approximately equal to those of the base metal. Cr-W borides and Cr-W-Ta-Ti borides formed in the base metal near the bonded interlayer. And these borides decreased with the increasing of holding time.

ULTRASONIC DETECTION OF INTERFACE CRACK IN ADHESIVELY BONDED DCB JOINTS

  • It is well recognized that the ultrasonic method is one of the most common and reliable nondestructive testing (NDT) methods for the quantitative estimation of defects in welded structures. However, NDT techniques applying for adhesively bonded joints have not been clearly established yet. In this paper, the detection of interface crack by the ultrasonic method was applied for the measurement of interfacial crack length in the adhesively bonded joints of double-cantilever beam (DCB). An optimal condition of transmission coefficients and experimental accuracy by the ultrasonic method in the adhesively bonded joints have been investigated and discussed. The experimental values are in good agreement with the computed results by boundary element method (BEM) and Ripling's equation.
