Organosolv 방법(方法)에 의(依)한 활엽수(闊葉樹) 주요(主要) 조성분(組成分)의 분리(分離) 및 이용(利用) (Separation and Utilization of Main Components of Hardwood by Organosolv Pupling)

  • To separate and utilize the main components of hardwood (Quercus mongolica) by organosov pulping (ester pulping), chips were cooked at various conditions such as; the solvent ratio (acetic acid: ethylacetate: water, 50:25:25; 33:33:34; 25:50:25), maximum temperature (165, 170, $175^{\circ}C$), and cooking times (2, 2.5, 3 hr). The pulps were bleached by the sequences of CEDED, C/DEDED, PEDED. Lignin, sugars, and acetic acid were separated from black liquor and washing liquors. 1. The selective delignification at optimal pulp yield (43-45%) was obtained by cooking at acetic acid: ethylace tate: water ratio of 33:34:34 for 3 hr at $170^{\circ}C$. But in this case, kappa no. of the pulp was not reduced under 60 points. 2. Kappa no. of the pulp could be dropped by an acetone wash to remove reprecipitated lignin a t cooked pulp. 3. The unbleached pulps had a brightness of 45-50%, whereas the bleached pulps gave at 88-93% brightness. Tensile, burst, and tear strengths of the bleached pulps were lower than those of kraft pulp, especially in tear strength. The pulps which were bleached with CEDED sequence were higher in strengths than another bleaching sequences. 4. Lignin of 90-95%(lignin base on wood)was separated from black liquor and washing liquors, while the purified sugars and recovery of acetic acid were a low. An organic phase composed of acetic acid, ethylacetate, and water was separated to a two-phase system by proper adjustment of the solvent ratios.

계룡산 석간주를 사용한 흑색 안료 개발 (Development of Black Pigment Using Seokganju of Mountain Gyeryong)

  • We collected Seokganju minerals (regions in Gyeryong Mountain, Sangsin-ri, Banpo-myeon, Gongju Chungcheongnam-province), which were used as natural color pigments for grayish-blue during the 15th~16th centuries of the Joseon era, and investigated their crystallographic features to develop a black pigment having a spinel structure. By a Raman analysis, the color of Seokganju under transparent glaze as a pigment for painting was black because hematite ($Fe_2O_3$) in Seokganju was converted to magnetite ($Fe_3O_4$) However, Seokganju into the transparent glaze as a pigment was brown because of hematite ($Fe_2O_3$) and small amounts of maghemite (${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$) in Seokganju minerals. Only Seokganju mineral is used, it is not suitable for black pigment into the transparent glaze. This study tried to develop a spinel crystal black pigment stabilized by Seokganju with CoO, $Cr_2O_3$, NiO, and $MnO_2$ at $1280^{\circ}C$. A Raman spectroscopy analysis was performed to verify the presence of Mn The results showed that it existed as spinel, and two crystal phases $CoFe_2O_4$ and $MnFe_2O_4$ were mixed. $CoFe_2O_4$ spinel has a dark grayish black color and $MnFe_2O_4$ spinel has a greenish black color, and these two appeared as black. The color of a specimen calcined by adding 6 wt% of pigment mixed with 5 wt% of $MnO_2$ added to lime glaze was analyzed with a UV spectrophotometer. When applying the color pigment, it appeared black stabilized with $L^*$24.23, $a^*$ 0.12, $b^*$ -2.29 at $1260^{\circ}C$ oxidative calcination, With $1240^{\circ}C$ reduction firing, it is appeared black stabilized with low brightness of $L^*$ 23.13, $a^*$ -1.12, $b^*$ 0.54.

고반사 도료를 사용한 차열성 아스팔트 도로포장의 온도저감특성 (Properties of Temperature Reduction of Cooling Asphalt Pavements Using High-Reflectivity Paints)

  • 도심지의 대기오염 및 인공열 등으로 인해 도시열섬현상이 발생되고 있으며, 특히 아스팔트 포장의 경우 낮에는 일사열을 흡수하고 밤에 방출하기 때문에 도심부의 환경을 개선하기 위해서는 도심 도로포장의 온도를 저하시키는 차열성 포장에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 도로포장에 차열성 도료를 적용하기 위해서는 시인성을 높이기 위해 흑색명도를 저하시켜야 하며, 적외선 반사율은 증가시키고, 가시광선 반사율은 최소화 하는 특성이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 1액형 아크릴 에멀젼을 주 바인더로 사용하고 안료의 종류(카본블랙, 합성무기안료) 및 중공세라믹 혼입률(0%, 15%, 30%)변화, 흑색명도의 변화를 주요 실험인자로 선정하였다. 차열성 도로포장의 온도저감 성능은 분광반사율과 일사반사율, 램프 조사 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 그리고 마모저항성, 자외선 촉진내후성, 미끄럼 저항성에대한 현장적용성을 평가하였다. 그리고 고반사 도료 시험포장에 대해서 열화상 촬영을 통해 온도저감 효과를 분석하였다. 실험결과 합성무기안료와 중공세라믹 30%를 혼입한 경우에 흑색 명도 $L^*$= 42.89에서 분광반사율이 근적외선 영역에서 43%, 가시광선 영역에서 17%를 보였으며, 일사반사율은 27.5%로 나타났다. 그리고 자외선 촉진내후성 시험에 의한 총색차 ${\Delta}E$가 0.27로 색변화가 거의 발생되지 않았으며, 규사 2호, 4호를 상도, 하도에 $0.12kg/m^2$이상 산포할 경우 BPN은 53이상을 보였다. 또한 테이버 마모시험에 의한 마모감량은 500회전시 최대 86.4mg이하로 나타났다. 아스팔트 포장에 고반사 도료를 시공한 시험구간의 열저감 성능을 열화상 촬영에 의해 평가한 결과 CI-30-40 차열성포장($L^*$=38.76)은 $12.7^{\circ}C$, CI-30-60 차열성포장($L^*$=57.12)은 $14.2^{\circ}C$의 온도저감효과를 보였다.

고아미 2호를 기반으로 한 흑임자죽의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Black Sesame Gruel with High-Dietary Fiber Rice 'Goami 2')

  • 본 연구에서는 고아미 2호의 흰죽의 제조조건을 기본으로 하여 기능성 식품으로의 활용 가능성을 알아보기 위해 여러 기능성이 알려진 흑임자를 이용하여 흑임자죽의 품질 특성을 알아보았다. 흑임자죽에서는 흑임자의 첨가비율이 증가할수록 명도가 낮아졌으며 b값도 낮아졌다. 점조성 측정 결과, 흑임자의 첨가비율, 물의 첨가비율이 증가할수록 죽의진행거리가 길어져 점성이 감소하였다. 회전 원통형 점도계의 측정 결과에서도 흑임자의 첨가비율, 물의 첨가비율이 증가할수록 점도가 감소하여 점조성과 같은 경향을 보였으며 전분의 양과 쌀을 기준으로 한 물의 첨가비율에 따른 것이라고 생각된다. 관능적 특성의 검사 결과 흑임자와 물의 첨가량에 따라 검은색, 표면 광택, 고소한맛, 떫은맛, 쓴맛, 점도, 색, 맛, 점도에 대한 기호도 및 종합적인 기호도 모두에서 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 고소한 맛은 흑임자의 첨가비율이 증가할수록 증가하였으나 60%에서는 40%와 큰 차이가 나타나지는 않았다. 색에 대한 기호도, 맛에 대한 기호도, 점도에 대한 기호도, 종합적인 기호도에서는 흑임자의 비율 40%, 물 1,200 mL일 때가 모두 가장 높은 기호를 나타냈다. 점도는 흑임자와 물이 증가할수록 감소하는 결과가 나왔고 이는 기계적 측정인 점조성(p<0.001)과 점도(p<0.05)와 높은 상관관계를 보여 관능적 특성의 점도를 예측하는데 두 특성을 이용할 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 관능적 특성의 검은색과 표면 광택의 결과는 색차계의 L값과 b값과 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 고아미 2호를 기반으로 한 흑임자죽의 최적 조리조건은 흑임자와 고아미 2호를 4:6의 비율로 하고 물의 첨가량은 1,200 mL이라고 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구에서 개발된 흑임자죽은 기능성은 있지만 가공적성 및 이취 등의 관능적 제한점이 있는 고아미 2호의 소비를 늘리기 위한 방안의 일환으로 일조할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

동화 속 악녀 의상의 색채와 이미지 분석 (An Analysis of a Wicked Women Costume Colors and Images in a Fairy Tale)

  • This study aims to analysis the costume colors and images of wicked women in fairy tale. For the most costume applied to the relationship between color kind, brightness, and saturation. so, this study investigated the costume colors put on by wicked women in fairy tales and analysed and interpreted them by inputting data. First, mostly the costume colors applied to transfer the image of wicked women were dark blue, red, violet, bluish green, green, and purple. Second, the colors feeling cool and cold such as dark blue, bluish green, green, and blue were applied more frequently than the colors feeling warm and mild. Third, the deep and dark color tones with low brightness and low saturation affected by the mixture ratio of black were applied frequently for the use of wicked woman colors. Fourth, the colors mentioned above have the meaning of men, powerful, authority, cruel, angry, brutal, mysterious, and evil, that have the property of attacking and strong wicked women. They were expressed by the costume put on by wicked women.

의복디자인 요소 변화에 의한 착시현상이 얼굴지각에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on illusion of Clothing Design Factors Variation Effecting Perception of Face)

  • The purpose of the study is to make experimental whether three-dimensional body (especially face) has illusion based on theoretical background of form dimensions and color bright among precedent multi-form illusion, using the function of computer simulation. To investigate illusion that factors of clothing design(line, color, material) effect face, as the following is tried to solve giving change to neckline, collar, scarf which is believed to influence near face. How to make experiment as follows watching in order 13 scenes of a pair of with basic design and experiment design. Then the data were subjected to analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range test. The result of this studying as follows, 1. Face looks larger in complex neckline than simple neckline. The larger collar is the larger face looks. 2. In white jacket, illusion(the lower luminosity of scarf color gets, the brighter face brightness gets) is shown. In black jacket, also illusion(the higher luminosity of scarf color gets, the darker face brightness gets) is shown. 3. In experiment on hardness and softness of face impression according to the material of collar, collar of knit and fur gives us assimilation illusion bring softer impression of face.

지역의 경관을 고려한 도막방수재의 색채별 사계절 차열 및 축열 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Four-Season Cooling Performance by Color of Water Proofing Membrane Materials Considering the View of Area)

  • This study comparatively analyzed thermal characteristics of the green color, which is currently used the most, and other various colors of a rooftop urethane water proofing sheet. This study also analyzed the cooling performance by color of the water proofing sheet that fused cooling paints, and presented the effective water proofing sheet color for building energy savings. The experimental results are as follows: (1) The value of L (brightness) diminished, and brilliance also became lower from the white color to the black color, and thus, it was confirmed that relatively more heat was absorbed. In a and b chromaticity, which is the color attribute that ignores brightness, no special relationship was identified. (2) Considering that the cooling performance effect is bigger in summer than winter, due to heat reflection, the white water proofing sheet is more effective in building energy savings than the green water proofing sheet that is currently used the most. (3) The water proofing sheet's color has an impact more on cooling performance than the color of the background side of a structure on which water proofing sheet is installed. The experiment object of gray, of which background side is similar to cement mortar, was lower by $5.7^{\circ}C$ than the white background side.

회전 브러시를 이용한 클렌징 기기의 효과 (The Efficacy of Cleansing Device with a Rotating Brush on the Skin)

  • 최근 화장품을 사용하는 인구가 증가함에 따라 세안의 중요성도 강조되고 있다. 회전 브러시를 이용한 세안은 이전부터 산업계에서 적용되어 온 방법이나, 국내 문헌상 회전 브러시를 이용한 클렌징 기기의 세정효과에 대한 연구가 보고된 바가 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 회전 브러시를 장착한 클렌징 기기인 PBRCF1201(Amorepacific Co., Korea)에 대한 세정력과 피부상태 개선효과에 대한 실험 결과를 보고한다. 총 20명의 환자가 참여하였으며, PBRCF1201를 사용하기 전 블랙헤드, 세정력(피부 밝기), 피부 각질, 모공, 유분함유량에 대해 측정을 하였고 시험제품을 1회 사용하게 한 후 동일한 항목을 측정하였다. 평가 대상 부위는 얼굴과 전박부를 대상으로 하였다. 그 결과 클렌징 젤을 단독으로 사용할 때보다 클렌징 젤과 클렌징 기기를 사용하였을 때 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내며 더 좋은 세정력을 나타냈으며 피부 각질, 블랙헤드, 유분 함유량, 모공 개수 역시 감소하였다. 결론적으로 회전 브러시를 장착한 클렌징 기기는 피부에 손상이나 건조를 유발시키지 않는 효과적인 세안방법이라고 생각된다.

의복 디자인요소의 이미지 지각에 대한 연구 -색, 무늬를 중심을 한 심층면적- (A Study on Image Perception of Design Elements -Using Depth Interview Method on Color, Pattern of Clothing-)

  • The research was designed to find out the effects of design elements ; ①color, ②pattern, on image perception of clothing by using a qualitative depth interview method. The subjects were 40 women who lived in Taejon and aged 20 to 40. The interview results were both hand recorded and tape recorded for further analysis by researchers and judge groups. And the results were as follows. 1. The most preferred colors appeared to be blue and black, while stripes, checks and flowers were most favorite patterns. 2. There were individual difference in color and pattern perception, however the color image of yellow was brightness, red was dashing, green comfortable, blue cool, and black tightness. The image of geometric pattern was modesty and natural motif pattern was dynamics. 3. The tow major forces which affected the image of design elements were appeared as followed : 1) Color images affected by the image of natural objects which obtained the color. 2) Individuals past experience and emotional status also affected the personal image perception. 4. The color and pattern preference for the Koran traditional customes and Western tow piece were significantly different and this result imply cultural stereotyping on image perception of design elements. On conclusion, the results supported the research model of form perception and image evaluation.

한국 오프셋 인쇄산업에 적합한 CMS 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Color Proofing CMS Development for the KOREA Offset Printing Industry)

  • The CMS(color management system) software was to enable consistent color reproduction from original to reproduction. The CMS was to create RGB monitor and printer characterization profiles and then use the profiles for device independent color transformation. The implemented CMM(color management module) used the CIELAB color space for the profile connection. Various monitor characterization model was evaluated for proper color transformation. To construct output device profile, SLI(sequential linear interpolation) method was used for the color conversion from CMYK device color to device independent CIELAB color space and tetrahedral interpolation method was used for backward transformation. UCR(under color removal) based black generation algorithm was used to construct CIELAB to CMYK LUT(lookup table). When transforming the CIE Lab colour space to CMYK, it was possible to involve the gray revision method regularized in the brightness into colour transformation process and optimize the colour transformation by black generation method based on UCR technique. For soft copy colour proofing, evaluating several monitor specialism methods showed that LUT algorithm was useful. And it was possible to simplify colour gamut mapping by constructing both the look-up table and the colour gamut mapping algorithm to a reference table.
