This study aims to investigate and improve the present state of technical standard on building mechanical system in Korea. At this point be tormented the energy depletions are big problem on the rise. Building mechanical system is configured air conditioning, sanitation, urban equipment. In the design of equipment, installation, maintenance, applies to all devices in the field of industrial equipment and general engineering equipment field are within bounds to say that all of the equipment field. However, domestic technology level is still fly short of international standards in architecture, we spent much energy. Because of this, find the current situation and identify the problems look up ways to improve them.

Huge amount of useful information is getting added to the academic digital world everyday, This digitalized information is heterogeneous and remained limited to a local domain only. How to integrate and share this scattered knowledge with simplicity remained a big challenge. In this paper, we propose a prototype of web application for accomplishing above task using web 2.0 features; it makes traditional academic digital libraries to form as a special case of collaborative environment. This application enables users to customize their own resources to form their own virtual digital library. Further users can utilize personalized information of other users working in similar research domain to form true collaborative environment. The model and framework for the new look of academic digital library is presented.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the formative properties of fashion bag in contemporary fashion. Today fashion bags can be divided into spatial aesthetic, romantic aesthetic, conspicuous aesthetic, active aesthetic. Spatial aesthetic is a type of big bag which is suitable for women carrying lots of things on a daily basis. Romantic aesthetic is a symbol of femininity in respect for its handmade artistry, splendor, decoration, and impracticality by small size. Conspicuous aesthetic embodies human desire of high quality and being part of prestige of luxury brand regardless of its cost. Multi-functional aesthetic was coming form sports gear and are popular among young generation. In comtemporary fashion, bag take important role as the fashion good which make the clothes look better and additionally they are representative products which reflect the historical situation.

The purpose of this study is to survey of dress and personal adornments of young Korean people from 1980 to 1992. This study is applied of the thoughts of culture of B. Malinowski and related to social and cultual background. The materials of clothes have had higher quality and the colors varied. And sports wear has popularized even for a daywear as people have concerned of the health a lot. Big look and unisex mode in casual wear have been also popular. Underwears and jeans became fashionable. Paints and skirts have been getting shorter and they reached to the mini length. And reformed-Korean traditional clothes has developed. Ecology has been appeared as a whole in fashion. The dress and personal adornments gave satisfaction to modern people who pursuit of healthy ad convenience of life and want to creat the individuality and intend to develop of traditional culture and want to express themselves as perfecdtion of self.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a practical way to measure and report corporate social performance as public interest in corporate social value pursuits increases. In particular, we will look for ways to measure and report on the financial and social performance of a company based on the concept of the Double Bottom Line (DBL), which has recently spread to big companies. For this purpose, this study analyzed the theoretical background and practical techniques related to measuring and reporting corporate social performance, and examined methods for measuring and reporting social performance in the existing financial performance measurement system. As a result, SROI was the most suitable method for measuring social performance of a company. It is recommended that social performance reporting follows the disclosure method of the accounting system, and the details of reporting suggest that using the standard of GRI Standard, an international standard related to sustainability reporting, is the most reasonable alternative to 'Double Bottom Line' performance reporting.

One of the most important issues faced by manager of food industry is the lack of management development program. This study on the management development program was to take a look at the training problem for the food industry of Korea through secondary data or literature, and with conceptual framework designed based on the literature review, examined what is effective management development program for manager in food industry. The purposes of this study are : (1) Identifying the factor to management development program. (2) Provision of a executive management development program. The conclusion and suggestion obtained from this study can be summarized as followed. First, it has shown that there is big difference between the present training level and future training need level on three training contents. Second, there were differences in three training contents especially according to operation type and organization size. Third, job satisfaction factor, training satisfaction factor, training aid factor, training effectiveness factor has correlated each other. From this study, we could get several strategies and programs for management development.

The commercialization of an active matrix e-reader display using E Ink microencapsulated electrophoretic (MEP) ink marked a big step towards comfortable reading over an extended period of time in an electronic book, as the high resolution display, jointly realized by Philips, E Ink and Toppan, has a true paper-like look and feel. Alternative electrophoretic material systems are being developed by SiPix and Bridgestone and progress has been made in the past two years. In this paper, electrophoretic material systems are briefly reviewed, after which the perspectives and challenges of electrophoretic displays are addressed and methods for generating gray tones are presented and discussed.

Smart Manufacturing Factory is a paradigm of the future lead to the fourth industrial revolution that led Germany and the United States. In particular, the company accelerated the smart factory building in order to improve the manufacturing industry, cost savings and productivity simply to incorporate internet of things(IoT),Robot, artificial intelligence, big data technology as a factory automation level of sophistication of the system and out to progress to the level that replaces human labor have. Objectives : This paper aims to solve difficulties surrounding the verses related to lobes of liver in the 『Yixuerumen』. Methods : First, relevant verses were selected from the 『Yixuerumen』, then compared to texts from which they had originated. The differences and contrarieties between the texts were resolved through the perspective of plant taxonomy. Results : Wangbing's 'buye(布葉)' was taken as the seed leaf of the dicotyledonous plant and corrected to 'daye(大葉)' by Li Chan. The expression 'Yixiaoye(一小葉)' was understood as describing the many main leaves that look like one big leaf, which grow in between the seed leaves. 『Nanjing』's interpretation of there being three leaves on the left, and four on the right describes the leaf pattern that grows in alternation. Conclusions : Through analysis of the verses related to lobes of liver in the 『Yixuerumen』, we can presume that Li Chan had the knowledge and understanding required in plant taxonomy such as characteristics of a dicotyledonous plant and phyllotaxis.
