Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a digital radio transmission system for sending multimedia such as radio, TV, and data casting to mobile devices. Nowadays, DMB specifications are the major standard for digital broadcasting and have been establishing for bidirectional service using MPEG-4 system. But there has been only some simple demonstrated system for this bidirectional services. In this paper, we introduce bidirectional DMB data service system that provides the interaction between the user and DMB server without any additional equipment such as web server. The proposed bidirectional DMB system can capture and send user interaction information and response through the existing DMB transmission channel, finally update the original contents. The action event from the user is the most important thing in developing the bidirectional DMB system. Therefor, capturing the event data from the user is the first step we need to do for the bidirectional DMB service. In this paper, we propose an interaction manager module for the user events. This system will extract the user events and make a plan to update the original scene with the server's reaction information.

Digital broadcasting technology has developed focusing on multi-channel/multi-media, high-definition quality, and mobility-support. Recently, there has been a clear trend toward bidirectional service with the convergence between broadcasting and communication. The broadcasting viewer is no longer simply a passive receptor but has also become an information generator. Currently, the digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) specifications are the major standard for portable digital broadcasting and have been establishing the overall guidelines for bidirectional service using the MPEG-4 system. While detailed specifications for DMB systems are not well-established for bidirectional service yet, they share the basic concepts underlying the European Eureka-147 Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) system. This paper develops key scenarios for bidirectional service in DMB, describes the signal transaction of broadcasting and return channels, and demonstrates typical scenarios using binary format for scenes (BIFS) in the MPEG-4 system.

In this paper, For achieving the high gain and resonant characteristics in both of the power flow directions, a bidirectional resonant dc-dc converter with auxiliary switches is proposed. Auxiliary switches are connected in the primary and secondary side of the bidirectional resonant dc-dc converter, respectively. A 800W prototype bidirectional resonant dc-dc converter for interfacing the 400V DC buses in the energy storage system is built and tested to verify the validity and applicability of this proposed converter.

스트리밍 비디오 서비스는 최근 이종망으로 구성되는 무선망에서 중요한 어플리케이션으로 자리잡을 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 군집성있는 패킷 손실에 의해서 서비스의 충분한 품질이 보장되지 않는다. 무선망에서 패킷 손실에 대한 효율적인 해결책은 수신단에서 적절한 에러 은닉 기술을 사용하는 방법일 것이다. 그러나 대부분의 에러 은닉 기술은 손실 블록에 인접한 이웃 블록들이 군집성 패킷 손실에 의해 이미 손실되었기 때문에 효율적으로 손실된 블록열들을 복원하기 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 손실된 MB에서의 움직임 선형 특성을 이용하는 bidirectional motion vector tracking (BMVT)가 이전에 제안되었었다. 본 논문에서는 BMVT 에러 은닉 기술을 향상시킨 채널 적응형 잉여 코딩 방식이 소개되어진다.

The demand of digital broadcasting via networks has increased slowly in spite of the development of bidirectional broadcasting service technology and the effort of revitalization are actively performed nowadays. There are some reasons that the content differentiation is necessary. First, bidirectional digital broadcasting has no special content that attracts public attention. Second, bidirectional video content such as UCC is expected to revitalize economy due to simplification of authoring tool and user's desire to communicate interactively. So this paper proposes the data broadcasting sub-content architecture model by scenario using original data broadcasting content. At the same time, we design the content object metadata schema from the analysis of original data broadcasting content. It is restricted by 25 metadata in order to make it more smoothly working contents under the ubiquitous environment. This proposal is expected to affect the revitalization of content development and find out new sub-content model by rework original content.

배후령 터널은 강원도 춘천과 화천을 연결하는 길이 5,057 m의 2차선 양방향 단선 터널로 장래 4차선으로 확장 될 계획이다. 본 터널은 55개월의 공기로 현재 시공 중이며 완공 후 국내 최장대 양방향 도로터널이 될 것이다. 양방향 단선터널은 복선터널에 비해 환기 및 화재 대처에 대한 단점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 배후령 터널에는 국내 최초로 연장 5,173 m, 직경 5 m의 서비스터널을 계획하였으며, 횡류식 환기방식을 적용하였다. 이 환기 시스템은 화재 시 제연효과로 대피자의 안전을 확보할 수 있다. 배후령 터널 구간은 편마암과 화강암을 기반암으로 하며, 터널 방향을 따라 큰 규모의 배후령 단층이 발달 되어있다. 이 단층의 영향 범위는 각종 조사 및 시험결과 약 70 m로 분석되어, 안전을 고려 터널 노선은 단층에서 100 m이상 이격하여 선정되었다.

Recently, T-Commerce is emerging to provide new services, with the proliferation of digital broadcasting services. However, T-Commerce market and TV home shopping market are being classified as a legal policy on other markets, such as regulated in the service of live broadcasts. The factor that has inhibited activation T-Commerce related to the lack of appropriate institutions and legal systems in the market, despite the environment with the digital broadcasting service is being spread. We were performed conjoint analysis. For this analysis, we select attributes as a quality attractive factors that significantly affects the satisfaction of TV based shopping customers through previous studies. The results showed that the TV-based shopping customers are important to think 'Responsive', 'Playfulness', 'Live broadcast', 'Convenience' and 'Bidirectional' in the order. The 'Responsive' and 'Live broadcast' of such attributes are served as possible only in TV home shopping, because these attributes don't service due to legal and institutional regulations in T-commerce market. The cluster analysis result also showed that TV shopping consumers are more important to think 'Responsive', 'Playfulness', 'Live broadcast' than 'Convenience' and 'Bidirectional', except one of the classification clusters. If real-time broadcast service is impossible because of the legal and institutional regulations, it seems to require the expansion of the services linked the terrestrial broadcasting to the activating T-Commerce market.

Supply chain management is a total systems approach to delivering manufactured products to the end customer. Using information technology to coordinate all elements of the supply chain from parts suppliers to retailers achieves a level of integration that is a competitive advantage not available in traditional logistics systems. On the other hand, service chain management is an analogous systems approach that is especially suitable for delivering mobile services such as parcel delivery, cable installation, and home health care. The key elements that distinguish service supply chain management from supply chain management are bidirectional optimization, management of productive capacity, and management of perishability. The purpose of this study is to maintain the construction of service chain management by proving that service quality in after-sales service can be improved through service chain management. First of all, supply chain management, service quality, and service chain management were introduced in theoretical research. In empirical research, it was selected the domestic enterprise that produce electronic appliances with after-sales service, and some customers using the enterprise's after-sales service in the metropolitan area were selected as a sample by convenience sampling method and examined.
