본 연구에서는 올바른 정치문화 정착과 형성을 위해 시민들의 정치의식과 정치참여행동의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 연구를 시도하였다. 이를 분석하기 실증분석을 시도하였고, 이에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설 1인 시민들의 정치의식과 정치신뢰의 관계를 분석한 결과, 선거 의식 수준과 자기 효능감이 높을수록 정치에 대한 만족도와 정치에 대한 평가가 높아졌다. 둘째, 가설 2인 시민들의 정치의식과 사회소속감의 관계를 파악한 결과는 선거 의식 수준과 사회에 대한 인식수준이 높을수록 사회소속감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설 3인 정치신뢰가 정치참여 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서 정치 만족도와 정치평가가 높을수록 적극적 정치 참여와 소극적 정치 참여의 참여행동이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가설 4인 사회소속감이 정치참여행동에 미치는 영향은 시민의 사회소속감이 높을수록 적극적 정치 참여와 소극적 정치 참여의 정치참여 행동 수준이 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 시민들의 선거인식과 정치가에 대한 인식 등 정치의식이 높을수록 정치에 대한 신뢰도와 정치참여행동 역시 긍정적으로 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다.

1993년 6월부터 1995년 8월까지 소흑산도(小黑山島) 주변에 서식(棲息)하고 있는 어류를 조사한 결과 모두 3강(綱) 14목(目) 59과(科) 97속(屬) 128종(種)이 서식(棲息)하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이들 중에서 농어목(目) 어류가 모두 27과(科) 44속(屬) 54종(種)으로 전체 어류의 42.2%로서 가장 많이 출현하였고, 다음이 횟대목(目) 어류로서 8과(科) 15속(屬) 25종(種)으로 19.5%에 해당되었다. 이외에도 가자미목(目) 어류가 5과(科) 13속(屬) 16종(種)으로 12.5%였고, 복어목(目) 어류가 3과(科) 4속(屬) 8종(種)으로 6.3%였다. 한편 이들 중 많은 종(種)을 포함(包含)하고 있는 분류군은 횟대목(目)의 양볼락과(科)로서 13종(種)이 확인(確認)되었고, 다음이 농어목(目) 어류의 민어과(科)와 가자미목(目)의 가자미과(科)로 각각 8종(種)씩 출현하고 있었다. 지금까지 우리 나라에서는 서식(棲息)이 확인되지 않았던 종(種)으로 Cypselurus unicolor, Signauns canaliculutus, Tarphops elegans 등의 3종(種)이 추가 확인되었고, 이 외에도 Raja sp., Scorpaenopsis sp. Sebasticus sp., Entomacrodus sp. 및 Psettodes sp. 등이 분류학적으로 주목되었다. 한편 본 해역에서 출현하고 있는 어종(魚種)중에서 경제적(經濟的)으로 부가가치(附加價値)가 높은 종(種)으로는 Raja kenojei, Sebastes schlegeli, Sebastes thompsoni, Lateolabrax japonicus, Nibea albiflora, Argyrosomus argentatus, Pseudosciaena poliactis, Miichthys miiuy, Mugil cephalus, Paralichthys olivaceus, Cynoglossus joyneri 및 Cynoglossus semilaevis 등(等)이고 이 중에서 Sebastes schlegeli와 Sebastes thompsoni는 소흑산도(小黑山島)를 상징(象徵)할 수 있는 대표적(代表的)인 어종(魚種)으로 사료(思料)되었다.

본 연구는 전통놀이를 활용한 융복합 프로그램이 농촌 여성노인의 우울, 소속감과 자살생각에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 K군의 마을회관을 이용하는 65세 이상의 여성노인 42명(실험군=20명, 대조군=22명)이다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 7월 17일에서 8월 23일까지였다. 실험군은 주2회 50분씩 총 12회기 전통놀이 프로그램에 참여하였고, 대조군은 사전조사와 사후조사 후 1회 30분씩 총 2회의 건강교육 프로그램에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술 통계, $x^2$-test, t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 프로그램에 참여 후 실험군은 대조군에 비해 우울(t=-4.86, p<.001)과 소속감(t=4.611, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 전통놀이프로그램은 농촌여성의 우울과 소속감향상에 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. 추후 농촌노인의 성별과 도시지역의 노인을 대상으로 지역을 확대하여 프로그램의 유용성을 확인하기 위한 추후연구를 제언하였다.

본 연구는 강원도지역에서 분리된 전염성조혈기괴사증 바이러스(Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus: IHNV) 변이주들의 유전자형에 따른 병원성의 분석에 대한 연구이다. JRt-Shizuoka linage와 JRt-Nagano lineage에 속하는 IHNV 변이주들을 무지개송어 치어에 실험적으로 감염시켜 각 변이주들에 감염된 무지개송어의 폐사율을 비교하고, 병리조직을 관찰하며, 혈청형을 분석하였다. 그 분석의 결과, 고역가로 접종하였을 때 Sizuoka linage에 속하는 RtPc0314c와 RtPc0314g 변이주와 JRt-Nagano lineage에 속하는 RtPc0816g 변이주 모두 100% 누적 폐사율을 보였고, JRt-Shizuoka linage에 속하는 RtPc0314c와 RtPc0314g 변이주에 감염된 무지개송어에서 더 빠른 폐사가 관찰되었다. 저역가로 접종하였을 때에는 실험종료시까지 100% 폐사율을 보이지 않았지만, JRt-Nagano lineage에 속하는 변이주 보다 JRt-Shizuoka linage에 속하는 변이주에 감염된 무지개송어에서 더 높은 폐사율을 보였다. 또한 병리조직 분석 결과 RtPc0314c와 RtPc0314g 변이주에 감염된 무지개 송어의 신장과 비장 조직에서는 감염 증상이 확인되었지만, RtPc0816g 변이주에 감염된 무지개송어에서는 감염 증상이 확인되지 않았다. 하지만 이들 변이주들간의 구조 단백질, 혈청형에서는 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 강원도 지역에서 분리된 IHNV는 비록 구조 단백질과 혈청형의 차이는 나타나지 않았지만, JRt-Shizuoka lineage에 속하는 변이주들의 병원성이 더 높음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Densities and larval food habits of Holotrichia titanis belonging to Melolonthinae, and of Anomala corpulenta and A. mfocuprea belonging to Rutelinae, collected from surroundings of ginseng fields, were investigated to determine potentia]s as ginseng pests in scarabaeids. H. titanis had similar food habit to the ginseng pests, H. morosa and H. diomphalia, although the density of H. titanis was relatively low during the period of survey, which indicates that the scarabaeid may have potentials to be a major pest with build-up or the population in the fields. However, A. corpulenta and A. rufacuprea with higher populations than H. morose and H. dicmphalia had no or low potency as ginseng pests since they had little preference to ginseng roots or did not feed on these. The latter two species in Rutelinae showed different food habits in relation to dead organic matter.

Social network games (SNGs), a rapidly growing online game genre, are built and played on social network sites. SNGs provide an online world for enjoying leisure time and interpersonal communication, and an increasing numbers of college students are involved in such game-playing as a leisure time activity. Despite the popularity, relatively few studies have been conducted to investigate the nature of game players, especially the meaning of such leisure time behavior by college students. This paper's aim was to explore a subjective meaning structure of online social network game play. The means-end chain model was used to link attributes of SNGs to the underlying values of game playing as a leisure activity. The results revealed two emerging end-values: the need for bridging and a sense of belonging. This study sheds light on the meaning of college students' leisure activities when playing social network games.

A fungal survey that targeted the tribe Arachnopezizeae (Hyaloscyphaceae, Helotiales) was conducted in Korea. One variety belonging to Proliferodiscus and one species belonging to Rodwayella are recorded for the first time from Korea. Proliferodiscus inspersus var. magniascus differs from P. earoleucus by its amyloid reaction in ascal apices and larger asci. Rodwayella citrinula is distinguished from other members of the genus by small ascospores and its occurrence on grasses. The descriptions, illustrations and cultural characteristics of the species are provided.
