  • 국제해운에서의 선박으로부터 배출되는 온실가스에 대한 규제는 가일층 강화되고 있으며 국제해사기구에서 수립한 온실가스 저감목표는 기술적 및 운항적 측면에서 해운선사에는 커다란 도전으로 작용하고 있다. 국제해사기구는 탄소집약도 기준 2008년 대비하여 2030년 까지 30% 및 2050년 까지 70%를 감축하고 총배출량 기준 50%까지 감축하는 것을 목표로 삼고 있다. 이의 실현을 위해 IMO는 단기 및 중장기 조치를 일부 채택하여 2023년부터 현존선에 대한 에너지효율 지표인 EEXI 적용과 일부 선형에 대한 EEDI 3단계 조기 적용 등의 기술적 조치 채택하였으며 선박의 탄소집약지수인 CII를 채택하여 운영적 측면도 온실가스 저감을 위한 조치를

자본시장의 글로벌화와 한국 통화정책의 독립성 (Globalization of Capital Markets and Monetary Policy Independence in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 한국이 1997년 외환위기 이후 변동환율제 도입과 더불어 자본자유화로 자본시장이 글로벌화된 상황에서 외부로부터 독립적인 통화정책을 유지할 수 있었는지를 자본자유화 이전 기간과 비교하여 분석했다. 트릴레마 이론에 비추어보면, 자본자유화 이전에는 환율시장에 적극적으로 개입을 해도 이론적으로 독립적인 통화정책을 유지할 수 있는 여지가 있었으며, 자본자유화 이후에는 환율제도가 자유변동환율제도로 전환함에 따라 독립적인 통화정책을 유지할 수 있는 여지가 있었다. 하지만 한국과 같은 소규모 개방경제의 경우 자본시장이 완전히 개방되어 국가 간 연계성이 증가하고, 막대한 양의 국제자본 유출입이 발생하여 환율과 자산 시장의 심각한 불안정성을 초래할 수 있으므로 외국의 통화정책과 자본 흐름으로부터 완전히 자유로운 통화정책을 집행하기 어려울 수 있다. 본 논문의 실증분석에서는 부를 미국으로 국한하여 한국의 통화정책이 미국의 통화정책으로부터 독립적인지 블록 외생성 구조 VAR 모형을 이용하여 자세히 분석하였다. 그 결과 한국의 통화정책이 자본자유화 이전과 이후 두 기간 모두에서 미국의 통화정책으로부터 완전히 독립적으로 운용되지 못하였던 것으로 보인다. 자본자유화 이후 기간의 경우 완전한 변동환율제를 실제로 운용하기는 쉽지 않았고, 이로 인해 필연적으로 한국의 통화정책은 외부의 충격으로부터 완전히 독립적이지 못했던 것으로 보인다. 또한 자본자유화 이후 기간에는 포트폴리오 자본의 유출입이 자본자유화 이전 기간에 비해 매우 민감하게 변화하여 독립적인 통화정책의 운영에 어려움을 초래한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 향후 자본의 글로벌화에 효과적으로 대응하면서 통화정책을 독립적으로 유지할 수 있는 정책의 틀을 개발하는 것이 시급하다고 하겠다.

고대 한국의 도량형 고찰 (Review on the Ancient korea Length, Weight and Volumetric Measures)

  • This study is designed to delve into the measuring systems of different periods so as to help with more exact representations of cultures of different periods. The basis of the measuring system in china stems from the huangjong (Huangzhong : the yellow bell) of the period of Huangdi, the length of the bell being the width of 90 black millet grains. Do (Du : width) ; 1 bun=the width of one black millet grain, 1 Chon=10 Buns, 1 Chuk=10 Chons, 1 Jang=10 Cheoks, 1 In=10 Jangs. Ryang (Lyang : volume) ; 1 Yak=the weight of 1,200 grains in the yellow bell, 1 Hab=2 Yaks, 1Seung=10 habs, 1 Du=10 Seungs, 1 Gok=10 Dus. Hyung (Hung : weight) ; 12 Jus=the weight of 1 Yak, 1Yang=24 Jus are equal 1 Hab in weight, 1 Geun=16 Ryangs, 1 Jo=30 Geuns, 1 Seo=4 Jo. In the era of Eun (In) it was decided that the 9-chon length of the Yellowbell shall be 1 Cheok. The Cheok of Ju was set at 4/5 of the length of the yellow bell. The Cheok of Ju breaks into Yongjocheok, Joryegicheok, Pogeumcheok. Yongjocheok, arising from Rohbancheok of the Ju period, is part of Gokcheok also used as a measuring tool for wooden works. The Han cheok has the same length as the yellow bell. The Sang Cheok is 4/5 of the length of the yellow bell. The Tang Cheok was originally the same as the Sang cheok but became longer and longer to be the Long cheok (31.3cm). The length-measuring system used in the three-nation era of Korea includes the gijeom cheil (35.52cm), Ju cheok (25.45cm), sunje Cheok (23.5cm), the Long Tang Cehok (29.706 cm), making 10 Bun 1 Chon and 10 Chon 1 Cheok. The volume-measuring system(Seung) was 198.81 ㎤ before 681 BC in the shilla Dynasty and was 596.42 ㎤ after that. In the seventh year of Kng Munjong of the Koryo dynasty the standard measuring system with the Long Tang Cheok as its basis was adopted, and the standard volume-measuring tools were used under the name of Migok, Daesodugok, Mijangdu, (29.706 cm), making 10 Bun 1 Chon and 10 Chon 1 Cheok. The volume-measuring system(Seung) was 198.81㎤ before 681 BC in the shilla dynasty and was 596.42 ㎤ after that. In the seventh year of King Munjong of the Koryo dynasty the standard measuring system with the Long Tang Cheok as its basis was adopted, and the standard volume-measuring tools were used under the name of Migok, Daesodugok, Kijangdu, Habseung and gokseok. The 1 Seung volumes of theses toolas were 596,447,927 and 1053㎤, respectively. were called Migok, Daesodugok, Mijangdu, Habseung and Gokseok, being respectively 596,447,927, 1053 ㎤, respectively. In the Chosun Dynasty the length of the Yeongjocheos was 27.6 cm or 31.220 in the Sejong era, 29.8 from Heonjong through Gojong, and 30.3 cm after the 6th year of King Kwangmu, and the volume of Du(Mal) also changed like 4.121 or 5.964, 5.187, 23.08 $\ell$, and the 1-Jeonjung also changed like 2.66 or bout 4, 3.45, 3.75 in line with the changes of the length system.

들뢰즈의 『감각의 논리』에 관한 연구 - '햅틱 Haptique' 개념을 중심으로 - (A Study on Gilles Deleuze's "Francis Bacon: The Logic of Sensation" - Focused on the Concept of 'Haptique' -)

  • 들뢰즈는 자신의 특유의 감각론을 "감각의 논리"에서 베이컨의 회화를 통하여 전개한다. 거기에서 문제가 되는 것이 광학적(optical) 시각과는 다른 '시선의 하나의 가능성'을 나타내는 <햅틱 haptic>이라는 감각이다. 우리말로 다양하게 번역되는 이 햅틱이라는 감각개념을 들뢰즈는 오스트리아 미술사학자 알로이스 리글(Alois Riegl)을 경유하여 수용하고 있다. 리글이 이집트의 저부조(bas-relief)에 대한 '근접 시각'(Nahsicht)의 의미를 가지고 이 개념을 사용했는데, 들뢰즈는 그의 발상을 이어받아 햅틱 개념을 적용하여 베이컨의 회화를 논하고 있다. 이집트의 저부조에 대하여 사용된 개념을 회화에 사용하는 이상, 들리즈의 회화론에는 리글에 의하여 제시되고 있는 것 이상의 의미가 았다. 다시 말하면 들뢰즈의 "감각의 논리"를 단순히 베이컨의 회화에 관한 논의(論議) 이상의 새로운 감각론을 전개한 것으로 파악할 경우, 중심이 되는 개념은 베이컨의 회화를 상징하는 햅틱 개념이라고 할 수 있다. 그런데 햅틱이란 도대체 어떠한 감각 개념인가? 또한 들뢰즈의 감각론은 도대체 무엇인가? "감각의 논리"를 들뢰즈 자신의 감각론이 전개된 저작으로서 파악하고, 특히 햅틱이라는 감각에 주목하여 그의 감각론을 명확히 밝혀 보려는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

동궐도에 보이는 궁궐정원의 조영수법 (A Study on Design Techniques of Palace Gardens presented in Donggwoldo)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 "동궐도" 에 담겨있는 모든 정원 요소를 각 원(院)별로 나누어 세밀하게 살펴봄으로써 궁궐정원의 조영특성 및 수법을 파악 하여 전통계승을 통해 현대 정원에 적용할 수 있는 방법을 모색하는 데에 있다. 연구 방법으로는 동궐도에 나타나 있는 궁궐정원의 모습을 정원 요소별로 관찰하여 특성을 파악하는 방법을 택하였다. 동궐도에 나타나는 정원 요소로 괴석과 연못, 건물과 마당, 경계와 영역, 수목 등이 있으며. 공간에서 확인되는 각 구성요소의 배치특성을 파악하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 입기의 경우 동궐도내의 원(院)은 명당 내부의 최적지를 선택하여 각각의 대지를 기존의 지형과 건물의 용도에 따라 적극적으로 자연을 변형하는 방식을 선택하였다. 식재는 궁궐을 조성하면서 기존 수목을 그대로 활용하여 원칙적인 식재 방법이나 수종의 선택 기준은 확인되지 않았다. 대칭식재를 한 점이 특징으로, 이러한 대칭식재 방법은 음양 표시의 작정관(作庭觀)으로 보인다. 수종의 선정에 있어서는 상징적 의미가 강한 수종을 선택하여 식재하였다. 지당은 궁궐정원에서 대부분 관념적, 추상적 형태를 상징하는 원형으로 나타나며, 중락(衆樂)의 장소로 빈번하게 사용되었음을 알 수 있었다. 한편 정자를 만드는 형식은 일정하지 않았고, 형태적으로는 삼각, 사각, 오각, 육각, 팔각 등에서 십자모양에 이르기까지의 다양하게 조성되었다. 괴석과 석함은 주로 침전 주위와 동궁처소 그리고 후원에 배치되어 있었다. 화계(花階)는 주로 침전의 후면 및 동궁전, 공주의 처소 등 주로 부녀자의 거처에 나타난다. 취병(翠屛)은 자연과 단절하는 장벽이 아니라 선택적 인입을 하는 체와 같이 자연의 기를 안도하는 의도로 설치하였다. 우리나라의 정원은 구성방식에 있어서 서구나 중국의 경우와 매우 다른 특징을 가지고 있었다. 전반적으로 조선시대 궁궐정원은 형식에 있어서는 엄격한 유가적 규범이 적용되었고, 작정 수법은 신선사상을 많이 차용하였다. 그러면서도 소탈한 측면을 가지고 있는 점이 특징이다.

패션의 노출과 은폐에 관한 고찰 - Freud의 정신분석학을 중심으로 - (The Study of Exposure and Concealment in Fashion - Focusing on the Freud's Psychoanalysis -)

  • Exposure and Concealment have been continued as important way to express fashion and theme as well, especially in women fashion. Exposure can make themselves attractive, and concealment emphasizes this way of being attractive by exposure. Besides the temptable effect of exposure, the ideology which put women next men in society has made a prominence on the fact exposure is significant theme in women fashion. It means that women's image of 'Being seen as Object' (this can be explained by relation passive between active) in society has driven female emphasize in using and focusing on exposure to be attractive. Also the other important thing in women fashion has been considered is concealment. The fact that society has demand women more chaste duty in detail may have meaningful thing in the condition that instigates women take off being attractive to the subject, considering ideology, men. Therefore attractive femininity has to be suggested by virtue and temptation, it is common sense that looking just shallow or too strict are far from criteria of ideal beauty. Namely, the concept for exposure coexists with concealment not only constructively but also naturally in fashion. Technique that can be accentuate for effective exposure differently from method to show unilaterally is needed, and this technique can promote new fashion. And according to the theory of Freud, women means' Absence (lacking penis)', this female's Lack Image induces male castration complex therefore 'Fetishistic Look' which transfers something phallic into specific things or parts of body is adopted, sort of object cathexis. This is revealed as some parts of women body are diverted into object for sexual love, symbolic equivalent. For example, women's parts like legs or breast are remarked as erotogenic zone and as time goes, when no more the zone are felt sexual by exposure, other somewhere felt mysterious (felt something sexual) used to be stressed by exposing. As it were, it can be possible that exposing part on women body (sexual part) moved as time passed because of what previously stated. Especially, the concept of exposure and concealment in women fashion should explain not only from a point of view of style for the beautifulness but also from wearer's immanent intention, further more relationship with ideology. About the present situation becoming bolder in women fashion, it is said that women express confidence as the position of women is elevated higher socially, the more women get freedom. But if we consider this psychoanalysis opinion mentioned ahead, the possibility can not be excluded that the exposure can get emphasizing according as the need of feminine modesty gets decreasing from ideal femininity society, men want. This study about exposure and concealment was made progressed through the theory of Freud who originated psychoanalysis, presented many theories. But nowadays contradictions are being brought up against Freud's theory including conventional philosophy like male chauvinism and adjust studies get suggested. Hereupon, there may be limitation in making no allowance of contradiction and following his theory.

중년여성의 가족건강지키기 경험에 대한 근거이론적 접근 (Grounded Theory Approach to Middle-aged Women's Experience in Family Health Care)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to survey health requirements of middle-aged women and their families and to provide guidelines for developing nursing interventions by describing the process of family health maintenance experienced by middle-aged women and its conceptual system. Methods: To get saturated data, each of four researchers conducted two or three times of in-depth interview with eight middle-aged women aged between 40-64 years old and living in Seoul and Chuncheon from the 10th to the 30th of October 2004 and each interview was continued one or two hours. The Grounded theory adopted by Strauss & Corbin (1998) is a substantive theory that can explain the experiencing process of middle-aged women. Results: We found that the casual condition of family health maintaining by middle-aged women was 'confidence of health belief', and 'pouring by body moving' was found to be its phenomenon. A textual condition that might respond to the phenomenon was 'fatal roles acceptance', and intervening conditions that promote their family health were 'retracing' and 'gathering health information'. These intervening conditions impacted middle-aged women's confidence in family health and led them to take actions/interactions such as 'being a model of health', 'adapting to circumstances', 'do-it-myself', 'taking-care' 'harmonious mind' and 'the pursuit of cleanness'. These actions/interactions produced results such as 'being stronger', 'being unmanageable' and 'being fruitful'. Conclusions: Health confidence and practical health behaviors were observed in the process that the middle-aged female participants experienced unmanageable circumstances but they accepted their roles and responsibilities and recognized that they must be get stronger. The behaviors of health-together-with were divided into enthusiastic type, adaptation type and self-sacrificing type. Therefore middle-aged woman with the understanding of family health maintaining process as well as the theoretical system and practical principals needs to implement the intervention in acceptable level of family health process of preventing psychological and physical problems.

영원의 철학(Perennial Philosophy)으로 본 대순사상의 신관 (View of the God in Daesoon Thoughts viewed from Perennial Philosophy)

  • We live in two giant pendulum in called 'science' and 'religion'. But science and religion are contained in disparate information with each other, Those two is not easy to achieve convergence. But if you accept the ontological scheme of Great Chain of Being(存在의 大連鎖) in the Perennial philosophy(永遠의 哲學), Debate between religion and science is meaningless 'Great Nest of Being(存在의 대둥지, Great Chain of Being)' is similar to the multiple concentric circles, there are different dimension that the each top level to subsume surrounding the lower level. For example, upper zone 'Mysticism(神秘主義)' includes but transcends(or transcends but includes.) the sub-region theology, psychology, biology and physics. The Perennial philosophy is the great spiritual teachers of the world, philosophers and thinkers have adopted a common worldview, a religious views. Philosophers of the perennial philosophy seem to match the cross-cultural almost unanimous about the general level of the 'Great Nest of Being' for the past 3,000 years. The perennial philosophy made the conclusion that God exists in the world. Several types of view of God existing religions in the world have 'Monotheism(一神論)', 'Pantheism(汎神論)' and 'Panentheism (汎在神論)'. Although traditionally the God of the philosophers is the classical Theism, theological trends of today it is moving in the direction of Panentheism. Panentheism see that god is immanent and transcendent. also Daesoon Thoughts is the position of the Panentheism. so this paper points out the fact that the view of God of the perennial philosophy is precisely consistent with the view of God of Daesoon Thoughts. Wilber says 'envelopment [transcend and include]'. The word translates as 'powol(包越)' in Korean. 'Powol(包越)' means that all the developmental evolution is to surround the sub-region developed into the higher realms. View of the God in the perennial philosophy is 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. but 'powol immanent God(包越的 內在神論)' rather than building regulations as 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. It would have to be a more accurate representation of it. Because in the existing 'theism(有神論)' the god and humans are thought to exist apart. However, Daesoon Thoughts are deemed to also recognize another universal laws. also Sangje(上帝, the Supreme God) is recognized as a cosmic existence that transcends the laws. This point, as the characteristics of the Daesoon Thoughts, In other religions can not be found. Therefore, More specifically represent(More accurately represent), Sangje of the Daesoon Thoughts can be described as 'powol theism' or 'transcendental and included deism(包越的 理神論)'. Importantly, The idea of God can be captured directly by the discipline. In this sense, In terms of the other religions have no discipline law, the practice [discipline] of the Daesoon Thoughts required in the present age. It has the absoluteness.

한의학(韓醫學) 학위논문(學位論文)의 내용(內容)에 대(對)한 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Statistical Study on the Contents of Theses of Oriental Medicine)

  • I hereby have gained the following results by investigation and classification according to the contents of Masterial theses of 1015 volumes and Doctorial theses of 288 volumes, which have collected at their central libriaries, of theses which have published, until 1991, at Oriental Medical College of Kyunghee Univ., Kyungsan Univ., Dongguk Univ. and Taejon Univ. 1. The laboratory theses are more plentiful in number than those of literatural or clinical ones, especially more outstanding trends in the case of doctors. 2. In clinical theses, clinical obserbation was high frequnt in master and accupunture in doctor. 3. In laboratory theses, the usage of pharmacy was more frequnt than that of accupuntures or moxibutions. 4. In laboratory theses, it was more plentiful the case of being taken ill before experiment. 5. In experimental method, the drugs were more used complexed or complexed extract, in the case of accupunture, the methods were more adopted by general accup. and aqureaccupunture. 6. In laboritory theses, theses was abundant of no description of normal, control and laboratory groop. 7. It was the great number wi thin a day in the laboratory terms, the rats were most adopted as the objects of lab., in the number of lab method, doctor's was more plentiful than master's. 8. In literatural theses, there was expressed high frequnt trends of study of china, in era, Chosun dynasty in korea and Jin-Han in china. 9. The theory and books were mainly adopted as objects of theses study in the field of literature. 10. In another theses, there was many investigation of contents and drug and sign of illness were main object of study. 11. Laboratory theses had totally more reference and quotation than those of other theses. According to the above results, the number of laboratory theses are superior than clincal and literature theses, other study or statistical theses. But unfortunately they were not enough the transmission of meaning of theses and contribution of learning, beacuse how to do theses was not uni form and description was not evident. So afterward I think it is needed more careful attention and study in the method of theses works.

선박 전과정평가를 위한 실습선 배기가스 인벤토리 분석 (The inventory analysis on exhaust gas from training ships for ship's LCA study)

  • 최근 지구 환경 문제의 심각성이 대두되면서, 전과정 평가(Life Cycle Assessment)에 대한 선박 적용 연구가 국제적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이에 반하여 국내연구 수준은 아직 기초 연구수준에 그치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선박 LCA의 개요를 살펴보고, 전과정평가의 선박 적용에 대한 연구를 다루었다. 특히 선박의 전생애 과정중에서 선박 운항 인벤토리 부분을 다루었다. 대상 선박은 목포해양대학교의 실습선 2척을 모델로 삼았으며 과거 수년간의 실적 데이터를 분석하여 운항인벤토리 중 배출 가스의 정략적 데이터를 분석하였다. 이 분석을 통하여 선박 총톤수 1톤을 운항 유지하는데 배출되는 배기 가스량을 분석하였고, 이와 함께 실습생 1명을 1년 교육시키는데 현재 어느 정도의 배기가스가 발생하고 있는지 살펴보았다.
