아웃도어 브랜드에 대한 소비자의 공동체의식이 행위적 몰입, 구매만족도 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of consumers' sense of community regarding outdoor brand on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention)

  • This study analyzed the effects of consumers'sense of community regarding outdoor brands on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention and analyzed the effects of behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction on repurchasing intention. Additionally, this study analyzed the differences in sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of outdoor consumers'consumption values. A survey was conducted from July 20th to 30th, 2015, and 527 responses were used for the analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers'sense of community regarding outdoor brands was classified into mutual influences, sufficiency necessity, emotional connectedness, and sense of belonging. Second, outdoor consumers'sense of community had positive impacts on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Third, outdoor consumers'behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction had positive impacts on repurchasing intention. Fourth, there were differences in the outdoor consumers'sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of consumption values. Therefore, outdoor brands can strengthen the relationship with customers considering values and behavior, suggesting the need for a strategy that promotes consumers'sense of community with sustainable management activities that save the environment and local community.

온라인 맞춤형 광고 효과에 미치는 요인들 연구 (Study on Factors Affecting Effects of Online Behavioral Advertising)

  • 최근 온라인 마케팅에서 가장 중요한 분야로 온라인 맞춤형 광고가 떠오르고 있다. 온라인 맞춤형 광고는 개인정보 수집 및 동의, 소비자의 인지된 개인화 및 소비자의 온라인 사생활 침해 걱정 등과 같은 이슈들을 만들었다. 본 연구는 이러한 세 가지 이슈들이 온라인 맞춤형 광고에 미치는 영향들이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 연구결과, 정보 수집과 사용동의 구분은 온라인 맞춤형 광고 평가에 주요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 개인정보 수집에서 향후 온라인 맞춤형 광고 노출 시 리워드를 받을 수 있을 거라고 고지된 사람들은 그렇지 않은 사람들보다 브랜드 태도가 더 긍정적이었다. 광고 메시지의 인지된 개인화 정도는 온라인 맞춤형 광고 태도 및 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 온라인 사생활 침해 걱정 역시 온라인 맞춤형 광고 태도 및 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이론적 및 실무적 시사점은 토의에서 더 자세히 살펴보았다.

기내 안전정보 인지가 안전행동 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Passenger's Safety Communication on Safety Behavioral Intention)

  • 본 연구는 기내안전정보에 관한 승객 인지에 대해 행동이론을 적용하였으며, 이를 통하여 안전행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 대표적인 소비자 행동이론인 계획된 행동이론과 트라이앤디스 행동이론의 비교를 통해 기내안전정보 인지에 따른 안전행동 의도를 설명하기 위한 모형의 특징파악을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였으며, 370명의 항공여행을 경험한 승객을 대상으로 설문을 통해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 계획된 행동이론은 태도와 지각된 통제가 안전행동 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 트라이앤디스 이론은 사회적 영향과 습관이 안전행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 두 모형의 비교를 통해 기내안전정보 인식과 안전행동 의도의 관계에서 인식과 감정의 심리적 과정이 모두 동반된다는 점을 확인하였다.

디지털 맞춤형 광고와 개인정보 보호에 대한 대학생들의 인식 및 행동연구 (College Students' Cognitive and Behavioral Attitude toward Digital Behavioral Advertising and Personal Information Protection through In-depth Interview)

  • 디지털 광고 시장의 성장과 함께 개인정보 보호에 대한 소비자들의 우려가 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 디지털 맞춤형 광고와 개인정보보호에 대한 대학생들의 인식과 행동을 심층 인터뷰를 통해 밝혀내고자 했다. 연구결과, 개인정보보호 중요성에 대한 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 개인정보보호를 위해 개인, 기업, 그리고 정부 모두 나서야 한다는 의견이 제시 되었다. 대학생들의 개인정보 보호를 위한 행동들의 수준은 크게 무대응 단계, 소극적 대응단계, 그리고 적극적 대응단계로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 디지털 맞춤형 광고에 대한 대학생들의 태도는 긍정적 그리고 부정적 측면이 공존하고 있다. 마지막으로, 대학생들은 기업들의 디지털 맞춤형광고 집행 등과 같은 마케팅 활동을 위해 개인정보 수집 및 사용에 대한 부정적인 태도보다는 오히려 긍정적인 태도를 가지고 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 토의를 통해 디지털 리터러시 교육의 필요성을 제시하고 있으며, 기업들에게 개인정보 수집 및 절차에 대한 실무적인 함의를 제공하고 있다.

프로스펙트 이론과 속성별 제거모형을 중심으로 한 행동경제학에 대한 비판적 고찰 (A Critical Review on Behavioral Economics with a Focus on Prospect Theory and EBA Model)

  • Purpose - For the past several decades, behavioral economics or behavioral decision theory has undergone rapid development. This study provides a critical review of the development of behavioral economics with a focus on what are deemed to be core theories in the field. Starting from the utility function proposed by Daniel Bernoulli in the 18th century, the development history of utility functions until the emergence of the prospect theory is thoroughly reviewed. Some of the experimental results violating the traditionally assumed utility function and supporting the prospect theory value function are summarized. The most representative principles of rational choice are transitivity, independence from irrelevant alternatives (IIA), and regularity. The development of behavioral economics has been triggered by finding counter-examples to these principles. Some of the choice behaviors discussed in this study as counter-examples to the traditional theories of rational choice are the St. Petersburg paradox; the Allais paradox; gambling behavior; and the various context effects including the similarity effect, attraction effect, and the compromise effect. The Elimination-by-Aspects (EBA) model, which was proposed as an explanation for the similarity effect, is discussed in detail as well. Based on the literature review and further analysis, this study summarizes the relationship between the context effects, prospect theory, and EBA model. Research design, data, and methodology - This study provides an extensive literature review on several important theories in the field of behavioral decision theory and adds some critical comments to the theories and the relationships among them. This study first reviews the development of utility functions. Daniel Bernoulli introduced the concept of utility function to solve the St. Petersburg paradox. In the mid-20th century, Herbert Simon proposed the "satisficing" heuristic and presented a value function with a shape different from traditional utility functions. This study highlights the strengths and weaknesses of several utility functions proposed until the emergence of the prospect theory value function. Results - This study posits that prospect theory and EBA model are the two most important theories in the field of behavioral decision theory. They can explain various choice behaviors that traditional utility maximization analysis has been unable to. The application of these models to various fields is further increasing nowadays. This study explains how prospect theory and the EBA model can be used to explain the context effects. Conclusions - The traditional economic theory relies on a single variable called "utility" in explaining consumer choice. However, this study argues that, in investigating consumer choice, several other variables should also be considered. These are the similarity among alternatives, an alternative's prototypicality within the category, the dominance relationship between alternatives, and the reference point in evaluating alternatives. Due to the development of behavioral economics, we are now closer to a more complete understanding of consumer choice behavior than in the past when we had only a single tool called utility.

정신약리학(精神藥理學)의 연구방법(硏究方法)의 제문제(諸問題) (Methodological Issues in Psychopharmacology)

  • It is the purpose of this article to present a brief and systematical behavioral methods in recent developed behavioral pharmacology. Specifically, the present review has been organized around three major topics reflecting both current research emphasis in behavioral pharmacology and methodological applications to the study of psychopharmacological actions of crude drug or herb medicine. The first major topic focuses upon the appropriate experimental design especially in the study of psychopharmacology. A large number of factors should be controlled to have a bearing on design of studies reflecting to psychological effects of drugs. The second section presents several recent methodological developments in behavioral pharmacology involving Turner's screening methods and several types of conditioning techniques. The last section calls specific attention to the observation of behavioral development processes in relation to the activity of pharmacological agents and emphasizes critical period of drug treatment.

부산경남경마공원 비경주마의 행동장애 유형 (The Prevalence of Behavioral Disorders in Non-racehorses at Busan Race Park)

  • This study was conducted on 85 non-racing pleasure horses raised in Busan race park of Korea Racing Authority to investigate the prevalence of stereotypic behavioral problems in horses. the observation had been continued from March to October of 2010, and the study animals included warm-bloods, Jeju ponies and donkeys. Although there was no temperament problem detected, a wide range of well-known stable vices were observed in 15 horses. The most frequently observed stereotype was cribbing (8.2%), and it was followed by weaving (1.2%), biting (1.2%), eating too fast (1.2%), pawing (1.2%) and scraping the teeth on something (1.2%) with the equal prevalence rate. These behavioral disorders were only detected in warm-bloods, while those were absent in Jeju ponies and donkeys. In addition, primary behavioral disorders were more dominant than mimicking behaviors.

The Effect of Choice Attributes of Internet primary bank on Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention

  • In recent years, interest in internet primary bank has increased in South Korea, and marketing strategies for the success of the bank are needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of bank choice attributes on satisfaction and behavioral intention of Internet primary bank users. A convenience sampling was used and a structural equation of AMOS 20.0 was used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study are as follows. First, information, transaction, and communication of the choice attributes have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, information, transaction, and communication of the choice attributes have positive effects on behavioral intention. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on behavioral intention. The theoretical and practical implications and limitations of the research are presented in the conclusion.

Role of Supervisor Behavioral Integrity for Safety in the Relationship Between Top-Management Safety Climate, Safety Motivation, and Safety Performance

  • Background: This study examines whether employee perceptions of supervisor behavioral integrity for safety moderates the relationship between top-management safety climate and safety performance (i.e., safety compliance and safety participation) and the mediated relationships through safety motivation. Methods: Data collected from 389 blue-collar employees were analyzed using latent moderated structural equation modeling. Results: The results indicate that the relationship between top-management safety climate and safety behavior, and the mediating role of safety motivation were replicated. Moreover, the results show that the mediated relationships between top-management safety climate and safety behaviors through safety motivation were stronger for employees who report high supervisor behavioral integrity for safety. Conclusion: The study findings suggest the role of supervisor behavioral integrity for safety in clarifying how the employee perceptions of top-management safety climate transfer to the employee safety behaviors through the motivational pathway.

심리적 학교 환경과 아동의 문제행동에서 또래 애착의 매개효과 (The Mediating Role of Peer Attachment between Affective School Environment and Children's Behavior Problems)

  • This study aims to examine the mediating role of peer attachment between affective school environments and the problematic behaviors of children using data from the Panel Study on Korean Children 10th wave (2017). Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, Sobel test, and bootstrapping versification were performed using SPSS 28.0 and Process Macro 28.0. The results indicate that controlled and rigid school environments were negatively associated with peer attachment and positively associated with both internal and external behavior problems. Furthermore, peer attachment was negatively associated with both internal and external behavioral problems. Peer attachment completely mediated the link between affective school environments and internal behavioral problems, and partially mediated the link between affective school environments and external behavioral problems. These results show the important role of supportive and democratic school environments regarding peer attachment.
