영구임대아파트 거주 고령자의 단위세대 개선요구 조사 연구 - 수원시 우만 주공 3단지를 중심으로 (A Basic Study on Elderly Residents' Requirements for Unit Renovation of Permanent Rental Housing - focused on 'Suwon Wooman Jugong 3rd Block')

  • Purpose: At the moment, a lot of poor older people live in permanent rental housing in Korea. But many rental apartments are not suitable for elderly living because most of them have many problems related to the lack of accessibility and adaptability for older people with physical and mental disabilities. So it is necessary to upgrade the old permanent rental housing for convenience of elderly living. The purpose of this paper is to construct basic data for remodeling of worn out and small rental housing block in order to realize the concept of "Aging in Place". Methods: Questionnaires and interviews about elderly living have been conducted on 104 elderly who live in Suwon Wooman permanent rental apartment block which was constructed 21 years ago. From the collected data, dining pattern, inconvenient area, small area, satisfaction level on unit area and demand for unit expansion type have been analysed in order to find out the direction for remodeling of permanent rental apartment unit. Results: The problems of existing permanent rental apartment can be summarized into improper laundry space, small dining area, inconvenient bath and so on. According to the family size, the elderly resident has the different preference about the expansion type of his resident unit. Big families usually want to enlarge their living unit though they pay for additional monthly rental fee. Implications: Lifetime home concept adopting Universal Design has to be applied to the whole residential block especially to the social rental housing. And this concept had better be expanded to Lifetime neighbor design.

적응적인 PU 기반 움직임 벡터 외삽과 경계 정합을 통한 프레임 전체 오류 은닉 방법에 관한 연구 (Whole Frame Error Concealment with an Adaptive PU-based Motion Vector Extrapolation and Boundary Matching)

  • 최근에 대부분의 비디오 서비스는 무선 네트워크를 통해서 전송된다. 하지만 무선 네트워크 환경에서 비디오 패킷은 전송되는 동안 오류에 노출되기 쉽다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 새로운 오류 은닉 (Error Concealment : EC) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) 환경에서 시간적 상관도를 이용한 적응적인 예측 단위 기반의 움직임 벡터 외삽 (Adaptive Prediction Unit-based Motion Vector Extrapolation : APMVE)과 공간적 상관도를 이용한 경계 정합(Boundary Matching : BM) 알고리즘을 이용한다. APMVE는 시간적 상관도를 기반으로 손실 프레임 이전 프레임의 예측 단위(Prediction Unit : PU)를 이용하여 오류 은닉 기본 단위 (Error Concealment Basic Unit : ECBU)를 적응적으로 결정하고 BM은 공간적 상관도를 이용하여 비신뢰 블록 (Unreliable Block)들에 한하여 수행한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 기존 알고리즘에서 나타나는 블록킹 열화를 효과적으로 제거하여 높은 주관적 화질을 보여준다.

  • Precast concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's, and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and unit box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. In this study, the design standard for unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by architectural law and promotion law of housing construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the open system basis. This study attempts to propose the design automation, with the method of unit construction of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system. Ticky-tacky is the biggest technical problem in suppling industrialization housing. Therefore, we will suggest a basic plan for design automation of unit modular housing which can raise the productivity of industrialization housing by applying open system, utilized by DB of component and unit, and solve the problem concerned about ticky-tacky.

ECO2 프로그램을 이용한 공동주택의 단위세대 평면 형태에 따른 에너지 효율 평가 (The Influence of Unit Plan Shapes to the Energy Efficiency of Collective Housing Simulated by ECO2 Software)

  • Purpose: Various policies to reduce the energy consumption have been carried out to save Earth environment against global warming and environmental pollution in many countries. Energy consumption of buildings in Korea has reached 24% of total energy consumption, and energy consumption of apartment has been continuously increasing. Therefore, Korea government has executed building energy efficiency rating certification system to control energy consumption of buildings. Method: This study was conducted to evaluate the energy performance of apartment unit plans according to the increasement of front width of unit plans, and tried to present the basic data to design more energy conscious unit plans for apartments. For the study, three shapes of unit plans -the 2Bay, 3Bay and 4bay unit- were selected for imput models. They were simulated using ECO2 software to assess building energy efficiency rating certification in Korea. Result: According to the results, in cases that balcony windows were not installed, the primary energy consumption of the 3Bay and 4Bay units were less than 2Bay unit, respectively, 0.1% and 2,5%. The primary energy consumption of the 3Bay and 4Bay units, in cases that balcony windows were installed, was less than 2Bay unit, respectively, 1.7% and 3.2%.

  • 공간적 의사결정지원시스템을 이용하여 합리적 의사결정을 성공적으로 이끌어내기 위해서는 오랜 기간 축적된 사람, 건물, 토지, 사업체 등에 대한 공간정보가 필요하다. 해외에서는 공간의 최소단위를 정의하고 이 기반으로 정보를 구축하여 공간적 의사결정서비스에 활용하고 있다. 이러한 목적으로 우리나라에서도 국가기초구역이 고시되었지만 국가기초구역의 활용도를 높이기 위해서는 속성정보의 구축이 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 국가기초구역단위 공간데이터 축적을 통해 국가기초구역기반 의사결정지원시스템을 구축하는 전략제안을 목표로 한다. 전략은 정보시스템 구성요소에 맞도록 제도부문, 데이터 및 시스템 부문, 서비스 부문으로 나누어 제시되었으며, 이를 통해 국가의 최소 공간단위로서 국가기초구역의 역할이 더욱 견고해질 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 이진영상처리를 위한 다기능 프로세서를 구현하였다. 프로세서는 주소 발생부, 윈도우 파이프 라인, 룩-업 테이블, 제어부, 2개의 메모리부로 구성하였다. 본 프로세서는 기존의 SAP(Serial Array Processor)설계 기법과 비교하여 구조가 단순하며 처리속도가 향상되었다. 또한 간단한 소프트웨어 선택에 의해서 영상크기를 선정하며 윤곽검출, 특징점 추출, 세선화, 평활화등의 기능을 선택적 또는 순차적으로 수행 가능하도록 하였다.

A REFINEMENT OF THE UNIT AND UNITARY CAYLEY GRAPHS OF A FINITE RING

  • Let R be a finite commutative ring with nonzero identity. We define ${\Gamma}(R)$ to be the graph with vertex set R in which two distinct vertices x and y are adjacent if and only if there exists a unit element u of R such that x + uy is a unit of R. This graph provides a refinement of the unit and unitary Cayley graphs. In this paper, basic properties of ${\Gamma}(R)$ are obtained and the vertex connectivity and the edge connectivity of ${\Gamma}(R)$ are given. Finally, by a constructive way, we determine when the graph ${\Gamma}(R)$ is Hamiltonian. As a consequence, we show that ${\Gamma}(R)$ has a perfect matching if and only if ${\mid}R{\mid}$ is an even number.

  • For this study, a new hydraulic control unit which designed in compact compared to the currently manufactured hydraulic control unit for ABS has been introduced and its experimental model has been made. Based on the basic principle as ABS using braking force characteristics against slip ratio of tire, half car model bench tester were designed and made to make an analysis of braking effect of the new hydraulic control unit. Experiment for slip ratio characteristics of tire has been carried out using half car model bench tester and with the results of this experiment and control experiment of the new hyraulic control unit, the experiment result of the characteristics of tire and control experiment were compared to find out their correspondence. And furthermore, slip ratio characteristics of the new hydraulic control unit has been studied based on the experiment result of slip ratio characteristics of tire through simulation and compared with experiment result.

  • 본 논문에서는 Galois체에 기초를 둔 고효율 산술연산기 구성에 관한 한가지 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 연산기는 기존의 방법에 비해 좀 더 규칙적이고 확장성이 용이한 이점이 있으며, 또한, 각종 멀티미디어 하드웨어 구성시의 기본인 연산기로 적용 및 응용할 수 있다. 향 후 연구과제로는 좀 더 콤팩트하고 효과적인 산술연산 알고리즘의 도출이 필요하며, 이에 논리연산기를 접목하여 산술연산 및 논리연산을 수행하는 연산전용 프로세서의 개발이 필요하다.
