PCM의 기본단말인 신형 D-4 channel bank의 개발에 있어서 alarm과 trunk pocessing unit에 마이크로프로세서를 활용하여 많은 기능을 부가하였고 이로 인해 회로소자의 간소화와 높은 신뢰성을 얻게 되었다. LSI기술을 지향하는 선진국에 반하여, 아직 국내 반도체산업의 후진을 면치 못하는 우리 나라의 경우 산업용 시스템에 마이크로프로세서의 응용은 경제성, 신뢰성, 기술성에서 높은 의의를 준다.

오프라인 수표시스템에서는 수표의 액면가와 지불대금이 다르면 거스름이 발생한다 대부분의 오프라인 수표시스템에서는 거스름을 지불에 사용하지 못하고 이를 돌려받기 위한 환불 프로토콜을 진행하여야 한다. 그러나 거스름을 지불에 사용할 수 있다면 수표방식은 환불이 필요 없는 편리한 지불 수단이 된다. 이 논문에서는 거스름을 지불에 사용할 수 있는 새로운 오프라인 수표시스템을 제안한다. 새 시스템에서는 상점이 거스름 수표를 발행하도록 하여 이를 지불에 사용할 수 있도록 개선하였다 상점은 자신의 개인키를 이용해서 은행이 발행하는 수표와 동일한 형태의 거스름 수표론 발행하고, 이것이 유통되어 은행에 입금되면 수표의 금액만큼 해당 상점에게 청구하는 방식이다. 이 시스템에서 수표의 형태는 기존 시스템에 비해 매우 간단하며 액면가 표현에 있어서도 제한이 없다. 또한 지불에 사용한 수표와 거스름 수표의 연결이 어려우며, 거스름 수표도 익명으로 지불할 수 있다. 그밖에 수표의 불법적인 사용을 막기 위해 화폐 추적, 인출자 추적이 가능한 조건부 익명성을 제공하고 트랜잭션의 원자성을 보장한다.

Faced with the challenge of reducing costs and improving competitive position, firms have recognized outsourcing as an important information systems (IS) strategic option. It has not been understood clearly what determines IS outsourcing. Based on the IS literature and transaction cost economics, cost efficiency related factors were identified, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. The results based on 181 responses from the bank executives in U.S. revealed that vendor production cost advantage and transaction risk are significant predictors of degree of outsourcing and outsourcing preference for data processing services. Insufficiency of IS funds and information technology uncertainty were found to be not only positively associated with vendor production cost advantage, but also directly associated with outsourcing preference and degree of outsourcing. Firm size is, however, not significantly related to vendor production cost advantge and IS outsourcing.

국내 연안선박의 경우 화물 선적, 고박 및 검수 과정을 관리하는 별도의 정보시스템을 운용하지 않고 있다. 부두에서 선박 하역업무를 더욱 효율적으로 실행하기 위한 정보시스템에 대한 요구에 부합하는 기능적 요소를 제시한다. 본 논문은 연안선박을 이용하는 해상 운송 화물에 대한 예약, 선내 배치, 고박 및 검수 과정을 관리하는 정보시스템에 대한 연구이다.

The Korean hare, Lepus coreanus, is an important mammal in ecosystem food chains, and is distributed across the entire Korean peninsula and northeastern China. Polymorphic microsatellite loci were developed using the biotinenrichment technique for use in population genetics studies. Five trinucleotide and four dinucleotide microsatellite loci were selected and tested on 22 Korean hare specimens collected from Gangwon Province and Gyeongsangbuk Province in South Korea. The number of alleles across the two sampling regions ranged from three to nine with a mean of 6.1. Mean observed and expected heterozygosities and polymorphic information content were 0.540, 0.627 and 0.579, respectively. Only one locus, Lc06, showed departure from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after applying the Bonferroni correction. Four microsatellites, Lc01, Lc03, Lc12, and Lc19, satisfied the criteria to serve as a core set of markers recommended for population genetics studies. These new microsatellite markers will be widely applicable to future genetic studies for management and conservation of the Korean hare and related species, including assessment of the genetic diversity and population structure of L. coreanus.

본 연구는 국내에 경제·금융전문도서관을 대표하는 한국은행 도서관의 전반적인 운영현황 분석과 이용자 만족도 및 수요를 조사하고, 더불어 국내외 주요 도서관의 외부환경 변화에 따른 대응사례 조사하여 향후 경제·금융전문도서관의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 주요 도서관 외부환경 변화 사례조사, 이용자 설문조사 등을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 향후 과제로 미래지향적 최첨단 도서관으로의 강화에는 스마트 시스템 도입, 일부 도서관 서비스의 로봇화, 시대상을 반영한 비대면 서비스 대응공간 등을, 경제금융인을 위한 특화된 서비스 제공에는 빅데이터 분석서비스 도입, 이용자 맞춤형 시스템 강화, SNS 커뮤니케이션 활성화 등을 제시하였다. 국내외 경제·금융 도서관과 협력 네트워크 구축으로는 클라우드 서비스, 유관기관 간 협력사업 유지 및 확대, 공유체계를 통한 국가 지식정보 망라적 수집 등을, 마지막으로 전문성 강화를 위한 정보서비스를 위해 특성화 장서 개발, 온라인을 활용한 참고 및 연구지원 서비스 확대, 발간물 원문 DB 구축 및 제공을 제안하였다.

In this paper, a low-power CIC(U Integrator Comb) filter bank structure is proposed for wireless communication systems. Since conventional CIC filter can not meet the desired center frequencies in each channel of filter banks, we developed a Modified CIC Filter(MCF) for those purpose.

We propose new rotation moment invariants based on multiresolution filter bank techniques. The multiresolution pyramid motivates our simple but efficient feature selection procedure based on the fuzzy C-mean clustering, combined with the Mahalanobis distance. The procedure verifies an impact of random noise as well as an interesting and less known impact of noise due to spatial transformations. The recognition accuracy of the proposed techniques has been tested with the preceding moment invariants as well as with some wavelet based schemes. The numerical experiments, with more than 30,000 images, demonstrate a tangible accuracy increase of about 3% for low noise, 8% for the average noise and 15% for high level noise.

Credit scoring system (CSS) starts from an analysis of delinquency trend of each individual or industry. This paper conducts a research on credit card delinquency of bank customers as a preliminary step for building effective credit scoring system to prevent excess loan or bad credit status. To serve this purpose, we use association rules as a rule generating data mining technique. Specifically, we generate sets of rules of customers who are in bad credit status because of delinquency by association rule mining. We expect that the sets of rules generated by association rule mining could act as an estimator of good or bad credit status classifier and basic component of early warning system.
