가방의 휴대 형태와 무게 변화에 따른 보행 분석 (Gait Analysis According to the changes of the carrying type and weight of bag)

  • 본 연구는 네 가지의 가방 휴대방법에 따라 세 가지 가방의 무게를 달리하여 보행의 변화를 분석하고자 시행하였다. 20명의 건강한 성인이 연구에 참여하였다. 첫 번째 조건은 한쪽 어깨에 가방을 메고 보행하였고, 두 번째 조건은 한쪽으로 가로질러 가방을 매고 걸었다. 세 번째 조건은 양쪽 어깨에 가방을 메고 걸었고, 네 번째 조건은 한쪽 손으로 가방을 들고 걸었다. 각 네 가지 조건에 모든 대상자가 참가하였고, 오른쪽 신발에 SmartStep의 깔창을 깔고 오른쪽 발목에는 압력제어장치를 묶었다. 모든 대상자는 각각 4가지 조건에서 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 7.5 kg의 무게를 지닌 가방을 휴대하여 10 m를 걸었다. 각 조건에서 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 7.5 kg의 가방의 무게에 따라 입각기 비율, 유각기 비율과 보행속도는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.

Analysis of Flavor Composition of Coriander Seeds by Headspace Mulberry Paper Bag Micro-Solid Phase Extraction

  • This paper reports the example of headspace mulberry paper bag micro solid phase extraction (HS-MPB-$\mu$-SPE) as a new sampling method for the determination of volatile flavor composition of coriander seeds. Adsorption efficiencies between two configurations of mulberry paper bag were compared, and several parameters affecting the HS-MPB-$\mu$-SPE were investigated and optimized. The optimized technique uses an adsorbent (Tenax TA, 0.1 mg) contained in a mulberry paper bag of front configuration where fine surface was outside, and minimal amount of organic solvent (0.6 mL). Linalool and $\gamma$-terpinene were found as abundant flavor compounds from coriander seeds. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) for linalool of major flavor in coriander seeds were 10.3 ng/mL and 34.4 ng/mL, respectively. The proposed method showed good reproducibility and good recovery. The HS-MPB-$\mu$-SPE is very simple to use, inexpensive, requires small sample amounts and solvent consumption. Because the solvent for extraction is reduced to only a very small volume, there is minimal waste or exposure to toxic organic solvent and no further concentration step.

컨테이너에서 재배된 백목련과 자귀나무의 이식전후 생장률 평가 (An Evaluation on the Growth Rates of Magnolia denudata and Albizzia julibrissin Produced in Containers)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the growth rate of landscape trees produced in containers for three year, and the growth rate of the establishment period during sixth month~twelve months after transplanting. Two types of container such as plastic pot(pot) and fabric growing bag(bag) were adopted to restrict tree roots. Each type of container was divided into seven sub-types. One traditional production method was included as comparison. Two landscape woody plant species (Magnolia denudata, Albizzia julibrissin) were planted in the seven sub-types of container. After one or two growing season in the container, the trees of each container type were transplanted. Half of the trees were transplanted in the mild spring season, and the other half were transplanted in the improper summer season. The data was collected on the diameter of root cellar and the tree height in each year. The research results are as follows; 1. Container production method was lower than the traditional production methods by 1.3 times ~ 2 times in the growth rates. 2. The Geocell bag and Root control bag revealed higher growth rates than pp-woven bag. And pot- in-pot(double pot)system revealed higher growth rates than the ether container pot system in A denudata. There were no differences in the growth rates between container production system in Albizzia julibrissin. 3, The growth rates of improper transplanting trees was high in the \"pot\" type - \"bag\" type - \"control\" in descending order. Especially, the growth rates of \"pot\" type revealed higher than \"control\" by 4 times. 4. From the results of ANOVA and Ad hoc test, the variable of growth factors of each container types in improper transplanting experiment was not significant for a range of 5% or 1% level. And the growth rates of traditional production method was lower than the container production method. 5. There was no differences in growth rate between the containerized and the traditional production system in the case of proper transplanting experiment. The growth rates of diameter of root collar was higher in the \"control\". The growth rates of tree height was higher in the \"bag\" type. Finally, based upon the results of this study, subsequent research on the development of container materials and maintaining methods that focused on the growth rates would be required.aintaining methods that focused on the growth rates would be required.

영상 기반 위치 인식을 위한 대규모 언어-이미지 모델 기반의 Bag-of-Objects 표현 (Large-scale Language-image Model-based Bag-of-Objects Extraction for Visual Place Recognition)

  • We proposed a method for visual place recognition that represents images using objects as visual words. Visual words represent the various objects present in urban environments. To detect various objects within the images, we implemented and used a zero-shot detector based on a large-scale image language model. This zero-shot detector enables the detection of various objects in urban environments without additional training. In the process of creating histograms using the proposed method, frequency-based weighting was applied to consider the importance of each object. Through experiments with open datasets, the potential of the proposed method was demonstrated by comparing it with another method, even in situations involving environmental or viewpoint changes.

부유망식과 수하식 양성방법에 따른 참굴(Crassostrea gigas)의 영양상태 (Evaluation of Nutrients during Rack and Bag Culture or Suspended Culture of Pacific Oyster Crassostrea gigas)

  • The mineral contents, and free amino acid, and fatty acid composition of rack and bag or suspended cultured oysters Crassostrea gigas were compared. The moisture content did not change much from 82.8% to 86.3% in the different culture methods. The glycogen level was low 4.7% during rack and bag culture but high 7.2% during suspended culture. The sodium level was the highest during suspended culture, while copper and zinc level were highest during rack and bag culture. The taurine level was 1,385-1,375 mg/100 g in oyster cultured using the rack and bag method, but that in the market sample was lowest at 1,015.8 mg/100 g. Hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, and alanine were detected at high levels in the experimental oysters. The polyunsaturated fatty acid content was similar among samples. The docosahexaenoic acid level was 14% with rack and bag culture and 12% with suspended culture, whereas the eicosapentaenoic acid level was 15% with rack and bag culture and 20% with suspended culture. The atherogenic index (AI), thrombogenicity index (TI), and hypocholesterolemic/ hypercholesterolemic (h/H) ratio were important factors in the nutritional evaluation. The AI and TI values were 0.5-0.2, and the h/H ratio were 2.0 and 2.4 with the rack and bag and suspended culture, respectively.

환경대기 중 Trimethylamine (TMA)의 측정: Tedlar bag 방식의 채취와 SPME 분석법의 특성 연구 (Measurements of Trimethylamine (TMA) in air by Tedlar bag sampling and SPME analysis)

  • Trimethylamine(이하 TMA)은 물질특성상 시료의 채취 및 분석과 관련하여, 여러 가지 어려운 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 TMA의 채취방법으로 황산용액 흡수법이나 황산여과지 방법을 추천하고있다. 이들 방법은 아직까지 운용상 어려움과 분석시 숙련도를 요구한다. 본문에서는 보조적인 방법으로 Tedlar bag에 기초한 채취 및 SPME 를 이용한 분석기법의 특성에 대해 평가하고자 하였다. Tedlar bag은 시료의 채취 및 보관과 관련한 불안정성, 분석시 재현성 등에 대해 일부 문제점들이 지적받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이런 문제점들을 여러 가지 기준으로 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다음과 같이 3가지 관점에서 비교실험을 수행하였다: (1) Tedlar bag에 TMA 시료를 보존할 때의 경시 변화, (2) Tedlar bag의 표면에 의한 TMA의 흡착 손실 정도, (3) SPME를 이용한 반복 분석시 파이버에 의한 시료의 흡착손실 등을 조사하였다. 최대 20일까지를 기준으로 경시 변화의 경향성을 조사한 결과, 48시간 까지 저농도에서 40~50% 정도로 시료의 감소가 일어났다. 그리고 두 가지 농도대에서 Tedlar bag 내부의 표면흡착에 의한 손실 여부를 평가한 결과, 저농도에서 약 20%, 고농도에서는 5% 이내의 손실을 확인하였다. 또한 동일한 Tedlar bag의 시료를 SPME로 반복분석한 결과, SPME fiber를 반복사용할 때 마다 백내부의 시료가 매회 2-3% 수준 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

카본블랙류 미세입자 포집을 위한 유리섬유 필터백의 고분자 표면처리에 관한 연구 (A study on the Polymer surface treatment of GF-filter bag for collection of fine Particle like carbon black)

  • In this paper, we have investigated on collection efficiency of fine particle of glass fiber-filter bag according to the surface treatment. The solution consisted of polytetrafluoroethylene(teflon), graphite powder, silicon resin and water was used as a basic surface treatment agent. Tensile strength of glass filter-bag increased with up to 3hrs and then decreased with surface treatment time. Tensile strength and initial modulus of the glass fiber-filter bag treated by iodine after basic surface treatment for 3hrs were lower than those of basic surface treatment for 3hrs, however collection efficiency and fracture strain were higher than those of basic surface treatment for 3hrs. Glass fiber-filter bag with lower initial modulus and more strain will be extend the durable period and the one treated by iodine after basic surface treatment 3or 3hrs is expected high collection efficiency of fine particle. This method makes it possible to manufacture glass fiber-filter bag of the optimum condition.

  • 국 내외 관련기술현황에서 파악한 바와 같이, 종래의 악취 및 먼지제거 기술은 처리방법이나 경제성 면에 있어서 만족스럽지 못한 측면이 있고, 먼지와 악취가 동시에 발생하는 작업장의 경우 이 두 시설을 별도로 설치해야 하는 것이 큰 문제점이었다. 기존의 Bag Filter와 ACF (활성탄섬유)의 이중필터 형식인, ACF장착 Bag Filter를 적용하여 하나의 시설로 분진 및 악취 동시제거용 복합 Bag Filter 시스템을 개발을 위한 기초자료를 검토하였다.

  • Bag-filter system has been widely used in industrial field to remove the particulate matters from the exhaust gas. The cylindrical type of bag-filter has been generally used. But it has many shortcomings. The reattachment of separated particles on the surface of bags could result in high pressure drop of bag-filter system and subsequent decrease of air flow rate since the cylindrical type bag-filter system should have the upward flow pattern. In addition, the supply of very high pressure pulse air jet to remove particulate matters on the surface of filter could result in a frequent rupture of bags. To overcome these shortcomings of the cylindrical type, the rectangular type was developed in the developed countries and imported to Korea. But, there was not many design data available to understand the mechanisms. Thus, the fundamental experiments were conducted in this study to get some ideas about the pulse jet cleaning of rectangular type bag filter system. The experimental factors are as follows; pulse distance, pulse duration, pulse interval, pulse pressure and pulse nozzle type. Experiments followed the factorial design method. With the shorter pulse distance, the distribution of pressure drops was relatively not uniform while the particulate removal efficiency was higher. With the longer duration of pulsing and the more number of pulse nozzle, the removal efficiency was higher and the pressure drop distribution was more uniform.

전분 분해효소 첨가와 종이봉지를 이용한 식혜의 제조 방법 (Preparation of Shikhae with Starch Hydrolysing Enzymes/Malt Mixture in Tea-bag)

  • 제조방법이 간편하고 감미도가 높은 새로운 식혜 제조 방법을 개발하였다. 역가가 높은 엿기름만을 분획하여 Tea-bag$(16{\times}20cm)$에 넣어 엿기름 추출공정을 간편하게 하였으며 여기에 ${\alpha}-amylase$, glucoamylase, glucoisomerase를 첨가하여 쌀 전분의 분해를 촉진시켜 단맛이 강한 단당류로 분해되도록 하였다. 식혜의 제조는 엿기름과 효소를 넣은 Tea-bag을 물로 추출한 후 여기에 고두밥을 넣어 당화시켰다. 재래식 방법에 의하여 만든 식혜의 당 조성은 fructose 1.8%, glucose 7.5%, maltose 49.5%, DP3 8.6% 그리고 DP4 이상이 32.5%이었으나 본 연구에서 개발된 방법에 의하여 제조한 식혜는 fructose 6.7%, glucose 89.0%, maltose 1.9%, DP3 0.9% 그리고 DP4 이상이 1.6%로 나타나 쌀 전분의 대부분이 단당류로 분해가 되어 설탕 첨가없이도 감미가 높은 식혜를 제조할 수 있었다.
