연속 영상을 이용하여 실시간으로 움직임 객체를 추출하고 추적하기 위해 배경분리(Background Subtraction) 기법을 주로 사용한다. 외부 환경에서는 조명의 변화, 나무의 흔들림과 같은 반복적인 움직임 그리고 급격히 움직이는 객체 등과 같이 고려해야할 많은 환경 변화 요인들이 존재한다. 이러한 외부 환경의 변화를 적응적으로 반영하여 배경을 분리할 수 있는 배경 모델로는 주로 가우시안 혼합 모델(GMM: Gaussian Mixture Model)이 적용되고 있으며, 실시간 성능 등을 개선시킨 적응적 가우시안 혼합 모델 등이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 개선된 적응적 가우시안 혼합 모델을 적용하고 고정된 학습률 ${\alpha}$(일반적으로 작은 값)을 사용함으로써 물체의 갑작스러운 움직임 등에 빠르게 적응하지 못하는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 가우시안 분포 수의 적응적 조절 기능과 픽셀 값을 분산을 이용하여 학습률 ${\alpha}$값을 동적으로 제어하는 방법을 제안하고 성능을 평가하였다.

객체 추적 알고리즘들은 객체 인식 결과를 이용한 관심영역 설정을 통해 영상 전체에 대한 연산이 수행되는 것을 방지하여 연산량을 줄일 수 있다. 따라서 객체 인식 알고리즘의 정확한 객체 검출은 객체 추적에서 매우 중요한 과정이다. 고정된 카메라를 기반으로 하여 이동하는 객체를 검출 하는 방법으로 배경 차 알고리즘이 널리 사용되어왔고 많은 연구에 의해 배경 모델링 방법이 개선되면서 배경 차 알고리즘의 성능이 개선되었으나 여전히 정확하지 못한 배경 모델링에 의한 객체 오검출의 문제를 가진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 제스쳐 인식에 주로 사용되는 모션 히스토리 이미지 알고리즘을 배경 차 알고리즘과 융합하여 기존의 배경 차 알고리즘이 가지는 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 다중 이동객체 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 융합 과정 추가로 수행시간이 다소 길어지나 실시간성을 만족하며 기존의 배경 차 알고리즘에 비해 높은 정확도를 가짐을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

An Efficient in vitro regeneration system and an optimized Agrobacterium mediated transformation protocol are described, based on the use of young seedling cotyledons of Capsicum annuum L. Optimal regeneration efficiency can be obtained by cultivating cotyledon explants on media containing 4 mg/L benzyladenine and 0.1 mg/L indolacetic acid. The effect of antibiotics used to eliminate Agrobacteria, as well as the toxic level of some generally used selection agents (kanamycin, geneticin, hygromycin, phosphinotricin and methotrexate) in regenerating pepper tissues were determined. To enable the comparison of different selection markers in identical vector background, a set of binary vectors containing the marker genes for NPTII, HPT, DHFR and BAR respectively, as well as the CaMV 35S promoter/enhancer-GUS chimaeric gene was constructed and introduced into four different Agrobacterium host strains.

본 논문에서는 수학을 기반으로 한 데이터베이스의 지식탐사 절차를 통하여 데이터의 선택, 정제, 통합, 변환, 축소, 데이터 마이닝 기법의 선택과 적용 및 모형의 평가에 관한 개념과 방법론을 소개하고 수학의 한 분야로서 통계학의 역할과 적용방법에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 또한 오늘날 관심이 대상이 되고 있는 데이터 마이닝의 역사와 수학적 배경, 통계 및 정보 기술을 이용한 데이터 마이닝의 주요 모델링 기법, 실용적 응용 분야 및 적용 사례 그리고 데이터 마이닝과 통계의 차이점에 관하여 조사하고 논하고자 한다.

United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC), an international treaty to prevent the regulation and global warming, has passed through the General Assembly for 17 times from 1992 to 2011. To create a performance plan specific, such as the Kyoto Protocol, it is to promote the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gases worldwide. In South Korea, Korea Infrastructure Safety and Technology Corporation(KISTEC) is working and supporting for developing method of green remodeling policy. Among several solutions, "Remodeling" ensures to increase the energy efficiency of buildings and to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases, and consequently it could maintain buildings high efficiency. For remodeling projects, it is most important to determine construction plan including remodeling scopes and methods, while the plan has been determined by the engineer's background and experience. Therefore, this study aims at developing a method for selecting optimal skin system which has remarkable influence to energy performance of the buildings.

This study aimed to give an updated description of general clothing behavior patterns of the Korean elderly women. 430 women over 60 years old residing in Seoul wre surveyed with a questionnaire asking about their daily practices of clothing selection, disposal, recycling, quantity and place of purchase, and their background variables. Data were treated to SPSS for descriptive statistics, Chi-square analysis, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. The result revealed that the wardrobe of the Korean aged women is by now fully oriented toward the western style. The subjects disposed of their clothing mainly because of their body size changes and had elementary fitting problems unsolved. They had clothing recycling experinces and turned out to be inactive clothing consumers with differing shopping places according to the types of clothing items to be purchased. The subjects'age and income level had significant effects on various facets of their clothing behavior.

The purpose of this article is reviewed the historical background and development of oral care devices in the ancient civilization. Through an evolutional process of oral care devices, the prevalence of periodontal diseases and dental caries has revealed decreasing tendency. Because of the changing the role of the toothbrush, the name of brush should be alter from toothbrush to oral brush. Recent we can apply toothbrush to tongue cleaner to diminish the oral breathe odor. Selection of the toothbrush for fittable for each and every person is the one of important point to maintain the oral hygiene. including check-up the oral hygiene status after toothbrush with disclosing solution. This review of literature suggest that the most important way to maintain the oral health shoul be included the selection of proper toothbrush for each person and confirmation of result of toothbrush in oral cavity after had learned tooth brush instruction from professional person.

The main objective of this paper is to evaluate and modify the existing algorithms for the automatic threshold selection. Four existing algorithms were evaluated quantitatively using test images of coffee droplets and an apple. The images had the different area ratio of the object to the image size, different average gray values between the object and the background, and different S/N ratio of the Gaussian noise. The result showed that Histogram Clustering Method and Maximum Entropy Method were better than Moment Preserving Method and Simple Image Statistic Method in automatic thresholding.

Most general content-based image retrieval techniques use color and texture as retrieval indices. Spatial information is not used to color histogram and color pair based on color retrieval techniques. This paper proposes the selection of a set of representative in the duplicated color histogram, the analysis of spatial information of the selected colors and the image retrieval process based on the duplicated color histogram and spatial information. Two color historgrams for background and object are used in order to decide on color selection in the duplicated color histogram. Spatial information is obtained using a maximum entropy discretization. A retrieval process applies to duplicated color histogram and spatial to retrieve input images and relevant images. As the result of experiment of the image retrieval, improved color his togram and spatial information method hs increased the retrieval effectiveness more the color histogram method and color pair method.
