연소효율 개선을 위한 스월제트의 난류유동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Turbulent Flow Characteristics of Swirl Jets for Improvement of Combustion Efficiency)

  • Swirl flow in the gun type burner has a decisive effect on the stabilization of the flame, improvement of the combustion efficiency, and also a reduction of NOx. This swirl flow is created by the spinner which is inside the airtube that guide the combustion air. Gun type burner has generally the inner devices composed nozzle adapter, spark gap ignitor, and spinner. These inner components change the air flow behavior passing through air tube. Meanwhile, turbulent characteristics of this air flow are important to understand the combustion phenomena in the gun type burner, because the mixture of fuel and air are depended on. However, nearly all of the studies have been analyzed the turbulent flow of simplified combustion formation without the inner devices. So, this study conducted the measurement using by hot-wire anemometer and analyzed turbulent flow characteristics of the swirl flow discharged from the air tube with inner devices. Turbulence characteristics come up in this study were turbulence intensity, kinetic energy and shear stress of the air flow with the change of the distance of axial direction from the exit of the air tube.

  • 한국형발사체 시스템설계 형상에 대해 전산유동해석(CFD) 기법을 이용하여 공력 특성 및 하중을 예측하였다. 이전 형상에 비하여 엔진 카울이 없어짐에 따라 축력과 수직력이 감소하였으며, 압력 중심이 전방으로 크게 이동하였다. 그리고 하중 해석을 위해 비행 중 및 발사대 대기 중의 공력 하중을 산출하였다. 공력 계수 및 공력 하중 해석 결과는 다음 설계 단계의 임무 설계 및 구조 해석 분야에 활용된다.

  • 스월 제트 전단층 제어에 관한 인공적 방법의 가능성을 연구하기 위해 전단 자극장치가 제안되었다. 주요 구성품으로는 두개의 동심 아음속 노즐 그리고 유동 자극 생성을 위한 내부 돌기 등이다. 돌기의 숫자는 방위각 방향의 다양한 모드를 유도 할 수 있도록 변화가 가능하다. 획득된 속도 결과는 평면 contour plot과 공간 입자 궤적으로 표현하였다. 다양한 자극 모드에서의 결과 값들이 기준 값(무자극)과 비교되었다. 결과적으로, 새로 고안된 기법이 스월 유동 와류 구조 제어에 있어 효과적인 방법임이 입증되었다.

모래지반내의 연직 지반앵커 표면의 마찰각 (Friction Angle on the Surface of Vertical Ground Anchor in Sand)

  • 본 연구에서는 정규압밀 건조 모래 지반내의 연직 강체 지반앵커에 대한 모형 인발실험을 실시해서 앵커 표면의 마찰각을 실측했다. 마찰각은 앵커 표면의 깊이 방향으로 설치된 다수의 2 방향 로드셀을 사용해서 측정된 수직응력, 전단응력으로 구했다. 실험은 평면변형률 앵커와 축대칭 앵커에 대해서 실시했는데 실험 분석 결과, 앵커표면의 최대마찰각은 평면변형률 압축시험에 의한 무신축방향의 면상의 응력경각의 최대치와 거의 일치한다는 것을 알았다. 이 결론은 모래의 강도 이방성과 구속압 의존성 등을 고려하여 얻은 것으로 앵커 표면 마찰각에 모래의 전단저항각을 적용해서 설계하면 위험측이 된다는 것도 알 수 있다.

Research on residual stress in SiCf reinforced titanium matrix composites

  • This study aimed to theoretical calculate the thermal residual stress in continuous SiC fiber reinforced titanium matrix composites. The analytical solution of residual stress field distribution was obtained by using coaxial cylinder model, and the numerical solution was obtained by using finite element model (FEM). Both of the above models were compared and the thermal residual stress was analyzed in the axial, hoop, radial direction. The results indicated that both the two models were feasible to theoretical calculate the thermal residual stress in continuous SiC fiber reinforced titanium matrix composites, because the deviations between the theoretical calculation results and the test results were less than 8%. In the titanium matrix composites, along with the increment of the SiC fiber volume fraction, the longitudinal property was improved, while the equivalent residual stress was not significantly changed, keeping the intensity around 600 MPa. There was a pronounced reduction of the radial residual stress in the titanium matrix composites when there was carbon coating on the surface of the SiC fiber, because carbon coating could effectively reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion mismatch between the fiber and the titanium matrix, meanwhile, the consumption of carbon coating could protect SiC fibers effectively, so as to ensure the high-performance of the composites. The support of design and optimization of composites was provided though theoretical calculation and analysis of residual stress.

  • The existing art museums existed for preservation and exhibition of collected material and the work which has artistic value. But today the art museum is not just for preservation and exhibition. It takes charge of public education as opened place to public. Further, it wants to be the art museum that the visitors who visit the art museum can enjoy and participate. The role change of like this is judged with the inevitable result which follows in many social demand. And increase with interest of leisure and culture life and continued demand for education, the role of modern art museum is becoming wider. Llike this, to accomplish these roles, space configuration of the modern art museum is changing. In the future, to meet more social demands and to solve flexibly, the modern art museum must concern more spacial efforts. Therefore, to grasp the change and the aspect of modern art museum, this study analyzes the Jeonbuk Province Art Museum, the Gyeongnam Art Museum and the Gyeonggido Museum of Art, They are most recently opened museum after 2000. To grasp space configuration of these museums, space syntax was used. And with the result which is analyzed, as grasps the problem and suggest an alternative idea, it can suggest advanced and proper direction.

고온초전도 동기모터의 3차원 자장 분포 영향 (3-D field distribution effect on HTS synchronous motor)

  • A superconducting synchronous motor has different electromagnetic structure from the conventional machine. With the help of superconductor having much higher operating current density than normal conductor, superconducting motor can eliminate most of iron core filled inside of the conventional machine. This air-cored structure could be analysed and designed theoretically based on 2-dimensional(2-D) magnetic field distribution assuming that the windings are extended infinitely toward the axial direction. However, the actual structure of superconducting motor has the end regions interconnecting the straight parts of the same cross-section with the 2-D model. Therefore, this actual 3-D model has smaller field distribution than the 2-D model. In this paper, we consider the effect of the end regions on the output of a HTS model motor and suggest more accurate design approach through comparison of 2-D and 3-D magnetic field analysis results.

저고도각 고이득 특성을 이용한 3 소자 CRPA 배열 안테나 설계 (Design of Three-elements CRPA Arrays Using Improved Low-elevation Gain)

  • 본 논문에서는 저고도각 고이득 특성을 이용한 3 소자 CRPA 배열 안테나 설계를 제안하였다. 제안된 안테나는 급전패치와 방사패치로 구성되어 있으며, 급전패치에 동축케이블을 통해 급전부가 직접 연결되고 방사패치에 전자기적으로 간접급전되어 저고도각 이득 특성이 개선되는 구조를 가진다. 제안된 배열안테나의 성능 측정을 전파무반사실에서 수행하였으며, 전면 방향 이득은 2.8 dBic, 축비 특성은 2.7 dB, $75^{\circ}$의 저고도각 평균 이득이 -1.4 dBic를 나타내어 항재밍 성능을 갖는 CRPA 안테나로 적합함을 확인하였다.

적외선 온도 카메라를 이용한 분할형 전기히터 가열 및 유동 조건에 따른 전기히터와 매연필터 표면에서의 온도 분포에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Temperature Distribution at the Surface of Diesel Particulate Filter and Partitioned Electric Heater according to the Conditions of Heating and Flow using an Infrared Temperature Camera)

  • The temperature distribution in a surface of diesel particulate filter(DPF) was measured using an infrared temperature camera. In order to regenerate the DPF, five partitioned electric heaters were used for heating the ceramic filter. The five partitioned heaters were switched on/off with some time interval one the other. The surface temperature distribution in the ceramic filter and electric heaters were measured with varying both the electrical power supply to the heaters and the mass flow rate of the air supply from a blower. The higher mass flow rate in the DPF system enhanced the uniformity in the surface temperature distribution of the ceramic filter due to effective convection heat transfer. The flow in the monolith ceramic structure of the DPF move mainly in the axial direction, which could be identified from the surface temperature of the ceramic filter.

154kV급 고온초전도 변압기용 부싱의 절연설계에 관한 연구 (Research on Insulation Design of the Bushing for a 154kV Class HTS Transformer)

  • A common problem in many fields of cryogenic power engineering is to apply high voltage to cold parts of superconducting equipment. In many of these cases a bushing provides electrical insulation for the conductor which makes the transition from ambient temperature to the cold environment. The cryogenic high voltage bushing for the 154kV, 100MVA high temperature superconducting(HTS) transformer is described. The bushing is energized with the line-to-ground voltage between the coaxial center and outer surrounding conductors, in the axial direction there is a temperature difference from ambient to about 77 K. For the insulation design of cryogenic bushing, the arrangement of condenser cone and electrical insulation characteristics of GFRP, Air, $LN_2$ and $GN_2$ were discussed in this paper.
