A BIS(Bus Information System) collects, processes and analyzes information such as real-time location and operation status during bus operation. And It is a system that provides valid information to citizens, drivers, traffic centers and bus companies. Transport information system sent by an each bus is collected through GPS(Global Positioning System), DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communications), Beacon and passed to transport information center. BIS data by collected is handled and analyzed. Next, it is transmitted to citizen, drivers and bus companies in real time. The result of 5 times simulation satisfied the test criteria(error range ${\pm}10m$) with an average error range of 3.306m, and the reliability is increased. In this paper, we propose a improved location transfer component that can provide users to quicker and more accurate location information than existing BIS using GPS of smart phone. It can be seen that reliability is improved by securing improved bus position data.

This study is to identify the awareness and performance of hand washing according to the presence of clinical practice experience of paramedic students and provide basic data of education on hand washing that can be practically applied. 335 students in paramedicine department in P city and J city were the study subjects and we distributed URL to those who agreed to participate in the study to carry out untact survey using questionnaire. The study results were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 23.0. The results showed that the average number of hand washing per day was 5~8 times (142 students, 42.4%) and average time for washing hands was 24.34 seconds. We could find statistically significant differences in 'hand washing to wrist' and 'it is necessary to completely dry after hand washing' in terms of difference on awareness of hand washing according to the clinical experiences (p<0.05). In terms of differences in hand washing performance according to clinical practice experience, statistically significant difference was found in 'before touching equipment for clinical practice' and 'before taking foods such as drinks during practice' (p<0.05). The correlation between awareness and performance of hand washing showed that if awareness of hand washing is high, its performance is increased, too (p=0.001). We try to provide basic data of education on hand washing that can improve awareness and performance on hand washing based on the results of this study.
Background: Family planning is widely practiced today to resolve the over-growing population and overcome obstacles that thwart socio-economic growth. While Ghana was the first country in Africa to implement family planning program, its birthrate is still twice as much as world average due to weak infrastructure and strategic plans to enforce the policy. Thus, there is a need to objectively verify the factors that affect family planning of fertile women of Ghana. Methods: Total of 630 self-administered questionnaires were distributed from April 8 to 17 of 2013 to collect data. Six-hundred eighteen questionnaires were analyzed, excluding the 12 incomplete questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using PASW SPSS ver. 18, and logistic regression analysis was performed to verify the factors that affect practice of family planning. Results: Satisfaction with health and medical facilities, experience with family planning education and awareness of birth control methods significantly affected practice of family planning. Based on analysis using odds ratio, enforcement rate of family planning increased by 4.574 times when the subjects were satisfied with health and medical facilities, by 3.920 times when received family planning education, and by 3.284 times when they were aware of birth control methods. Conclusion: By adopting family planning education program, government should be able to change fertile women's perception of family planning. A strategic plan is necessary in order to increase access to medical facilities, improve service satisfaction, and induce women to enforce family planning voluntarily.

In contemporary times, there is an increasing demand for a dedicated healthcare environment, all over the world. The main motivation for this demand is the level of awareness manifested by the users and reflected on their expectations. Therefore new research strategies and design actions are investigated in order to answer to the users' needs and to provide objective design tools for the specialist. This study continues a series of previous developments of the Healthcare Environment Color Index that should be used for public facilities in Korea and abroad. The cross-cultural approach is a new opportunity for exchanging know-how and for testing and calibrating the perception of the users on the color index. The gathering of results was made based on the online survey provided in this phase in English version for the Romanian users. The survey was intended as an objective mean of research and an efficient way of disseminating information on the subject thus contributing to increasing the level of awareness of the users. A total of 86 Romanian and 89 Koreans with valid answers took part in the survey. Comparative visualizations of the results showed significant similarities concerning the patterns of color preferences but also cultural and emotional differences. As a result both categories of users proved to be aware of the relation between healthcare environment color and its effects on health. They also showed a common understanding on the potential of the color index. As a result the most appealing colors to be applied to the healthcare environment were the series G and B, and the most effective ones were proved to be the ranges of high lightness and low saturation but also the medium high lightness and medium saturation. Both the similarities and the differences of choice between Romanians and Koreans show that cultural and emotional differences of color recognition are important and that should be taken into consideration in design, in order to generate an inclusive and efficient healthcare environment.

The purpose of this study was to compare hand washing awareness and microorganism contamination on the hands for evaluating the difference between awareness and conditions of hand hygiene. The average number of total aerobic bacteria and coliform was 2.7 log CFU/hand and 1.8 log CFU/hand, respectively. Coliform bacteria were detected in all of the students tested in this study. The questionnaire survey data obtained via a direct interview were collected from 100 university students with microorganism analysis. A majority (90%) of the students recognized that good hand hygiene is important in order to prevent food poisoning. In the hand washing survey data, the responses suggesting "always washed" from "before eating food", "after handling money", "after finishing study" and "after visiting patients" were observed in 18, 13, 15 and 33 out of the 100 students, respectively. The questionnaire data of hand washing frequency and time duration showed that 14 students and 6 students answered "more than 8 times of hand washing per day" and "more than 30 seconds of hand washing time", respectively. These results indicated that improper hand washing practices and poor hand hygiene were identified in the majority of the students. This emphasizes the difference between awareness and conditions of hand hygiene. Repeated hand washing education about the frequency, time duration and methods is constantly required to improve hand hygiene. Installation of hand washing equipment in the space of a restaurant and cafeteria is suggested for enhancing hand hygiene before eating food.

In this paper, we propose the Location Awareness System adjusting Ranging Technology for CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum) which is adopted on 2.45GHz standard in IEEE 802.15.4a and TOA(Time-of-Arrival) algorithm. The conventional methods have adopted RSSI, ultrasonic waves and infrared rays in Zigbee. RSSI measures strength indication of received signal and recognizes the position of nodes in RF boundary. However, this technology has the following problems; lots of error by the change of the channel environment and much power consumption. In this paper, adopting chirp pulse on 2.45GHz standard in IEEE 802.15.4a and SDS-TWR(Symmetrical Double Side-Two Way Ranging) method using the characteristic of Spread Spectrum, a new Location Awareness System is suggested. The distance and the coordinate are measured within ${\pm}\;5cm$ by TOA(Time of Arrival) algorithm and proposed algorithm and the data in error rate is decreased less than 1%. Through these results, the algorithm suggested in this paper is verified for its performance in a computer simulation.

Purpose: This study aims to provide important methods to increase egg usage eggs in communal food services, based on the knowledge and awareness of the dietician. Methods: A survey on 200 dieticians in various aspects, such as egg purchase, utility, importance of egg dishes and allergy awareness was conducted. Result: Dieticians' highest consideration in purchasing eggs were cost (41.5%) and food safety certification (41.0%); the 88.6% of purchases were general egg. The most inconvenient issues in the purchase were inability to confirm freshness (42.0%), frequent breakage (23.5%) and inconvenience in shell disposal (18.5%). During the process of cooking, cracking egg shells (49.5%) and disposal of shells (14.0%) were marked as the major inconveniences. When questioned on intention to purchase liquid and powder eggs to overcome the shell disposal inconvenience, 64% answered no, with distrust in food safety (44.5%) being the major concern. The frequency of using eggs as the main ingredient was 1~2 times per week, with 49.0%. Food service customers favored rolled omelet (36.7%) and steamed egg (20.6%), and the most used utensil was the frying pan (56.5%). When important factors in egg dishes, namely diverse menu, taste, nutrition, consumer satisfaction and allergic reaction were surveyed, most answered that all 5 factors were important. Conclusion: For increasing egg dish inclusions in communal food service, the safety assurance, increase in liquid and processed egg use, and supply of cooking utilities are necessary.
This study researched methods for coping with safety accidents by university students, after considering the situation of safety education by universities in Korea. For this study, a survey of 411 students of universities in the cities of Gwangju and Daejeon was conducted. According to the results, the ratio was high for answers such as willingness to participate in safety education beginning with the departments of engineering, art and physical training, education, art and humanity, social sciences and natural sciences, and medical sciences. It was found that university students most preferred first aid among the contents of safety education. University students of all departments answered that they had experienced safety education, but were afraid to be embarrassed in the case of actual safety accidents, as was found through the results of investigations of their awareness of coping methods with safety accidents. It was verified that many times their suffered skin and other wound in an earlier safety accident that they had experienced. This study suggests that safety education needs to be accomplished in the university curriculum, predicting and practicing for causes and factors of danger in advance, in order to improve the level of safety awareness and safety competence among university students.
This study aimed to investigate the association between asthma and emotions, such as depression, stress, and health awareness. We observed the effects of blood indices on asthma in Korean adults. Data from 5852 adults were taken from the 2017 Seventh Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and analyzed using a multivariate logistic regression model. The probability of asthma occurrence in over 65 years old was higher than in 19-44 years old (OR = 1.48), and asthma occurrence was high in subjects with low educational (OR = 1.89) and income (OR = 2.07) levels. With regard to marital status, singleness and divorce and dye were found to have increased the probability of asthma occurrence by 1.62- and 2.30-folds, respectively. The restriction of activities was another factor that increased with asthma occurrence (OR = 2.39). In terms of emotions, general health awareness was significantly 3.45 times increased the probability of asthma occurrence at their health bad awareness. Furthermore, depression (OR = 1.782) was shown to have increased asthma occurrence. The blood index of C-CRP 1.12 times increased the probability of asthma occurrence. The factors that influenced asthma occurrence were age, education, income, marital status, the restriction of activities, general health awareness, depression, and C-CRP. Emotional factors and blood indices are potential risk factors for the development of asthma in Korean adults. By understanding the increased risks of asthma occurrence with general characteristics and emotional factors and blood indices, the management and prevention of asthma should include the management of emotional factors.

Context-awareness is an important element that can provide service of good quality according to users' surrounding environment and status in ubiquitous computing environment. Information gathering tools for context-awareness use small size mobile devices which have easy movement and a mobile agent in mobile device. Now, Mobile agents are consuming much times and expense to collect and recognize each users' context information. Therefore, needs research about structure for users' context information awareness in early time to reduce mobile agent's load. This paper proposes a P2P mobile agent structure that mikes filtering techniques and a P2P agent in mobile agent. The proposed structure analyzes each user's context information in same area, and groups users who have similar preference degree. Grouped users share information using a P2P mobile agent. Also this structure observes and learns to continue on users' action and service, and measures new interrelation.
