  • 트리 구조를 기반으로 하는 블루투스 스캐터넷은 적은 링크 수와 간단한 라우팅 방법 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 블루투스 규격상의 제약조건을 만족시키면서 노드 간 평균거리가 가장 짧은 트리형태에 가까운 스캐터넷을 형성하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 그리고 제시한 방법이 기존의 방법보다 지연시간을 더 초래하지 않고도 장치 간 평균 홉 수를 감소시킬 수 있음을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 보인다.

무선 랜 트래픽의 분석과 모델링 (Modeling and Analysis of Wireless Lan Traffic)

  • 본 논문에서는 802.11 무선 랜 네트워크 트래픽의 실제 관측 자료에 대한 연구 결과를 보인다. 패킷 트레이스는 대학 캠퍼스의 무선 랜 시설에서 얻은 자료로서 총합된 트래픽(aggregate traffic), 업스트림 트래픽(upstream traffic), 다운스트림 트래픽(downstream traffic), 그리고 TCP 패킷으로만 구성된 통합된 트래픽으로 이 4개의 트래픽 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터에서 byte count 프로세스와 packet count 프로세스로 구성된 트래픽의 시계열과 시계열의 주변분포, 그리고 패킷 크기 분포에 대한 분석을 한다. 4개의 모든 데이터의 byte count 프로세스와 packet count 프로세스에서 장기 의존성 성질이 나타났다. 사용자가 인터넷으로 접속하는 없트�� 트래픽의 평균 패킷 크기는 151.7 byte였는데 다른 데이터의 평균 패킷 크기는 모드 260 byte 이상이었다. 최대 크기를 갖는 패이로드(payload)는 업스트림에서 3%, 그리고 나온트림에서 10%로 나타났다. 이런 분명한 패킷 크기 분포의 차이에도 불구하고 모든 4개의 데이터에서는 허스트(Hurst) 값이 모두 유사하게 나왔다. 허스트 값만으로는 트래픽의 확률적 특성을 충분히 설명할 수가 없다. 트래픽의 특성을 fractional-ARIMA(FARINA) 그리고 fractional Gaussian noise(FGN)으로 모델링을 한다. FGN은 연산을 하는데 있어서는 더 효율적이었고, FARINA는 트래픽 특성을 정확하게 모델링하는데 더 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

타코펄스 불균일성으로 인한 펄스개수측정방법 영향성 (Tacho Pulse Non-uniformity Effects on Pulse Count Method)

  • 펄스개수측정방법은 반작용휠의 속도를 측정하는 고전적인 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 펄스개수측정방법을 수식으로 표현하였다. 반작용휠의 회전을 속도가 아니라 샘플링 시간 동안의 회전각도로 모델링하였다. 제안된 모델의 유효성은 모델에서 얻어진 펄스개수 변화와 이동평균의 효과가 기존 연구결과와 동일함을 확인하는 방법으로 검증하였다. 이렇게 검증된 모델에 타코펄스 불균일성을 추가하고 펄스개수측정방법의 오차에 대해서 살펴보았다. 불균일성으로 인해서 증가하는 측정오차의 크기를 수식으로 표현하였으며, 측정오차를 상쇄하기 위해서 취해야 하는 이동평균의 개수 조건을 제시하였다.

Cobalt-60 gamma선(線) 전신조사(全身照射)가 생쥐의 혈액상(血液像)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Whole-body gamma-Irradiation on Blood Picture in Mice)

  • In order to investigate the effect of cobalt-60 gamma irradiation on the blood picture, the mice were subjected to single whole-body gamma irradiation externally. In this experiment 42 of 12 weeks old white mice were used and animals were allotted to group of three. On of chose groups served as control and the others as test groups that were exposed to single dose of 370 Rads (group I) and 500 Rads (group II). The exposure dose rate were averaged 33 Rads per Minute. The results obtained in this experiment were as follows: 1. Erythrocyte counts in both test groups dropped to the lowest level at 4 weeks postirradiation, returning towards the control level, but in recovery, group I showed rather prumpt compared with group II. Erythrocyte count in group II was significantly lower than that of group I. 2. Total leukocyte counts dropped to the lowest loved at 2 weeks postirradiation and group I recovered to normal level at 4 weeks postirradiation. Recovery group II was very slow and it reached to the control level on 12 weeks postirradiation. Leukocyte count was significantly different between group I and II. 3. Neutrophil count was increased to the highest level at 2 weeks postirradiation, with recovery to normal value after 8 weeks in group I and 12 weeks in group II, respectively. Neutrophil count was significantly different between group I and II. 4. Lymphocyte count dropped to the lowest level at 2 weeks postirradiation, with recovery to normal average after 8 weeks in group I and 12 weeks in group II, respectively. Lymphocyte count was significantly different between group I and II. 5. The other leukocyte count was increased after the irradiation and recovered at 12 weeks postirradiation in both test groups. The other leukocyte count was significantly different between group I and II.

핵의학적 심혈관 촬영술에 의한 좌우 심단락의 진단 : 시간-방사능 곡선의 분석 (Radionuclide Angiocardiographic Evaluation of Left-to-Right Cardiac Shunts: Analysis of Time-Activity Curves)

  • The noninvasive nature of the radionuclide angiocardiography provided a useful approach for the evaluation of left-to-right cardiac shunts (LRCS). While the qualitative information can be obtained by inspection of serial radionuclide angiocardiograms, the quantitative information of radionuclide angiocardiography can be obtained by the analysis-of time-activity curves using advanced computer system. The count ratios method and pulmonary-to-systemic flow ratio (QP/QS) by gamma variate fit method were used to evaluate the accuracy of detection and localization of LRCS. One hundred and ten time-activity curves were analyzed. There were 46 LRCS (atrial septal defects 11, ventricular septal defects 22, patent ductus arteriosus 13) and 64 normal subjects. By computer analysis of time-activity curves of the right atrium, ventricle and the lungs separately, the count ratios modified by adding the mean cardiac transit time were calculated in each anatomic site. In normal subjects the mean count ratios in the right atrium, ventricle and lungs were 0.24 on average. In atrial septal defects, the count ratios were high in the right atrium, ventricle and lungs, whereas in ventricular septal defects the count ratios were higher only in the right ventricle and lungs. Patent ductus arteriosus showed normal count ratios in the heart but high count ratios were obtained in the lungs. Thus, this count ratios method could be separated normal from those with intra cardiac or extracardiac shunts, and moreover, with this method the localization of the shunt level was possible in LRCS. Another method that could differentiate the intracardiac shunts from extracardiac shunts was measuring QP/QS in the left and right lungs. In patent ductus arteriosus, the left lung QP/QS was higher than those of the right lung, whereas in atrial septal defects and ventricular septal defects QP/QS ratios were equal in both lungs. From this study, it was found that by measuring QP/QS separately in the lungs, intracardiac shunt could be differenciated from extracardiac shunts.

  • 본 논문에서는 소형변압기에 적용되는 절연재료의 전기적 신뢰성을 평가하기 위하여 시간변화에 따른 방전전하량 특성을 조사하였다. 10[kV]의 교류전압을 인가한 후 $\pm$5[V]의 전압으로 변환시켜 A/D변환기를 통해 컴퓨터로 데이터를 저장하였으며 인가된 파형의 한주기 및 방전전하량 값을 64개로 분할하고 10초 동안 발생한 전하량을 위상별로 누적하였다. 이 값들을 분석한 결과, 전압인가시간이 증가함에 따라 방전발생빈도수 및 총 방전전하량은 감소하였으며 평균 방전전하량의 변화폭이 완만해짐을 알 수 있었다.

인천지역 대기 환경 중 배양성 세균의 특성 (Characterization of Culturable Bacteria in the Atmospheric Environment in Incheon, Korea)

  • Objectives: This study aims to provide basic data regarding the bacterial total plate count in the atmospheric environment for related studies. Methods: Total plate count and the identification of culturable bacteria in the atmospheric environment in Incheon took place in 2015 using periodic survey. Correlationship analysis was performed between the number of culturable bacteria and environmental elements. In addition, an estimation of novel bacterial species was undertaken using the similarities and phylogenetic tree based on the 16S rRNA gene. Results: The total plate count of culturable bacteria was on average $176CFU/m^3$, and did not exceed $610CFU/m^3$ in the atmospheric environment. Periodic monthly measuring of total plate count was highest in June at $293CFU/m^3$, while the lowest was in July at $125CFU/m^3$. Furthermore, as a result of the identification of culturable bacteria, the genera Arthrobacter and Kocuria were dominant, while novel bacterial taxa that belong to the genera Chryseobacterium and Herbiconiux were separated. Conclusion: The total number of culturable bacteria from the atmospheric environment in Korea is on average $176CFU/m^3$. In addition, the genera Arthrobacter and Kocuria dominate. The presence of novel bacterial taxa are expected in the atmospheric environment, such as belonging to the genera Chryseobacterium and Herbiconiux.

대학생 대상 급식시설의 김밥 생산과정에 따른 계절별 미생물적 품질평가 (The Seasonal Microbiological Quality Assessment of Kimbap(seaweed roll) Production flow in Foodservice facilities for Univ. students - HACCP model -)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microbiological quality of, and to assure the hygienic safety of, the kimbap production in the university foodservice facilities in accordance with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Program. The time-temperature relationship and the microbiological quality (specifically, total plate count and coliform bacteria count) were assessed to find the critical control point (CCP) during each of the production phases. The average of the daily longest duration time of the kimbap at the facilities was 23.4 hours in summer, while 29.6 hours in winter. In the purchasing phase of the raw materials, the microbiological quality of laver, fish paste, carrot and cucumber in summer was not at an acceptable level according to the standard set by the Natick research center, especially the number of TPC and the coliform level of laver was higher than the threshold level. In the refrigerator storage phase, the temperature of the carrot was 7.4$^{\circ}C$. This temperature is far exceeding the standard so that the microbiological counts was increased by the 2 log cycle during the average storage time of 17 hours or more. In the preparation phase, the temperature of the blanching is too low compared to the standard. In the holding phase before serving, its time-temperature relationship was out of the FDA food code standard both in winter and summer. In the sewing phase, the number of microbiological count was higher than the threshold level in summer while that in winter was up to standard. According to the Harrigan and McCance standard, the number of microbiological count of the utensils was higher than the threshold level in summer while that in winter was up to standard.

통계적인 기법을 활용한 동질성구간에 따른 교통량 수시조사 효율화 연구 (Determination of a Homogeneous Segment for Short-term Traffic Count Efficiency Using a Statistical Approach)

  • PURPOSES: This study has been conducted to determine a homogeneous segment and integration to improve the efficiency of short-term traffic count. We have also attempted to reduce the traffic monitoring budget. METHODS: Based on the statistical approach, a homogeneous segment in the same road section is determined. Statistical analysis using t-test, mean difference, and correlation coefficient are carried out for 10-year-long (2004-2013) short-term count traffic data and the MAPE of fresh data (2014) are evaluated. The correlation coefficient represents a trend in traffic count, while the mean difference and t-score represent an average traffic count. RESULTS : The statistical analysis suggests that the number of target segments varies with the criteria. The correlation coefficient of more than 30% of the adjacent segment is higher than 0.8. A mean difference of 36.2% and t-score of 19.5% for adjacent segments are below 20% and 2.8, respectively. According to the effectiveness analysis, the integration criteria of the mean difference have a higher effect as compared to the t-score criteria. Thus, the mean difference represents a traffic volume similarity. CONCLUSIONS : The integration of 47 road segments from 882 adjacent road segments indicate 8.87% of MAPE, which is within an acceptable range. It can reduce the traffic monitoring budget and increase the count to improve an accuracy of traffic volume estimation.

비등방성 네트워크에서 위치 추정의 정확도를 높이기 위한 향상된 Range-Free 위치 인식 기법 (A Novel Range-Free Localization Algorithm for Anisotropic Networks to enhance the Localization Accuracy)

  • DV-Hop 위치 인식 기법은 노드가 균일하게 배치된 등방성 토폴로지에서 제안된 알고리즘이다. 노드 간 거리는 홉 수에 비례해서 증가하는 환경에서 홉 당 평균 거리를 사용해서 노드 간 거리를 추정한다. 하지만, 노드의 배치가 균일하지 않아 노드 간 거리가 홉 수에 비례하여 증가하지 않는 환경에서는 DV-hop 기법의 위치 추정의 정확도는 상당히 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 노드의 배치가 불균일한 비등방성 네트워크에서도 위치 추정의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 비등방성 네트워크에서는 노드 간 경로의 형태가 곡선인 경우가 많기 때문에 노드 간의 거리 추정을 위해 필요한 홉 당 평균 거리가 홉 수 별로 다르다. 이에 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 앵커노드가 홉 수 별로 홉 당 평균 거리를 구하고, 일반 노드는 이러한 정보를 각 앵커노드로부터 전달받아, 앵커노드와 떨어진 홉 수에 따라 다른 홉 당 거리를 사용해 보다 정확하게 위치를 추정하도록 한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해 DV-Hop 알고리즘과의 성능 비교를 통해 제안하는 알고리즘의 우수성을 보인다.
