  • In the more and more continues traffic difficulty which comes to be serious it is for solve, in order to like this used plan for new town light train automatic fare collection system, the city development which is balance and the passenger whom it uses, in consequence of the fact that recently believer instruction, the automatic fare collection system the reverse which is convenient is used in the scripture season which is embossed with means it introduces it operates and a manpower with the scientific service control which leads the electric computer anger of passenger service improvement and accounting and statistical business it reduces, the use is convenient and the possibility facility of operating efficiently in rational plan in order to be, description below for the service automation equipment where the efficiency improves it is. Service automation equipment uses a scripture season to be the first boundary gate of the passenger, there must be a place where it uses a service automation facility and in order to be convenient, it considers the moving area and a wait of the reverse station passenger moving area and the space where, must secure the automatic fare collection system which it follows in automation of facility and the service operation of the reverse station which is ticket sale, the collection of tickets back the passenger is convenient and in order it will be able to use, must do and must consider, must arrange the efficient characteristic of the maintenance civil official services.

벤트 그릴 조립공정 자동화를 위한 자동화지그 개발 (The Development of an Automation Jig for the Vent Grille Assembly Process)

  • In this study, an automation assembly jig for the automation assembly process for the ventilation grille that is used in the interior of a car Is developed. As the method that can do the automation assembly for the ventilation grille, a simple jig and air cylinder have been applied. And a solenoid valve, a filter regulator, and on-off switch have been used in controlling the system. Moreover, the timer is attached to the equipment so that a worker may control the assembly time, as fitting the quantity on demand of production. Actually with executing the assembly test productivity and performance of assembly have been verified. In case of the automation assembly work for a ventilation grille is compared to the manual work. The optimum working speed has been identified to make the process twice or three times better.

  • The marine equipment companies expanding facility investment in accordance with the booming economy are suffering from the reduced demand and the growth of chinese businesses. In this regard, the risk of overinvestment and the importance of prudent equipment investment must be reconsidered. Thus, in this study we performed a productivity and economical efficiency analysis in order to evaluate the investment value on production facilities in a company under the present conditions. The freezer of a fishing vessel manufactured by N company is selected as the subject of our study, while the assembly and welding cooling plates are configured as the scope of automation. Analysis on productivity and economical efficiency was conducted through CYCLONE (Cyclic Operation Network) simulation and economic analysis methods after analyzing the production process of freezer. The proposed analytical technique can be used to support the investment decision in production automation equipment of fishing vessels freezer.

  • The substation automation is a system to remote-monitor and control electric power flow. And in line with electrification of railway, an interest in electric railway substation automation is increasing. IEC standardized IEC 61850, IEC 61968 and IEC 61970 communication protocol for the telecommunication standardization of the electric power automation industry. The recent SCADA systems in managed electric railway substations are have the problem about the compatibility with the products which fit to the international standard specification afterward. In this paper, the model of electric railway substation automation based on IEC 61850 and IEC 61970 is presented. And the method supporting the compatibility between the equipment is proposed.
