The automatic die polishing machine by liquid honing has been developed and experimented on the surface of machined die. The goal of development in the automatic die polishing machine by liquid honing is to increase the accuracy and the productivity in die polishing. To reach this goal, the polishing machine consists of the automatic measuring device for contour of die, the nozzle and pumping system to spray the powder mixed with liquid, and the 3-axis guides. Before polishing, the measuring device with a semiconductor laser scans the surface of mould to get the data of contour. The data store a PC and use to control the nozzle head to move above a couple of centimeters on the machined surface of die. The experimental parameters are the spraying time, the pressure, the size of abrasive grain and the mixing ratio between abrasive grain and liquid. The surface roughness is measured on the polished die which are SKDl 1 and Al7075 machined by NC. The surface roughness indicates the values of Rmax 0.5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for Al7075 and Rmax 1.4${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for SKDl 1. It reduces the polishing time significantly and reduces the monotonous work for labors. As the results, the liquid honing system is useful method to apply for the die polishing and the automatic die polishing machine using liquid honing shows that it's very effective processing ability.

Recently, Demands of automatic X-ray film processors are increasing more and more at general hospitals and private clinics, but various troubles because of incorrect control were found out. Authors have researched to find out the function and activity of automatic X-ray film processor for 70 days with Kodak X-OMAT processor, and results obtained were as follows; 1. Automatic X-ray film processor have an advantage to conduct the rapid treatment of X-ray film processing, but incorrect handling of developing and fixing agents were brought about a great change in contrast and optical density of X-ray film pictures. 2. About 10,000 X-ray films could be finished by same developing and fixing solution without exchanging any other solutions in automatic X-ray film processor.

최근들어 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) 기술은 영상 회의, 파일 전송, 음성 사서함, 자동 메시지 전송, 자동 재다이얼 기능 등의 전통적인 분야에서부터 통합 메시징 및 네트워크 팩스 분야에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에 걸쳐서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전화망을 이용한 CTI 응용분야로 대학에서 입시기간동안 수험생들의 전화 과중에 따른 업무와 학사 행정 서비스를 개선할 수 있는 CTI를 이용한 응용 시스템에 대하여 연구한다. 구현된 시스템은 최근 주목받고 있는 객체 모델링 기법(Object Modeling Technique)을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 설계하고, CTI 호출 제어 시스템을 이용하여 합격자 확인 자동 호출(Automatic Calling System), 합격자 발표 자동 안내(Automatic Response System) 등을 지원하도록 개발한다. 특히 합격자 자동 호출 시스템 구현시 합격 여부를 통지해 줄 때의 음성처리를 위하여 TTS(Text To speech) 모듈을 설계 구현한다.

The purpose of this paper is to build a computer vision system that endows an autonomous mobile robot the ability of automatic measuring of the analog and digital meters installed in nuclear power plant(NPP). This computer vision system takes a significant part in the organization of automatic surveillance and measurement system having the instruments and gadzets in NPP under automatic control situation. In the meter image captured by the camera, the meter area is sorted out using mainly the thresholding and the region labeling and the meter value recognition process follows. The positions and the angles of the needles in analog meter images are detected using the projection based method. In the case of digital meters, digits and points are extracted and finally recognized through the neural network classifier. To use available database containing relevant information about meters and to build fully automatic meter recognition system, the segmentation and recognition of the function-name in the meter printed around the meter area should be achieved for enhancing identification reliability. For thus, the function- name of the meter needs to be identified and furthermore the scale distributions and values are also required to be analyzed for building the more sophisticated system and making the meter recognition fully automatic.

최근 대량으로 쏟아지는 감성공학 연구 결과와 논문들을 가치 있는 자료로 만들기 위해서는 감성 데이터가 산업 전반에 활용될 수 있도록 지표로 정리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 "웹기반 감성 데이터 베이스 구축 및 보급에 관한 연구" 과제를 통해 작성된 감성 데이터 지표에 입각해서 앞으로 대량으로 출현할 감성공학 데이터의 지속적인 지표화를 위한 과정의 자동화를 제안한다. 문서 데이터의 지표화 작업이 자동요약과 유사하다는 점에 착안하여 자동지표화 시스템을 위한 기술들의 기초가 되는 정보유형 및 주요어 추출, 특성표현을 통한 정보문 추출에 대해 감성공학 코퍼스 분석을 통해 연구하고자 한다. 이는 감성공학 분야에서의 지식관리 시스템이나 자동요약 시스템에 활용될 수 있다. 활용될 수 있다.
