  • Generally the method of depth controlling is classified into buoyancy control and thrust control. In this study, we employed thrust control system. And mathematical modeling and computer simulation are performed in order to design auto depth control system for underwater vehicle. Consequently, the specifications of components are determined, and the performance of system is analyzed.

Sensitivity and Scoring of AutoPap 300 QC System for Abnormal Cervicovaginal Cytology (비정상 자궁경부도말에서 AutoPap 300 QC System의 민감도와 Score에 영향을 주는 인자의 평가)

  • The AutoPap 300 QC System is an automated device for the analysis and classification of conventional cervical cytology slides for quality control purpose. These studies evaluated the sensitivity of the AutoPap 300 QC System, and estimated morphologic features other than epithelial abnormality to identify a high quality control(QC) score with the AutoPap 300 QC System. The sensitivity of the AutoPap 300 QC System at 10% review rate for 210 cases of cervicovaginal cytology with low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) and higher grade lesion was assessed, and compared with a 10% random rescreening. The morphologic features, such as presence of endocervical component, dirty background, atrophy, abnormal ceil size, and celluiarity of single atypical cells were estimated in 45 cases of no review and 30 cases of QC review cases. The AutoPap 300 QC System identified 119(56.7%) out of 210 cases with LSIL and higher grade lesion at 10% review rate. It was more sensitive to squamous cell lesions$(50{\sim}62%)$ than to glandular lesions(10%). The dirty background and the scanty cellularity of single atypical cells were significantly related to low QC score. Conclusively, AutoPap 300 QC System is superior to human random rescreen for the identification of false negative smears. The upgrading of this device is required to enhance the defection of glandular lesion and certain Inadequate conditions of the slides.

  • This paper presents the control strategy of Auto-leveling equipment (ALE) of Multi-function radar (MFR) for vehicle using Embedded System. MFR implements surveillance patrol missions such as surface-to-air missiles and fighters with constant rotation. ALE consists of 4 Auto-leveling modules (ALM) and retains the stability with maintaining level. The gradient of vehicle can be measured and controlled by embedded systems. This paper contributes for improvement the system design with the ALM 1 set modeling. The validity of the modeling is verified using MATLAB/Simulink.

  • This Paper deals with a Auto-Tuning Fuzzy PID Controller used in real time and its application for induction motor. The control strategy of the controller is able to develop and improve automatically. The new Auto-Tuning Fuzzy PID Control algorithm which modifies the fuzzy control decision table is presented in this paper. It can automatically refine an initial approximate set of fuzzy rules. The possibility of applying fuzzy algorithms in faster response, and more accurate was compared with other industrial processes, such as AC Motor driver. The performance of Proportional_Integral Derivative(PID) control and this fuzzy controllers is compared in terms of steady_state error, settling time, and response time. And then, Limitations of fuzzy control algorithms are also described.

  • The Auto Tuning Controller is designed using Fuzzy set theory. And to verify its validity it is Applied to the Auto Tuner of hydraulic Control System. Fuzzy Tuning Procedures are written by linguistic model and translated into C language formation by preprocessor. Then it is executed with state feedback controller in real time, Fuzzy Logic Controller adjusts state feedback gain by proper tuning logic in each step to satisfy the desired maximum overshoot and settling time.

  • This paper presents a new auto brighoess control algorithm fur adaptive background subtraction. The algorithm is designed to cope with the problem of auto-brightness adjustment feature of consumer-type cameras. The experimental results show the proposed method improves performance of the classification. This will be beneficial to many computer vision applications in term of reducing the cost of implementation and making them more available to the mass consumer market.

  • PID auto-tuning controller was designed via fuzzy logic. Typical values such as error and error derivative feedbackwere changed as heuristic expressions, and they determine PID gain through fuzzy logic and defuzzification process. Fuzzy procedure and PID controller design were considered separately, and they are combined and analyzed. Obtained auto-tuning PID controller by Fuzzy Logic showed the ability for less than 3rd order plant control.

  • As a shift control of automatic transmission was managed with the electronic control unit (ECU), shift quality which is a measure of shift shock during gear change has markedly improved. However, the initial clutch pressure control of the clutch filling phase should continue to rely on the predetermined control input since the input and output speeds are unchanged until the shifting process attains the inertia phase. It is critical to minimize the clutch response time and control the clutch pressure accurately at the end of clutch fill to achieve quick shift response and smoothness. Advanced transmission companies have adopted an auto calibration method which establishes the databases for the clutch piston fill-up attributes and the frictional characteristics of the disks. In this study, a distinctive auto calibration algorithm for forklift transmission under development is proposed and verified with the real-vehicle test. The experimental calibration results showed consistent turbine dynamics at the initial stage of shifts with the properly calibrated clutch-fill control parameters. By using this technique, it is necessary to finalize the shift control for the various operation conditions.

  • Because of the complexity of the flower design of roll forming process, in which the flat strip is progressively deformed by successive sets of profiled rolls, a computer-aided design system for the flower design has been developed. It is programmed in AutoLISP and DCL(Dialogue Control Language) of AutoCAD. It has been found that the system is helpful in saving the time and effort required to design the flower of the product to be roll-formed.

  • Usually, fluid or fuel supply device need space to need special sensor to control motor, attaches with ancillary equipment to attach sensor. Also, difficult point follows need signal line and other circuit etc. In this paper, used that proposed control system that use hall sensor to solve discomfort and problem and difference control principle of system happens in current flow according to motor action step. Also, could reduce breakdown by sensor establishment, reduce material costs and personnel expenses as well as control system superior. Auto-pumping system sees that will can apply, develop several kind of device that use system hereafter to all fluid supply systems through soft-ware adaptation.
