구연산염법을 이용한 LiFePO4 합성 및 전기화학특성에 관한 연구 (Synthesis and Electrochemical Properties of LiFePO4 by Citrate Process)

  • $LiFePO_4$ is a promising cathode material for secondary lithium batteries due to its high energy density, low cost and safety. $LiFePO_4$ was synthesized by the citrate process under reductive, neutral, and oxidative, atmospheres and the crystal structure was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction. The samples synthesized under $N_2$ and $H_2$ atmosphere showed a single phase of a olivine structure, where the samples synthesized under $O_2$ atmosphere exhibited second phase of $Fe2O_3$. All the samples synthesized at 400, 600 and $800^{\circ}C$ under $N_2$ atmosphere presented a single phase of olivine. Residual organic material was observed for the sample synthesized at $400^{\circ}C$. There was nearly no intensity difference between the samples synthesized at $600^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$. The electrochemical characteristic of the $LiFePO_4$ synthesized at $600^{\circ}C$ in the $N_2$ atmosphere was analyzed. The result exhibited an high discharge capacity of 160 mAh/g at the first cycle, and 155-160 mAh/g after 45 cycles.

확산길이에 따른 수동식 유기용제 시료채취기의 시료채취성능에 관한 연구 (Sampling Efficiency of Organic Vapor Passive Samplers by Diffusive Length)

  • Passive samplers have been used for many years for the sampling of organic vapors in work environment atmospheres. Currently, all passive samplers used in domestic occupational monitoring are foreign products. This study was performed to evaluate variable parameters for the development of passive organic samplers, which include the geometry of the device and diffusive length for the sampler design. Four prototype diffusive lengths; A-1(4.5 mm), A-2(7.0 mm), A-3(9.5 mm), A-4(12.0 mm) were tested for adsorption performances to a chemical mixture (benzene, toluene, trichloroethylene, and n-hexane) according to the US-OSHA's evaluation protocol. A dynamic vapor exposure chamber developed and verified by related research was used for this study. The results of study are as follows. The results in terms of sampling rate and recommended sampling time test indicate that the most suitable model was A-3 (9.5 mm diffusive lengths on both sides) for passive sampler design in time weighted average (TWA) assessment. Sampling rates of this A-3 model were 45.8, 41.5, 41.4, and 40.3 ml/min for benzene, toluene, trichloroethylene, and n-hexane, respectively. The A-3 models were tested on reverse diffusion and conditions of low humidity air (35% RH) and low concentrations (0.2 times of TLV). These conditions had no affect on the diffusion capacity of samplers. In conclusion, the most suitable design parameters of passive sampler are: 1) Geometry and structure - 25 mm diameter and 490 $mm^2$ cross sectional area of diffusion face with cylindrical form of two-sided opposite diffusion direction; 2) Diffusive length - 9.5 mm in both faces; 3) Amount of adsorbent - 300 mg of coconut shell charcoal; 4) Wind screen - using nylon net filters (11 ${\mu}m$ pore size).

High Temperature Behavior of Oxidized Mild Steel in Dry and Wet Atmospheres

  • During the hot rolling process, steels develop an oxide scale on their surface. This scale can affect the mechanical properties of the rolled steel and its surface aspect. The main problem comes from the mechanical integrity of the oxide scales which could delaminate or crack, leading eventually to later oxide incrustation within the steel. The objective of the present work is to qualify the mechanical integrity of the iron oxide scales during the hot rolling process. The laboratory experiments use a four point bending test to simulate the mechanical solicitation which takes place during the rolling sequence of the steel slabs. The oxide scales grow on a mild steel at $900^{\circ}C$ under wet or dry atmosphere and the oxidized steel is then mecahnically tested at $900^{\circ}C$ or $700^{\circ}C$. The high temperature four point bending tests are completed with microstructural observations and with the record of acoustic emission to follow in-situ the mechanical damages of the oxide scales. The results show the role of water vapor which promotes the scale adherence, and the role of the temperature as the oxide are more damaged at $700^{\circ}C$ than at $900^{\circ}C$.

MODTRAN 모델을 이용한 다목적 실용위성 2호 MSC의 입사복사량 계산

  • 본 연구에서는 대기복사모델인 MODTRAN를 이용해 다목적실용위성 2호 탑재체인 Multispectral Camera (MSC)의 입사복사량에 대한 계산을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석해 본다. 모델계산은 4 계절 조건을 모의실험하기 위해 1월 15일, 4월 15일, 7월 15일과 10월 15일에 대해 중위도 동절기 및 하절기, 그리고 US 표준대기를 사용했다. 다목적실용위성 2호 궤도 조건과 각 계절에 대한 대표적인 태양천정각 (solar zenith angle)을 이용하였다. 시정거리는 대류권 에어로솔 소광계수 (tropospheric aerosol extinction)에 해당하는 50 km를 사용하고 지표의 알비도는 맑은 날 지구 연평균 값에 해당하는 0.135가 사용되었다. MSC 계약서 값은 위 일반적 조건을 가정하고 얻은 모델 계산 총복사량보다 MSC 관측 파장대역 대부분에서 상당히 크다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이들 결과로부터 향후 획득될 MSC영상은 비교적 어두운 영상이 될 것으로 추론 되며 이에 대한 대책이 검토되고 수립되어야 하겠다.

金屬이온의 폴라로그래프法的 파라미터에 미치는 壓力의 影響 (Effect of High Pressure on Polarographic Parameters of Metal Ions)

  • 滴下水銀電極에서 0.1M KCl 수용액에 포함되어 있는 單純金屬이온 In(III), Cr(III), Cd(II), Pb(II), Mn(II), Co(II), Tl(I)의 還元에 대한 폴라로그래프법적 파라미터의 壓力에 따른 變化를 조사하였다. 溫度는 $25^{\circ}C$에서 $^35^{\circ}C$까지 變化시켰으며, 壓力은 1氣壓에서 1,800氣壓까지 300氣壓 單位로 바꾸었다. 壓力이 增加함에 따라 모든 金屬이온의 還元半波電位가 $8{\mu}V/atm\;{\sim}\;66{\mu}V/atm$ 정도 陰電位쪽으로 移動하였으며, 擴散電流의 값은 $1.3{\times}10-3%/atm\;{\sim}\;2.3{\times}10-2%/atm$ 정도 增加하였다. 또한 壓力이 增加함에 따라 각 加電壓 E와 log[$\frac{id-i)}{i}$]를 plot하여 얻은 直線의 기울기가 커지는 것으로부터 壓力을 增加함에 따라 還元反應의 可逆性이 減少한다는 事實을 알 수 있었다. 한편 $25^{\circ}C\;{\sim}\;35^{\circ}C$의 범위에서 구한 溫度係數는 壓力增加에 따라 크게 변하지 않았다.

펄스레이저증착에 의한 투명전도성 산화주석 박막 (The transparent and conducting tin oxide thin films by the pulse laser deposition)

  • 투명전도성 산화주석 박막이 펄스레이저증착에 의하여 파이렉스유리 기판상에 제조 되었다. 진공, $O_2$, 및 $Sn(CH_3)_4$분위기에서 Nd-YAG레이저 빛살이 다결정 $SnO_2$ 타겟을 융제 하여 실온에서 기판상에 박막을 증착시키고, 증착된 막을 230, 420, 및 $610^{\circ}C$에서 각각 2시 간 동안 공기중에서 열처리하였다. 박막의 특성이 UV-VIS-NIR 분광법과 X-선 회절법에 의하여 조사되고, 전기적 성질이 촉심식법으로 구해진 막의 두께와 함께 사점탐침법에 의하 여 측정되었다. $Sn(CH_3)_4$이 존재할 때 $SnO_2$상들이 실온에서조차 성장되는 것이 관찰되었다. 이는 레이저 융제 동안 발생된 마이크로플라즈마가 전구물질분자의 분해에 중요한 역할을 함을 시사한다.

Modified glycine-nitrate process(MGNP)로 합성한 BaCo1-x-yFexZryO3-δ 산소투과도 및 수소생산성 (Oxygen Permeation and Hydrogen Production of BaCo1-x-yFexZryO3-δ by a Modified Glycine-nitrate Process (MGNP))

  • A dense mixed ionic and electronic conducting ceramic membrane is one of the most promising materials because it can be used for separation of oxygen from the mixture gas. The $ABO_3$ perovskite structure shows high chemical stability at high temperatures under reduction and oxidation atmospheres. $BaCo_{1-x-y}Fe_xZr_yO_{3-{\delta}}$ (BCFZ) was well-known material as high mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity and stability in the high valence state. Glycine Nitrate Process (GNP) is rapid and effective method for powder synthesis using glycine as a fuel and show higher product crystallinity compared to solid state reaction and citrate-EDTA method. BCFZ was fabricated by modified glycine nitrate process. In order to control the burn-up reaction, $NH_4NO_3$ was used as extra nitrate. According to X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) results, BCFZ was single phase regardless of Zr dopants from y=0.1 to 0.3 on B sites. The green compacts were sintered at $1200^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. Oxygen permeability, methane partial oxidation rate and hydrogen production ability of the membranes were characterized by using Micro Gas Chromatography (Micro GC) under various condition. The high oxygen permeation flux of BCFZ 1-451 was about $1ml{\cdot}cm^{-2}s^{-1}$. Using the humidified Argon gas, BCFZ 1-433 produced hydrogen about $1ml{\cdot}cm^{-2}s^{-1}$.

CuO 세라믹스의 소결 온도 및 분위기에 따른 미세구조와 수축거동 변화 (Effect of the Sintering Temperature and Atmosphere on the Microstructural Evolution and Shrinkage Behavior of CuO Ceramics)

  • In this study, the densification behavior and microstructural evolution of CuO were examined when this material was sintered at different temperatures in $O_2$, air and Ar atmospheres. The CuO samples maintained their phases even after prolonged sintering at $900-1100^{\circ}C$ in an oxygen atmosphere. When sintering in air, the densification was faster than it was when sintering in oxygen. However, when the samples were sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$, large pores were observed in the sample due to the phase transformation from CuO to $Cu_2O$ which accompanies the generation of oxygen gas. The pore channels in the sample became narrower as the sintering time increased, eventually undergoing a Rayleigh breakup and forming discrete isolated pores. On the other hand, CuO sintering in Ar did not contribute to the densification, as all CuO samples underwent a phase transformation to $Cu_2O$ during the heating process.

Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE)법에 의한 ZnIn2Se4 단결정 후막 성장과 열처리 효과 (Growth and effect of thermal annealing for ZnIn2Se4 single crystalline thick film by hot wall epitaxy)

  • Single crystalline ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ layers were grown on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs (100) substrate at $400^{\circ}C$ with hot wall epitaxy (HWE) system by evaporating ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ source at $630^{\circ}C$. The crystalline structure of the single crystalline thick films was investigated by the photoluminescence (PL) and Double crystalline X-ray rocking curve (DCRC). The carrier density and mobility of ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ single crystalline thick films measured from Hall effect by van der Pauw method are $9.41{\times}10^{16}cm^{-3}$ and $292cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ at 293 K, respectively. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, $E_g(T)$=1.8622 eV-$(5.23{\times}10^{-4}eV/K)T^2$/(T+775.5 K). After the as-grown ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ single crystalline thick films was annealed in Zn-, Se-, and In-atmospheres, the origin of point defects of ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ single crystalline thick films has been investigated by the photoluminescence (PL) at 10 K. The native defects of $V_{Zn}$, $V_{Se}$, $Zn_{int}$, and $Se_{int}$ obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the Se-atmosphere converted ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ single crystalline thick films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that In in ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$/GaAs did not form the native defects because In in ${ZnIn_2}{Se_4}$ single crystalline thick films existed in the form of stable bonds.

경찰 정체성 접근론에 관한 논의 (Discussion about the approach to Police Identity)

  • 우리나라 경찰은 근대화를 거침으로써 일제식민지 시대의 대륙법계 경찰체제를 거쳐 해방 후 미정 경찰체제를 받아들임으로써 혼재한 상황에서 전란으로 한국의 경찰 정체성을 확립하기보다 체제완성에 집중해온 것이 사실이다. 이후 정치적, 경제적, 사회적 외부 환경이 안정화를 갖춤에 따라 현대사회 경찰활동을 지향하기 위해 내부적 성찰을 통한 경찰활동의 철학 즉, 경찰 정체성이 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 대부분의 경찰 정체성 정립을 위한 접근은 주요 변수를 찾는 것에 치중하여 단계적 계측을 중시해 왔다. 이러한 단적인 계측 연구를 통한 경찰조직의 정체성은 복제(replication)을 수행할 수 없을뿐더러 이상적 정체성을 내재화하는 것에 한계를 가졌었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 경찰 정체성 확립의 필요성과 접근론의 형성을 논의하기 위해 경찰관이 정체성을 내재화하기 위한 인식으로써 어떠한 수단에 의존하는지와 의존수단에 따른 경찰활동 반영성을 분석하고 결과를 제시하였다.
