Nowadays most companies are required to acquire the quality assurance system for their survival. It is essential to improvement company's competitive power that Certification of Quality Assurance System but there are many problems. To analysis the effects of ISO 9000 series/QS-9000 QA systems to the Domestic Company Quality Improvement as well as quality consciousness, data has been surveyed form quality assurance engineers who have work on certification activities. The data is analyzed using relevant tabulations of five scale or paired t test method in order to compare level of quality management of pre-certification with that of post-certification. It is analyzed in two parts which are qualitative effects and quality maturity grid. Also, to analysis for the bottlenecks and problems the data is analyzed using frequency analysis method.

Process capability implies the qualitative capability of a process, and it is necessary to specify the process capability by quantification and to evaluate the level with the specified standardizaion. But the process capability index is currently used to evaluate the performance of quality control activity. without considering the characteristics of process structure or the economy of management. Here the researcher would like to redefine process capability and emphasize its index may be used as the measure of managerial assessment and the objective of process quality control in full consideration of the economic aspects of process characteristics. Too little or too much process capability causes a loss of or excess. The proper economic level of process capability varies to each process. The procedure of taking the optimum process capability index is derived from the expected profit function, whereas each method is studied in cases of normal process with one-sided specification and two-sided specification. In addition, the process capability index is presented as a method of quality assurance. And an example is exhibited on wrapping process of 'A' company. The results of this study are summarized at follows. First, though the norminalization of the process capability index is possible by the existing methods, the optimum process capability index can vary to the situation of each process. So, the optimum process capability index which is suggested in this dissertation should be used as the standard to assess process capability. Second, the process capability index can take its effect not just in indicating quality control or managerial records but also in the management of high qualify assurance.

국방기술품질원에서 1999년부터 수행중인 품질위험도 평가 기법은 하자발생 가능성이 높은 취약업체 또는 취약품목을 식별하는데 제한적이라는 평가를 받고 있다. 이 연구는 AHP 기법을 통해 평가요소의 중요도를 재 산정한 평가모형을 제시한다. 개선된 평가배점의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 2005년도 하자발생 품목의 위험도 평가결과에 적용하여 평가점수 및 위험도의 변화를 분석하였다. 개선된 평가모형은 기존의 평가배점 방법 보다 고 중 위험도 품목을 더 많이 식별해 낼 수 있었으며 업체위험도가 품목위험도보다 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 업체위험도에서는 전문능력과 생산실적, 품목위험도에서는 제품특성 평가요소가 상당히 중요한 것으로 평가되었다. 고 위험도로 분류된 업체는 품질에 있어 집중관리를 받게 됨으로 하자 발생의 가능성이 더 줄어들 수 있을 것이다.

정보보호시스템 공통평가기준이 고시되고 CCRA 가입이 활발하게 추진되면서 평가보증등급(EAL)에 관한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 프로세스 평가 기준들이 취하고 있던 평가 등급과 공통평가기준의 평가보증등급을 비교함으로써 정보보호시스템 평가에 활용되고 있는 평가보증등급이 가지고 있는 특징들을 확인하였다.

KASS(Korea Augmentation Satellite System)는 국토교통부에서 2014년부터 개발 중인 한국형 위성항법보강시스템이다. KASS는 항공기 안전에 영향을 미칠수 있는 항공용 시스템이기 때문에 KASS의 각 소프트웨어는 안전성 분석을 통해 할당된 DO-178B의 소프트웨어 레벨에 따라 개발이 수행된다. KASS의 하위시스템인 통합운영국의 경우 일부 소프트웨어를 제외하고는 DO-178B 레벨E를 할당 받았으며 DO-178B 레벨E 소프트웨어의 경우 제품 보증을 위해 ECSS-Q-ST-80C 카테고리 D를 준수하여 개발하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ECSS-Q-ST-80C를 만족하기 위해 ECSS-E-ST-40C, ECSS-Q-HB-80-04A를 분석하여 KASS 통합운영국 소프트웨어의 제품 보증을 위한 소프트웨어 생명 주기 별 활동 및 소프트웨어 품질 모델, 메트릭을 제안한다.

Related to the on-going "Train Control System Project of Pilot Line Construction for Urban MAGLEV Train", activities by each phase shall be conducted to achieve SIL4 level and obtain safety certification from the Independent Safety Assessment(ISA), based on the IEC standards((IEC 62278/62279 and IEC 62425) for the first time in Korea. This thesis describes the introduction of IEC standards, system assurance activities (such as plan, analysis, test, verification and validation) in compliance with requirements management and project life-cycle and relations with the safety assessment activities; and certification activities (such as document reviews and audits) through system RAMS activities, software quality assurance activities and safety assessment, for the purpose of achieving a successful safety certification at the time of completing the project as system assurance activities including software and safety certification activities in order to acquire the safety certification for train control system which does not exist at all in domestic cases. It is believed that overall system safety assurance activities in this project will contribute to develop more upgraded products of the domestic train control system on the quality and safety point of view, find overseas markets and establish a bridgehead in the future.

최근 인터넷을 이용한 전자거래나 전자정부서비스가 활발히 이용되고 있다. 온라인 서비스를 이용하는 동안 다른 사람의 신원을 도용하는 문제가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이에 대응하기 위해서는 온라인 서비스를 이용할 때에도 높은 수준의 신원확인이 수행되어야 한다. 2006년에 국내에 도입되어 운영되고 있는 아이핀 (i-PIN, Internet-Personal Identification Number)은 인터넷 상의 신원확인번호이다[1]. 아이핀은 온라인상의 본인확인 기능을 제공하며, 아이핀 정보(연계정보, 중복가입정보)를 정보통신서비스제공자에게 제공한다. 이런 이유로 아이핀은 온라인에서 주민등록번호를 대체하는 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 본인확인 수단인 아이핀의 기본 능력을 분석하고, 아이핀의 활용 및 안전성을 제고하기 위한 보증 모델의 기준을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 아이핀 보증 모델의 안전성과 특성을 분석한다.

The purpose of the study is to examine the differences between rural and urban in the factors and the level of stress in adolescent, inner control and communication with parents. Also, It is to research the influence of environmental variables, inner control and communication with parents on adolescent's stress in sides of rural and urban. Therefore, I provide needed data in instructing students. For the data set, academic high school students in second grade in a town for rural and Su-Seung gu, Dal-Sugu, chung gu in Dae-gu for urban were chosen. The data were analyzed with the frequency, percentage, factor analysis Mean, S.D, reliability, t-test, regression in use of Spss PC+ Program. The main results are as follow. First, for rural students, stress level is displayed studies, future0affair, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower sphere. For urban students, it is displayed future-affair, studies, life-attitude, companions, self-assurance and home life in order by lower shpere. In case of rural "I don't know effective study method" is highly displayed by factors. In case of urban. "I am tired of a competitive life" is highly displayed. The mean of stress level is 3.22 for rural and 3.07 for urban. The differences between rural and urban are showed in self-assurance, studies and companions. Finally when we see the stress generally the stress level is higher in rural high school students than in urban high school students. Second, rural students are lower displayed than urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference urban students in inner control and communication with parents. There is no difference in communication with a mother. third, influential variables on stress level are inner control, communication with parents, satisfaction with companions and school life as environmental variables in sides of rural and urban. Physical condition is added for rural and sex for urban Finally we get the result that stress level is high in low inner control, poor communication with parents, bad companions and unsatisfied school life for both rural and urban. Bad physical condition for rural and female for urban are added.

In the paper, we designed an automatic security diagnostic evaluation System(SeDES) based on a security diagnostic evaluation model(SeDEM) for an organization's security assurance. The SeDEM evaluates a security level of an organization quantitatively by a security evaluation formula which is composed of security variables and security index as applying the statistical CAEL model for evaluate risk level of banks. The SeDES has a good expandability as changing security variables according to an organization scale, characteristics and so on. And it also has a excellent usage because it inputs only numeric data got from statistical technique to security index. We can understand more a security level correctly than the existent risk assessment system because it is possible to assess quantitatively with an security grade as well as score. analysis.

As more individuals and organizations participate in the complex design process of manufacturing industry, collaborative product development and management of the global supply chain have become more popular. Although the product quality concerns once focused on the manufacturing process, they are now directed at earlier stages of the design cycle where the engineering product is created as a 3D CAD model. In this paper, we describe the current state of product data quality activities in the manufacturing industry and the yardstick to measure 3D CAD data quality. Moreover we introduce a quality assurance method through the result of statistical analysis of 3D CAD models and suggest a six sigma level of CAD data quality by analyzing 76 samples provided from three Korean automotive companies.
