Among various export financing, Assignment of Receivables is very important. Various countries make use of this method. But Korean law system had shortage of International legal system. This paper looks into Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables relation to legal system. And this paper analyze not only detail Korean civil law system about Opposing rights on Assignment of Receivables but also comparative other International system. There are UNIDROIT Principles and United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade. Especially, Korean civil law system of Opposing rights on Assignment of Receivables compares UNIDROIT Principles system of Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables or United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade of Opposing Rights on Assignment of Receivables. In the context, This paper compares Korean civil law system about Assignment of Receivables with International standard rule about Assignment of Receivables. This is good for the commercial practice party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will make direction to International Trade Practicer. There are argument on method of having an action or manual about international trade practice. The purposes of this are to examine revitalizing on Assignment of Receivables. And this paper deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation.

Due to the differences between a mobile ad-hoc network and a sensor network, the pre-existing autoconfiguration for a mobile ad-hoc network cannot be simply applied to a sensor network. But. a mechanism is still necessary to assign locally unique addresses to sensor nodes efficiently. This paper proposes a hybrid IDs assignment scheme of local area sensor networks. The IDs assignment scheme of hybrid method combines a proactive IDs assignment with a reactive IDs assignment scheme. The proposed scheme considers efficient communication using reactive IDs assignment, and security for potential attacks using zone-based self-organized clustering with Byzantine Agreement in sensor networks. Thus, this paper has solved the shortage of security due to minimizing network traffic and the problem of repairing the network from the effects of an aberrant node in sensor networks.

This study is about developing a transit assignment model on railway network. Current transit assignment models are mainly focused on road or urban transportation so that these models, for example, transit assignment model based on optimal strategy generates unrealistic transit assignment. Especially, since the advent of KTX, more passengers are using the transfer route containing KTX but most transit assignment models have a shortcoming that transfer is not considered or is overestimated. We present a new stochastic transit assignment model based on LOGIT considering transfer resistance.

This paper presents global and optimal solution for weapon assignment problems using the Munkres assignment algorithm. We propose a new modeling method of weapon assignment problems concerning some constraints of weapon systems. In this paper, we compares the Munkres weapon assignment algorithm with two other algorithms employing a search tree model in terms of computational complexity and performance. One is an optimal algorithm using exhausted search and the other is a greedy algorithm which selects the first search result as a solution. The experiment results show that the Munkres weapon assignment algorithm has better performance and less computational complexity in comparison with the two other algorithms.

In the context, This paper compares Korean civil law system about bond with International standard rule about bond. For example, It is UN convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade and Principles of International Commercial Contract(PICC). This is good for the commercial party in terms of financing and receivable assignment. Thus this paper will establish Korean legal system direction. There are argument on method of making article and modifing article. The purposes of this paper is to examine revitalizing of Receivable Assignment. And this paper deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation.

The traffic forecast is one of the most important analysis objects in the urban transportation planning process. The results of traffic forecast are the most widely used informations and give a critical influence on the major decision makings in the transportation planning process. Thus, they should be as much accurate and credible data, and evaluated to determine whether they are enough reliable to directly use in the planning process. However, the evaluation process is usually overlooked or abbreviated with a few exceptions according to the size and character of the project. Even though a planner or engineer tries to evaluate the assignment results, he/she is usually faced with certain difficulties since there are no established criteria and methods for the accuracy evaluation. Accordingly, the main purpose of this research placed on establishing the criteria and methods for the accuracy evaluation of the assignment results. The secondary purpose was to evaluate which assignment technique produces the most accurate assignment results by applying the established evaluation criteria and methods to an actual network. The research found that the proposed evaluation methods well operated in testing the accuracy of assignment results with few limits on application. Also, the incremental assignment was found to provide the best assignment results of existing assignment techniques (Stochastic, Iterative, Incremental, Equilibrium assignment) for the Seoul city network applied.

This paper examines various legal issues related to the assignment of monetary rights under UNIDROIT Principles. To this end, this paper examines the concept and the effects of the assignment of rights, the related legal structure and notice to the obligor, and some uses in practice (II). Then, as a matter of law in the context of the assignment of monetary rights under UNIDROIT Principles, this paper examines what may happen to the legal relationship between the parties and what practical considerations need to be taken by them when the obligor has legal defenses against the assignor, when successive assignments are made by the assignor, when the obligor exercises against the assignee its right of set-off before receiving the notice of assignment, when the assigned right does not exist at the time of the assignment, when any payment is received from the obligor before the notice of assignment is given, and finally when the obligor becomes insolvent or refuses to pay.

This study was conducted to analyze the degree of department satisfaction and correlation accordng to nurses's clinical characteristics. Data fors tudy were selected August, 1999. The sample coisted of 512 nurses working in K university hosptal in Seoul. The collected materials have been alyzed by percentage, average, t-test, ANOVA, arson Correlation Coefficiency using SPSS window 8.0 program. The result were as the follows ; 1. Fifty-one percent answered to be satisfactory in current department of work, and nurses who had been experienced the transfer are fifty percent, and nurse specialist is eight point two percent. 2. The order of the degree of department duty satisfaction was mutual action, professinal position, autonomy, assignment desire, relation between the doctor and nurses, wage, administration. 3. The result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the age has shown significant differences in administration and assignment desire, and the result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the education and religion has shown significant differences in administration, and the result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to marital status has shown significant differences in wage and administration. 4. The result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according La the position has shown significant differences in administration, assignment desire and the sum of duty satisfaction, and the result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the nurse specialist has shown no significant differences in total areas, and the result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the transfer has shown significant differences in relation between the doctor and nurses, administration, autonomy and the sum of duty satisfaction. 5. The result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the nursing career and present assignment career has shown no significant differences in total areas, and the result of degree of department duty satisfaction according to the present assignment has shown significant differences in relation between doctor and nurses, administration, assignment desire and the sum of duty satisfaction. 6. The result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the request and experiences of trasfer has shown significant differences in wage, administration, assignment desire and the sum of duty satisfaction 7. The result of the degree of department duty satisfaction according to the degree of satisfaction of present assignment has shown no significant difference in professional position 8. The result of relation of nurses'a clinical characteristics and the degree of department duty satisfaction and the sum of duty satisfaction has shown no significant differences in age, present assignment career, but the result of nursing career has shown significant differences in relation between doctor and nurse, administration, autonomy, assignment desire and the sum of duty satisfaction. and the satisfaction of present assignment which was very effective on duty satisfaction was as significant correlation with wage, professinal position, relation between doctor and nurses, administration, autonomy assignment desire, mutual action and the sum of duty satisfaction. The above result show us that the degree of wage is effected on marital status, experience of transfer, degree of satisfaction of present assignment, request of transfef and the relation between doctor and nurses is effected on experience of transfer, present assignment, degree of satisfaction of present assignment and the administration is effected on age, education, marital status position, experiences of transfer, request of transfer, degree of satisfaction of present assignment and the autonomy is effected on experience of transfer, degree of satisfaction of present assignment and the assignment desire is effected on position, pre sent assignment, degree of satisfaction of present assignment, request of transfer and the mutual action is effected on present assignment. and the sum of duty satisfaction is effected on marital status, position, experience of transfer, request of transfer, present assignment, degree of satisfaction of present assignment.

Now many major airports in the world which operate strategic alliance or Hub & Spoke system have met capacity restriction and confusion problems. And the time and the walking distance for boarding to flight are important standard to measure customer convenience. And the effective gate assignment guarantees customers convenience as well as increasing airport capacity without expanding established airport equipments. So it can be a major concern to manage airports. So this paper formulate gate assignment problem in the hub airport not quadratic assignment problem but a improved single-period integer problem which is minimize local and transit passengers I walking distance. As a result, this study will present a method producing optimal gate assignment result using optimization software. We use real flights and gates data in the national airport, so we will compare a assignment results with a real airport assignment results and previous researches and analyze those results.

Eigenstructure assignment is a typical method with the capability of the consideration of the specifications in time-domain in designing a 1]near control system. In general eigenstructure assignment such that all the desired eigenvalues are exactly assigned to the closed-loop system, the assignment of the eigenvectors is very restrictive. However if the arbitrary point in a certain area as an eigenvalue is allowed to be assigned t the closed-loop system, the assignment of the eigenvector corresponding to this eigenvalue can be much less restrictive. In this paper, the flexible eigenstructure assignment that can assign more closely the desired eigenvector to the closed-loop system by using an optimization technique is proposed.
