본 연구에서는 국내 폐광산에 이용될 채움재의 위해성 평가작업을 위한 전략과 방법론을 개념적 측면에서 제시하였다. 채움재는 석탄발전소 비산재와 고형재로 구성되어 있으며 탄산염 등 위해도가 적은 물질이 대부분을 차지하지만 일부 중금속 성분이 포함되어 있어서 이에 대한 위해성 평가가 요구된다. 위해성 평가는 주로 인체내 발암 및 비발암성 유발 가능성을 정량화하는 것이 목적이며, 본 연구의 경우 국내/외 토양 및 광해 위해성평가 기법을 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이 때 독성이나 분배계수 등 항목별 주요 은 인자 값은 국내 토양위해성평가 가이드라인에서 제시하는 수치를 주로 이용할 수 있다. 오염도에 대한 정확한 위해 성평가는 현장답사와 실측 등을 통한 노력과 시간이 요구된다. 또한 채움재내 중금속 성분 및 농도가 매우 다양하고 반응이 복잡하여 이를 전부 상세하게 평가한다는 것은 비효율적이다. 따라서, 효과적인 위해성 평가를 위하여 일단 문헌 자료와 채움재 시료특성분석결과를 이용한 예비위해성평가를 먼저 실시하고, 그 이후 상세 위해성 평가에서 예비위해성평가에서 선정된 유의 사항을 중점적으로 다뤄야 할 것으로 생각된다. 이를 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 시료분석기법과 노출경로 및 관련 메커니즘에 대한 충분한 이해가 선행되어야 한다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 정보공학 분야의 프로그램 학습성과를 교과기반으로 평가하기 위한 방법을 개발한 경험과 교훈을 소개한다. 최근 한국공학교육인증원(ABEEK)은 정부로부터 몇 가지 조건의 충족을 전제로 공학교육 분야의 프로그램 인정기관으로 지정된 바 있다. 그 조건들 중 하나는 프로그램 학습성과의 교과기반 평가를 실행하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 정보공학 분야의 프로그램 학습성과를 교과기반으로 평가하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위한 사례연구는 기초 프로젝트 교과목에서 실시되었고, 프로젝트 교과목에서의 특별한 평가 기법들이 포함되었다. 기초 프로젝트에서의 교과기반 평가 사례연구는 해당 교과목과 밀접히 연관된 학습성과의 설정, 지필고사 및 프로젝트기반 평가와 같은 평가도구의 선택, 평가기준의 설정, 교과기반 평가의 실행 및 평가결과에 대한 분석과 같은 각 단계를 고려하여 제안된다. 제안된 방법은 컴퓨터 정보공학 분야의 교과기반 평가 전략을 세우기 위한 좋은 본보기가 될 것으로 기대한다.

Based on the risk factor evaluation for the file format, this paper defines the procedures for presenting the long-term preservation plan for that format and the technical information registry necessary for building the system. This is a procedure to perform a risk assessment for the format, evaluate the risk, and select a long-term preservation strategy based on the information registered in the registry and information on the external signature and internal signature of the electronic record. We also reviewed the criteria for selecting appropriate long-term preservation strategies in the process and provided the criteria for adopting each detailed strategy of migration and emulation, which are long-term preservation strategies. And we implemented this process as a long-term preservation decision support system. This system can be used to provide guidelines for the maintenance, management, service and long-term preservation of information resources of electronic records in public institutions such as National Archives of Korea and Libraries.

The present study is aimed at developing the optimal instruments for dispelling the uncertainty factors during the formulation of strategies for corporate development. The objective is the creation of a complete model of strategic analysis, which encompasses both the environment (internal and external) and the management rational component. This model -built on the analysis of three corporate cases - is concretized by a simulation for testing the strategy by the means of software which enables the users to cope with a dynamic and complex corporate environment. The research questions regard the development of a complete strategic analysis, which covers the entire decision-making process; the concrete assessment of the business strategy on the basis of quantitative data: the identification and enhancement of the critical variables of business administration, in such a complex and dynamic reality as the corporate environment.

It is widely known that KMS (Knowledge Management System) plays a role of facilitator that contributes to upgrading the organizational performance. Despite this widespread belief, actual operation of KMS has been stalled at the level of being used only for the plain knowledge administration, not reaching the level of utilizing KMS strategically. In this sense, this case study suggests three successful KMS operation strategies-personalization strategy, socialization strategy, and technological strategy. Cases adopted in this study include HIRA(Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service) and KORAIL (Korea Railroad) where KMS has been successfully utilized to improve their organizational innovation and performance as well. Through scrutinizing the two cases, it was concluded that the proposed three KMS operation strategies have potentials of being generally applied to other KMS operation cases.

In this study, 63 university seniors majoring Child Studies were in an 8-week Web Based Instruction (WBI) program. Student characteristics of learning motivation, self-regulatory learning strategy, and learning style (Kolb, 1985) were the independent variables. Learning effects as dependent variables were measured by paper test and work assessment. Spearman's $\rho$ was calculated and tests of rank order difference were used for the data analysis. Results showed that learning motivation and self-regulatory learning strategy had meaningful positive relations with learning effects on the paper test score. Learning effects showed differences by learning style. These findings indicated that the learner's characteristics should be considered in the design and development of more effective WBI environments.

This article reviews the art and practice of strategic management process in hospitals today, in order to help hospital administrators for managing strategic management system in their hospitals. The strategic management process model in this article is based on an integrated approach combining traditional environmental model with resource-based model of strategy. The components of the model are consisted of five steps: (1)formulating objectives, strategic assessment by external environmental analysis, internal capability analysis, TOWS analysis and marketing audit, (3)strategy choice considering context and criteria of choice, (4)program implementation through operational planning, resource allocation, and conversion, and (5)control by monitoring and evaluating hospital outputs. This article deals with many aspects of issues inherent in every step on this strategic management process.

Recent discussions in the active growth strategy based on getting a green environment, changes in the management of companies involved in environmental management is the analysis of various risk factors and the green growth at the same time the company's growth strategy is required. Generally high-tech ventures have few resources with which to withstand unpredictable environmental jolts. Therefore environmental changes may have severe effects on the performance of high-tech ventures. Unfortunately previous empirical studies for predicting the performance of ventures hardly deal with such dynamic changes of performance. We try to examine the performance changes of ventures through a longitudinal study before and after severe environmental changes, namely IMF Bailout Memorandum. For the empirical study, we classified venture firms into four types based on entrepreneur's assessment of their performance changes and investigated how these four types differ in characteristics of entrepreneurs, environment, strategy, and organizational features. We found that differentiation strategies, fit between strategy and environmental changes, entrepreneur's trust and activities such as networking and knowledge accumulation about customers, and decentralized organizational structure were important to the performance changes of high-tech ventures.

The competitive advantage of technologies is required for survival of enterprises in the social environments which change rapidly. So the strategy of technology development becomes more and more important. For the establishment of strategy, the situational analysis and the forecasting analysis are executed and they include the technology assessment and the technology forecasting. This research is intended to find out the problems and the difficulties in the current Matrix Method, and to improve the method, finally to help the R&D departments of enterprises applying the method. The suggested matrix(TSM : Technology Shift Matrix) method is designed so that one can judge the current situation of technology and future trend, by moving the matrix which is placed to the upside of the basic matrix.
