  • This study developed digital literacy instruments and tested their effectiveness on college students' perceptions of AI technologies. In creating a new digital literacy test tool, we reviewed the concept and scale of digital literacy based on previous studies that identified the characteristics and measurement of AI literacy. We developed 23 preliminary questions for our research instrument and used a quantitative approach to survey 318 undergraduates. After conducting exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, we found that digital literacy in the age of AI had four ability sub-factors: critical understanding, artificial intelligence social impact recognition, artificial intelligence technology utilization, and ethical behavior. Then we tested the sub-factors' predictive powers on the perception of AI's usefulness and ease of use. The regression result shows that the most common powerful predictor of the usefulness and ease of use of AI technology was the ability to use AI technology. This finding implies that for college students, the ability to use various tools based on AI technology is an essential competency in the AI era.

  • Recently, Chat GPT artificial intelligence (AI) is of keen interest to all governments, companies, and military sectors around the world. In the existing era of literacy AI, it has entered an era in which communication with humans is possible with generative AI that creates words, writings, and pictures. Due to the complexity of the current laws and ordinances issued during the recent national crisis in Korea and the ambiguity of the timing of application of laws and ordinances, the golden time of situational measures was often missed. For these reasons, it was not able to respond properly to every major disaster and military conflict with North Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to revise the National Crisis Management Basic Act, which can act as a national tower in the event of a national crisis, and to promote artificial intelligence governance by linking artificial intelligence technology with the civil, government, military, and police.

  • "In the future, 80% of doctors will be replaced by advanced technology." It has been talked about for a long time. When I first heard this story, people said it was ridiculous. But now that AlphaGo has won the Go match against Lee Se-dol, and many global companies have come up with a variety of services and products based on artificial intelligence, the story has become no more than ridiculous. In other words, it is beginning to come true. Artificial intelligence technology is already widely used in manufacturing and service industries. This spread of artificial intelligence is sure to usher in an era of great change in our future. And it is safe to say that it is the "medical world" where the biggest changes will be made. So how on earth does artificial intelligence replace medical personnel? If replaced, where would you stand out? In order to understand this, we must first be familiar with deep learning, which is the basis of medical artificial intelligence. And as the fourth industrial revolution gradually approaches reality, various occupational groups are becoming meaningless, as in the preceding industrial revolution, and in this paper we will learn about the impact of this situation on the medical community.

The research reflected upon the fundamental educational purposes of Christian education that should remain unchanged despite the changing times. Furthermore, the research deliberated on the educational curriculum and teaching methods that should adapt to the changing dynamics of the era. In conclusion, this research emphasizes that even in the era of artificial intelligence, the fundamental objectives of Christian education should not be compromised. The utilization of artificial intelligence in education should serve as a tool that fulfills the mission permitted by God. Therefore, Christian education should remain centered around God, rooted in the principles of the Bible. Moreover, Christian education should aim to foster creative and convergent Christian nurturing. To achieve this, it is crucial to provide learners with an educational environment that actively utilizes AI-based hybrid learning environments and metaverse educational platforms, combining online and offline learning spaces. Moreover, to enhance learners' engagement and effectiveness in education, it is essential to actively utilize AI-based edutech that reflects the aforementioned educational environments. Lastly, in order to cultivate Christian learners with dynamic knowledge, it is crucial to employ a variety of teaching and learning methods grounded in constructivist theories, which emphasize active learner participation, collaboration, inquiry, and reflection. These approaches seek to align knowledge with life experiences, promoting a holistic convergence of faith and learning.
