These package trend to covert from the class management to total management system and these system made a promotion to development current industry. In these day, with the development of industry and the progress of the life , the package is performing the first faculty such as perservation of manufacture, convenience of keeping and loading in , expedition of sale and additionally the role of package in modern economy is significant for the essen tial element of enterprise prosperity by improving its shape color and materials. It is readilly appearent to anyone in the recycling field that stable markets for collected materials are vitals to any successful program. The recycling movement has increased in popularity throughout the any country: however, it has brought with it a market for them. This attitute also prevails in the political arena where atates or municipalities who are committed to recycling major portion of the solid waste stream are asking these same question regarding the disposition of thte recycled material.

The journals provide an academic arena for researchers in specific academic field, and play a crucial role in the process of formation and development of the academic field. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the familiarity, reputation, applicability, and preference of mathematics education journals. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for mathematics educators. As a result, the three journals , , and were notably preferred by mathematics educators, and the scores of familiarity, reputation, applicability, and preference were almost synchronized. On the other hand, mutual preference of mathematics education, mathematics, and education journals is an indicator of the communication among related academic fields. However, mathematics education researchers showed little preference toward mathematics and education journals, and vice versa.

The purpose of this paper is to present the general attributes of the current IAEA programs and their prospects in the arena of protection of the marine and terrestrial environment, thus responding to a need to attain a consolidated understanding of the Agency's programs for an effective and efficient deployment of the respective national R&D projects in Korea. In addition, the considerable and beneficial benefits from a participation in the IAEA programs have been analyzed and their immediate relevance has been emphasized. A strategy for the enhancement of an active participation in the program and its efficient implementation has also been established. It is expected that the suggested recommendations such as the long term strategy and the relevant guidelines will be helpful in establishing a nuclear policy for the further development of the international cooperative projects in the future.

The purpose of this paper is to start off a debate in the current situation in which there exists two different logics about a newspaper company expanding their business field to the broadcasting market. In order to analyze the implications of the phenomenon, three points are raised and analyzed. First, Chosun-Ilbo, Jungang-Ilbo and Donga-Ilbo, who had a permission to get into the broadcasting arena, did not make their logic based on the fact while deriving the public opinion to be optimistic. Second, they strictly held their frames in order to support their logics which were an overall deregulation, to stimulate the economy and to create jobs without introducing various perspectives. Third, broadcasting of three major newspaper companies could monopolize the public sphere rather than contributing to the diversity of public opinions against three existing broadcasting companies KBS, MBC, SBS.

The web has been evolving as an indispensable part of our lives since Berners Lee introduced the first web sever and browser in 1990. From the web end user's point of view, the response time is a matter of concern. Moreover the throughput is an important factor to consider for the system manager's point as well. It's not easy to estimate the performance of a web application because it depends on various elements comprising the whole operational environment of the Internet from networking, client and server computing powers, DBMS and OS capabilities, to application itself. This paper suggests a coarse grained simulation model for web application performance estimation based on the data measured by Buch and Pentkowski [1] and the analytical model proposed by Gunther [2]. The result of the simulation model almost coincides with the measured data and estimates the performance of a new environment.

Background: The aim of this study is to illustrate the historical role of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH) congresses as an arena where national and international occupational medicine can dialogue and as the first example of scientific transferability of the research and prevention results that have had such an impact on global public health. Methods: We used the ICOH Heritage Repository, in which ICOH congress proceedings (from the first congress in Milan in 1906 to the last congress, held in Dublin in 2018), are organised in an orderly way, updated and easily accessible according to open access logic. Results: We describe studies by three physicians who submitted significant scientific work to ICOH congresses, one on the battle against ancylostomiasis (Volante, 1906), the second (Quarelli, 1928) on carbon disulphide poisoning, and the third (Viola, 1969) on the carcinogenicity of vinyl chloride monomer. Priority is given to Italian cases, on account of the authors' obvious familiarity with the issues. Conclusion: The visibility offered in ICOH conferences and their published proceedings has boosted the international spread of their findings, contributing to the scientific transferability of the research results and influencing the development of policies and prevention interventions that have had a great impact on global public health.

This paper deals with the simulation model for design and operations of A-Mart logistic center for low temperature products. In developed simulation model, receiving docks, digital classification system (DCS), shipping docks, material handling devices and manual sorting stations are considered. Five types of cargo such as fruits, palletized fruits, delicatessen and fisheries, vegetables and refrigerated cargoes are considered. The simulation model and process animation are developed using the simulation package ARENA. Among various design and operation alternatives consisting of the number of workers of receiving dock, allocation of receiving docks by cargo types, DCS capacity, the number of folk-lift, the number of manual sorting operators and overall layout, the best alternatives of each subsystem are selected by simulation analysis. The major performance measures such as DCS throughput, utilization of operators at each station, receiving docks utilization and folk-lift utilization are considered for the alternative evaluation.

The number of car accident is Recently on the increase in Korea because of the explosive increase of cars, the poor road condition, the lack of safety facility, and others. The insurant with a accident has to decide whether receiving a insurance or not. In this paper, we represent a reasonable decision support material by calculating the approximate insurance fee based on the discount rate and premium additive rate, which is changed by the accident type and the accident expenditure. Practically, there is difference in the standard insurance rate and premium additive rate according to the accident type and the accident expenditure in Korea. The premium additive rate is assessed considering the number of accident, the pattern of accident, and the reason of accident for 3 years. In this paper, we represent a decision making method considering not only the first-time car accident but also the future car accident. For considering the repeated accident, we analyzed the real data accumulated until the year of 1996 from S Insurance Company, and estimated the probability density function between the first and the second-time accident, and executed the goodness of fit test using ARENA and STATISTICA software. Using this conditional PDF, we can calculate the insurance fee next 3 years and compare the insurance fee with the equivalent present value of cash flows. The program performing this analysis is represented, and written in VISUAL BASIC Language. We tried to suggest an accurate guideline for the insurant to decide the insurance coverage rationally, and tried to correct a wrong idea of dependence on the car insurance only by the amount of the accident expenditure. And we expect this study can generally be applied to many different accident types under the uncertain circumstances in our daily life.

This study examines whether cyberspace produced by computer mediated communication(CMC) would perform the public sphere through the agenda-setting process. By doing this, this study focused on how the cyberspace agenda is set and on how the characteristics of cyberspace and the mass media influence the cyberspace agenda-setting process. Through this study, the possibility of cyberspace as the public sphere is found although the characteristics of cyberspace decide this possibility. In particular, in order for cyberspace to contribute to enhancing democracy as a form of alternative media, the interaction among cyberspace, mass media and the off-line arena is a necessary condition. The interaction between cyberspace and mass media regarding the Sungsoo Women's Middle School violence case provides two very important points. First, cyberspace helps the individual agenda to be adopted by mass media as the media agenda. Second, mass media confirmed the credibility of cyberspace agenda through reporting. In addition, this study reveals that cyberspace would perform as the public sphere only when the interaction between on-line and off-line is provided.
