철도안전법 적성검사 타당성 연구 (Study on the Validity of Aptitude Test under Rail Safety Act)

  • Around two years have passed since the beginning of aptitude test required by 2006 Rail Safety Act. At this point, it is necessary to evaluate the validity of the aptitude test. Through this study, the structural system for all the tests would be overviewed, which will show the correlation among each tests or its importance. Also, although it is rough, reliability and validity of the tests would be overviewed by their retest and education materials. This would contribute, in the future, to setting up for the standard of upgrading or integrating the tests.

수면비행선박 조종사 적성검사 도입에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction of Pilot Aptitude Test for WIG Ships(Surface-Flying Ships))

  • Although it is the first transportation method to apply the 'Ground Effect' applied to aircraft to ships, WIG ships, which are classified as 'Ships' operating on the water under international law. The pilot aptitude test, which has the effect of preventing safety accidents in advance, has not yet been established as a legal system in S. Korea, after being certified by the Korean Register of Shipping (KR) for the first time in the world in March 2020. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to ensure that identifying the importance, recognition, correlation, etc. of the tools and items of aptitude testing, from a group of experts, can be used appropriately for future development of legal aptitude testing tools. As a method of study, the questionnaire method was used, and the analysis confirmed that the tools used on aircraft and ships could be used appropriately. In particular, Due to the characteristics of the WIG ships, it was confirmed that it is necessary to develop more specifically in the future, the operational qualifications and physical fitness items, which are the aptitude evaluation items.

  • As a part of "The method of suitable design for resident," the purpose of this study is to figure out the resident aptitude of client through "Saju-Myungrihak" more effectively and precisely. That is, the study is to find out the relations between individual character and environmental interior tendency through experimentingss to make Images based on one's individual inherent aptitude and character. 교육대학원과 사범대학 예비수학교사의 교직 적성·인성 검사에 대한 측정의 동등성 분석 (An Analysis of Measurement Equivalence in a Teaching Aptitude and Personality Test for Pre-service Mathematics Teachers between a Graduate School of Education and a College of Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the measurement equivalence and to suggest application ways in teaching aptitude and personality test results for pre-service mathematics teachers between a graduate school of education and a college of education. This study analyzed the scores of the teaching aptitude and personality test of 36 pre-service mathematics teachers enrolled in a graduate school of education and 111 pre-service mathematics teachers in a college of education by performing a multivariate generalizability analysis. The main results were as follows. First, graduate's pre-service mathematics teachers had a higher level of teaching aptitude and personality than that of college's pre-service mathematics teachers based on the total scores. In addition, graduate's pre-service mathematics teachers had higher levels of teaching aptitude and personality than those of college's pre-service mathematics teachers except for a creativity application domain based on the sub-domain scores. Second, cognitive domains were measured more precisely but affective domains were measured less precisely for graduate's pre-service mathematics teachers than for college's pre-service mathematics teachers. Third, regardless of school levels, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values, which might be overestimated by applying the classical test theory, were higher than dependability coefficients. Fourth, this study showed a somewhat negative result in ensuring the measurement equivalence for a problem solving exploration domain. However, regardless of school levels, this study indicated that the overall measurement was generally reliable on composite scores. Based on these results, it was confirmed that multivariate generalizability methodologies' approach can be useful for exploring the measurement equivalence issues. Finally, this study suggests how to utilize the results of the test, how to apply a multivariate generalizability analysis for detecting the measurement equivalence, and how to develop future research based on limitations.

  • 첨단과학기술의 집합체로서 비약적으로 발전한 항공기 성능과 나날이 고도화되어 가고 있는 군 작전 환경을 고려해 볼 때 이상적인 조종적성을 가지고 있는 인원을 선발하는 문제는 매우 중요하다. 또한 무위로 돌아갈 수밖에 없는 중도 탈락자의 손실비용과 항공사고의 대부분이 인적요인에 의해 발생하고 있다는 사실은 조종적성검사를 통한 인원선발이 왜 중요한지에 대한 좀 더 현실적인 이유가 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국 공군이 2004년 개선하여 조종사 선발에 사용하고 있는 조종적성검사 항목의 타당성을 다양한 분류모형을 통하여 분석하고 선택된 변수에 대한 의미와 향후 발전방향에 대하여 논의하였다. 그리고 광의의 적성검사 항목에 속하는 개인특성변수를 투입하여 분류모형을 구성함으로써 예측력을 높이는 연구를 수행하였다.

K-WAIS와 비행훈련장치 평가를 활용한 비행적성 검사에 대한 퍼지모형 연구 (A study on Fuzzy model for flight aptitude using K-WAIS and FTD test)

  • In order to study the effect of K-WAIS and FTD on flight aptitude, which we utilize to sort out good pilot candidates among applicants, we adopted Fuzzy regression model and expressed the result of flight aptitude tests in Fuzzy number by using maximum/minimum values and mean values. The 7 aspects of K-WAIS were broken down into three similar groups: mathematical ability, visualization ability and organization ability. While mathematical ability and organization ability showed a positive relevance with the FTD test with respect to flight aptitude, visualization ability of K-WAIS showed a negative(-) relevance with flight aptitude, which presented an opposite result to the previous research. Thus, we are to increase the number of samples and do the research thereof in the near future.

학생조종사의 성격과 적성이 비행교육 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Student Pilot's Personality and Aptitude on Satisfaction with Flight Education)

  • In order to achieve successful flight training results, various studies on pilot aptitude have been conducted. In this study, we examined the aptitude for the pilots using the teacher aptitude test tool. As a result, the student pilots showed a high aptitude score suitable for conducting aviation training, and the A-type personality type was overwhelmingly large. The study satisfaction of student pilots was classified into educational contents, educational methods, educational environment and facilities, and flight instructors using the questionnaire related to the satisfaction of learning. As a result, the satisfaction of flight instructor among four factors was found to be a major factor in improving flight performance.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공과대학 비적성 학생들을 위하여 진로지도 프로그램을 개발할 때 필요한 기초연구이다. 이를 위해 공과대학 재학생들을 대상으로 Holland 직업적성검사를 실시하고 이를 분석하는 것을 기초로 시작하였다. 연구방법은 먼저 Holland 직업적성검사를 실시하여 공학적성 학생과 공학비적성 학생을 구별하였다, 그리고 공학적성 학생과 공학비적성 학생의 공학수학 성적을 비교하였다. 마지막으로 공학비적성 학생들을 인터뷰하여 학생들이 무엇을 필요로 하는지 내용 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 및 해석은 공학비적성 학생들의 진로지도 프로그램 개발안을 제시하는 데 활용되었다.
