On the other hand, the special activity is pushed ahead with the developmental activity in consideration of student's ability and aptitude. However, the teachers are difficult to organize of the developmental activity in based on student's ability and aptitude. Because of developmental activity is organized in the beginning of a term, not only the teachers are fallen to realize student's ability and aptitude but also students ignore ability and aptitude themselves. Therefore this paper designs a program based on MI(Multiple Intelligence) theory to compose developmental activity effectively. Up to now, MI is introduced nine kinds of intelligence, Linguistic Intelligence, Logical-Mathematical Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence, Naturalist Intelligence, and Existentialist intelligence. this paper designs the K-MIDAS test[1] based on seven kinds of intelligence areas and implements developmental activity program suit to student's ability and aptitude based on the MI test result.

  • This study attempted to investigate the effect of class satisfaction of the students majoring in the studies of security services on the efficacy of career decision. To do this, I chose 430 security services of the students majoring by the systematic stratified cluster random sampling as the subject of study. All data were analyzed the causal relationship of the collected equation. In order to do a data analysis used descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis of SPSS. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn: First, it was found that there was not a statistically significant(learning factor, interpersonal relation, aptitude factor) difference in their major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy(goal choice, future plan, working information) according to gender. Second, it was found that there was a statistically signifiant difference in such factors as learning, interpersonal relations and aptitude, in relation to the difference in subfactor such as major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy. Third, it was found that the learning, aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the future plan. Fourth, it was found that he learning and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the resolution of the goal. Fifth, it was found that the aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on job information. Sixth, it was found that the career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the problem-solution. Therefore, we must first give priority to improve the class satisfaction. By doing this, we can raise the efficacy level of career decision.

The research finding are as follows : 1. Based on socio-demographic variables. the female students had more rates of participation in talent and aptitude educational activity than male students. The number of the students from rural areas was much bigger than that of cities such as Gwangju or other big cities in Chonnam. But the students whose parents made a lot of money showed less interest in participating talent and aptitude educational activities. 2. Based on the research of socio-demographic variables, students from counties or smaller areas showed more satisfaction than Gwangju in leisure satisfaction among the six subordinate categories. 7th graders were more satisfied in educational and environmental leisure activities than 8th or 9th graders. Moreover. as the family income is higher and as the father´s educational level is higher. satisfaction rate from leisure activities came out to be higher 3. In regard to satisfaction they get from their leisure activities, it was comparatively high when they had the activities voluntarily as their hobbies or for fun. Some students regarded it as their chances for the next step and they were really satisfied, too. And also the period of time was one of the factors that affected students´ satisfaction. • This study, to find whether a sports activity and a speciality aptitude activity in school-childhood can affect in forming E.Q, has been done in Gyoung-Nam area and Busan wide city with asked 222 of men and women being in their school-childhood and a group of 85 people who had not joined in such activity, using a E.Q testing paper provided by Dae-Gyo Education Corp,. and Seoul National University Educational Research Institute. Following is the results after analyzing the compiled datas. 1. The E.Q. level difference between people who joined, and who not joined in a sports action activity was reported existing, the total E.Q average of those who joined was resulted 212.6, a point 29.6 higher than those not joined of 183.0 ( p< .05). As for the E.Q causing points, it resulted that the points of the joined group is generally up than that of the non-joined group, especially this difference was remarkable in terms of feeling recognition or feeling control, a finding that deserves an attention ( p<.05) 2. Joining periods of sports activity did also have relation to develping E.Q. of school-childhood according to this research, the total E.Q points of a group joined in the activity more than 2 years was 215.5 points, which was 17.4 points higher than those not joined of 186.5 points ( p< .05). Backing again to E.Q causing points in this case, it resulted without exeption of all main causes that those who joined in more than 2 years are generally higher than that of those joined less than 2 years, especially the difference was regarded as big in terms of feeling recognition or feeling control, a finding that deserves an attention ( p<.01). 3. The E.Q. differnce between those joined in a specialty aptitude activity and not joined was studied existing, the total E.Q average points of those joined in a specialty aptitude activity was 207.8, a higher figure by 21.3 points than those not joined group of 186.5 ( p< .05). As for the E.Q causing points, it resulted without exeption of all main causes that those who joined are generally higher than that of those not joined, especially for feeling recognition or feeling control, this difference was more clear, a finding that deserves an attention ( p<.01). 4. It also resulted that E.Q growth depends on the periods to have joined in a speciality aptitude activity, for example, the total E.Q points of those joined in the activity more than 2 years was 217.1, a total more higher by 13.5 points than 203.6 of those not joined ( p< .05). For the E.Q. causing points, it, with the exception of empathy was resulted that those who joined in the speciality aptitude activity more than 2 years are generally higher than those joined less than 2 years, especially the difference is remarkable in terms of feeling recognition or feeling control, a finding that is also remarkable ( p<.05). 5. The E.Q difference between the men and women who joined in both activities of sports & speciality aptitude was found existing, the total E.Q. average for women was resulted 214.2 points, which was 9.2 points higher than men of 205.0. As for the E.Q. causing points, which, without exeption of main causes, women's was reported being high than that of men, in special is more remarkable in terms of feeling control, a finding that deserves an attention. ( p<.05).

  • The operational environment of helicopters extends from the civil air traffic control system to remote and hazardous areas and from day operations under visual flight conditions to night operations in adverse weather. Helicopters can move in any direction, remain stationary while airborne, climb and descend vertically, and take off and land almost anywhere. Thus their range of maneuvers and control requirements vary more widely than do those of fixed-wing aircraft. In this study, I analyzed the job of helicopter pilot through methods of observation, and classified the required ability of them into the domain of cognitive, perceptual/spatial, psychomotor. I expect that the result of this study will be used to aid training and selection of helicopter pilot.

  • Recently, proportion of the aged becomes greater in Korea like the advanced country as time passed away, and this is treated as one of major social problems. Therfore, we investigated visual/auditory signal detection performance to evaluate vocational aptitude of the middle-and old-aged workers in this study. It was shown that signal detection performance decreased as workers became older, and there was large individual difference in signal detection performance. Since signal detection performance in visual task decreased rapidly and more than that in auditory task, the middle-and old-aged workers can not carry out properly visual inspection and precision task was related with that in auditory task. It can be expected that the parameters used in this study are in good use for evaluating a worker's aptitude.
