ISO 9000 Series International Standard have been established in 1987 and world trading patterns have changed into the request of ISO 9000 series approval. About 1100 domestic companies have currently obtained ISO 9000 series approval from domestic or foreign certification bodies. This paper presents the current status of ISO approval of domestic industries, a case study of a valve manufacturing company in Pusan, procedures for obtaining ISO approval, predictable effects as a result of approval, and recommendations.

Advanced countries have mandated applying BIM in construction projects. Also, Public Procurement Service has planned to mandate applying BIM to all construction project that ordered in PPS from 2016 in KOREA. However, now Seumter that is building administration system is not supported BIM based construction license BIM information from Seumter. Thus, despite the applicant is preparing a BIM model, they do not take advantage of BIM information in Seumter. In previous studies. We developed a BIM based building approval submission system. In this study, we verified the system that developed in previous research. As a result, requirement information input time reduction in Seumter system showed high satisfaction. But there was as low usability because building approval submission system cannot support some information for building approval in seumter. If the system will do utilization and management with the building approval system, the applicant can be using BIM base design document information and saving the time that takes at building approval submission. Study about the system improvement is required for application to building approval system.

Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS) is providing precision approach and landing service with aircraft around airport. FAA granted System Design Approval (SDA) of SLS-4000 to Honeywell as the first GBAS category I system on September 2009. Since then, according to their own kind of approval process including System Design Approval, Facility Approval and Operational Approval, USA, Germany, Spain and Australia have approved GBAS category I system which are installed in some airports in order to provide commercial GBAS service. Recently, KARI has also installed GBAS category I system into Gimpo international airport to establish operational technology of GBAS domestically and to validate effectiveness of GBAS system in Korea. This paper introduces overseas trends and activities regarding approval process of GBAS system and presents approval process and criteria appropriate for future commercial operation of GBAS in Korea.

항공기 부품은 새로 개발되는 항공기의 설계를 구성하는 일부일 뿐만 아니라, 형식증명을 받은 항공기의 감항성을 유지하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 미국은 1965년부터 부품제작자승인 제도를 수립 시행하여 운용 중인 항공기의 감항성 유지는 물론 전 세계의 항공기 부품 시장의 확대에 기여해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 미국의 부품제작자승인, 유럽의 유럽부품승인, 그리고 우리나라의 부품등제작자증명 제도를 상호 비교 분석함으로써 국제적 안전성 기준에 부합하고 부품산업 발전에 기여할 수 있도록 개선사항을 제시하였다.

금융환경의 변화속도가 빨라지고 금융시스템으로의 접속채널이 다양해 짐에 따라 신속한 상품개발과 배포 기능, 용이한 유지보수성을 지닌 새로운 뱅킹시스템이 요구되고 있는 요즘 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법은 이런 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 소프트웨어 개발방법으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EJB뱅킹컴포넌트의 구성 및 기능을 소개하고 뱅킹컴포넌트 시스템에서 사용할 수 있는 승인시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 승인시스템의 구현을 위하여 뱅킹시스템에서 사용되는 승인사항들을 분류하여 등록하였으며 등록된 승인조건을 이용하여 트랜잭션의 승인필요여부를 판단할 수 있도록 하였다. 또 승인클라이언트를 웹기반으로 구현함으로써 웹환경으로의 클라이언트 표준화 원칙을 준수하고 클라이언트 프로그램의 배포 및 버전관리 문제를 해결하도록 하였다.

Objective : In order to understand the changes in domestic approval regulations applicable to traditional Korean medical device companies, this article will explain the major amendments 「Regulation on Medical Device Approval Report Review, etc.」 from 2005 to the present on a year-by-year basis, and provide a counter plan to the recent changes in approval regulations. Methods : We analysed the changes in approval regulatory amendments related to the traditional Korean medical devices from 2005 to the present. Results : The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety is continuously improving medical device approval regulations to ensure the global competitiveness of domestic medical devices and contribute to the improvement of public health. Recent major approval regulatory amendments include the establishment of a review system for software medical devices and digital therapeutics, the recognition of real world evidence materials, the introduction of a biological evaluation of medical devices within a risk management process and a medical device approval licence renewal system. Conclusions : It is expected that the range of medical devices available to Korean medicine doctors will continue to expand in the future through the provision of non-face-to-face medical services and the development of advanced and new medical devices, as well as wearable medical devices and digital therapeutics. In order to increase the market entry potential of traditional Korean medical devices that incorporate advanced technologies such as digital technology and AI-based diagnosis and prediction technology, it is urgent that the government provide significant support to traditional Korean medical device companies to improve approval regulatory compliance.

The amended law of railway safety in Korea has recently come into effect in order to strengthen the railway safety management system. The new law, which took effect March 1, 2014, will implement stricter oversight of railway companies. As a result, a company that manufactures railroad system or components for domestic use must obtain an approval in accordance with the technical specifications of manufacturer approval. Although Korea had established the legal system in enforcing railway safety, the government wants the companies continue to develop the more improved safety systems until they gain competitive edge on the world class railway manufacturers. This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the technical specifications for manufacturer approval in International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS), which is the global standard. This paper also proposes measures and guidelines that would help Korean manufacturers those who want further develop their safety management systems, as a prerequisite for them to obtain the manufacturer approval.

정보통신기술(IT)의 급속한 발전은 공직사회 전반에 새로운 변화를 요구하고 있으며, 정부도 정보기술을 토대로 공공부문의 생산성과 효율성을 진작시키기 위해 부단히 노력하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자결재시스템의 운영에 관한 사항을 평가하고, 운영상 나타난 문제점을 바탕으로 효과적인 활용 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구의 결과를 통해 효율적인 전자결재시스템의 활용을 위해 체계적인 교육, 결재업무절차의 개선, 시스템 안정, 시스템 처리속도 개선, 기관별 시스템 연계 등을 제시하였다.

This study examined whether children's self-esteem has a mediating effect upon the need for peer approval in terms of both depression and social competence. The participants of this study were 393 5th graders in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The children filled out questionnaires on the need for peer approval, self-esteem and depression. Teachers were asked to rate the levels of the children's social competence. Data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. Our results indicated that self-esteem mediated effects of the need for peer approvals on children's depression. Children who sought positive approval from peers had higher self-esteem, which in turn lowered the level of children's depression. Children who avoided negative approval from peers had lower self-esteem, which in turn contributed to children's depression. However, self-esteem did not have a mediating effect upon the need for peer approval in terms of children's social competence.

The type approval system for railway vehicle has been in effect since 2016 in order to establish a regular safety management system to secure railway safety and enhance the technological competitiveness of the railway industry, abolished the conventional performance test system through the reform of the Railroad Safety Act in 2012. Until now, there has been appreciated it has been making significant contributions to railway safety and industry of operation and manufacturing companies, taking their place in accordance with the implementation of the system. But there has been no case of quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the actual system. In this study, in order to examine the full-scale performance of the approval system and quantitatively analyze effectiveness, we identified and defined the relationships with the major elements of the type approval system based on system thinking principle and determined the calculated outcomes to relevant stakeholders. A method of establishing a type approval performance management system that can be grasped, utilized, and adjusted from a point of various stakeholders' views was proposed. This is expected to be more helpful in the implementation of the system, such as improving and applying quantitative effects to analysis by closely reviewing the effects and influencing factors of the type approval system based on the data accumulated through continuous performance management and reflecting to system improvement.
