위탁승선실습생의 법적지위 -목포해양전문대학생을 중심으로- (A Study on the Legal Status of Apprentice Officers on the Merchant ship)

  • Students of the Mogpo Merchant Marine College must complete one year's shipboard training course according to IMO(International Maritime Organization) regulations as an obtaining matter of Certificate of Competency. The purpose of this shipboard training course lies int he student's acquiring practical knowledge and sill as a part of a course of study and, in the future, fostering essential adaptability and leadership, especially in bad circumstances on the sea. The shipboard training course has two kind that the students can be trained either on the training ship or on a merchant ship of the shipping company. In this paper, I only thought over the legal status of apprentice officers on the merchant ship and analyzed the problems practicably during shipboard training. This paper is made up of five chapters. The first chapter contains the purpose contents and method of this study, in the second, the meaning of shipboard practice education and training, in the third, the legal status of apprentice officers on merchant ship, in the fourth, the analysis of the provisions of the seamen act applied to apprentice officers on a merchant ship. And in the last chapter 5, the contents mentioned is summarized and directions are presented to amend the provisions of the seamen act applied to apprentice officers. The conclusions are as follows. 1.In case of shipboard training on overseas employment ship, the seamen act applied to the manning agent employing the apprentice officers should be reinforced. 2. The provisions of disembarkation in mid course by discipline of the seamen acts Article 24 should be relaxed. And the provisions in relations to seamen's duty to be a reason of discipline applied to apprentice officer among the provisions for ship's public order maintenance should be abolished. 3. The provision of repartriation completely should be applied to apprentice officers and the provisions of a journey expenditure during their embarkation or disembarkation have to be established. 4. The apprentice officers in shipboard training also need securing a basic wages provision to be criterion of an accident compensation. 5. The apprentice officers in shipboard training should not be in charge of third officer's or third engineer' study.

  • 승선실습교육은 해기사로서의 기본적인 소양과 기능을 연마하기 위하여 이론과 실무를 겸비하도록 하고 다양한 교육 및 훈련과정을 통해 위기상황 대처능력과 자립심을 향상시켜 선박이라는 특수한 작업환경에서 부여된 업무를 효과적으로 달성시키는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전문적인 지식 및 리더십을 겸비한 유능한 해기사를 양성하고 승선실습교육의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 실습선 실습기관사 승선실습교육 향상 및 지도를 위한 몇 가지 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • This paper is for studying stress condition of apprentice doctors who were in Oriental Medical Hospital. This study was done on 35 apprentice doctors who were in Kyungsang University Oriental Medical Hospital and Bulgy Oriental Medical Hospital. The Seven-Minute Stress Test of Thomas E. Sttats and 10 questions which were made by the present writer shows the following results.1. The Body stress scale was the highest point. In order of high percent, this shows Whole scale, Mind scale, Situation scale. 2. In comparison of the stress scale of men and women doctors, all the stress scale of women doctors were higher than men doctors. 3. In comparison of the stress scale of Interne and Resident doctors, Whole and Situation stress scale of Resident doctors were higher than Interne doctors, Body and Mind stress scale of Interne doctors were higher than Resident doctors. 4. The personal relation with other people was harmonious, the worst relation of the other colleague was the administrative staff, the next were nurses, senior apprentice doctors orderly. 5. In order of high percent of stressors, this shows personal relation, many works and troubles of care, the lack of private life, unsatisfactory administration system and equipment, the class system and overbearing atmospheres, education and continuous stress, bad conditions and fatigue, economic problems. 6. In order of high percent of systemic stress diseases, this shows musculo- skeletal disease, nervous disease, digestive disease, neurosis, urinary and genital disorder, opthalomo-otolaryngo disease, immunity disorder and vascular disease. In order of high percent of stress symptom, this show headache, fatigue, shoulder pain, back and leg pain, pantalgia and abdominal pain, diarrhea and dismenorrhea, stiffness of neck dizziness indigestion languor after a meal insomnia, neurasthenia lacking interest constipation menorrhalgia bloodshot eyes otitis media allergy thirst flushing edema. 7. In order of the seven mode of emotions in relation to stress, this shows anger, anxiety, isolation, melancholy, fright, sorrow, terror, overjoy.

도선사 자격증명제도 개선 방안 (Study on the Improvement of Maritime Pilot Certification System)

  • 도선사가 되려는 사람은 선장 경력을 갖추고 도선수습생 전형시험과 도선사 시험에 합격한 다음에 해양수산부장관의 면허를 받아야 한다. 우리나라는 정부에서 도선 수요를 감안하여 도선사 면허의 수(數)를 제한하고 있어서 도선사 면허를 위한 도선수습생전형시험은 절대적 평가기준 없이 응시자 시험성적에 따라 상대평가를 실시함에 따라 문제의 소지가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도선사 시험제도에 대한 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 도선사 시험제도 변천 내역을 조사하였고, 도선사 자격기준에 관한 국제기준을 분석하고 현직 도선사 77명에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과로써 국내 도선수습생 전형시험의 개선방안과 도선사 자격증명 제도개선의 단계적 실행방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 도선사 자격증명에 관한 정부의 정책 개발뿐만 아니라 관련 학술적 기초자료도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 논문은 새로운 교육사조로서 현재 교육 현장에 많이 시도되고 있는 구성주의의 학습 모델 중의 하나인 인지적 도제 모델을 적용하여 교사들의 정보화 소양을 높이는 데 꼭 필요한 스프레드시트 프로그램 중에서 가장 많이 사용되는 엑셀2000의 WBI를 설계하고 구현하였다. 인지적 도제 모델의 과정에 따라 학습과정을 설계하고 구성하였으며 학습은 상황에 기초하여 일어난다는 구성주의의 학습 원리에 따라 실무적인 내용을 택하고 가장 효과적인 사회적 상호작용을 위하여 교수-학습이 개별적으로 이루어지도록 하였고, 게시판이나 전자우편, 대화실 등을 통하여 교수자와 학습자 및 학습자 상호간의 상호작용이 원활히 되도록 설계하고 구현하였다.

전문간호사 교육과정생의 실습소속감 경험: 학습연계과정 (Experience of Belongingness at Apprentice Course for Advanced Practice Nurse: Learning-connected Process)

  • Purpose: This study was to explore the process of belongingness experienced during the apprentice course for advanced practice nurses. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 people, who attended the apprentice course for advanced practice nurse, from three schools in Seoul from Jan. 19 until Feb. 25, 2010. The constant comparative method was adapted for data analysis. Results: The core category of this study was the 'learning-connected process' and this process was categorized into three stages. These stages were: going along with the atmosphere, exchanging, and integrating. During the course, the 'uncomfortable participation' as the central idea meant a sense of responsibility and a tension about practice learning of the participant and was influenced by the quality of interaction and the distinct instruction of learning contents. Belongingness was characterized by the Joyful and happy participation which linked to the motivation of new learning opportunities. Conclusion: The findings indicate that there is a process to belongingness and a close relationship between belongingness and learning. Further studies would suggest exploring the components of belongingness, a concept analysis and incorporating the belongingness scale with other qualitative research on this topic.

반복적인 모형마 운동에 따른 기수의 혈장 그렐린과 호르몬들의 관계 (The Relationship of Repeated Racehorse Simulator Exercise on Plasma Ghrelin and Hormons in Jockeys)

  • 이 연구 목적은 기수를 대상으로 공복 시 반복적인 모의 경주마 운동 시 그렐린과 관련 호르몬의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 공복의 기수와 기수후보생들은 경마의 첫 번째 단거리 1000 m, 두 번째 중거리 1700 m 세 번째 장거리 2300 m의 반복적인 모의 경주마 운동 전과 직후 정맥혈을 채혈하여 그렐린, 렙틴, 인슐린, IGF-I과 코티졸을 분석하였다. 피어슨 상관관계에서 기수후보생이 3차 운동 후 글레린과 인슐린 농도가 r= .55를 나타내었다. 기수의 운동 전 글레린과 렙틴 농도가 r= .73으로 운동전 글레린 렙틴 수준이 통계적으로 유의성(p<.05) 있는 관계와 기수후보생이 글레린과 코티졸 농도에서 r= .64를 나타내었다. 글레린 렙틴 인슐린 IGF-1 농도는 운동전에 비교하여 통계적으로 유의성 없이 1차 운동 후 증가와 2차, 3차 감소, 경마기수와 후보생보도 통계적으로 유의성 없는 차이를 나타내었다. 경마기수에 비교 하여 후보생은 1차 2차, 3차 운동에서 통계적으로 유의성 있게 IGF-1는 낮게(p<.05) 코티졸 농도는 높게(p<.001) 나타내었다. 연구결과 반복적인 모의 경주마 운동으로 인한 에너지 소모 반응에서 기수후보생의 3차 운동에서 만이 글레린과 인슐린의 상관관계를 나타내었다.

A Study on the Effectiveness and Improvement of Simulation Training for Apprentice Officers

  • In accordance with the stipulations of the STCW Convention, simulation training has been enforced in order to develop practical skills so as to prevent accidents by predetermining the risks in special marine environments. Simulation training is a useful way to acquire navigation abilities, and can continuously measure the ability of a trainee by applying an appropriate evaluation. However, the result of training is evaluated by the instructor's subjective judgment without quantitative criteria. Therefore, this study aims to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of simulation training. For this purpose, evaluation items were derived by analyzing legal standards, earlier studies, and the current status of MET institutions. The simulations were then performed three times in the same scenarios and analyzed the results. As a result, it has been shown that the objectively analyzed ability to keep the route and to make safe passage with other vessel, as well as subjectively evaluated ability by the apprentice officer has been improved as training progressed. Through the evaluation of simulation training results, it can be derived that simulation education needs supplementation, and can be provided as a basic form of data to quantify the evaluation results of the simulation training in the future.
