This paper aims to develop the adequate quality cost model at a company which delivers ICT(information communication technology) services. One particular business unit was in the first instance selected and quality costs were then analysed at an organization level, for a department and for specific processes. Some areas were determined for quality improvement at each level and their causes were also investigated. However, the existing PAF(prevention, appraisal and failure) models reveled some limitations because the ICT services company included the different number of large and complicated business processes. The PAF model did not sufficiently highlight the detailed causes of failure costs. It did not also stimulate the relevant department's strong responsibility to improve such problems. Both micro PAF and process cost models were proposed in order to cope with this. In final, it explains the relationship between six sigma and quality costing, suggesting how to use the quality costing results as a means of promoting either continuous improvement or innovation in a case company.

The agricultural industry is beset by continuing demands to decrease the use of pest control agents which employ toxic modes of action. Although there are real problems of pesticide resistance, and sometimes overuse or redistribution in the environment, much criticism results from a lack of appreciation of how small is the risk involved. Whatever the background reasons, research and development for pesticide alternatives, particularly within Integrated Pest Management systems, is clearly of high priority. Currently available approaches, including use of natural products and molecular biology, are often regarded with naive optimism and require critical appraisal. For the future, methods of pest control based on chemicals with non-toxic modes of action (e.g. pheromones) continue to offer promise but, for widespread use, will require their integration with biological agents and development by means of plant molecular biology.

The purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of customer experience relating to servitization of manufacturing and to develop an index to analyze customer experience management. It occurred that customer experience management analysis should perform in diverse dimensions to get higher customer satisfaction. Following to this idea, new idex is designed : CEMC(Customer Experience Management Competency scale). CEMC includes three parties which are internal expert, external expert and customer, as evaluators of the appraisal. Each evaluator participates in the inspection about customer experience management through a questionnaire which composed four sections : Product and service, Business process, Culture and Asset. Researchers apply this index to one small manufacturing business and analyze the state of customer experience management. The result would be a reference for building strategy and align inside organization.

Mobile (smartphone) search engine marketing is increasingly important. Accordingly, the development of visual apparel search technology to obtain easier and faster access to visual information in the apparel field is urgently needed. This study helps establish a proper classifying system for an apparel search after an analysis of search techniques for apparel search applications and existing domestic and overseas apparel sites. An annotation technique is developed in accordance with visual attributes and apparel categories based on collected data obtained by web crawling and apparel images collecting. The categorical composition of apparel is divided into wearing, image and style. The web evaluation site traces the correlations of the apparel category and apparel factors as dependent upon visual attributes. An appraisal team of 10 individuals evaluated 2860 pieces of merchandise images. Data analysis consisted of correlations between apparel, sleeve length and apparel category (based on an average analysis), and correlation between fastener and apparel category (based on an average analysis). The study results can be considered as an epoch-making mobile apparel search system that can contribute to enhancing consumer convenience since it enables an effective search of type, price, distributor, and apparel image by a mobile photographing of the wearing state.

It has been considered as a means for sustaining a competitive advantage for companies to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. It is without any doubt that many companies have tried to initiate Customer Relationship Management (CRM). For the effective management of customer relationships, it is critical that they acquire. share and use customer information and knowledge. In this paper, we deduced 9 important factors affecting the qualify of customer information and knowledge from the literature reviews on CRM, and developed the questionnaire to measure these factors. The factors are again categorized into organizational system, employees and IT. We analyzed data collected from 30 companies in service industries such as the finance. distribution and communication industries. The result of data analysis demonstrates that the employees' analytical shills and appraisal and reward systems are closely related to the quality of customer information, and analytical skills and IT support for communications with customers are associated with the quality of customer knowledge. implications of findings and future research directions are discussed.

국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률에 따라 계약담당공무원이 예정가격을 결정할 때는 거래 실례가격, 원가계산에 의한 가격, 감정가격 등을 기준으로 계약수량, 계약이행 기간, 수급상황, 계약이행의 난이도, 계약 조건 및 기타 제반여건을 참작하여 부당하게 감액하거나 과잉 계산되지 않도록 하여야 있다. 그러나 예정가격 제도가 계약담당공무원의 감사대비용으로 사용되는 등 국가계약법상의 목적과 다르게 결정되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 예정가격에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 식별하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 바람직한 예정가격 제도의 정착을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study is to analyze the characteristics of energy usage in apartment houses that had built for 20 years recently in capital area and the correlation between the characteristics of energy usage and the regulation of energy efficiency in building. Method: It is investigated 264 apartment sites having been built since 1991 where 312,071 houses live. The sites were listed on Naver map. Quantities of energy usages in the sites were searched in a portal, Green Together being operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The appraisal report of building energy in the portal is recording usage quantity of gas energy, district cooling & heating energy, electric energy, total energy, 1st gas energy, 1st district cooling & heating energy, 1st electric energy, 1st total energy, etc. Result: Analyzing the average of total energy usage from 1991 to 2012, the average in 2001, 2008 each was reduced more than 10 percent compared to the previous year. It was analyzed that the reduction was relevant to building energy-saving design criterion which have been tightened more than before.

This article explores 1940's fashion. Much has been documented about the huge influence Dior's 1947 New Look had on fashionable clothing, as the industry conspired to reinvent itself as an economic and cultural power after World War II. The introduction of highly feminised and luxurious styles reinstated fashion as a viable concern globally and has arguably been recognised as the defining style of the 1940's. During World War II the fashion system of design, manufacture and export within the western world, virtually ceased. Many dress historians (Arnold, 2008; Breward, 1997; Guenther, 2004; McDowell, 1997; Robinson, 1976; Taylor, 1992; Steele, 1998; Veillon, 2002; Walford, 2008; Wilson & Taylor; 1989) have suggested that fashion ideas froze from 1939 to 1947. Deeper research identifies that during this period of style and trend starvation, many diverse and interesting design ideas arose from the restrictions imposed and Veillon (2002, p.145), has suggested that this period instigated what we now identify as Street Style (Polhemus, 2010). This research investigates the diversity of design ideas produced between 1939-1947 in order to establish whether pre or post 1947 can be upheld as the definitive 1940's look, one that influences contemporary fashion designers and one that we identify with as a conclusive style today.

The status of recently expanded exotic pangasiid catfish Pangasius hypophthalmus, Pangasiidae farming in rural Bangladesh has been studied for finding research needs, through knowing the culture methods, associated activities and problems, to make the farming sustainable. Data were collected using participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools in nine villages in three upazilas (sub-district) of Mymensingh district. The farmers have not got any formal training and have developed their knowledge on farming the fish through practice over years and sharing of knowledge among fellow farmers. Linked industries, e.g. hatcheries, nurseries, feed mills, trading of feed and fish etc. have developed that created employment opportunities. Most of the farmers produce two crops a year. About 90% of the farmers were found to practice mono culture of pangasiid catfish at high stocking density. The feeding rates started from 10-15% of the body weight per day at fingerling stage that reduced to 4-6% with growth. The average yield was found to be 25 tonslha/year. The livelihood of the farmers has been improved through farming the fish. Women and children were rarely engaged in the activities. The identified major problems in farming the fish were water quality deterioration, high feed costs and declining consumer demand and market price.

개발의 시각이 보존으로 바뀌면서 리모델링의 개념이 도래하였다. 경험이 부족한 국내 리모델링사업에서 경제성 검토단계는 사업주체에게 있어서 정확한 분석이 필요한 분야라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 리모델링 사업수행 시 경제성검토 단계에서 리모델링 전과 후의 가치를 비교할 수 있는 방법들을 다양한 시각으로 고찰하여 건물의 실제가치를 평가할 수 있는 방안제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 건축분야와 부동산분야의 경제성 평가기법들을 조사하고 그 문제점 및 장·단점을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 건축분야에서 사용되고 있는 기존의 경제성 평가기법에 부동산분야의 감정평가기법을 응용한 혼합형 평가 기법을 구축하여 그 절차와 방법을 제시하고, 실제 사례에 적용하여 타당성을 검토하였다.
