웹 마이닝을 이용한 개인 광고기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Personalized Advertisement System Using Web Mining)

  • 최근 전자상거래의 발전과 인터넷 사용자의 급증으로 온라인 상에서 수많은 광고들이 서비스되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 광고서비스는 사용자들의 성향 분석을 기초로 하기보다는 해당 광고의 일방적 서비스에 그치고 있다. 따라서 많은 웹사이트들이 해당 광고의 효율적 서비스를 위해 개인화된 광고서비스를 원하고 있고 해당 서버의 로그 분석을 통한 서비스를 연구 및 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서버측 로그데이터의 분석이 아닌 로컬 시스템의 로그데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 선호도와 성향을 분석한다. 또한 해당 사이트 별 분류 카테고리를 만들어 해당 분류의 가중치를 부여함으로써 개인화된 광고 시스템을 제안하려고 한다. 사용자의 선호도 분석은 웹 개인화 기법 중 협업 필터링의 대상이 되는 사용자 선호도 정보를 방문 사이트 분류에 사용하고 학습에이전트의 대상이 되는 인터넷 사용자의 행동을 해당 사이트의 방문횟수로 가정하여 사용자의 성향분석을 시도하였다. 사용자의 선호도를 벡터로 표현하고, 성향분석 결과를 단순 적용형태가 아닌 연속적 데이터로 간주하였으며 이전 데이터와 이후 데이터의 성향분석 변화를 제안하는 기법을 이용하여 새롭게 분석하고 피드백 시킴으로써 지속적인 갱신과 적용을 할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 해당 분류의 광고들을 선정하고 선정된 광고에 사용자 성향분석과 동일한 과정을 적용시킴으로써 차별화된 광고 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

Subjective Responses to Thermal Stress for the Outdoor Performance of Smart Clothes

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the influence of outdoor weather conditions on subjective responses during physical activity. Background: The largest difference between indoor and outdoor conditions is the existence of the sun. The heat load from the sun has an influence on the heat gain of the human body and the intense degree of solar radiation affected thermal comfort. Method: Thirty eight people were exposed to a range of climatic conditions in the UK. Weather in England does not have extremely hot and cold temperature, and the current study was conducted under warm (summer and autumn) and cool (spring and summer) climates. Measurements of the climate included air temperature, radiant temperature (including solar load), humidity and wind around the subjects. Subjective responses were taken and physiological measurements included internal body temperature, heart rate and sweat loss. Results: This study was conducted under four kinds of environmental conditions and the environmental measurement was performed in September, December, March, and June. The values for sensation, comfort, preference, and pleasantness about four conditions were from 'neutral' to 'warm', from 'not uncomfortable' to 'slightly comfortable', from 'slightly cooler' to 'slightly warmer', and from 'neither pleasant nor unpleasant' and 'slightly unpleasant', respectively. All subjective responses showed differences depending on air temperature and wind speed, and had correlations with air temperature and wind speed (p<0.05). However, subjective responses showed no differences depending on the radiant temperature. The combined effects of environmental parameters were showed on some subjective responses. The combined effects of air temperature and radiant temperature on thermal sensation and pleasantness were significant. The combined effects of metabolic rate with air temperature, wind speed and solar radiation respectively have influences on some subjective responses. In the case of the relationships among subjective responses, thermal sensation had significant correlations with all subjective responses. The largest relationship was shown between preference and thermal sensation but acceptance showed the lowest relationship with the other subjective responses. Conclusion: The ranges of air temperature, radiant temperature, wind speed and solar radiation were $6.7^{\circ}C$ to $24.7^{\circ}C$, $17.9^{\circ}C$ to $56.6^{\circ}C$, $0.84ms^{-1}$ to $2.4ms^{-1}$, and $123Wm^{-2}$ to $876Wm^{-2}$ respectively. Each of air temperature and wind speed had significant relationships with subjective responses. The combined effects of environmental parameters on subjective responses were shown. Each radiant temperature and solar radiation did not show any relationships with subjective responses but the combinations of each radiant temperature and solar radiation with other environmental parameters had influences on subjective responses. The combinations of metabolic rate with air temperature, wind speed and solar radiation respectively have influences on subjective responses although metabolic rate alone hardly made influences on them. There were also significant relationships among subjective responses, and pleasantness generally showed relatively high relationships with comfort, preference, acceptance and satisfaction. Application: Subjective responses might be utilized to predict thermal stress of human and the application products reflecting human subjective responses might apply to the different fields such as fashion technology, wearable devices, and environmental design considering human's response etc.

패션소매유통 멀티채널 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 -마케팅 특성과 소비자 특성을 중심으로- (A Study on Factors that Affect the Selection of Multichannel in the Apparel Retail -Based on the Characteristics of Marketing and Customer-)

  • This study examines the characteristics of marketing and customer that influence the selection of multichannel (preference/frequency of use) in the fashion retail. The subjects of this study are men and women live in Seoul/Gyeonggi province and Busan/Gyeongsangnam-do in their 20s-40s who have shopping experiences in fashion items of more than 2 shopping channels among offline stores, catalogs, and the internet. The survey period was from March to May 2010 and 411 forms were used in this survey. The data were analyzed by a reliability analysis (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$), a factor analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, marketing characteristics, which effect the selection of multichannel (preference/frequency of use), consist of sales promotion, service, price, merchandise, and distribution. Those have a significant influence (***p${\leq}$.001) on choosing multichannel of fashion retail. Price has a significant impact on the preference of multichannel and merchandise affect for frequency of use in multichannel shopping. Second, customer characteristics have a significant influence (***p${\leq}$.001) on the monthly average purchasing amount, shopping hours, shopping frequency, brand knowledge, and price sensitivity. Particularly, monthly average purchasing amount & shopping frequency have meaningful differences in the frequency of using multichannel; in addition, shopping hours were affected by preference & frequency of use. Price sensitivity has a greater influence on the frequency of using multichannel and brand knowledge has a greater effect on multichannel preference. Customer's information searching characteristics have main 3 factors through the use of marketing information, personal information and experience information. Application of experience information is the main factor in preference and frequency of using multichannel shopping. The customer demographic characteristics of age (*p${\leq}$.05, **p${\leq}$.01) and gender (*p${\leq}$.05) show a difference for selecting multichannel. There is no difference for marital status, average household income per month, and job.

Application of Consignment to Three Stage Supply Chain

  • Purpose - The study investigates the impact of consignment on the economic performance in the supply chain with three stages. Through the analysis on distinct forms of consignment application, this study intends to answer to the question of how the consignment should be used in the multi-stage supply chain. Research design, data, and methodology - The proposed mathematical model represents the supply chain system with a manufacturer, a wholesaler, and a retailer. Three different forms of consignment application are considered depending on which stages adapt the consignment, and their system profits are compared with the traditional non-consignment system in numerical examples. Results - The numerical examples show that the serial consignment application performs better than any other forms of consignment as well as the non-consignment system. The additional analysis indicates that the system profit is significantly sensitive to the consignment rate. Conclusions - The outcome of this study implies the potential of consignment to improve the system performance even in the multi-stage supply chain system. Meanwhile, each supply chain member's preference to the specific form of consignment application could be different depending on which stage he has. All the supply chain members should jointly determine the appropriate consignment rates to obtain the best system performance.

중학생의 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따른 자원관리와 환경 단원 학습요구도와 활용도의 차이 (The Differences in Middle School Students' Need and Application of Resources Management and Environment according Objective and Subjective Variables)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 남 여학생을 대상으로 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따라 "기술 가정" 교과의 "자원의 관리와 활용" 영역에 대한 학습요구도와 활용도 차이가 있는지, 그리고 학습요구도와 활용도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 강릉지역의 남녀중학생 415명에게 설문지 방법을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 Cronbach의 $\alpha$계수, 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Range's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 중학생들은 "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원에 대하여 중간이상의 학습요구도 수준을 나타냈으며, "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원에 대한 활용도는 중간보다 약간 낮은 수준이었다. 2) 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따른 "자원의 관리와 활용" 영역의 학습요구도는 전체적으로 모의 학력, 교과관심도, 교과인식도, 교과선호도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3) 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따른 "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원 활용도는 전체적으로 부의 연령, 교과관심도, 교과인식도, 교과선호도와 같은 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원에 대한 중학생의 학습요구도와 활용도간에는 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

Method-Free Permutation Predictor Hypothesis Tests in Sufficient Dimension Reduction

  • In this paper, we propose method-free permutation predictor hypothesis tests in the context of sufficient dimension reduction. Different from an existing method-free bootstrap approach, predictor hypotheses are evaluated based on p-values; therefore, usual statistical practitioners should have a potential preference. Numerical studies validate the developed theories, and real data application is provided.

  • 본 연구에서는 패션 브랜드 선호도 향상에 미치는 어플리케이션 특성요인들을 파악하기 위해, 패션 브랜드 어플리케이션 사용자들을 대상으로 어플리케이션 디자인, 콘텐츠, 사용용이성, 커뮤니티의 특성이 브랜드 선호도에 미치는 영향을 분석했고, 그 결과 각 특성별 세부요인에 따라 유의도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 쉽고 유연한 조작과 역동적인 화면구성에 초점을 맞춘 인터넷서비스 맞춤기술인 RIA(Rich Internet Application) 기술들은 웹2.0기술 중 사용자 편의성을 강조한 차세대 UI기술로 기대되고 있다. 본 논문은 평면적이고 순차적인 방법의 고급검색을 동적UI로 구현하고 사용자가 개인화 검색정보를 저장해서 검색에 활용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 또한 사용자중심의 선호도를 통해 기존 웹 검색보다 개인화된 검색 결과물을 발견할 수 있는 검색구조를 설계하였다. 본 연구는 RIA 기술을 활용한 개인화 검색 관리자의 적용을 통해 검색된 페이지양의 감소를 입증하여 사용자에게 더욱 정제된 데이터를 제공하며 결론적으로 사용자들이 더욱 유연하고 편리한 방법으로 개인화된 웹 검색을 이용할 수 있음을 보였다.

A Risk Classification Based Approach for Android Malware Detection

  • Existing Android malware detection approaches mostly have concentrated on superficial features such as requested or used permissions, which can't reflect the essential differences between benign apps and malware. In this paper, we propose a quantitative calculation model of application risks based on the key observation that the essential differences between benign apps and malware actually lie in the way how permissions are used, or rather the way how their corresponding permission methods are used. Specifically, we employ a fine-grained analysis on Android application risks. We firstly classify application risks into five specific categories and then introduce comprehensive risk, which is computed based on the former five, to describe the overall risk of an application. Given that users' risk preference and risk-bearing ability are naturally fuzzy, we design and implement a fuzzy logic system to calculate the comprehensive risk. On the basis of the quantitative calculation model, we propose a risk classification based approach for Android malware detection. The experiments show that our approach can achieve high accuracy with a low false positive rate using the RandomForest algorithm.

호흡기질환 관리 모바일 애플리케이션 사용의향에 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting intent to use of Respiratory management mobile application)

  • Purpose: To analyze the results of an online survey conducted to develop a user-friendly respiratory disease management mobile application. Methodology: The questionnaires were conducted from July 26, 2018 to October 23, 2018 for 90 days. A total of 267 respondents were used for the analysis. Chi-square test, t-test, and multivariate logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. Findings: As a result of the analysis, preference for functions related to medical services was high in all ages and the odds of positive intention to use respiratory disease management application was 4.76 times higher than 40 years old compared with less than 40 years old. The group with more than one effort was found to be significantly higher than those who did not. Practical Implication: It is expected that the functions derived from the main results in this study will be helpful for the effective health management of patients with chronic respiratory disease.
