벼 무논골뿌림재배시 완효성비료의 측조 시비가 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Band Application of Slow Release Fertilizer on Rice Growth and Yield in Puddled-soil Drill Seeding)

  • 본시험은 하해습성 충적통인 전북통에서 벼 무논골뿌림재배시 측조시비에 알맞은 시비량 및 시비방법을 밝히고자 1995년에 동진벼를 10a당 5kg씩 5월 15일에 6조식 모논골뿌림 파종기로 파종하는 동시에 표준시비량의 100%와 80%량의 완효성 복비를 파종기부착 측조시비기로 파종골의 측면 4cm에 3cm깊이와 5cm길이로 전량을 기비로 시용하여 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 측조시비에서는 어느 파종방법이나 관행보다 초장이 길고 경수가 많았으나 유효경비율은 적었고, 측조시비방법간에는 100%가 80%시비보다 수수는 많았으나 유효경비율이 적었고, 3cm가 5cm깊이 시비보다 수수가 많고 유효경비율도 높았다. 2. 엽면적지수와 건물중은 생육초기에는 측조시비보다 관행시비서 높았으나 최고분얼기 이후는 측조시비가 높았고 측조시비방법간에는 생육초기는 3cm깊이 시비가 5cm깊이 시비보다 높았으나 최고분얼기 이후는 5cm시비에서 높았다. 3. 토양중 NH$_4$-N는 파종후 25일에는 관행이 측조시비보다 많았으나 파종후 40일부터는 측조시비가 많았으며, 측조시비간에는 파종후 40일까지는 3cm시비가 5cm시비보다 많았으나 그후에는 5cm시비가 3cm시비보다 많았다. 4. 복상형질은 관행시비보다 측조시비가 나빴고, 측조시비간에는 80%시비보다 100%시비에서, 3cm시비보다 5cm시비에서 불량하여 측조시비 100%에서는 출수후 30일에 3정도의 복상이 발생하였다. 5. 출수 및 $m^2$당 입수는 관행시비방법이 측조시비 80%보다도 적었으나 측조시비의 시비량 및 시비방법간에는 별 차이가 없었다. 6. 쌀수량은 관행이 측조시비 80%보다도 적었으며, 기타 측조시비방법에서 관행시비와 별 차이가 없었다. 이상 생육 및 수량으로 보아 모논골뿌림재배에 알맞은 측조시비의 시비량 및 시비방법은 관행시비량의 80%를 완효성비료로 파종과 동시에 파종골옆 4cm에 3cm 깊이로 시용하는 것이라고 생각된다.

불소바니쉬 도포주기에 따른 재광화 평가: QLF-D의 활용 (Remineralization effect according to application cycle of fluoride varnish: QLF-D analysis)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate remineralization effect according to application cycle of fluoride varnish in preschool children. Methods: The study subjects were fifty six children (92 teeth) having one or more early dental caries lesion. Fluoride varnish was applied to the primary area of maxillary and anterior mandibular teeth with the interval of one month, three months, and six months. Results: Dft index was 3.54 in male and 3.44 in female. The fluorescence loss(${\Delta}F$) value due to early caries lesions showed a significant difference in experiment groups I and II after the application of fluoride varnish, but there was no significant difference in experiment group III. After fluoride varnish application, there was a significant change in experimental group I and III. The maximum fluorescence loss(${\Delta}Fmax$) from early caries lesions showed a significant difference after application of the fluoride varnish in all three experiment groups of I, II, and III(p<0.001). Conclusions: Fluoride varnish should be recommended and applied to the children of high risk caries group in every three months.

Comparison of Nitrogen Application Methods at the 4th Leaf Stage in Direct-Seeded Rice Field

  • Two methods of nitrogen application at the 4th leaf stage were evaluated in direct-seeding rice cultivation on dry paddy soil: one was the top dressing of nitrogen on dry paddy condition before irrigation (TNDP) for labor saving, and the other was the top dressing of nitrogen on dry paddy with mechanical rotavation of the inter-row space (TNDPIR) for increasing the efficiency of nitrogen. To evaluate these two application methods, leaf chlorophyll contents, growth characteristics and yields were compared with two conventional methods, basal application (BA) and top dressing on flooded paddy condition at the 4th leaf stage (TNFP). The SPAD value of rice in TNDP was similar with that in TNFP throughout the whole growth stage of rice. Also, there were no differences in rice growth and yield between the two methods. However, in TNDPIR, the SPAD value was the highest during tillering stage among the four application methods, and the tiller number, LAI at heading stage and the panicle number were higher than the two conventional methods.

제초제 살포방법이 어저귀 방제 및 옥수수의 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Herbicide Application Method on Abutilon avicennar Control and Corn Yield)

  • This experiment was carried out to investigate effects of herbicide application method on Abutilon avicennae control and corn yield at the forage experimental field, grassland and forage crop division, National Livestock Research Institute, RDA, Suwon from 1996 to 1997. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with three replication. The herbicide application consisted of control, 2-3 leaf stage(Dicamba), 5-6 leaf stage (Dicamba) and soil treatment(Pendimetha1in). The hybrid of corn used in this experiment was P 3352. The results obtained are summarized as follow; 1. The plant and ear height was the lowest at control. Tasseling and silking date were delayed 3-4 day at control. The length and weight of ear were the highest at Dicamba treatment in 2-3 leaf stage. 2. The herbicide injury of corn was detected slightly after 10-20 day but the injury was recovered soon. The weed control efficiency was 96.7 and 81.8% at Dicamba treatment in 2-3 and 5-6 leaf stage, respectively. 3. The fresh and dry matter yield of Dicamba treatment in 2-3 leaf stage was higher than that of control by 36%, but no significant difference was found among herbicide application method. 4. Herbicide application method had little effect on the ADF, NDF and CP contents, but the CP and IVDMD of ear were higher than that of stover. The results of this experiment indicate that the application of Dicarnba in 2-6 leaf stage of corn will remove almost all of A butilon avicennae and increase DM yield of corn.

벼 건답직파재배에서 토성별 질소분시방법이 생육에 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nitrogen Split Application Methods under Different Soil Textures on Growth and Yield of Rice in Direct Seeding on Dry Paddy)

  • 벼 건답직파재배시 토성이 다른 양토와 사양토에서 질소분시방법 차이가 생육형질 및 수량에 미치는 영향을 검사하고자 화성벼를 4월 27일에 평면줄뿌림하여 시험을 수행했던 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 입묘수는 토성 및 질소분시방법에 일정한 경향이 없이 159~177개/$m^2$ 의 분포를 보였다. $m^2$ 당 수수는 양토가 사양토보다 많았으며, 사양토, 양토 모두 추비중점시비 (3엽기-7엽기-수비=40-30-30% 및 기비-3엽기-7엽기-수비=10-30-30-30%)가 관행 시비방법(기비-5엽기-수기=40-30-30%)보다 많았다. 2. 생육시기별 엽색, 출수기엽면적지수 및 건물중은 토성간에는 양토가 사양토보다 높았고, 질소분시방법간에는 추비중점시비는 관행보다 높았으나 20%감비와 완효성 시료시용은 관행보다 낮았다. 3. 도복지수는 추비중점시비에서 간장이 크고 협절중이 낮아 관행보다 높은 도복지수를 보였고, 이 결과 포장도복도 추비중점시비에서 3정도 발생하였다. 4. 추비중점시비는 관행에 비하여 등숙비율이 약간 낮았고 천립중은 비슷하였으며, 현미에서 완전미율이 낮은 반면 청미와 미숙립율이 높았다. 5. 수량은 관행대비(사양토 5.08t/ha, 양토 5.22t/ha) 추비중점시비에서 사양토는 7~9%, 양토는 6~9% 증수되었다.

쌀겨 및 목탄 시용이 벼 생육과 토양세균의 밀도에 미치는 영향 (Rice Bran and Charcoal Meal Application on Rice Growth and Bacterial Population in Paddy Soil)

  • 쌀겨와 목탄시용이 벼생육과 논토양의 세균의 밀도에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 전남 장성의 일반농가포장인 양토(옥천통)에서 화학비료 시용략($N-P_2O_5-K_2O=50-30-30kg\;ha^{-1}$)수준으로 시용하고 여기에 쌀겨전층 $1.8Mg\;ha^{-1}$, 쌀겨표층 $1.8Mg\;ha^{-1}$, 목탄 $3.0Mg\;ha^{-1}$, 쌀겨 $1.8Mg\;ha^{-1}$와 목탄$3.0Mg\;ha^{-1}$혼합 시용구와 무처리구를 두고 토양중 질소형태, 식물체 질소흡수량 및 몇몇 세균의 밀도 등을 검토하였다. 토양중 $NH_4-N$$NO_3-N$함량은 쌀겨표면시용구와 쌀겨와 목탄혼합시용구에서 출수기까지 높았으나 그 이후는 처리간에 큰 차이가 없었으며 식물체 질소흡수량은 역시 쌀겨와 목탄혼합시용구에서 가장 높았으나 목탄시용구는 무처리수준이었다. 토양의 미생물밀도중 전호기성 세균수는 유수형성기에 쌀겨와 목탄혼합시용구에서 가장 높았고, 셀루로스 분해균수는 생육초기에 높았다가 출수기에 감소후 수확기에 다시 높았으며 초기에는 쌀겨표면시용구에서, 후기에는 쌀겨와 목탄흔합시용구에서 높았다. 질소순환 미생물중 암모니아 산화균수와 탈질균수는 분얼기가 출수기보다 높았고 쌀겨표면시용구와 쌀겨와 목탄혼합시용구에서 가장 높았다. 질소고정관련 미생물중 Azotobacter균수는 생육초기에 쌀겨표면시용구가 가장 높았고 Athiorhodacea균수는 전 생육기간를 통하여 쌀겨전충시용구에서 높았으나 목탄시용구는 가장 낮았다. 따라서, 논토양에서 쌀겨시용은 각종 세균수의 증가에 효과가 있으나 목탄단독시용은 그 효과를 기대할 수 없었다.

특허 시스템의 정량 분석을 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모형 (A System Dynamics Model for Quantitative Analysis of Patent Systems)

  • In this paper, a system dynamics model for explaining the application, grant and maintenance of patents is provided. Existing literatures regarding the patent application system are mostly econometric approaches that consider only economic variables such as GDP and R&D. The model in this paper includes patent variables such as disputes as well as economic variables. Moreover, we show that the model can be used in not only a quantitative prediction but also policy experiment. The results of the policy experiment shows that strengthening protection of patents tend to increase the propensity to patent more than R&D investment.

  • With a purpose of finding out the effects of magnesium and boron enriched organic-compound fertilizer application on qualities of grasses on the hilly pasture, a field experiment was arranged with five different treatments as a randomized block design and lasted from September, 1984 to the end of growing season in 1986. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Mean chemical components except NFE of grasses at the plots with organic-compound fertilizer application were appeared to contain slightly high comparing to single dressing. 2. Production of DCP with organic-compound fertilizer (1,170.2 kg/ha) was significanty increased by 20% comparing to single dressing (975.7 kg/ha) in the conventional fertilization level (p<0.05), but it was not significantly different between them in the low dressing level. 3. Production of energies (TDN, StE and NEL) with organic-compound fertilizer of low and conventional dressing level were appeared to increase by 10 and 13 to 15% than those of single dressing of the same levels, respectively. But it was not significant difference. 4. Like single dressing nutrient productions with organic-compound fertilizer were appeared significantly high due to increasing of dressing gradually (P<0.05-0.01) 5. Mineral contents of P and Mg at the plots with organic-compound fertilizer were a little higher, on the other hand, K, C/P and K/Ca + Mg equivalent ratio were slightly lower than those of single dressing, but the content of Ca tended to similar between them.

혼파초지에서 액상구비시용에 관한 연구 I. 액상구비의 시용시기 및 시용수준이 목초의 건물수량 및 식생구성에 미치는 영향 (Studies on the Application of Cattle Slurry in Grassland I. Effect of the application times and levels of cattle slurry on the fry matter yield and botanical composition in grassland)

  • With a purpose of finding out the effects of cattle slurry applicatioin on the dry matter yield, yield component, and botanical composition in the mixed sward, a field experiment was conducted with two times and five levels of cattle slurry application. The experimental field was laid.out in a split-plot design with three replications, and lasted from September. 1986 to October, 1990 at the Livestock Experiment Station in Suweon, The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. At each harvest time, the plant growth of the plots with cattle slurry application was slightly worse when compared to dressing of mineral fertilizer. 2. Average dry matter yield for 4 years was not significantly different between the slurry application times, just after cutting, and 15 days after cutting, The DM yield in the plot with cattle slurry 30 m!/ha and mineral fertilizer(9,095 kg/ha) and with cattle slurry 60 m1/ha and mineral fertilizer(8, 987 kg/ha) were decreased by 8% and 10% than that of the plot with mineral fertilizer application(9,937 kg/ha), respectively. 3. The DM yield component of the plots with cattle slurry application just after cutting was much better when compared to manuring 15 days after cutting. And it was much better in the plot with cattle slurry 60 m"/ha and mineral fertilizer which was composed of 73.8% grasses(6.636 kg/ha). 24.6% legumes (2,207 kdha) and 1.6% weeds(144 kdha). 4. In general, the botanical composition was relatively good in the plots with slurry application just after cutting. Grassland vegetation of the plots with cattle slurry 60 m"/ha and mineral fertilizer was changed into much better botanical composition with 66.8% grasses, 30.2% legumes and 3. 1% weeds at the end of the experiment.xperiment.
