The genus Pholcus Walckenaer, 1805 is the largest genus among the cellar spider family Pholcidae C.L. Koch, 1850, including 339 species. To date, 33 species in the genus are known to be distributed in Korea, being placed into three species-groups(crypticolens-group, phalangioides-group, and phungiformes-group). About 91% of these species are endemic to Korea. In this study, four new species of the genus Pholcus were discovered in Korea, viz, Pholcus chuncheonensis Lee, Choi and Kim sp. nov., Pholcus pajuensis Lee, Choi and Kim sp. nov., Pholcus pocheonensis Lee, Choi and Kim sp. nov., and Pholcus unaksanensis Lee, Choi and Kim sp. nov. These new species are classified as members of the phungiformes-group, having morphological characteristics such as male chelicerae with a frontal apophysis, palpal tibia with a prolateroventral tubercle, and genital bulb without appendix or having pseudo-appendix, but can be distinguished from congeners by characteristics of the male palp and female genitalia. Detailed descriptions and a key to new species are provided with accompanying photographs.

소아 환자에서 장중첩증과 급성 충수돌기염은 흔한 응급 질환이다. 의심되는 증상이 있을 때 두 질환을 감별하는 것은 중요하다. 하지만, 드물게 두 질환이 한꺼번에 발생하는 경우도 있다. 이에, 우리는 병적인 충수돌기를 동반한 장중첩증을 보였던 두 증례를 소개한다.

고려인삼은 대한민국의 대표적 특산 약용작물로 오래전부터 중국·일본을 비롯한 동아시아 교역에서 대표적인 품목이었다. 조선의 인삼 교역은 국가가 전적으로 통제한 공무역이었으므로 『조선왕조실록』은 조선의 삼업 역사를 조명할 수 있는 귀중한 자료이다. 역대 실록 중 인삼이 월등히 많이 쓰인 『세종실록』을 통하여 15세기 당시 고려인삼의 교역이 어떤 용도와 규모로 이루어졌는지 알아보고 『세종실록』 지리지에 기재된 당시 인삼의 자생지를 찾아 그 분포를 지도상에 표시해 보았다. 세종 재위 기간(1418~1450) 인삼을 중국에 진헌품으로 보낸 횟수는 101회, 규모는 11,000근(7,060.9kg1))으로 압도적인 교역량을 자랑하며, 일본과 유구국에도 예물 및 답례품으로 보냈으나 명 교역의 3분의 1이 안되었고 기타 외국 사절과 신하에게 하사하거나 유학생의 여비로 쓰이기도 했다. 재위 연도별로 보면, 중기 이후에 점차 줄어드는 경향을 보이는데 이는 채삼량 감소가 주된 원인으로 보인다. 『세종실록』 지리지에 기재된 당시 고려인삼의 자생지는 공물(土貢) 항목에 기록된 12곳-지금의 경북 영덕군, 영주시, 청송군/경남 울산시 울주군/전북 정읍시, 완주군, 장수군/전남 화순군/황북 곡산군·신평군/평북 정주시 일대, 태천군/자강도 자성군·중강군-과 약재(藥材) 항목에 기록된 산지 101곳 등 총 113개 지역으로, 도서지방을 제외한 조선 8도 전역에 걸쳐있었는데 모두 산을 끼고 분포하고 있었다. 또한, 현재 인삼재배지와 비교해 본 결과, 대체로 자생지와 일치하거나 인접한 지역이었다. 야생삼이 많이 나던 세종 재위 초(1432년)에 편찬된 『세종실록』 지리지의 이와 같은 기록들은 향후 한반도 인삼, 특히 산양삼 재배의 가능성을 보여주는 자료이다. 온난화로 인하여 인삼 재배지가 점차 북쪽으로 이동하는 이때, 역사 기록에 나타나는 북한의 자생지는 산양삼 재배의 좋은 후보지가 될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 ACI 318-02기준 부록 A에 깊은 보의 전단설계에 있어 스트럿-타이 모델을 적용 가능하도록 소개하고 있다. STM은 깊은 보, 개구부가 있는 깊은 보, 코벨, 턱이진 보와 같이 부재의 변형률 분포가 상당히 비선형인 콘크리트 부재의 설계에 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 고강도콘크리트를 적용한 깊은 보의 각국의 전단강도규준과 전단거동을 평가하고자 실험적 연구로 2점 단순 집중하중을 받는 고강도 RC 깊은 보 5개를 제작하여 파괴 실험을 실시하였다. 또한, 국내 B사의 기계적 정착철물을 사용하여 주인장철근의 양단부에 기계적정착을 적용하였다. 파괴 시 모든 시험체는 가력점과 지지점을 연결하는 주 경사균열이 나타났고, 주인장철근을 기계적 정착한 시험체가 90도 표준갈고리 시험체보다 파괴 시 하중 수행능력이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 실험결과를 기초로 ACI 318-99 기준, ACI 318-02 부록 A STM, CSA 23.3-94 기준 및 CIRIA Guide-2의 전단설계기준을 비교 평가하였다. ACI 318-99 기준과 ACI 318-02 기준의 스트럿-타이 모델, CIRIA Guide-2는 단순스팬 깊은 보의 극한전단강도 예측 있어 10∼36%정도 낮게 안정적으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. ACI 318-99 기준에 의한 전단강도예측값이 표준편차가 가장 낮은 것으로 조사되었다.

The diagnostic radiation equipment is managed in accordance with the "Rules for Safety Management of Diagnostic Radiation Equipment" enacted in 1995. The equipments should be inspected before use and every three years after use in accordance with the [Appendix 1] of the same rule. The inspection standard has been maintained without particular revision since enacted. But, over the past two decades new types of equipments have been manufactured and used. So, it is necessary to revise [Appendix 1] by making inspection items and inspection standards. In this study, we revised the classification system of equipments and reviewed international standards of IEC 60601 series, IEC 61223 series and AAPM TG 18 On-line Report No.03. And identified the problem of current inspection standards. Through this, we revised, deleted and added the inspection items and inspection standard of each equipment to meet the domestic circumstances. As a result of the study, we reorganized the classification system of equipment which are current classified as 5 classes into 22 classes as X-ray system etc. (7 classes), CT system etc. (5 classes) and Dental X-ray system etc. (10 classes). And then, we developed 70 inspection items for 6 types of equipments according to the reorganized classification system of equipments. The inspection items and inspection standards derived from this study have been proposed to the KCDC and will be applied to the revision of the Rule's [Appendix 1]. Therefore, we expect to be used as reference materials for domestic medical center, inspection institutions, and equipment manufacturing import companies.

본 증례에서 환자는 폐렴 치료 중 갑자기 발생한 복통을 주소로 급성 충수염을 진단받고 수술을 시행 받았다. 그 후 조직 검사 결과 소세포암으로 진단되었고 폐병변에 대해 추가적인 검사 결과 소세포폐암이 진단된 경우이다. 저자들은 소세포폐암의 충수 전이를 국내에서 처음으로 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

In this study, we suggest a standardization of the logistics terminologies in Korean Standard to improve its consistency. To support this work, some principles for terminology selection and corrections are studied based on the guideline in international standard. The revised terminologies are summarized in Appendix for 20 logistics-related Korean Standards.

This paper studies the computer programming of statistical methods. A few computer programs are developed for * computing the basic statistics and the coefficients of process capability for raw and grouped data * drawing the frequency table and histogram * goodness of fit testing for normality with the analyses for stratifications if necessary. A special emphasis is laid on the significant digits and rounding-off for the output. A running result appears in the Appendix for a hypothetical example.

The goal of tactical war-gaming is to create an environment for two opposing teams allowing them to make tactical decisions that would correlate with the decision which they would make under the same circumstances while at sea. Therefore the real time war-gaming methodology should be developed to achieve the goal of tactical war-gaming. Surface to surface engagement models for the real time war-gaming such as maneuvering, tracking and damage assessment models were discussed in this paper. Concurrently system flow diagram to aid war-gaming effort was suggested in appendix.

In this paper, we consider applying the bootstrap method to the median test procedures for right censored data. For doing this, we show that the median test statistics can be represented by the differences of two sampler medians. Then we review to the re-sampling methods for censored dta and propose the test procedures under the location translation assumption and Behrens-Fisher problem. Also we compare our procedures with other re-sampling method, which is so-called permutation test through an example. Finally we show the validity of bootstrap median test procedure in the appendix.
