An earthworm protease, Lumbricus rubellus, was used to improve the dyeing properties of protein fibers such as wool and silk. The optimal condition for the activity of the earthworm pretense was about $40^{\circ}C$ at pH 7. The wool and silk were treated with the protease extracted from an earthworm and the K/S values of the dyed wool and silk were measured using a spectrophotometer in order to compare the dye uptake. The pretense treatment enhanced the dyeing properties of protein fibers without severe changes in mechanical properties. The surface appearances of pretense-treated fibers were observed by microscopy analysis.

The 200mesh screen was tensioned and fixed on a frame. When applied tension to 5N and 10N per unit area, a side length of opening of the screen was 163.223${\mu}m$ and 168.224${\mu}m$, respective. But side length not tensioned was 158.879${\mu}m$. We knew that a side length of opening of the screen rarely changes with tension applied to the screen. The appearances that a side length of opening of the screen expand little are due to a decreasing diameter of thread by means of tension. In a thickness measurement of screen, While the high density mesh screen that had a lot of knots that crossed a line of latitude and longitude per unit area appeared a higher numerical value, the low density mesh screen that had a few knots appeared a low numerical value.

The street lighting needs to provide safe and comfortable environment together with producing good atmosphere suitable for the pedestrian's various needs. Thus, the choice of the street lighting futures should be based on the needs of the them and the needs of the street rather than the precedences or appearances. This study proposes street lighting futures based on the need of the street lighting and their operation plan, and also analyzes the problems of current fixtures.

On studying of microbes and appearance frequency which are floating around dwelling space and life environments in Seoul area, the results are summarized as follows ; 1. 1931 strains of 29 bacteria are isolated in dwelling spaces, Among them, there are Staphylococcus aureus, S. anthracis which are pathogenic to human beings. 2. In fungi, 76 strains of 13 species are isolated. That of highest frequency is confirmed to be Aspergillus which is pathogens of Aspergillosis (one of a group of diseases of animals and human being caused by various species of Aspergillus). The places, where the number of kinds and the frequency of appearances have been observed highest, are coffee shops, lunch counters and office rooms, while factory districts are of far lower level than expected. 3. 0.1% $HgCl_2$, Leasking oil, and Telephone disinfectant were better than any other in fungicidal effect.

In recent years, Tracking-Learning-Detection(TLD) system has been widely used as a detection and tracking algorithm for vision sensors. While conventional algorithms are vulnerable to occlusion, and changes in illumination and appearances, TLD system is capable of robust tracking by conducting tracking, detection, and learning in real time. However, the detection and tracking algorithms of TLD system utilize rotation-variant features, and the margin of tracking error becomes greater when an object makes a full out-of-plane rotation. Thus, we propose a rotation-invariant TLD system(RI-TLD). we propose a simplified average orientation histogram and rotation matrix for a rotation inference algorithm. Experimental results with various tracking tests demonstrate the robustness and efficiency of the proposed system.

본 논문에서는, 원통형셀의 직렬조합에 의한 직렬배터리팩 구성(16S1P) 시, 배터리팩의 외형(정사면체;$4{\times}4$/직사면체;$2{\times}8$)차이에 의한 내부 열분포의 기초해석을 Comsol 프로그램을 통해 실시하였다. 동일한 전류프로파일을 적용하였을 때, 각 배터리팩 내부의 셀 간 열분포 및 외형의 차이에 의한 두 배터리팩의 열분포 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 기초해석 논문이므로, 실제 산업계에서 사용되는 원통형셀의 실험조건 대신에 Comsol 프로그램에서 제공하는 18650 타입의 원통형셀의 음극(anode)와 양극(cathode)의 시뮬레이션 조건을 적용하였다.

The cognitive approaches on library and librarianship are being questioned. These are led from what the identity of the librarian is and from what the library is. This revealed that the perception of the library should not be acquired by interpreting its appearances but by interfering its nature. In conclusion, the information service is disclosed virtually as the essence of the library. On realizing the library virtually, even a person could be entitled as the library on the underlying assumption of information service (one-person-library).

We examined seasonal variation In the abundance and species composition of shrimp communities in Doam Bay and around Naro-do, Korea. Samples were collected monthly from March 2001 to February 2002 (Doam Bay) and from December 2000 to November 2001 (Naro-do) usinga beam trawl. A total of 19 shrimp species representing eight families were collected from Doam Bay. The dominant species were Exopalaemon carinicauda, Trachysalambria curvirostris, Parapenaeopsis tenella and Crangon hakodatei, which accounted for 92.6% of individuals and 92.8% of biomass. In the Naro-do area, a total of 18 shrimp species representing eight families were collected. The dominant species were C. hakodatei and P. tenella, which accounted for 78.6% of individuals. Exopalaemon carinicauda, T. curvirostris, P. tenella, C. hakodatei and Metapenaeus joyneri accounted for 89.6% of biomass. In each season, the pattern of species appearances differed in the two areas.

This paper tries to interpret the processes of establishing the public libraries in Changwon City and its changing sociological roles. The roles of the public libraries are changing according to the aspects of the communities. Thus roles of the libraries in Changwon have also changed with the various changes in Korean society. The periods are divided into three: before the declaration June 29(1980-1987); the appearances of civil libraries and local community libraries(1988-1998); the maeul (which means small community) libraries that the citizens have established and participated. By the three periods this paper interprets the processes of establishing the libraries and their changing in Changwon City.

An ulcer is defined as loss of epithelium. Although many oral ulcers have similar clinical appearances, their etiologies encompass many disorders, including trauma, infection, immunologic disease, and malignant oral cancer. Oral squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) occupying about 90% of oral cancer, usually manifests as unhealed ulcer over 2 weeks. Oral SCC can metastasize to the cervical neck lymph node, and therefore the surgical therapeutic modality for oral SCC could encompass the neck node dissection as well as wide excision for primary lesions, which should leave the post-operative complication of functional damage like dysphagia and facial deformity. Therefore, it is important to discriminate oral SCC from other ulcerative conditions to make a prompt management. The knowledge for the pathogenesis of the ulcerative lesions could help the clinicians to understand the differences of clinical features and to practice an appropriate therapeutics.
