공동주택용 온수난방 시스템의 에너지해석 및 제어특성 (The Energy Analysis and Control Characteristics of a Hot Water Heating System for Apartment Houses)

  • Energy analysis for the hot water heating control system of apartment house complex is accomplished by computer simulation. Mathematical model of a boiler, pipe network and a unit-house is developed. The effects of heating control methods on the heating performance and energy consumption of the system are investigated. The heating control methods considered in this study are a continuous heating control, and on-off heating control and an intermittent heating control methods. For each control method, the effects of an outdoor temperature, indoor temperature sensing position and the capacities of the boilers and circulating pumps on the heating performance and energy consumption are obtained and "the best" control method is recommended.commended.

장수명주택의 지하공간활용 최적화 구조계획기법 (Optimum Structural Planning of the Underground Space Utilization in the Long-Life Housing)

  • The objective of this paper is to suggest structural design for the long-life housing apartment complex to save the construction cost. The key is to use unavailable underground space due to bearing walls or bad configuration of columns in apartments as the parking space. Therefore, the structural plan of apartment buildings considering the parking section in the underground should be designed. After analytical resutls of three cases, it is significant effect in saving construction cost.

  • The automatic temperature control valve is used to control the flow rate of heating water in the large apartment complex and buildings. It is important to have simillar heating flow rate in the apartments, even though the apartment is top or bottom floors. To achieve those purposes, the automatic flow-temperature control valve was developed. The perfromance of this control valve is effected by the catridge shape and spring length. The flow capacity of this control valve is obtained with the different shape of catridges and with change of spring length.

HDR이미지를 이용한 공동주택 외부조명의 휘도 분석 (Luminance Analysis of the Apartment Exterior Lighting using HDR Images)

  • The purpose of luminance measurement in lighting design of urban scale is to prevent light trespass and light pollution, caused by over-bright. Specially, the illumination of road, tunnel and sports complex as urban infrastructure is measured by international standard for illuminance and luminance. It has been used the spot luminance meter and the image photometer to define the characteristics of qualitative and quantitative in exterior lighting. This study introduced the concept of HDR Image, procedure of HDR Image creation and analysis. Applications of HDR Image, particularly within the apartment building exterior lighting design analysis, have been demonstrated. The procedure proposed in this study is a affordable method that is useful for the assessment of luminance distribution in the scene with electric light. It also provides a measurement capability with the high resolution luminance data within a large field of view efficiently and quickly, which is not possible to achieve with a luminance meter.

  • Apartment building floor with a damping layer can be modeled as a sandwich plate. In order to reduce low frequency noise more efficiently due to heavy impact on such a floor, thickness of the damping layer needs to be optimized at the design stage. Modal loss factors are determined in this paper by RKU equation which is popular In sandwich plate theories. Optimum damping layer thickness determined at each mode is weighted so that several modes in the frequency range of interest can be included in a more systematic way. Furthermore, to reflect frequency-dependent characteristics of complex stiffness of the damping layer, an iteration method is proposed in finding modal frequencies.

  • Summary of experiments for the investigation of a fire which caused an upward fire spread for over 12 floors through balconies in a high-rise apartment complex is reported. The experiments include indoor tests to obtain fire properties of vertical PMMA fences and outdoor ones with a full scale model of the balcony. The test results suggest significance of the increase of total flame height by the merging of flames and a cooperative effect of the burning of the PMMA fence and combustibles on the balconies for the generation of a tall flame enough to cause ignition on the upper floors.

  • 본 연구는 지속가능성 측면에서 노후 주거단지의 재생을 위한 주요 노후문제와 이에 대한 중점재생요소 도출을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 단지 재생은 주거환경 개선 측면에서 추진되거나, 부동산적 가치 상승을 기대하며 추진되는 경우가 대부분이다. 때문에 실제로 단지의 노후문제를 바탕으로 재생계획이 수립되기 보다는 용적률 상승, 주차장 확보 등과 같은 편의시설의 개선, 단지 브랜드화 등을 주된 목적으로 추진하고 있어, 단지 및 주변지역에 잠재된 도시의 사회문제를 개선하는데 한계를 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 노후되어가는 단지의 재생을 통해 단지 및 주변지역이 가지는 노후의 문제를 개선하고 적절한 대응방안 마련을 위해 중점재생요소의 도출이 필요하다고 판단된다. 이를 위해 세 단계의 연구과정을 통해 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 지속가능성 측면에서 기존 선행연구에서 제시하고 있는 주거단지 노후의 문제들과 대응 계획기법을 정리하고, 둘째, 전문가와 단지 주민을 대상으로 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 노후 아파트단지에서 나타나는 주요 노후의 문제와 개선요구에 대한 각 그룹별 중요도를 파악하고자 한다. 셋째, 분석된 노후문제와 개선요구에 대해 전문가를 대상으로 노후문제와 대응기법의 상대적 중요도 파악을 통해 노후 주거단지가 갖는 주요 노후문제와 개선요구를 파악하고, 이에 대한 중점재생요소를 파악하고자 한다.

아파트 단지 내의 주민공동시설 현황과 선호 비교연구 (Community Facilities in Apartment Complexes - Whether Provisions Match Residents' Preferences -)

  • 서울시에서는 주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정 제 2조와 55조에 따라 아파트 단지 개발 시 경로당, 어린이집, 작은 도서관 등의 주민공동시설을 설치해야 한다. 이러한 기준은 해당 조항이 지역 사회의 필요를 충족시키는 지에 대한 충분히 고려 없이 각 공동 주택의 가구 수에 따라 주민공동시설을 요구해왔다. 본 연구는 현재 주민공동시설의 설치 현황과 주민들의 선호도에 대한 일치 여부를 밝혀내는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구 대상지는 서울에 위치한 아파트 단지 중 층화임의 선정한 10개이며, 각각의 아파트 주민들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 주민공동시설에 대한 선호도를 분석적 계층화 방법(AHP)을 사용하여 분석하고, 설문 조사 결과를 복합 단지의 현재 시설 현황과 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 거주자들의 선호와 조항 사이에 불일치가 나타났다. 주민운동시설, 어린이집 및 작은 도서관이 강하게 선호되었지만, 연구 내 일부 아파트 단지에서는 제공되지 않으나, 경로당과 같은 선호도가 낮은 시설은 모든 단지에 제공되었다. 따라서 아파트 단지의 거주자 선호도를 반영하여 서울 아파트 단지의 주민공동시설 제공에 관한 현행 기준을 변경해야 할 것이다.

국내 고층 주상복합 건물의 구조적 특성에 관한 조사 연구 (An Investigative Study on the Structural Characteristics of High-Rise Complexes in Korea)

  • Recently, the interest in a complex building increases rapidly in Korea. High-rise complex is not simply the combination of a residential apartment and a business office as previous but a building with the object of the convenience of the residents familiar with city-life style through adapting the high class life style and new residential culture to the business space, and the efficiency in using the limited building site in the town. This study presents an exploratory analysis focusing the structural system with the help of the extensive survey of the construction site in Korea, and aims a guideline for the structural design and construction of high rise complex. Through the survey, change and development in the design and the construction can be seen as the height and size of the complex grow. It is almost indispensable to design a structural system against lateral forces like earthquake or wind, which is usually measured by story drift ratio or story displacement. Improvement of the structural materials and their usages is also included for the efficiency of the structural system. Useful slab-beam system contributing to the decrease of the story height is still a concern.

공공임대주택 커뮤니티공간 실용화를 위한 제도개선과 그 효과 고찰 (A Study of Institutional Improvement and Its Effects about Practical Use of Community Space in Public Rental Housing Complex)

  • According to "The regulations regarding the residential construction standards", residents' common spaces are restricted by the standards on building facilities. In a typical apartment complex, residents' communal facilities are represented by a children's playground, a elderly social station, and a management office. However, these residents' communal facilities do not reflect residents' composition characteristics. Multidisciplinary research and experimentation to enable the community of housing complex are being actively conducted. In these situation, we observed institutional improvement about installing standard of community space, and analysed the tendency. The purpose of this study is to propose practical institutions to review the institutional improvement. We conducted a case study where was renovated the community space according to the new standard. As a results, the installing standard of the community space has changed in the direction to increase the autonomy of resident. These results raise the practical performance of the community space, and it has the effect of increasing the satisfaction of the residential environment. The results of this study suggest an alternative to the institutional aspects and planning aspects for community activation in housing complex.
