As a baseline study for the establishment of bovine leukemia virus(BLV)-free herd in Korea, the prevalence of anti-BLV antibody was determined in the present study. Sera from Korean native cows of 8 provinces and from dairy cattle of 9 provinces were subjected to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Anti-BLV antibodies were positive in two (0.14%) of 1,413 Korean native cows. In contrast. 54.2% of 2,415 dairy cows were positive for anti-BLV antibodies, and their seropositive herd rate was 86.8%. And no differences were found in the sero-positive rates with age. The results indicate that the BLV infection rate has been increased continuously in Korea and that the establishment of BLV-free herd is imminent.

전자와 컴퓨터 기술의 발전은 무선 센서 네트워크 증대의 토대를 마련하였다. 이에 따라, 센서 네트워크상의 충돌 방지와 인증 기술의 필요성이 증대되어 지고 있다. 센서 네트워크의 충돌 방지를 위해 개발될 알고리즘은 무선 센서 네트워크 플랫폼 상에 쉽게 적용될 수 있으며 또한 동시에 분산 연산, 분산 저장, 데이터 강인성, 센싱된 데이터를 자동 분류할 수 있어야한다. 그리고 무선 센서 네트워크에서 보안을 유지하기 위하여 여러 센서 간에 안전하게 채널을 확립할 수 있어야한다. 본 논문 우리는 센서의 인증과 충돌 방지를 위하여 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 채널 확립 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 두 가지 다른 형태의 구조를 제안하였으며, 각 구조에서는 센서 노드 사이에서 채널을 확립하기위하여 웨이블렛 필터를 사용한 알고리즘과 센서의 충돌 방지를 위하여 BIBD(Balanced Incomplete Block Design) 코드를 사용하였다. 결과적으로, BIBD와 웨이블렛 필터 기반으로 제안된 알고리즘은 이상적인 환경에서 98% 충돌 검출율을 가졌다.

본 연구는 범죄 집단이나 테러리스트 등 악의적 의도로 사용되는 드론으로부터 국가중요시설 방호를 위한 효과적인 안티드론 시스템 구축 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 안티드론 시스템에 관한 기술 및 정책 보고서, 제조업체의 공개 자료, 학술 연구논문을 검토하고, 드론 관련 분야의 전문가를 대상으로 안티드론의 복합적인 대응체계 구축과 관련한 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 탐지체계는 다양한 센서의 장단점을 보완하여 탐지율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 중첩·혼합운용하는 것이 효과적이며, 무력화 수단은 소프트킬 방식과 하드킬 방식을 배비하여 작전환경에 맞게 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 융통성을 확보하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 다시말해 불법드론 사전관리체계 정립, 탐지자산 혼합 및 중첩운용, 적합한 대응방안 결정, 무력화 수단 다중배비 등이다. 이러한 중첩·복합적 안티드론체계 운용을 통한 국가중요시설에 대한 방호체계 구축이 무엇보다 시급한 과제라 할 수 있다.

Vivienne Westwood could be placed in a unique position in the contemporary fashion design. She has never belonged in a core group of mainstream fashion designer but not been always in an outsider position. She got from mainstream fashion designer circles enormous appreciation, even established fashion industry was influenced by her fashion design. She began her fashion design with rebellious T-shirts like 'destroy' T-shirt, chicken-bone T-shirt, and nipple-zipper T-shirt, all of which revealed her disgust against establishment. All these T-shirts testify her total negation tendency in her youth. However, she did not continue to keep such a kind of total negation attitude against establishment In 1980s she changed her political attitude towards establishment, and this change also found a reflection in her fashion design. In her pirate-collection the dark image of her fashion in the 1970s changed into a totally different bright image with full of gold colour. Although this collection had radiated brightness, it contained still outsider character from mainstream fashion design. The following fashion design in 1980s and 1990s evolved further on the line of Pirate-collection, but they continued to contain certain outsider characteristics. Vivienne Westwood kept some kind of anti-establishment attitude, and this attitude more or little came to the surface of her design. She was always political and critical to the establishment. In 2005, in her 64, she designed a liberty T-shirt, which showed her political attitude and her engagement in social issues. Also it showed the change from the early total negation to the constructive critical affirmation. In this paper the relation between the fashion design of Vivienne Westwood and her political attitude and the influence of her political attitude to her fashion design is analyzed.

China is defending the terrorist crime through the Anti-Terror Law and anti-terrorism criminal legislation. China's Anti-Terror Law and the Criminal Code Amendment (9), which were promulgated in 2015, provide legal grounds for preventing and hurting ever-growing terrorist crimes. In particular, China's amendment to the Criminal Code (9) is designed to rigorously enforce the legal framework for terrorist crimes, protect prejudicial rights that might be violated by serious terrorist crimes, and protect the penalties for terrorist crimes. However, China's anti-terrorism legislation still has drawbacks such as lack of systematicity, limited regulatory boundaries, and lack of rigorous penalties for the establishment of anti-terrorism legislation. To counter this, China's anti-terrorism legislation must strictly regulate the legal system of terrorist crimes, secure penalties, and prescribe anti-terrorism laws as professional chapters.

The objective of this treatise is to study the effect which rock'n'roll had on fashion through the fashion of rock'n'roll stars and contemporary youngsters. The United states of America in the 1950's when rock'n'roll came into existence was an opulent and luxurious period. People's spare time increased and teenagers who grew up in oppulence after World War II emlerged. It was rock'n'roll that comprised the background of their culture. Rock'n'roll music, which was in the mixed form of Negro's rhythm and blues, and country -and-western of Southern hillbilly Rock'n'roll was expressed as a 'culture', characterized by both the luxurious and oppulent culture and the'anti-establishment' defying it. This cultural characteristic emerged as at once the conservative fashion following the contemporary fashion and the anti-establishment fashion in the rock'n'roll fashion. Therefore, the rock'n'roll fashion influenced by popular music became one momentum of including popular music among factors affecting the twentieth-century modern fashion.

The Chinese Belt Road initiatives in the Southeast Asian countries marked a new chapter in the development of China political influence on this region. This article looks at the initiative from the cultural dimension and aims to place its narrative as the entry point to understand the use of identity politics in Asian countries that target the Chinese diaspora. This topic relates to the primordial sentiments of Southeast Asian nations amid massive Chinese investment in the region. The issue of Chinese investments under the Belt Road Initiative corridor has a relationship with the formation of anti-Chinese discourse and anti-communist in some Southeast Asian countries. We took the cases of Indonesian and Malaysian elections to observe the use of identity politics and anti-Chinese political discourse in Southeast Asia. In both cases, a common issue emerged, that of the strengthening both Islamic and indigenous sensibilities. The establishment of ASEAN during the Cold War may be seen then as an anti-thesis to emerging Chinese power. However, anti-Chinese and anti-communism sentiments were not enough to unite the forces of the nations of Southeast Asia. We have concluded that brotherhood, mutual prosperity, and anti-neo-colonialism are yet to be fostered completely to make a distinct ASEAN identity.

This study examined the characteristics of total consumers' anti-sites on on-line and their changes according to the establishment year of consumers' anti-sites, the activities and the evaluation of consumers' anti-sites and their differences according to the characteristics of consumers' anti-sites. Total 649 consumers' anti sites were analyzed for examining the characteristics of total consumers' anti-sites and 18 anti sites were selected for examining the activities and the evaluations of consumers' anti site. The anti sites were evaluated by the index of using in preceding research. The result showed that about 90% of total consumers' anti-site were not activated, only a few consumers participated even in the activated sites, most activity of the anti-site were operated only on on-line not off-line, over half of anti-sites targeted to the company in the type of the subject of anti-site, and the majority of the external shape of anti-site were cafe. On the change of characteristics according to the opening year, the proportion of cafe and the sites acting on both on-line and off-line were increased year by year. The number of anti-sites was decreased since 2005 and the proportion of highly activated sites was lowest in 2005. On the activity of anti-sites, the number of providing the information were more than the number of presenting the complaint among the bulletin writings. The number of the bulletin writing were more in highly activated sites than in low activated sites. most of highly activated sites were problem solving type compared to the low activated sites. The number of the bulletin writings in company anti-sites were the most among three type of subject of anti-site. The number of the bulletin writings in cafe type were more than in home-page type. On the evaluation of consumers' anti-sites, most of the sites didn't update the notices and provided incomplete information how consumers participated in the protesting movements. The highly activated sites functioned better in most parts in providing a information, connection with other consumer and site manager, management of the site.

Purpose: This study examines the motivations that prompt customers to use commercial sharing services (CSSs), and the relationship between anti-consumption and the perceived utility of CSSs in the fashion-sharing business. This study tries to understand how the two types of anti-consumption can differentially affect consumers' perceived utility to use CSSs. In particular, as the types of CSS have diversified and many consumers have used them, it can be expected that the influence of anti-consumption on the perceived utility of CSSs can change, depending on the field where the CSS is applied. Research design, data and methodology: The structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs was used. Results: This study found that (i) two types of anti-consumption (voluntary and selective) differentially affect the perceived utilities to use CSSs; (ii) the two types of anti-consumption differentially affect the perceived utility to use CSSs depending on the level of the brand. Conclusions: In order to promote the spread of consumers' use in the sharing economy, it will be possible to identify what important utility is and make a meaningful contribution to the establishment of future marketing strategies.
