In recent times, the legal management of construction enterprise has become one of important theme in the domestic construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to consider rational methodology of legal management of construction enterprise. To achieve this objective, this paper performs a case study about the major cause and significant characteristic of the legal management. In conclusion, the following factors are systematized : 1) actual condition of legal management of construction enterprise in korea, 2) the influence and extended suggestions of legal management.

This paper describes the performance improvement of switchgear. G/S(Gas Switch) is a common and very important facility in distribution system. In this paper We analyze the cause of trouble with operating switches. Using the conclusion through the investigation We propose the countermeasure of a malfunction in switching equipment.

Generally, we made use of PID control for torque control, speed control and stability, Hence, dynamic characteristic of DC motor has been studied for stable drive and accurate speed control by many engineers. But, in this paper, we applied genetic algorithm to current control for robust control and stability In conclusion, we prove that current control of genetic algorithm can be high efficiency.

This study was to identify the relationships among the autonomy, job stress, and job performance of nurses. For general characteristics, there was no difference was a difference in the job stress of the subjects in accordance with their ages and clinical nursing career. In conclusion, in order to enhance nursing specialty by offering qualitative nursing, To amerliorate job performance, it is necessary to improve the autonomy of nurses and to manage their job stress properly.

Objective: A case report on intestinal metaplasia improvement using Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT) Methods: A 68-year-old Korean female shows symptoms of atrophic gastritis, indigestion, abdominal distention, and gallbladder pain, causing inconvenience in her daily life. Results: Symptoms of intestinal metaplasia improved after nutritional therapy Conclusion: Nutrition therapy can help improve symptoms and alleviate dyspepsia in patients with symptoms of intestinal metaplasia.

Objective: A case report on alopecia improvement using Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT) Methods: A 78-year-old Korean female, in which her quality of life has deteriorated due to severe longterm hair loss on the crown and forelocks. Results: Symptoms of alopecia improved after nutritional therapy Conclusion: Nutritional therapy can help to promote hair growth and increase hair thickness for patients who exhibit symptoms of alopecia.

Objective: A case report on the improvement of gallbladder polyps through Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy Methods: On ultrasound, gallbladder polyps were detected in a 54-year-old male Korean patient. In addition to the polyps, there were also calcific tendonitis and various inflammatory conditions of the shoulder. Results: Ultrasound revealed the absence of gallbladder polyps 8 months after nutritional therapy. Conclusion: It is believed that nutritional therapy is beneficial for patients with gallbladder polyps who do not require surgical treatment and are under observation.

Objective: Case report of improvement in muscle pain, insomnia, and depression in a breast cancer patient using Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy. Methods: A Korean woman in her 50s was diagnosed with breast cancer. After being diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer, her quality of life has greatly deteriorated due to the side effects of the drugs administered. Results: Symptoms of insomnia and muscle pain improved after nutritional therapy. Conclusion: Applying nutritional therapy to patients with the aforementioned condition can help alleviate symptoms.

Objective: A case report on the improvement of bald crown by Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT). Methods: A 61-year-old Korean male suffering from bald crown, male pattern baldness, and reduced hair thickness Results: Bald crown improved after Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT). Conclusion: Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT) is effective in relieving the symptoms of hair loss patients.

Objective: Ortho-Cellular Nutrition Therapy (OCNT) Experiential treatment for Breast Cancer, lymphedema Patients Methods: The patient is a Korean woman aged 50 years. She was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, the right lymph node was removed, resulting in lymphedema and pain. Results: After nutritional therapy, lymphedema improved. Conclusion: The patient's lymphedema improved, and she regained her daily vitality.
