Results: Foucault's codes of conduct comprising the mode of subjection and telos are discussed to explain nurses' moral dilemma. The dual process of caring is also discussed. Conclusion: From dilemmatic experience, nurses practice self-formation or self-cultivation to become more virtuous, well-balanced, or integrated people. Such characteristics form the essence of nursing practice.

  • This study was carried out to obtain the most optimum conition in vacuum sintering of M2 HSS powder, by analysis of sintering characteristics and fracture strength in several conditions. The conclusion deduced from this study are as follows; -Boron was more effective element than graphite; at this time, the optimum amount of addition was 0.05 wt% -The optimum condition of sintering temperature and time were 1190- $1200^{\circ}C$ and 1-1.25hr, respectively -Fracture strength of vacuum sintered and heat-treated specimen in the most optimum condition was 2-2.5KN/ $mm^2$

  • Recently, we experienced one case of penetrating cardiac injury patient by the knife. This patient was treated by emergency operation through left anterolateral thoracotomy under local anesthesia at emergency room. But, the patient was brought about the brain death inspite of normalized function of heart and lung. Now we have a conclusion that was able to recover of heart and lung functions by doctor`s exactly judgement and practice, at least.

  • Issues on design of routing scheme and routing metric for multicast in multi-channel multi-radio (MCMR) wireless mesh networks (WMNs) are discussed. Emphasis is placed on channel-diversity oriented routing metrics. From case study the conclusion to be drawn is that the key for design of channel-diversity oriented routing metrics is how to construct an optimization function to quantify interdependence between channel assignment and multicast routing throughput.

  • This article examines China's political characteristics from a cultural perspective. First, it demonstrates the usefulness of the semiotic model through comparative analysis of various political and cultural research methods. Next, this model is used to analyze the representative religions of China, Confucianism and Taoism. Lastly, it analyzes the influence of the cultural codes derived through this on Chinese politics. In conclusion, China has a monolithic cultural code that seeks harmony with transcendental order centered on secular order. It is analyzed that the cultural code of this characteristic had an influence on the orientations of non-rationalization and realism.

  • Objective: A case report on the improvement of adenomyosis using cell correction nutritional therapy. Methods: A 39-year-old Korean woman who experienced severe dysmenorrhea after childbirth and had elevated levels of cancer antigen 125 (CA-125) during recent regular check-up. Results: Application of nutritional therapy resulted in relief of dysmenorrhea, elimination of oxidized blood, and reduction in CA-125 levels. Conclusion: Nutritional therapy can be helpful in alleviating symptoms and assisting in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis.
