The article is devoted to current problems of the concept leadership. The essence of the concept of "leadership" is considered and leadership theories. The authors of the article conducted a multifaceted analysis of leadership theories, analyzed the factors of their formation and identified their relationship. Also, the reasons for the difference and connection between leadership and leadership. Styles were presented leadership and their role in building effective leadership. To form the basis of effective leadership was compared to the main criteria inherent in this theories. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical (analysis of regulatory documents and scientific literature on the problem under study, comparison, generalization, modeling), empirical (diagnostics of the level of formation of managerial competencies of students of the system, questioning, observation, peer review, comparative qualitative and quantitative analysis of diagnostic results the level of formation of managerial competencies).

본 연구는 Figshare를 통해 공유되고 있는 문헌정보학분야 연구데이터의 유형, 주제, 공개 수준 등을 분석하고 재사용성이 상대적으로 높은 데이터의 특성을 통계적으로 해석해 보았다. 분석 결과 데이터의 유형은 dataset과 paper 유형이, 주제 분야는 open access와 research data가 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였으며, 70%에 가까운 연구데이터가 pdf와 같이 편집과 재사용이 원활하지 않은 형태로 공개되어 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 연구데이터의 특성과 활용 정도간의 관계 분석 결과, 주제에 있어서는 APC(Article Processing Charge)를 비롯한 open access 영역이 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 데이터 유형에 있어서는 paper의 활용도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The increasing popularity of the concept of technology innovation has been driven by greater international competition in a rapidly globalizing economy. Both countries and enterprises are placing more and more emphasis on it in order to gain competitive advantages. This article gives a general introduction about the research and application of technology innovation in China. At the national level, one obvious fact is that the total R&D expenditure increased rapidly during the year 2001 to year 2005 and reached Y 245 billions, and China made 2,452 international patent applications in 2005 and became the world's 10th largest user of the Patent Cooperation Treaty. At the industry and enterprise level, much progress has also been made in China. This article uses the high-tech industry as an example to introduce the industry and enterprise technology innovation respectively. Corresponding to the practice, scholars also did a great amount of research work related to technology innovation. This article sums up all the work done from the macroscopic aspect (such as national technology innovation strategy, regional innovation system, industry technology innovation) and microcosmic aspect (such as enterprise technology innovation strategy, patterns and evaluation standards). Based on the analysis, this article discusses the limitation of current work and research trend about the technology innovation.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore, examine, and analyze Journal of Distribution Science and its articles based on five key factors of journal selection process by Thompson and to provide foundations for further knowledge creation and theory building in the areas of distribution and distribution science. Research design, data, methodology - This study used an exploratory case study method to engage article analysis and reviews of Journal of Distribution Science. Thompson's five journal selection factors were used as criteria for the journal and article analyses and review. Results - Journal of Distribution Science is currently meeting or at least in the progress of meeting the following factors: timeliness of publication, international editorial convention, international diversity, and citation analysis. However, JDS is short of meeting the factor of editorial content. The research topics were not new, emerging, and/or distinctive, and they were not directly associated with specific region or country other than Korea. Conclusions - The findings from this study could lead the field of distribution to reexamine the core knowledge, to reestablish the fundamental concepts and principles, to formulate and propose academically and practically sound research methods, and to develop and focus on unique research topics in the area of distribution.

일반적으로 지역학 연구를 수행하는데 있어 연구 동향을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 지역학의 연구 분야는 매우 다양하며, 모든 지역학 연구 분야에 대한 연구가 동시에 진행되는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이로 인해 지역학연구는 시대에 따라 연구 분야 및 연구 동향이 변화 하였다. 이와 함께 지역학의 연구 동향을 이해하려는 관심이 꾸준히 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 지중해지역 연구를 대상으로 동시 출현 키워드를 기반으로 연구 동향을 분석한다. 이를 위하여 국내 지중해지역 연구의 대표 학술지인 『지중해지역연구』에 게재된 논문들을 대상으로 논문 유형 분석 및 키워드를 추출하여 정제 과정을 거쳐 동시 출현 키워드를 생성하였다. 세부적으로 논문의 유형 분석을 통해 기본적인 동향 분석을 수행하였고, 논문의 동시 출현 키워드를 이용하여 단순 정량 분석보다 심층적인 분석을 수행하고, 동시출현 키워드를 통해 생성된 네트워크 그래프 형태의 시각화를 통해 분석을 수행한다.

In this article, Adomian decomposition method (ADM), variation iteration method(VIM) and homotopy analysis method (HAM) for solving integro-differential equation with singular kernel have been investigated. Also,we study the existence and uniqueness of solutions and the convergence of present methods. The accuracy of the proposed method are illustrated with solving some numerical examples.

In the light of necessary analysis on the cooperation and development between ports and shipping line, and the characteristic of cooperation between international ports and shipping lines, the article analyses the operating strategies in actual shipping lines benefits to the cooperation between ports and shipping lines. After all-round analysis on the cooperation and development between ports and shipping lines, the author presents the running model of ports and shipping lines in Far East, which is the integration of operation between ports and shipping lines (namely integration of logistics service network). Purpose - The article studies aims to construct the center of economy in the upriver area of Chang Jiang, and has realistic significance probing into the contribution of insurance essential factor market to economic development on the contribution role of essential factor market of insurance in financial industry development to economic growth in Chongqing in both aspects of direct and indirect contribution by the way of demonstration analysis. Research data and methodology - The data are from Statistic Yearbook in Chongqing in 1997-2008.The conclusion shows that essential factor market of insurance development falls behind of economic growth in direct aspect; BBD, BLD and FIR could pull economic growth, but ID just restrain economic growth in Chongqing. Results -The estimate coefficient sigh of BDD, BLD, FIR are plus but ID is not, it is to say the increase of bank deposit dump could impel economic growth, which is accord with general thought. Conclusions - At last, the article Having Studied on the contribution role of essential factor market of insurance in financial industry development to economic growth in Chongqing by the way of demonstration analysis.

The Ribonucleotide reductases (RNR) are essential enzymes that catalyze the conversion of nucleotides to deoxynucleotides in DNA replication and repair in all living organisms. The RNRs operate by a free radical mechanism but differ in the composition of subunit, cofactor required and regulation by allostery. Based on these differences the RNRs are classified into three classesclass I, class II and class III which depend on oxygen, adenosylcobalamin and S-adenosylmethionine with an iron sulfur cluster respectively for radical generation. In this article thirty seven sequences belonging to each of the three classes of RNR were analyzed by using various tools of bioinformatics. Phylogenetic analysis, dot-plot comparisons and motif analysis was done to identify a number of differences in the three classes of RNRs. In this research article, we have attempted to decipher evolutionary relationship between the three classes of RNR by using bioinformatics approach.

The present article is concerned with the overview of carbonaceous materials used as anode materials for lithium ion secondary batteries. This article first classified carbonaceous materials into graphite, soft carbon and hard carbon according to their crystal structures, and then summarised the previous works on the characteristics of lithium intercalation/deintercalation into/from the carbonaceous materials. Finally this article reviewed our recent research works on the mechanism of lithium transport through graphite, soft carbon and hard carbon electrodes from the kinetic view point by the analysis of the theoretical and experimental potentiostatic current transients.
