원자력시설의 필수디지털자산에 대한 기술적 보안조치항목에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of Technical Security Control for Critical Digital Asset of Nuclear Facilities)

  • 기술발전에 따라 원자력시설에 사용되는 장비가 아날로그 시스템에서 디지털 시스템으로 변경되는 추세이다. 컴퓨터와 디지털시스템의 비율이 증가함에 따라 원자력시설은 사이버 위협에 노출되었다. 그 결과 사이버보안에 대한 관심이 높아지고 사이버 공격으로부터 시스템을 보호해야 한다는 인식의 변화가 생겼다. 국내 규제기관에서 발행한 KINAC/RS-015는 필수디지털자산에 대해 101가지 사이버보안 통제항목을 제시하였지만 디지털자산의 특성을 고려하지 않은 일반적인 항목이다. 모든 사이버보안 통제항목을 필수디지털자산에 적용하는 것은 많은 작업량과 효율성을 떨어뜨린다. 본 논문에서는 필수디지털자산의 특성을 파악하고 적절한 보안조치항목을 제시함으로써 효과적인 사이버 보안 통제항목 적용을 제안한다.

Investigating Consumer Innovativeness for New Media Infusion: Role of Literacy in the Context of OTT Services in Korea

  • Consumer innovativeness plays a vital role in explaining consumer dynamics, such as adoption, usage, and behavioral intention, in the new world of disruptive online media. This empirical study aimed to examine the importance of consumer innovativeness and digital literacy in the adoption and expansion of new technology-based media services, focusing on OTT services. Extending the theory of adoption of new technologies by innovators to new media environment centered on OTT services, it examines the influence of the four dimensions of motivated consumer innovativeness on OTT service usage. The Korea Media Panel Data of 2019, where overall ICT usage and media consumption of a broad panel of respondents was collected, was used for the analysis. From the data of 10,864 respondents, 4,031 (37.1%) were found to have experience in using OTT services. To clarify the mediating effect of digital literacy on the correlations between cognitive innovativeness of consumers and their use of OTT services, Process Macro Model 4 was used. The bootstrap method was applied to reveal that all four dimensions of consumer innovativeness have a significant indirect effect on new media usage through digital literacy, thus indicating how digital literacy plays an important role in the spread of new digital services in addition to consumer innovativeness. The findings are important in that they can help in the efforts to introduce new technologies to the public and educate them to improve their digital literacy so that they can enjoy the complete experience of using these new digital products.

  • With the development of digital content software production technology and the technological progress of related hardware, the social status quo in the post-epidemic era, the popularization and application of 5G networks, the market and consumers' increasing demand for digital content products, artificial intelligence, virtual digital human, virtual Idols, virtual live, self-media content and metaverse-related content industries are all developing rapidly. Virtual idols, virtual digital human, etc. are not only accelerating innovation in production technology. The economic cost, technical difficulty and time requirements of production are also greatly reduced. With the arrival and development of the Metaverse, the author believes that the content industry with virtual digital humans as the core will continue to develop in the direction of refinement, specialization, facilitation and customization. In this article, we will analyze and study the production of virtual digital human based on Photoscan technology and Unreal Engine 5 Metahuman software, and discuss the application status and future development of related content.

  • Purpose: At the industrial sites of aviation enterprises there is a significant optimization of the main production processes through the use of advanced digital technologies. The most promising are the latest technologies of industrial Internet of Things, active use of big data and practical application of artificial intelligence in production. Research design, data and methodology:The process of creating a competitive product in the high-tech aviation sector is actively linked to the investment appeal of aircraft and helicopter construction products, which is built on the basis of reducing production and time costs through the creation of an effective digital system. Results: The aviation cluster of Rostec State Corporation is currently being transformed in a significant way. The leading enterprises of the Russian aviation industry are actively mastering cooperation schemes using integrated digital management principles and the widespread introduction of digital products from leading Russian vendors. Conclusions: Following the transition to electronic aircraft design technologies and modern materials in the production of aircraft, UAC continues to improve all production processes through robotization and optimization of technological processes, due to the introduction of aircraft assembly technology in accordance with digital models.

  • 최근 치과 임상 영역에 디지털이 접목되면서 디지털을 활용한 임상 진료가 점차 일반화되어가고 있다. 현재까지의 디지털 치과진료는 구강스캔 등의 자료채득, 가이드를 활용한 수술, CAD CAM을 사용한 보철물 제작 등의 직접적인 부분에 다소 집중된 감이 있으나, 치과 진료의 시작인 진단 및 치료계획 수립 단계에서도 디지털의 활용은 큰 효용을 가지고 있다. 이번 증례에서는 전치부 수복을 위해 내원한 환자에게 구치부를 포함한 상악 전체의 수복을 이해시키고, 교합고경을 재설정하여 수복하는 과정의 가이드라인으로 사용한 digital mockup의 활용 예를 보고하고자 한다.

  • As the number of users of the Metaverse platform increases and virtual assets in the Metaverse can be converted into reality, various commercial trading activities are occurring within the Metaverse. Considering that users can earn profits through selling digital products and the profits can be converted into fiat money or virtual assets, the commerce activities within Metaverse are similar to existing e-commerce. However, due to the peculiarity of transactions performed in Metaverse platform, the current legal system is insufficient to apply to Metaverse commerce, and many researches have been conducted for this purpose. But, regulatory research on NFT(Non-Fungible Token) digital products that can be applied to all types of physical products is inadequate. Therefore, This study investigated the types of digital products commerce in Metaverse, investigated the issues of commerce transactions related to NFT digital products and the regulations related to them. Based on this, research results can be used as the development direction of NFT digital products trading and consideration of related policy to protect NFT digital products.

The rules and methodology of this profession has remained uniform for a long period of time. But due to the advent of the digital technology accounting industry is experiencing some great changes. Challenges for the accounting profession are reflected in the need for rapid adaptation and transformation of business practice and business processes. Gradually it was difficult to manage the accounting of large firms without having any machine help. This profession faced a lot of challenges and required the need to adapt technology. The requirements of finance and digital accounting, as well as the requirements of regional and international financial and accounting integration, require proactive preparation, taking full advantage of the advantages as well as limiting the impacts. disadvantage. Real-time estimation of responses and loads of real-scale pipes subjected to earthquakes and external loads using digital twin technology

  • Infrastructure facilities contain various pipe systems, which can be considerably damaged by external loads such as earthquakes. Therefore, structural health monitoring (SHM) and safety assessment of pipes are crucial. Digital twin technology for SHM of pipes is important in the industry. This study proposes a digital twin system that estimates the behavior, stress, and external load of real-scale pipes in real time under simultaneous seismic and external loads using a minimum number of sensors. Vibration tests were performed to construct the digital twin system, and a numerical model was developed that considered the dynamic characteristics of a target pipe. Moreover, a reduced-order modeling technique of a numerical model was applied to enhance its real-time performance. The digital twin system successfully estimated the response of the pipe at all points. Verification of the digital twin system was performed by comparing it with the experimental parameters of a real-scale pipe. The proposed digital twin system can help enhance SHM and system's maintenance.

  • CD-ROM(Compact Disk-Read Only Memory) is very attractive storage media because it has much storage space but is small size and portable. Optical pickup, one of the most important parts for reading data on a CD-ROM, is not produced tuned up. For the use of goods, we must tune up the optical pickup by adjusting the screw for adjustment. First, we developed analog servo system for optical pickup tuners. For eliminating some problems in analog servo system, this paper designed the modeling of digital servo system for optical pickup tuner. Though the characteristics of optical pickup are changed, the digital servo system for optical pickup tuner can easily apply to all pickup, and can reduce the measurement error among the optical pickup tuners. For the purpose of confirming the designed digital servo system, we produced data that specify the disk vibration and the disk eccentricity, and simulated servo system with MATLAB.

Digital Image의 미학적 해석 (A Study on the esthetic analysis for the Digital Image)

  • All kinds of artwork, including multimedia and digital image that has been subliminated into an af mediating two numbers 0 and 1 in recent age, are self-sufficient and autonomous in themselves. Nevertheless, each of those artworks can be realized as a real entity only if its appreciator is capable enough to explore some potential meaning out of it through his or her own perceptual work. According to Mikel Dufrenne, an artwork is composed of three existential tiers: "le sensible" or the sensible material; "fe representation" or the subject(le sujet), and "1′expression." Dufrenne contends that our esthetic perception can be realized by way of three steps that are comparable to those three tiers: perception of the presence of the body("le sensible"), contemplative perception by way of imagination("le representation"), and reflective perception ("1′expression") as a result of dialectics of sense and sensibility. This paper argues on the aesthetic perception with regard to digital image expressed by two numbers 0 and 1, putting focus on the epistemological role of sensibility(감) that explores "1′expression" a la Dufrenne.
