For the Service Interfacing, Commute alerts handled in Parental Cellphone through APP. The Service Platform can check the registered beacon data collection and operation management function.

Pharmacodynamic Drug-Drug Interactions Considered to be Added in the List of Contraindications with Pharmacological Classification in Korea (약물군-약물군 조합으로 도출한 약력학적 기전의 추가 병용금기성분)

  • Objectives: Drug utilization review program in Korea has provided 'drug combinations to avoid (DCA)' alerts to physicians and pharmacists to prevent potential adverse drug events or inappropriate drug use. Seven hundred and six DCA pairs have been announced officially by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) by March, 2015. Some DCA pairs could be grouped based on the drug interaction mechanism and its consequences. This study aimed to investigate the drug-drug interaction (DDI) pairs, which may be potential DCAs, generated by the drug class-drug class interaction method. Methods: Eleven additive/synergistic and one antagonistic drug class-drug class interaction groups were identified. By combining drugs of two interacting drug class groups, numerous DDI pairs were made. The status and severity of DDI pairs were examined using Lexicomp and Micromedex. Also, the DCA listing rate was calculated. Results: Among 258 DDI pairs generated by the drug class-drug class interaction method, only 142 pairs were identified as official DCA pairs by the MFDS. One hundred and four pairs were identified as potential DCA pairs to be listed. QT prolonging agents-QT prolonging agents, triptans-ergot alkaloids, tricyclic antidepressants-monoamine oxidase inhibitors, and dopamine agonists-dopamine antagonists were identified as drug class-drug class interaction groups which have less than 50 % DCA listing rate. Conclusion: To improve the clinicians' adaptability to DCA alerts, the list of DCA pairs needs to be continuously updated.

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) interconnects every device by allowing them to communicate directly and share information with each other and has been recently applied to various industrial fields. The integration of home appliances with IoT has led to the creation of new markets by providing quick and better experience to consumers. Although IoT has been integrated into most modern day appliances, there have been few developments for kitchen appliances. This paper presents the development of integrating IoT with the blender, one of the most widely used appliance in the kitchen. A custom application was made to interact with the blender that provides three main functions: digital controller, maintenance, and defrosting alarm. The function of digital controller provides wireless control to the conventional blender. The maintenance function detects and alerts the user on blender reliability with the intent of enabling the anticipation of hardware failures. The defrost alarm alerts the user when the ingredient has reached the appropriate and desired temperature when cooking frozen food.

  • The medicolegal problem can be occurred in all medical field. Especially pre-hospital stage can be more exposed to the legal claims due to the very nature of EMT business and characteristics of ER patient or their family member. All Emergency Medical Technician should be concerned about the law associated with emergency care for handling the medicolegal problem, so the legally risky situations that may be occurred in pre-hospital stage and ER practice. This study reviewed malpractice claim of emergency patients filed in at Association of malpractice patients' family and two tertiary level hospitals. Problems related to treatment and misdiagnosis. Especially issues concerning emergency medical service system including of inadequate transport, delay in triage and transport accounted for many cases of all claims. This alerts us to the seriousness of medical accidents of emergency patient. This paper suggests several items that all E.M.T and every member of ED health care team always have to remember the medicolegally risk situations, must be trained in understanding the patients' wants and desires and should have the knowledge of the law associated with emergency health care. Develop the system that can share the informations about the medicolegal events which were experienced by each ED health care institutes.

  • In this paper, we propose a system for an emergency alert broadcasting service that broadcast residents prompt alarms immediately after the disaster occurs in the private sector. The proposed system consists of a contents streamer, n contents distributor, and m television controller under the assumption that the public broadcasting system and the local area network have been already installed. Also, the goal of the system is to forcibly broadcast disaster information to the residents by streaming contents for alerts on their TV. The proposed system in this paper can be utilized in sharing of emergency information in the area as quickly as possible and various information of the area.

  • Recently, it is being held festival according to regional and seasonally cultural feature in nationwide. Especially, local festivals are being provided festival information services a variety of forms for tourists depending on development of information device. However, systems to provide notification information of local festivals are not persistent but mostly short term service. In this paper, we propose a mobile commerce and information notification system through festival information alerts and festival surrounding information using local based on service. In addition, we implement a festival information notification system that applies to beacon based on bluetooth in order to inform them on diverse festival. Finally, we take into account in terms of design of system using object-oriented design modeling to improve reusability of proposed system.

  • The BBS of Web Site is a space of informational communication to share information. At the moment, countless information is shared through various kinds of BBS. The shared information through the Web BBS can be gains to someone and losses to the other. Thus, for a long time, there have been many researches about technologies, which monitor information uploaded to Web BBS in real-time and inform the results to subjects. For BBS monitoring, existing methods have utilized direct approaches to DB or open API. Also, e-mail addresses have been utilized to inform results to subjects. However, there are two main problems for these methods. The one is a problem on closed BBS, which cannot be accessed, and the other is impossibility of supporting real-time alarm to e-mail. Especially, the real-time support for services, such as monitoring, is extremely important, since the main purpose of monitoring is based on the counter action for the result. The mobile Web has a merit to be accessed in anywhere, so that it is quite suitable for services requiring real-time support. However, the real-time support of mobile device has not been utilized enough, because each mobile phone has different standards of contents so that the contents should be pre-created. This paper suggests a technology that overcomes pitfalls of mobile Web while it is out of standard, and shows how the effect can be maximized through services such as monitoring, which requires the real-time support.

Design of a Data Grid Model between TOS and HL7 FHIR Service for the Retrieval of Personalized Health Resources (개인화된 건강 자원 조회를 위한 TOS 와 HL7 FHIR 서비스간의 데이터그리드 모델 설계)

  • On the ICT healing platform designed to issue early disease alerts, TOS connected between the provider of personal health-related data and the service provider and relayed personalized health data. In the previous study, TOS proposed how to monitor the retrieval and management of document/measurement resources by taking mobile devices into account. Recently the healthcare field, however, defined the standard items needed for communication and data exchanges with a mobile device through HL7 FHIR. This study designed a data grid model between TOS and FHIR to provide personal health resources relayed through TOS in FHIR bundle search sets. The proposed design was organized as follows: first, it stated similarities between the method of TOS resource request and that of FHIR observation request. Then, it designed an eventbus module to process a retrieval request for FHIR service based on the imdb and cluster technologies. The proposed design can be used to expand the old service terminals of ICT healing platform to mobile health devices capable of using FHIR resources.

  • This thesis aims to realize an intelligent home service robot that alerts the user to dangerous situations such as fires and gas leaks by utilizing wireless internet platforms in a cellular phone. The intelligent home service robot is composed of the following parts: The robot part consists of a gas sensor, a fire detector, a smoke sensor, ultrasonic sensors, motors, a camera and a Blue-tooth module and perceives various danger circumstances; The middleware part connects the robot part with the mobile part through the middleware applications, monitors the robot and notifies an emergency situation using SMS modules; The mobile part communicates with the middleware using TCP/IP protocol and controls the robot through various commands; The proposed scheme is to control the sensors of the robot part through and Atmega128 processor, and the mobile part was developed based on the WIPI platform. The robot and middleware parts will be installed in the household, and will be controled by mobile part from the outside.

  • In this paper, we implemented an intelligent home service robot system which alerts users to danger by wireless internet platforms for interoperability(WIPI) of a cellular phone. This paper discusses the three parts of the system: robot, middleware and mobile system. First, the robot consists of a gas sensor, a fire detector, ultrasonic sensors, motors, a camera and a Bluetooth module. The robot perceives various danger circumstances. Second, the middleware connects the robot and the mobile system. It monitors the robot and sends emergency notification SMS message to the user's cellular phone if in danger. Third, the mobile system sends commands which control the robot using TCP/IP protocol. The proposed scheme is to control the sensors of the robot part through Atmega 128 processor, and the robot and middleware parts will be installed in the household, and will be controled by mobile part from the outside.
