As AI (Artificial Intelligence)-related technologies are highly developed due to the 4th industrial revolution, cases of applying AI in various fields are increasing. The main reason is that there are practical limits to direct processing and analysis of exponentially increasing data as information and communication technology develops, and the risk of human error can be reduced by applying new technologies. In this study, after collecting the data received from the 'remote potential measurement terminal (T/B, Test Box)' and the output of the 'remote rectifier' at that time, AI was trained. AI learning data was obtained through data augmentation through regression analysis of the initially collected data, and the learning model applied the value-based Q-Learning model among deep reinforcement learning (DRL) algorithms. did The AI that has completed data learning is put into the actual city gas supply area, and based on the received remote T/B data, it is verified that the AI responds appropriately, and through this, AI can be used as a suitable means for electricity management in the future. want to verify.

This study analyzed the perceptions of elementary and secondary school teachers regarding the importance of SW/AI education in fostering students' fundamental knowledge and the necessity of integrating SW/AI into education. A total of 830 elementary and secondary school teachers were selected as study subjects using the judgment sampling method. The analysis of survey data revealed that elementary and secondary teachers exhibited a strong awareness of the importance and necessity of SW/AI education, irrespective of school characteristics, region, educational experience, or prior involvement in SW and AI education. Nevertheless, the primary reasons for not implementing SW/AI education were identified as excessive workload and a lack of pedagogical expertise. An analysis of opinions on the essential conditions for implementing SW/AI education revealed that workload reduction, budget support, teacher training to enhance teacher competency, content distribution, expansion of subject-linked courses, and dedicated instructional time allocation were the major influencing factors. These findings indicate a significant demand for comprehensive instructional support and teacher capacity-building programs.

This article proposes a framework to elucidate the structural dynamics of the generative AI ecosystem. It also outlines the practical application of this proposed framework through illustrative policies, with a specific emphasis on the development of the Korean generative AI ecosystem and its implications of platform strategies at AI platform-squared. We propose a comprehensive classification scheme within generative AI ecosystems, including app builders, technology partners, app stores, foundational AI models operating as operating systems, cloud services, and chip manufacturers. The market competitiveness for both app builders and technology partners will be highly contingent on their ability to effectively navigate the customer decision journey (CDJ) while offering localized services that fill the gaps left by foundational models. The strategically important platform of platforms in the generative AI ecosystem (i.e., AI platform-squared) is constituted by app stores, foundational AIs as operating systems, and cloud services. A few companies, primarily in the U.S. and China, are projected to dominate this AI platform squared, and consequently, they are likely to become the primary targets of non-market strategies by diverse governments and communities. Korea still has chances in AI platform-squared, but the window of opportunities is narrowing. A cautious approach is necessary when considering potential regulations for domestic large AI models and platforms. Hastily importing foreign regulatory frameworks and non-market strategies, such as those from Europe, could overlook the essential hierarchical structure that our framework underscores. Our study suggests a clear strategic pathway for Korea to emerge as a generative AI powerhouse. As one of the few countries boasting significant companies within the foundational AI models (which need to collaborate with each other) and chip manufacturing sectors, it is vital for Korea to leverage its unique position and strategically penetrate the platform-squared segment-app stores, operating systems, and cloud services. Given the potential network effects and winner-takes-all dynamics in AI platform-squared, this endeavor is of immediate urgency. To facilitate this transition, it is recommended that the government implement promotional policies that strategically nurture these AI platform-squared, rather than restrict them through regulations and stakeholder pressures.

Generative AI, especially conversational AI like ChatGPT, has recently gained traction as a technological alternative for automating customer service. However, there is still a lack of research on whether current generative AI technologies can effectively replace traditional human managers in customer service automation, and whether they are advantageous in some situations and disadvantageous in others, depending on the conditions and environment. To answer the question, "Can generative AI replace human managers in customer service activities?", this study conducted experiments and surveys on customer online reviews of a food delivery platform. We applied the perspective of the elaboration likelihood model to generate hypotheses about whether there is a difference between positive and negative online reviews, and analyzed whether the hypotheses were supported. The analysis results indicate that for positive reviews, generative AI can effectively replace human managers. However, for negative reviews, complete replacement is challenging, and human managerial intervention is considered more desirable. The results of this study can provide valuable practical insights for organizations looking to automate customer service using generative AI.

One More Pumpkin won the grand prize at the 2023 Dubai International AI Film Festival, and new possibilities were also opened through the International AI and Metaverse Film Festival (GAMFF), which was held for the first time in Korea. Generative works began to stand out in earnest, with 527 diverse works from 42 countries at home and abroad using AI and metaverse technology submitted to this contest. AI is being used in a variety of fields, including the creation and implementation of digital characters through combination with VFX, improving the efficiency of video production, and managing the overall video production process. This contributes to saving human and material resources required for production and significantly improving the quality of produced videos. However, generative AI also has ambiguity in copyright attribution, ethical issues inherent in the learned dataset, and technical limitations that fall short of the level of human emotion and creativity. Accordingly, this study suggests implications at the level of production, screening, and use, as generative AI may have an impact in more areas in the future.

본 논문에서는 최근의 웹 서비스 표준 및 기술의 정비를 활용하면서 인터넷 환경에서 기업내, 외 응용 프로그램 통합 요청에 부합하는 eAI 프레임웍을 워크플로우 시스템과 연계시켜 고안하고 설계한다. 제시된 eAI 프레임웍은 eAI 플랫폼, 어댑터. 데이터 브로커, 워크플로우 시스템 등 4개의 소프트웨어 모듈을 포함하며 논문에서는 각각의 모듈이 소개된다. 고안된 eAI 프레임웍에서는 eAI 플랫폼을 구성하는 웹 서비스 게이트웨이를 매개로 방화벽을 뛰어넘으면서 다양한 프로토콜로 외부 응용 프로그램과 연동할 수 있으며 MSH(Message Service Handler)를 통하여 기존의 응용 프로그램 들과도 손쉽게 연결될 수 있다.

지난 2월 26일 농림축산검역본부(이하 검역본부)는 조류인플루엔자 전담 조직 및 전문 인력 확보를 통해 국가 차원의 효율적이고 체계적인 시스템을 구축코자 AI예방통제센터를 신설하였다. 이에 AI 사전 예방 및 조기 종식을 목표로 신설된 AI예방통제센터 업무 설명회와 현판식이 지난 4월 30일 개최되었다. 고병원성 AI의 국내 발생이 장기화되어 검역본부 AI예방통제센터의 역할이 더욱 중요한 때이다. AI예방통제센터 초대 센터장으로 부임한 손한모 센터장을 만나 부임소감과 센터 운영계획을 들어보았다.

2003년 국내에서 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI)가 발생한 이후 지난해 10월 14번째 AI가 발생했다. 지난해 국내에서 처음으로 발생한 AI는 종오리 농장으로 2018년 평창 동계올림픽을 대비해 2017년부터 실시된 오리사육제한의 실효성에 의문이이 제기되고 있는 상황이다. 오리사육제한으로 아슬아슬하게 구멍을 막고 있던 AI 방역대가 뚫려버린 이번 겨울, 대한민국 오리산업을 지키기 위한 근본적인 AI 대책은 없을까. AI 발생 현황과 이로 인한 오리업계 피해상황을 살펴보고 보다 근본적인 AI 대책을 알아본다.

his study classified the development process of artificial intelligence (AI) speakers through analysis of the news text of artificial intelligence (AI) speakers shown in traditional news reports, and identified the characteristics of each product by period. The theoretical background used in the analysis are news frames and topic frames. As analysis methods, topic modeling and semantic network analysis using the LDA method were used. The research method was a content analysis method. From 2014 to 2019, 2710 news related to AI speakers were first collected, and secondly, topic frames were analyzed using Nodexl algorithm. The result of this study is that, first, the trend of topic frames by AI speaker provider type was different according to the characteristics of the four operators (communication service provider, online platform, OS provider, and IT device manufacturer). Specifically, online platform operators (Google, Naver, Amazon, Kakao) appeared as a frame that uses AI speakers as'search or input devices'. On the other hand, telecommunications operators (SKT, KT) showed prominent frames for IPTV, which is the parent company's flagship business, and 'auxiliary device' of the telecommunication business. Furthermore, the frame of "personalization of products and voice service" was remarkable for OS operators (MS, Apple), and the frame for IT device manufacturers (Samsung) was "Internet of Things (IoT) Integrated Intelligence System". The econd, result id that the trend of the topic frame by AI speaker development period (by year) showed a tendency to develop around AI technology in the first phase (2014-2016), and in the second phase (2017-2018), the social relationship between AI technology and users It was related to interaction, and in the third phase (2019), there was a trend of shifting from AI technology-centered to user-centered. As a result of QAP analysis, it was found that news frames by business operator and development period in AI speaker development are socially constituted by determinants of media discourse. The implication of this study was that the evolution of AI speakers was found by the characteristics of the parent company and the process of co-evolution due to interactions between users by business operator and development period. The implications of this study are that the results of this study are important indicators for predicting the future prospects of AI speakers and presenting directions accordingly.
