포토샵 CS4를 이용한 디지털 노인분장에 관한 연구 (A Study of Digital Make-up for the Elderly Using Adobe Photoshop CS4)

  • This study aims at applying Photoshop functions to digital make-up(DM) for aging effect based upon the knowledge of phrenology, comparing the result with that of the real or off-line make-up(OM) and identifying any possible difference between two methods: which contributes to understanding the potential and problems of DM at application level. This study aims at suggesting a method to apply computer graphics(CGs) to special effect make-up for aging effect through a case, contributing to attracting academic concerns and building theoretical frameworks for DM. It used 'Aging Process' in Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended(CS4E) to change a young girl into a senior lady. In the process of DM, the study applies various tools and methods to making face wrinkled, finds the most effective way among them for each area of face, suggests a method to integrate the ways and shows the result of the method. Compared with OM, DM using CS4E is the less constrained work regarding procedure and time. Specifically, it can save the time tremendously because the reiterative operation of work can be omitted, when the same work is repeated, using 'Action' function which memorizes the history of the work. Once a DM work is produced, since it is durable, reusable and convertible to various images with additional operations, it seems very economical as well as highly promising to market the work through on-line sales. Regarding face features and skin, it reviewed literature in make-up and phrenology while it used Photoshop CS4 Extended tools to demonstrate a case of aging effect by combining and painting pictures of a young lady and a senior citizen.

플라즈마 이온주입 방법으로 처리된 폴리스티렌의 분자량에 따른 표면 친수성 및 에이징 현상 (Wettability and Aging Effect of Polystyrene Film Treated by PSII according to the Molecular Weight)

  • 폴리스티렌 시료의 표면을 플라즈마 이온주입(PSII) 기술로 처리하여 친수성을 향상시켰다. 친수성이 향상된 표면은 시간이 지남에 따라 원래 성질인 소수성으로 되돌아가려는 특성 (aging effect)이 있는데 본 연구에서는 각각 분자량이 다른 폴리스티렌 필름을 이용하여 분자량에 따른 에이징 효과를 살펴보았다. 무게평균 분자량이 각각 $M_w$ = 760, 2430, 31600, 115700, 280000, 903600 인 폴리스티렌을 가스종류와 펄스전압 등의 PSII 실험 변수에 따라 표면 친수성 변화를 측정하였고 PSII 처리 후 보관온도를 달리하여 분자량에 따른 에이징 정도를 관찰하였다. 분자량이 큰 폴리스티렌이 시간에 따른 에이징 현상이 적게 일어났으며 펄스전압과 보관온도가 높은 조건에서도 사슬이 긴 폴리스티렌이 에이징이 덜 되었다. 물 접촉각을 측정하여 표면 친수성을 나타내었으며 처리 후 표면 구조 변화를 관찰하기 위하여 SEM과 AFM을 이용하였고, TOF-SIMS와 XPS를 통하여 표면에 생성된 작용기들을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 노인의 성공적 노화와 기본심리욕구의 관계에서 자아통합감과 문화역량의 이중매개 효과와 지혜의 조절된 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 6월부터 2021년 3월까지 J도, S 특별시, D 광역시에 소재한 14개의 노인복지센터와 노인종합대학을 정기적으로 이용하는 60세 이상 노인 211명이었다. 자료수집은 자가 보고식 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program과 SPSS PROCESS MACRO을 활용하여 Hayes의 6번과 91번 모델로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 기본심리욕구와 성공적 노화의 관계에서 자아통합감과 문화역량이 이중 매개하여 성공적 노화에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아통합감과 문화역량을 지혜가 조절 매개하여 성공적 노화에 영향을 주었다. 그러므로 기본심리욕구충족을 위한 노력과 지혜에 따른 자아통합감과 문화역량 강화를 위한 노인복지정책과 전략개발이 요구된다.

백지를 포함하는 한약재 복합 에탄올 추출물이 피부 항노화 및 미백에 미치는 영향 (Effect of ethanol extract from mixture including Angelicae Dahuricae Radix on Dermal Anti-aging and Whitening)

  • Objective : Herbal medicinal mixture (JMB) are consisted of Caryophylli Flos, Aucklandiae Radix, and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix. Each of these herbal medicines has studied on anti-aging effect in vitro. So this study was conducted to investigate efficacy and potency of JMB extract on dermal anti-aging and whitening. Methods : The JMB was extracted at room temperature by 80% ethanol. Collagenase and elastase inhibition activity in JMB ethanol extract were determined at 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 mg/ml concentrations by colorimetric method. The toxic range of JMB ethanol extract was evaluated using MTT assay. Also, The inhibitory effect of JMB ethanol extract on tyrosinase activity and melanin contents in mouse melanoma cell line (B16F10 cell) was identified at 50, 100, 200 ㎍/㎖ levels by spectrometric assay. In each analysis, EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) and Kojic acid were used as positive controls, respectively. Results : The elastase and collagenase inhibitory activity of JMB ethanol extract increased dose dependently. Also, The MTT assay showed that JMB, up to 400 ㎍/㎖ concentration, exhibited no toxic effect to the B16F10 cell. And following the JMB ethanol extract treat, cellular melanin contents and tyrosinase activity were dose-dependently decreased compared to those of control. Conclusion : These results suggest that JMB ethanol extract has effects to inhibitory activity on dermal wrinkle enzyme and melanogenesis. Therefore, JMB has applicable benefits for development of materials or products to have whitening and anti-aging functions on skin.

산소흡수제 처리가 Aspergillus versicolor와 Penicillium polonicum에 의한 한지의 생물열화 특성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Oxygen Absorbent on Aged Characteristics of Hanji during Biological Artificial Aging by Aspergillus versicolor and Penicillium polonicum)

  • 박물관 및 도서관 등에 소장되어 있는 지류 유물은 균류, 곤충, 설치류 등과 같은 다양한 생물학적 열화요인들에 의해 비가역적인 손상을 입을 수 있다. 특히 습도가 높은 조건에서는 균에 의한 열화가 발생되기 쉬우며, 균류는 종이의 주성분인 셀룰로오스 및 사이징제, 전분, 아교 등의 탄수화물과 단백질 성분을 영양원으로 하므로 종이의 노화를 야기하게 된다. 현재까지 박물관과 도서관 등에서 지류 유물에 생물학적 열화를 발생시킬 수 있는 미생물종으로 약 300여 종이 동정되었으며, 그 중에서도 Aspergilli (30%)와 Penicilli (30%)가 셀룰로오스의 주요 열화 균으로 알려져 있다. 균류에 의한 생물학적 손상을 방지하기 위한 가장 좋은 방법으로서 습도, 온도, 산소 등 미생물의 생육 조건을 조절, 억제 또는 차단하는 방법을 들 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 산소흡수제를 이용하여 미생물의 생육조건 중 산소를 조절하여 Aspergillus versicolor 과 Penicillium polonicum 균에 의한 생물열화 방지 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 산소흡수제 처리가 2종의 균에 의한 생물학적 열화 억제 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

Dry aging of beef; Review

  • The present review has mainly focused on the specific parameters including aging (aging days, temperature, relative humidity, and air flow), eating quality (flavor, tenderness and juiciness), microbiological quality and economic (shrinkage, retail yields and cost) involved beef dry aging process. Dry aging is the process where beef carcasses or primal cuts are hanged and aged for 28 to 55 d under controlling environment conditions in a refrigerated room with $0^{\circ}$ to $4^{\circ}C$ and with relative humidity of 75 to 80 %. However there are various opinions on dry aging procedures and purveyors of such products are passionate about their programs. Recently, there has been an increased interest in dry aging process by a wider array of purveyors and retailers in the many countries. Dry aging process is very costly because of high aging shrinkage (6 to 15 %), trims loss (3 to 24 %), risk of contamination and the requirement of highest grades meat with. The packaging in highly moisture-permeable bag may positively impact on safety, quality and shelf stability of dry aged beef. The key effect of dry aging is the concentration of the flavor that can only be described as "dry-aged beef". But the contribution of flavor compounds of proteolysis and lipolysis to the cooked dry aged beef flavor is not fully known. Also there are limited scientific studies of aging parameters on the quality and palatability of dry aged beef.

중년의 노화불안과 심리적 안녕감의 관계: 인지적 유연성과 주관적 경제수준의 조절된 매개효과 (The Relationship between Aging Anxiety and Psychological Well-Being in Mid-life Adults: The Moderated Mediation Effect of Cognitive Flexibility and Subjective Economic Status)

  • 본 연구는 중년의 노화불안이 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 인지적 유연성과 주관적 경제수준의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 40세~64세의 성인 317(남159명, 여158명)명을 대상으로 온라인설문지를 실시하였으며, 설문기간은 2017년 9월 3일부터 9월 28일까지였다. SPSS 21.0 및 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 상관분석, 회귀분석, 유의성 검정을 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 상관 분석 결과 노화불안, 인지적 유연성, 주관적 경제수준, 심리적 안녕감 간의 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 중년의 노화불안과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 인지적 유연성이 유의한 부분매개효과(β = .530, p < .001)를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지적 유연성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 주관적 경제수준의 조절효과(β = .080, 𝜟R2 =.006, p <.05)가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, SPSS Macro를 통한 검증 결과, 노화불안과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 인지적 유연성과 주관적 경제수준의 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

금 합금 도금층의 접촉저항에 미치는 합금원소의 종류 및 Thermal Aging의 영향 (Effect of Alloying Elements and Thermal Aging on the Contact Resistance of Electroplated Gold Alloy Layers)

  • In this study, the effects of alloying elements and thermal aging on the contact resistance of electroplated gold alloy layers were investigated by surface analysis using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The contact resistance of Au-Ag alloy was lower than that of Au-Ni or Au-Co alloy after thermal aging. The XPS results show that nickel and oxygen present as nickel oxides such as NiO and $Ni_2O_3$ on the surface of gold layers after thermal aging. The increase in the contact resistance after thermal aging is attributable to the nickel oxide layer formed on the surface of the gold layers. The content of nickel diffused from the underlayer during the thermal aging was high in the order of Au-Co, Au-Ni and Au-Ag alloy because the area of grain boundary was large in the order of Au-Ag, Au-Ni and Au-Co alloy.

염도와 알코올 첨가량에 따른 청국장 숙성중의 변화

  • This study investigated the effect of the addition of alcohol on the quality change of Chungkukjang during the aging, The Cung-kuk-jang was made by the degree of 3, 5, 10%, respectively, and determined NH2-N, NH3-N, total acidity, cell numbers, lactate, succinate and phenolic acid to measure the change of flavor component in the aging of 2$0^{\circ}C$. 1. In the treatment groups of different amount of alcohol and salt added and aging period of Chung-kuk-hang, NH2-N was more decreased with more addition of alcohol and salt in the 3-and 10-day of aging. NH3-N was increased gradually in the addition of up to 2.0% alcohol and then decreased in the 3-and 10-day of aging. 2. In the treatment groups of different amount of alcohol added and aging period Chung-kuk-hang, the total acidity was more decreased with more addition of alcohol and higher degree of salt. Cell number was decreased rapidly with the addition of 1.0% alcohol in the 3-day and then decreased relatively and in the 10-day of aging, and it was increased with the addition of alcohol 3. With the addition of alcohol and the different growing temperature, the content of phenolic acid was more browning changed at 3$0^{\circ}C$ than that of at 2$0^{\circ}C$ and the phenol content of each group was decreased with increasing the addition amount of alcohol. Thus, the more addition of alcohol amount would the more extend the period of Chung-kuk-hang aging.

18 Ni 마르에이징 강의 기계적 성질에 미치는 시효처리의 영향 (Effect of Aging Treatment on the Mechanical Properties of a 18 Ni Maraging Steel)

  • Effects of aging treatment on the mechanical properties of a 18 Ni maraging steel were investigated by considering the reverted austenite. Specimens were heat treated by austenitizing at $840^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr and then aged for various times at $480^{\circ}C$ and $520^{\circ}C$. The main results obtained are as follows : 1) The amounts of reverted austenite are increased up to about 4% at $480^{\circ}C$ and about 22% at $520^{\circ}C$ with 1 to 48 hrs aging time. 2) Decreasing tendencies of impact energy and fracture toughness with increasing aging time are diminished after aging for 2 hrs at two aging temperatures of $480^{\circ}C$ and $520^{\circ}C$. 3) Peak hardness and yield strength are obtained after aging for 4 hrs at $480^{\circ}C$ and 2 hrs at $520^{\circ}C$ respectively. From the above results, it was concluded that the optimum aging condition with which showed good strength and toughness combination are given to be $480^{\circ}C$ for 4 hrs and $520^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs.
