폐천의 습지 활용에 대한 레크리에이션 및 심미적 가치평가 (Evaluations of Recreational and Aesthetical Values for the Cut River Considered as a Wetland)

  • 본 연구에서는 통상 농경지 및 택지로 이용하고 있는 폐천의 경제적 가치에 대해 연구하였다. 즉, 폐천을 농경지로 활용하였을 경우와 습지나 위락단지로 활용하였을 경우에 대한 경제적 가치를 평가 비교하고자 하였다. 연구 대상유역은 한강의 제1지류인 곡릉천의 하류를 선정하였다. 농경지로 활용하였을 경우는 농림통계연보(2000)를 이용하여 그 가치를 산정하였고, 자연습지나 위락단지로 활용하였을 경우에 대해서는 설문조사를 통하여 그 가치를 평가하였다. 즉, 습지나 위락단지의 레크리에이션 가치는 설문조사 결과를 여행자비용법에 의해서 산정하였고, 심미적 가치는 선진국의 선례를 토대로 설문조사를 작성한 후 그 결과를 이용하여 가치를 평가하였다. 분석 결과 폐천을 농경지로 활용하였을 경우, 연간균등편익은 7.05 백만원으로 산정되었고, 습지와 레크리에이션 목적으로 활용하였을 경우에 대해서는 각각의 연간균등편익이 1931.4 백만원과 6284.86 백만원으로 산정되었다. 또한, 심미적 가치는 1년에 14만원으로 산정되었다. 따라서 폐천부지를 농경지로 활용할 경우 보다 습지나 위락시설로 활용할 경우가 훨씬 더 큰 가치를 보이고 있다.

의류점포내 상황요인과 제품의 소비가치가 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Situation Factors and Consumption Values on the Impulse Buying Behaviors in Apparel Store)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the relationships of situation variables, product variables. consumer variables and impulse buying behavior in apparel store. We collected data from 462 consumers of adult women living in Pusan and analysed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, t-test and discriminant analysis. The results were as follows: First, The purchase situation influenced on the impulse buying behavior consisted of the Pre-purchase condition and the Point-of-purchase state. The in-store situation consisted of the Salesman/store atmosphere, the Low price and the Possibility of out of stock. And the consumption values of apparel are divided into four factors ; Emotional/aesthetical value, Epistemic value, Functional value and Social value. The clothing shopping orientation as consumer variable extracted six factors ; Recreational orientation, Economical orientation, Brand/store loyalty orientation, Careful orientation, Apathetic orientation and Positive orientation. Consumers were classified by the cloting shopping orientation into the Convenience shopper, the Recreational shopper, the Economical shopper and the Careful shopper. Second, In comparison with the unimpulse-buyin groups, the impulse-buying group is more effected by in-store situation than purchase situation, and were more effected by Emotional/aesthetical value, Social value and Epistemic value of the consumption value. In consumer types, the more was the Recreational shopper and the Convenience shopper, the more showed impulse buying behavior. And the important factor distinguished between the impulse buying group and the unimpulse buying group was the Salesman/store atmosphere of the in-store situation.

  • 오늘날 산업 디자인은 단지 유저 인터페이스(User Interface)와 기술적인 개선을 통한 제품을 시장에 제공하고 있는 것처럼 보여지고 있다. 일반적으로 제품을 구입하는 소비자는 제품을 처음 대하는 순간자신의 특별한 감정과 경험들을 동원하여 제품에 어떤 의미를 부여하려고 한다. 제품에 나타나는 은유적인 특성을 제품 언어라고 하는데, 우리 디자이너들은 그 은유적인 특성에 대한 정확한 인식 또는 가공 방법에 대하여 끊임없는 연구가 선행되어야 할 것이다. 우리가 사용하는 모든 오브젝트(Object) 또는 제품(Product)에는 고유한 미학적인 가치가 함축되어 있으며, 그것은 제품이 사용되는 환경에 따라 다르게 보여질 수 있다. 그리고 객관성이 미약할 경우에, 제품에서 나타나는 은유적인 특성은 새로운 도구 시스템을 요구하게 된다. 비르크호프의 미학적 척도를 응용한 제품 분석은 제품에 포함되어 있는 고유한 은유적인 특성과 제품 개발을 위한 도구로 응용될 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 디자인 조작이 보다 용이하게 된다. 예를 들어 비르크호프의 미학적 척도를 응용하여 시장에서 판매의 우위를 보이고 있는 제품에 대한 미학적 척도를 분석한 후 그 제품에 적용된 제품 언어를 분석하면 소비자의 기호도를 인지할 수 있게 된다. 비르크호프의 미학적 척도의 에플리케이션(Application)은 하나의 시스템이자, 디자인 프로세스를 보다 원활하게 수행하게 하는 일종의 도구(Tool)인 것이다.

드랙 퀸(Drag Queen)과 드랙 킹(Drag King) 패션에 관한 연구 (The Study on Drag Queen′s and Drag King′s Fashion)

  • The purpose of this research was intended to investigate drag queens' and drag kings' gender identity not only as a comic and desexualized drag borrowing external characteristics of the opposite sex but also as the subject visualizing and performing' the third sex'. It also aimed to examine formative aesthetic characteristics and aesthetical value of drag queen's and drag king's fashion and to confirm the functions of drag queen's and drag kins's fashion to establish, visualize and Perform the discordant sex. For this process, research steps were as follows : 1. Understanding drag, drag queen and drag king in social, psychological context as well as in gender context. 2. Finding visualized forms which drag performance interchange with mass media 3. Analyzing similarities and differences between drag queen's fashion and drag king's fashion. 4. Examining the aesthetical characteristics and the value of drag queen's and drag king's fashion. The results of characteristics of drag queen's fashion could be categorized into stereotype, mimicry, kitch, inconsistency and commercialism. And the characteristics of drag king's fashion could be divided into reality, self-consciousness, mimicry, inconsistency, subversion and multiplicity. Drag queens create plausible impressions of feminity through the use of wigs, dresses, jewelry, makeup, hormones and through &role Playing&. Similarly drag kings produce a plausible masculinity taking gay male aesthetic using suits, crotch stuffers, facial hair, and greased hair. Male and female impersonation produce very different notions of gender performance for male and female embodiment. Drag kings' performance of masculinity demands authentic property of bodies so rather nonperformative, while drag queens' performance of femininity depends on more visible and theatrical fashion.

회원 신윤복 풍용도에 표현된 복식미의 연구

  • The fashion of late Yi dynasty had explored a possibility of new fashional beauty from its own experiences throughout the history of Korean fashion excluding any interference of foreign fashions, and brought out some characteristics ; first, the aesthetical value focused on the more human fashion resulted in the exposure of waist. This aesthetical change in the fashion of late Yi dynasty produced out results as follows ; the length and width of jacket became short and narrow maintaining the basic form, while the width of skirt became increased to be contrasted exceptionally with the upper coat. This mode of fashion reveals the transitional movement from the emphasis on balance to that on unbalance in the late period of Yi dynasty. But regarding the fact that the proportional change by the ways of putting on skirt became to be similar to the golden ratio, we can see many examples throughout the folk paintings by Shin Yun bok, we find that the fashional beauty of that age pursued ideal harmony and unity all the time being in spite of its tendency toward non-refinement. Second, we see another peculiarity in the mode of woman's fashion from the paintings by Shin Yun-bok who always depicted the hu-man nature frankly. For example, the jacket became shorter to emphasize lady's slim waist, and underwears began to be exposed after the upper part of skirt had been to expose lady's waist while the bottom line pulled up highter than before. Thus, as the function of robe had changed from a mere means of covering into an expression of beauty, the fashion of late Yi dynasty began to express a perfectly new beauty possessing an erotic mood and sensu-ality of a woman, which was its inner aesthetic need. Third, this emergence of new fashional beauty made the mental value of man and the aesthetic views of that time quite different from the previous ones, and finally there came various expressions of a new beauty. There-fore, the woman's fashion of late Yi dynasty is noted for the exposure and emphasis on the body line of a woman after the aesthetic view-point had changed of time toward pragmatism and humanism, while upholding the traditions of Korean clothes and pride for the nation. And our ancestors realized very Korean fashional beauty by pursuing the expressional ways of gentle, indirect emphasis upon the feminine and natural beauty to exclude and ar-tificial, direct and straightforward exposures and images.

A Comparative Study on the Fashion Style of Multivocal Value Groups since 1990s

  • This study considers the fashion as an expressive object of mental value system in order to understand muitivocal value groups. Because the external behavior aspects and internal values of muitivocal value groups are getting more ambiguous in these days. This purposes of this study are as follows; first, this paper examines diversely how these groups affect modern fashion through analysis multivocal value groups after 1990s, and makes clear that various social, cultural, and economical values are important factors for changing symbolic standard connected with fashion. Second, it aims at expanding the positive recognition of the conflicts that exist among various values, and aesthetical recognition that overcome the discrepancy and such conflicts. For this aim, this paper analyzes the social and cultural aspects, aesthetic taste, life style of such groups focusing on Dink, Yiffie, Yettie, Bobos. We examine these groups' characteristics and their effect on modern fashion by categorizing them into Snob Look, Vintage Fashion, Unbalance Fashion, and Caports Look. This paper conducts the previous literature review and the practical analysis on periodical publications and Internet websites concerning fashion. Consequently, this kind of study is useful for providing a theoretical background that would explain the multilateralism in fashion, with uncertain in useful and culture, and changing the obvious confusion to another dimension of order.

미디어에 나타난 남성의 이미지와 메이크업의 사회문화적 가치 분석 (The Sociocultural Value Research of Man Image and Make-up in Media)

  • 본 연구에서는 현대 사회의 변화로 주목받고 있는 남성의 선호 이미지와 가치를 규명하고 미디어에 등장하는 인물을 통해 남성 메이크업이 현대 사회문화적 가치를 어떻게 충족시키고 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 연구 방법으로는 우선 문헌 자료와 인터넷을 중심으로 남성의 선호 이미지와 사회문화적 가치를 고찰하였다. 다음으로, 디자인 요소를 중심으로 미디어에 등장한 인물을 통해 남성 메이크업 사례를 비교 분석하였다. 첫째, 실용적 가치는 목적 지향적인 행동을 위한 합리적 사용의 기술적, 도구적 가치이다. 실용적 가치를 강조한 메이크업은 밝고 내추럴한 피부 표현, 최대한 자제된 색조의 연출, 진한 아이브로우 색상의 사용으로 표현되었다. 둘째, 미적 가치는 순수한 미적 가치만을 추구하는 표현적, 장식적 가치이다. 셋째, 상징적 가치는 역사와 사회에서 체험되는 의지적, 의도적 가치이다. 이는 남성들의 구매행동 동기를 설명하는데 있어 중요한 기준이 되는 선호 이미지를 이해하고 이미지 관리 형태에 대한 분석과 향후 남성들의 뷰티 트렌드를 유추하는데 실질적인 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

스기모토 타카시의 디자인에 나타나는 흔적의 의미에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Meaning of Trace in Sugimoto Takashi's Design)

  • Interior designer Sugimoto Takashi uses salvaged material and natural thing for aesthetical purpose. These material performs not just as fun stuff but as design tool in order to set up cultural meaning which modern society always lacks for. The method of communicating the meaning is the multi-layered trace on them. There are three types of trace. They are harsh texture of surface, untrimmed outline, and gathering & arrangement. Through these formation methods of trace, Sugimoto can suggest various curtural meanings such as vanishing value of old-fashioned lifestyle, primitive energy of nature, and sincere touch of somebody. As a result, the trace in Sugimoto's design is an endeavor to exist tradition(the long ago) and nature(the far away) in here-and-now interior space.

  • From the point of tectonic manner which is 'how to build a house' this study considers the characteristics of Kan in Hyangdan(香壇) at Yang-Dong Village. It was analysed with primary elements such as Kan, condition of a site, module, structural system, roofing system and their relationships in spatial and formal composition. Through the analysis, findings were achieved that characteristics of Kan to form a rectangle of 1 to root 2 proportion plan, enable irregularity in usage and regularity in compositional aspect and structural system to achieve intended roof design. In addition, Kan as a module is found to have a relative value that also regulates the whole in structural and aesthetical aspects.
