에어로빅스가 청각유발전위에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of an Aerobics on the Auditory Evoked Potential)

  • Up to now, there have been rare clinical studies on leaders and aerobics athletes. To get the useful data for protecting from auditory disorder, we selected 15 female aerobics leaders (experimental group) and 15 females (control group) unexperienced in aerobics and a without neurological and octolaryngological disorder. The average age was $34.87{\pm}8.80$ (experimental group) and $34.07{\pm}8.45$ (control group) years, and the average career of an aerobics leader (experimental group) was $8.33{\pm}4.73$ years. We measured the auditory evoked potential (AEP) of the two groups treated with 70, 75 and 85 dB intensity from January 2006 to May 2006 and analyzed the absolute latency (AL) and interpeak latency (IPL) by the SPSS/pc+ 12.0 program. In the comparison of the AL between the experimental group and the control group according to intensity, both ears treated with 70 and 75 dB had a significant difference (p<0.05) in the I, III, V wave and in the I, V wave respectively, and the experimental group treated with 85 dB showed a difference in the I, III, V wave (left ear) and in the I wave (right ear) respectively. The IPL of the two groups treated with various intensities had no prolongation. In the comparison of the AL between the experimental group and the control group according to ages, the experimental group in their 20s treated with 70 dB showed a significant difference (p<0.05) in the V wave (left ear) and in the I, III, V wave (right ear), and the experimental group in their 20s treated with 75 dB in the I, III wave (left ear) and in I, III, V wave (right ear), and experimental group in their 20s treated with 85 dB in the V wave (left ear) and in the III, V wave (right ear). The experimental group in their 30s treated with 70 dB had a significant difference (p<0.05) only in the V wave (right ear). Only in the IPL of subjects in their 20s treated with 85 dB, III-V and I-V of both ears was extended. In the comparison of the AL and IPL according to career, there was no significant difference between the two groups. From this results, we concluded that the lower sound intensity (70 dB) showed a more significant difference in the experimental group than the control group. We concluded that the leader of aerobics exposed to louder sounds than normal people are affected by auditory neurological and octolaryngological disorders. So we think that the leaders of aerobics need to control the noise level for protecting themselves against a disease.

스포츠 에어로빅스 팔착지 동작의 지면 반력 분석 (Analysis of the Ground Reaction Force of Arm Landing during Sports Aerobics)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the ground reaction force of arm landing on arm and leg during sports aerobics. Subjects of this study were total 10 players of 5 males and 5 females who have are domain sports aerobics medalists more than the third place in national tournaments. The subjects jumped between the two ground reaction force analyzers, while landing their right hand on the front platform(#1) and their right leg on the rear platform(#2), and the data frequency was set to 200Hz. Findings of this study are as follows; More than 3 times of impact peak force of vertical reaction force acted on arm joint than on leg joint. And, when ground reaction force on foot increased, ground reaction force on hand decreased. 3 impact peaks of curve of ground reaction force were found - Impact Peak 1 incurred on the time the palm lands on the ground, Impact Peak 2 absorbing shock secondarily on wrist joint, and Active Peak incurred on the time of holding the weight while pushing out the severly bent elbow joint.

Iron Status of Femele Athletes Involved in Aerobic Sports

  • The present study was designed to compare the nutrient intake and iron status of athletic female students majoring in aerobics (n=18) to those of age-matched(20-22 yr) sedentary controls (n=19). The athletic students were exercising regularly for 9.1$\pm$1.4 hrs/wk and the mean training period of aerobics was 2.9$\pm$0.2 years. Means of height, weight, and body mass index calculated as the Quetlet index were similar between athletic and sedentary students. However, mean body fat % of the athletic students (22.3$\pm$1.0%) was significantly lower than that of the sedentary controls (25.8$\pm$0.6%), indicating the effects of routine exercise. Mean daily iron intake was not significantly different between groups (9.9$\pm$0.7 mg vs. 10.9$\pm$0.8 mg), but much lower than the Korean RDA (18 mg/d) in both groups. Dietary calcium intake of the athletic students was significantly lower than that of the sedentary controls. Hematocrit (Hct) and hemoglobin (Hb) values were significantly lower in the athletic students than in the sedentary students (Hct : 40.0$\pm$0.7% vs. 43.8$\pm$0.5% ; Hb : 12.6$\pm$0.3g/dl vs. 14.8$\pm$0.3 g/dl). However, other iron status values such as serum iron, TIBC, and transferrin saturation were not significantly different between groups. Therefore, the low hemoglobin levels in the athletic group are probably due to plasma dilution in endurance-trained individuals. Serum ferritin level was a little lower in the athletic group, but no significant difference between groups was found. Serum triglyceride concentration in the athletic students was significantly lower than that in the control students. In conclusion the findings suggest that regular training of female athletes majoring in aerobics is associated with an increased risk of pseudoanemia due to plasma volume expansion and a decreased risk of coronary heart disease by decreasing body fat and blood lipid level.

스포츠에어로빅스 팔착지 동작의 연계관절 각도와 모멘트분석 (Analysis of connecting joint anglle and moment in arm landing action in Sports Aerobics)

  • A relation between the movement range of arms and arising moment has been studied to find out efficient movement range to minimize impact concerning arm landing in sports aerobics. Four male athletes who won top three in national-level sports aerobics competition were chosen for the experiment. They were allowed to jump in between two force platform so that the right hand and the right leg could land onto the front and rear force platform, respectively. The sampling frequency was 200 Hz. The main conclusions based on the analysis of the angle and joint moment parameters of wrist, elbow, and shoulder are as follows: 1. The wrist moment was small when its angle was small, indicating that the dorsi-flexion of the wrist joint offered a positive influence to reduce wrist moment. 2. The elbow angle increased as wrist angle decreased and vice versa. This means that the movement range of the wrist joint affects that of the elbow joint. The darsi-flexion of the wrist is the position to absorb the impact of the elbow effectively rather than to absorb the impact of the wrist itself. The impact is absorbed by the flexion of wrist joint rather than the wrist. 3. The degree of moment transfer of the shoulder joint, having absorbed the impact from the elbow and elbow joint, became dependent on the efficiency of the fore-joints impact absorption.

복싱에어로빅 참여가 비만 중년여성의 신체조성, 혈액성분 및 혈관탄성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Boxing Aerobic Dance on Body Composition, Blood Component and Vascular Compliance in Obese Middle Aged Women)

  • 본 연구는 12주간 비만 중년여성의 복싱에어로빅 운동프로그램 참여가 신체조성, 혈액성분 및 혈관탄성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 40세 이상의 중년여성으로 체지방율 30%이상 병역 상심혈관질환 및 대사성 질환이 없는 신체적으로 건강한 사람을 대상으로 복싱에어로빅 운동집단 8명과 통제집단 8명으로 무선배정(random assignment)으로 나누었으며, 복싱에어로빅 운동강도는 초기 1-4주는 HRmax 50%, 5-8주는 HRmax 60%, 9-12주는 HRmax 70%로 총 60분간 실시한 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 복싱에어로빅 운동프로그램 참여 결과 운동집단에서 체중, 체지방률과 근육량은 측정시기, 그룹과 측정시기의 상호작용이 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며(p<.001), 그룹별 측정시기 간의 대응표본 t-test 결과에서도 운동집단에서 유의한 수준의 감소 및 증가를 나타냈다(p<.001). 둘째, 복싱에어로빅 운동프로그램 참여 결과 운동집단에서 TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C 모두 그룹, 측정시기, 그룹과 측정시기의 상호작용효과도 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며(p<.01, p<.001), 그룹별 측정시 기간의 대응표본 t-test 결과 운동집단에서 유의한 감소와 증가를 나타냈다(p<.01). 셋째, 복싱에어로빅 운동프로그램 참여 결과 운동집단에서 오른손, 왼손, 오른발, 왼발의 혈관탄성은 그룹, 측정시기, 그룹과 측정시기의 상호작용 효과도 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며(p<.001), 그룹별 측정시기 간의 대응표본 t-test 결과 운동집단에서 유의한 증가를 나타냈다(p<.001). 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 12주간 복싱에어로빅 운동프로그램 참여는 신체조성 및 혈액성분을 개선시키고, 혈관순환 능력을 향상시켜 심혈관질환 등의 예방 및 개선 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Step aerobics의 RPE가 여고생의 면역기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of RPE of Step Aerobics on the Immunologic Function of High School Girls)

  • J시 소재 K여자고등학교 1학년 중에서 %fat이 30% 이상인 24명을 유의추출법에 의해 운동그룹 A (8명), B (8명) 그룹과 통제그룹(8명)으로 3그룹으로 구분하여 Borg의 주관적운동강도를 이용, A그룹은 RPE 15-17 (hard-very hard; 힘듦-매우 힘듦)${\times}$3 sets, B그룹은 RPE 11-13 (fairly light-somewhat hard; 알맞음-약간 힘듦)${\times}$3 sets로 설정하여 step aerobics (step box: 길이 68 cm, 폭 28 cm, 높이 15 cm, 무게 450 g)를 1일 50-60분간, 주3회(월, 수, 금)로 총 8주간 실시하였다. 본 연구는 step aerobics의 RPE가 비만 여고생의 면역기능(Neutrophil, Lymphocyte, Monocyte, Eosinophil, Basophil, IgG, IgA, IgM)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는 것이었다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 14.0을 이용하여 집단과 시기 간 상호작용의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 repeated two-way ANOVA를, 집단 내 운동 전 후는 paired t-test를 실시하였고, 집단 간은 변화율(% diff.)을 구하여 one-way ANOVA를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. WBC에서, 집단 내 비교에서 A그룹은 Neutrophil, Monocyte, Basophil, Eosinophil 모두 증가하였으나 Lymphocyte는 변화가 없었고, B그룹은 Eosinophil은 감소하였으나 Neutrophil, Lymphocyte, Monocyte, Basophil 모두 변화가 없었으며, 통제군은 Neutrophil, Basophil, Eosinophil은 감소하였으나 Lymphocyte와 Monocyte는 변화가 없었다. 집단 간 비교의 Neutrophil은 A그룹이 B그룹과 통제군보다 더 많이 증가하였고, Lymphocyte는 집단 간 차이가 없었으며, Monocyte는 A, B그룹이 통제군보다 많이 증가하였다. Basophil과 Eosinophil은 A그룹이 B그룹과 통제군보다 더 많이 증가하였다. Immunoglobin에서, 집단 내 비교에서 A그룹은 IgG는 증가하였으나 IgA와 IgM는 변화가 없었고, A그룹은 IgA는 증가하였으나 IgG는 감소하였고 IgM은 변화가 없었다. 통제군은 IgG은 감소하였으나 IgA와 IgM은 변화가 없었다. 집단 간 비교의 IgA는 A그룹이 통제군보다 증가하였고, IgG는 A그룹이 B그룹과 통제군보다 증가하였으나 IgM은 집단 간 차이가 없었다. 요약하면 세 집단 모두 운동프로그램 전 후의 WBC와 Ig 수준이 연령에 맞게 참고치 내의 수준에 머물렀지만 step aerobics를 RPE 15-17로 실시한 A그룹의 경우가 가장 많은 측정항목에서 증가를 보였고, 이 결과는 참고치 범위 내에서 면역기능의 항진을 보여주는 것으로 면역기능의 향상을 위한 step aerobics의 RPE 강도는 힘듦-매우 힘듦(15-17)의 수준으로 실시하는 것이 효과적인 것으로 생각된다.

스텝 에어로빅에서 박스 높이 변화에 따른 하지관절의 운동학적 분석 (The Kinematic Analysis of the Lower Extremity Joint According to the Changes in Height of Box during Step Aerobics)

  • This study researched into the left-right inclination of the rear foot at the lower limb joints, knee joint angle, angular velocity of the knee joint, angular acceleration and the max. Based on the analysis of kinematics according to the changes in the height of step box (6, 8, 10 inches) during step aerobics of female college students majoring in physical education. The findings of this study are as follows: Then angle of the knee joint decreased as the height of the step box increased the min. Angle was measured right before the right foot was on the step box, and the angle tended to decrease as the step box get heightened. The left-right inclination of the rearfoot angle according to the height of step box increased as the height increased. In the 'pull-up' stage during which the weight was loaded on the right foot the angle increased, while in the right foot stepping stage during which the right foot was on the ground, the left-right inclination of the rearfoot angle increased as the height of the step box increased. The angular velocity of the knee joint according to the height of step box started increasing when the right foot initially stepped on the step box and during the initial stepping section, the angular velocity decreased as the height of step box increased. The changes in angular acceleration of the knee joint according to the height of step box increased as the height of step box increased.

태권에어로빅스 옆차기동작의 운동학적 분석 (Kinematical Analysis of Side Kick Motion in Taekwon Aerobics)

  • 이 연구는 생횔체육 프로그램으로서의 태권에어로빅스 옆차기 동작의 운동학적 분석으로 대상자는 숙련자와 비숙련자 각 7명으로 하였다. 자료는 Qualisys사의 Proreflex MCU-240 카메라 7대를 샘플링 율(sampling rate), 100frames/sec로 촬영한 후 Qualisys System(SWEDEN)의 QTM(Motion Capture Software)으로 위치 좌표를 얻었으며 Visual3D를 사용하여 연구변인을 산출하였고, 두 집단간의 평균치 차이 검정은 SPSS 12.0K의 독립 t-test를 유의수준 p<.05로 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 구간별 소요시간은 전 구간에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 2. 무릎 각도의 경우 제2 무릎최대굴곡순간(p=0.046, F=4.925)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. 무릎 각속도의 경우 제1 무릎최대굴곡순간(p=0.031, F=5.940)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4. 힙의 굴곡/신전 각도는 제2 무릎최대굴곡순간(p=0.012, F=8.668)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 5. 힙의 외/내전 각속도는 무릎최소굴곡순간(p=0.019, F=7.324)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 6. 힙의 외/내측 회전각속도는 무릎최소굴곡순간(p=0.005, F=11.87)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.

융복합을 활용한 고령여성의 건강운동프로그램이 인슐린저항성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Health Exercise Program on Insulin Resistant and Blood Lipid of Elderly Women Through Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 고령여성의 12주간 건강운동프로그램을 통해 인슐린저항성 및 혈중지질의 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 운동집단(EG)과 통제집단(CG)으로 구분하여 두 그룹을 선정하였다. 운동집단에는 건강운동프로그램을 12주간 적용하였으며, CG는 통제집단으로서 프로그램에 참여하지 않고 비교집단으로 활용하였다. 운동집단에 적용된 건강운동프그램은 유산소운동과 밴드운동을 주 당 4회 준비운동과 정리운동을 포함해 60분간 실시되었다. 자료분석은 고령여성의 12주간 건강운동프로그램 적용 전과 후에 측정하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고령여성의 12주간의 건강운동프로그램은 혈중지질과(TC, HDL, LDL, TG) 혈압(SBP, DBP) 변화에 유의한 상호작용효과를 나타냈다(p<.05). 둘째, 고령여성의 12주간의 건강운동프로그램은 인슐린저항성(insulin, glucose) 변화에 유의한 상호작용효과를 나타냈다(p<.05). 본 연구는 고령여성의 건강운동프로그램을 통해 인슐린저항성 및 혈중지질 변화에서 긍정적 개선을 나타냈다.
